Abstract

The purpose of this study is to improve students' mathematical problem solving skills by using a problem-based learning model. The method used in this study is classroom action research (PTK) which includes four stages, namely: planning, implementation, observation and reflection. The subjects of this study were grade VI students totaling 26 students. Data analysis uses qualitative and quantitative analysis. The results showed that problem-based learning models  can improve mathematical problem solving skills. The achievement of problem-solving ability indicators in cycle I increased in cycle II. The indicator  of students' ability to understand problems 81.01% increased to 89.74%, the percentage of students' ability to plan problem solving 77.77% increased to 84.62%,  the percentage of students' ability to carry out problem solving 69.65% increased to 77.35 and the percentage of students' ability to re-examine the procedure of solving results 67.30% increased to 75.64%. This study concluded that the implementation  of problem-based learning improves the mathematical problem solving ability of grade VI students of SDIT Insan Mulia Surakarta. The problem based learning model can  be used as an alternative to learning because it can improve students' mathematical problem solving skills.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh penggunaan Strategi Directed Reading Thinking Activity (DRTA) terhadap Hasil Belajar Membaca Cerpen Siswa Kelas V SDN Cijati 04 dalam bentuk one group pretest-posttest. Lokasi penelitian di SDN Cijati 04. Populasi dan sampel penelitian adalah seluruh siswa kelas V yang berjumlah 19 siswa yang berjumlah 19 siswa. Instrumen penelitiannya adalah tes yaitu soal pilihan ganda. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui tes berupa pretest dan posttest. Penelitian ini juga menguji instrumen dengan uji validitas dan reliabilitas. Analisis data menggunakan uji n-Gain, uji normalitas dan uji hipotesis. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa strategi DRTA berpengaruh signifikan terhadap hasil belajar siswa. Hal ini ditunjukkan dengan pengujian hipotesis menggunakan uji t berpasangan diperoleh nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 yang berarti H0 ditolak dan Ha diterima.

Abstract

Metode pembelajaran merupakan faktor eksternal yang mempengaruhi belajar siswa. Generasi Z adalah generasi yang sudah tidak asing dengan gadget atau handphone dan game. Game Based Learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi permainan atau game yang telah dirancang khusus untuk membantu proses belajar dan membantu meningkatkan ke efektifan siswa dalam belajar. Dengan menggunakan strategi ini guru dapat memberikan stimulus pada bagian terpenting dalam proses belajar yaitu emosional, intelektual dan psikomotor siswa. Oleh karena itu, metode ini dapat dijadikan sebagai alternatif sebagai pengembang kecerdasan interpersonal anak. Metode Game Based Learning ini juga sangat baik dalam perkembangan kognitif seperti prestasi belajar siswa. Oleh karena itu, metode ini bisa digunakan dalam menyampaikan ilmu pengetahuan pada mata pelajaran di sekolah. Sarana pendukung yang dimaksud dalam metode ini ialah game atau  jenis permainan yang mendukung serta cocok untuk digunakan sebagai pembelajaran bagi siswa tingkat sekolah dasar/ SD. Game Based Learning merupakan metode pembelajaran yang menggunakan aplikasi permainan atau game yang telah dirancang khusus untuk membantu proses belajar dan membantu meningkatkan keefektifan siswa dalam belajar.

Abstract

Manajemen humanis merupakan manajemen yang brsumber dari rasa Bahagia pada setiap anggota kelompok. Tujuan penelitian adalah membangun model manajemen humanis untuk mencapai inovasi kinerja guru dalam rangka membangun lingkungan kerja yang sesuai dengan kepuasan pegawai sehingga tercipta suasana kerja yang nyaman. Jenis penelitian ini adalah kuantitattif dengan metode survey pada guru sekolah dasar di kota Cilegon. Riset ini memasukan variabel mediasi kepuasan sebagai predictor antara variable independent (kepemimpinan dan pendampingan) terhadap rasa bahagia pada pegawai. Hasil penelitian antara lain: (1) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap kepuasan; (2) ada pengaruh kepemimpinan terhadap rasa bahagia; (3) ada pengaruh pendampingan terhadap kepuasan; (4) ada pengaruh pendampingan terhadap rasa bahagia; serta (5) ada kepuasan terhadap rasa bahagia. Simpulan penelitian ini yaitu terdapat interaksi positif antar variabel penelitian terhadap kepuasan kerja.

Abstract

Perancangan media pembelajaran pada saat ini tidak hanya memanfaatkan benda yang dapat ditemukan pada kehidupan sehari-hari namun juga memanfaatkan dunia digital. Canva merupakan salah satu aplikasi yang dapat dikembangkan dalam proses pembuatan media pembelajaran IPAS di SD. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan kajian literatur review terkait dengan pemanfaatan canva sebagai media pembelajaran IPAS di SD. Metode penelitian yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah SLR (Systematic Literature Review). Pengumpulan data dilakukan dengan mengidentifikasi atau menelaah semua artikel yang memiliki topik penelitian yang sama dengan penelitian ini. Artikel yang digunakan pada penelitian ini sebanyak 12 artikel yang diperoleh dari google scholar. Dari penelitian ini dapat disimpulkan bahwa pemanfaatan canva sebagai media pembelajaran IPAS di SD berdampak positif dan lebih efektif dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar IPAS di SD.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of using clock media on students' level of understanding of time measurement material compared to learning that does not use clock media. The subjects used in this research were class 2 students with a total of 10 students, 6 male students and 4 female students at SD Negeri 1 Sengon, Prambanan District. The indicators used in this research are the duration for students to understand concepts and problem solving skills. Using clock media for students' understanding of the material taught in time measurement material can be more effective and efficient. This is shown by an increase in learning outcomes based on pre-cycle completion with a percentage of 48%, cycle 1 and cycle 2 with a percentage of 63% and 86%. So it can be concluded that this model can improve mathematics learning outcomes in time material in class II A at SD Negeri 1 Sengon

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengidentifikasi kebutuhan industri perhotelan dan mengeksplorasi peran Bosara dalam mencapai pariwisata berkelanjutan untuk industri perhotelan. Tren pariwisata saat ini adalah mengeksplorasi potensi lokal yang unik. Alam dan keanekaragaman diarahkan pada pengalaman budaya, seni, dan kuliner yang otentik. Bosara adalah tradisi pelayanan makanan khas Bugis-Makassar. Metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara dan observasi untuk mendokumentasikan, merekam, memvisualisasikan, dan mengungkap makna Bosara. Temuan penelitian adalah 1) Perlunya pelayanan prima melalui keramahan kepada tamu, berorientasi pada pelanggan, dan hotel harus ramah lingkungan 2) Informan meyakini bahwa Bosara merupakan perwujudan dari pesan kebaikan dari leluhur Bugis-Makassar untuk menghargai tamu 3). Bosara memiliki bahan baku yang ramah lingkungan yaitu bambu dan rotan untuk mengimplementasikan hotel go-green. Implikasi dari penelitian ini diharapkan dapat memberikan kontribusi dalam mewujudkan pariwisata berkelanjutan melalui hidangan di hotel yang mengadopsi Bosara. Diperlukan inovasi bentuk dan desain, tanpa mengurangi makna, sehingga relevan dengan perkembangan dan kebutuhan estetika industri perhotelan.

Abstract

The research aims to describe the management of character education based on Javanese culture of Surakarta Kasunanan Palace in Kasatriyan Surakarta Elementary School, with a descriptive qualitative research type, in the form of a single case study strategy. Data collection techniques used participatory observation, in-depth interviews, documentation, and field notes. The results of the study concluded that the management of Javanese culture-based character education of Surakarta Palace in the form and implementation of the program. In terms of program form based on: The vision, mission and goals of the school, that the school implements Javanese culture-based education. Through its vision, SD Kasatriyan Surakarta wants to produce students who are knowledgeable, faithful, devoted to God Almighty and have noble character. Through its objectives, it wants to preserve regional culture through Local Content of Regional Language and it is expected that 75% of students are able to speak Javanese properly and correctly. In the school's mission, which is to promote education and establish partnerships with related agencies in order to prepare quality resources for common welfare. The teaching program through character education integrates Javanese culture, such as intracurricular programs. Extracurricular programs: karawitan, dranband and kulintang. Habituation teaching programs, such as: neatness of dress, good manners, shaking hands, speaking Javanese to communicate, especially during Javanese language lessons.

Abstract

Problem-based learning is a problem-based learning model that integrates students' learning using problem-based learning. Based on the results of the researcher's observations, it was found that learning in class V at SDN 6 Ngabul was still centered on the teacher because the use of learning was still lecture-based. This study aims to determine learning outcomes when teachers use the PBL learning model. This research is Classroom Action Research (PTK). The results of the research show that the Problem Based Learning (PBL) learning steps that can be designed by teachers include problem orientation for students, organizing students to learn, guiding individual or group investigations, developing and presenting work results, analyzing and solving problem solving processes . The application of the PBL learning model can improve the mathematics learning outcomes of class V students at SDN 6 Ngabul for the 2020/2021 academic year with students' classical learning completion from 75% in the pre-cycle to 80% in the first cycle and 87% in the second cycle.

Abstract

Fenomena kebergantungan Generasi Z dengan teknologi dan tuntunan transformasi digital bagi dunia pendidikan. Penelitian ini merupakan kajian literatur untuk mengetahui apa saja kajian upaya transformasi digital didunia pendidikan selama tiga tahu terakhir setelah terjadi lompatan teknologi akibat wabah COVID-19. Penelitian mengadopsi desain studi literatur berbasis bibliografi. Proses pencarian data menggunakan aplikasi Publish or Perish meliputi kriteria judul (Digital Transformation), kata kunci (Gen Z), dan rentang tahun 2022 sampai 2024.  Artikel yang telah terkumpul dan memenuhi kriteria analisis kemudian diekspor dalam format “ris” untuk selanjutnya dianalisis dengan VOSviewer, untuk memvisualisasikan dan mengevaluasi tren menggunakan pemetaan bibliometrik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan 3 jenis variasi publikasi, yaitu bentuk visualisasi jaringan, bentuk visualisasi kepadatan, dan bentuk visualisasi overlay sesuai jaringan yang ada antar item. Berdasarkan pada hasil analisis kerapatan dapat diketahui bahwa penelitian mengenai digital transformasi telah banyak dilakukan diamati dari warna itemnya yang kuning. Selain itu,bahasan yang sudah cukup banyak dikaji adalah mengenai pendidikan tinggi, serta Covid 19 yang merupakan salah satu bahasan yang mempengaruhi keharusan adanya transformasi digital dalam bidang pendidikan.
