Abstract

Coronaviruses are a large family of viruses that cause disease in humans and animals. In humans, it usually causes respiratory tract infections, ranging from the common cold to serious diseases such as Middle East Respiratory Syndrome (MERS) and Severe Acute Respiratory Syndrome (SARS). Vaccination is the administration of vaccines in order to actively generate or increase a person's immunity against certain diseases, so that if one day a certain disease will not get sick or experience mild illness and will not become a source of transmission. This study aims to determine the "Relationship of Anxiety Levels in the Elderly with Readiness to Give Covid-19 Vaccination in Nagari Aia Tajun, Lubuk Alung District".This type of research is an analytic survey using the "Cros Sectional Study" research design which is a study in which the anxiety level variable and the dependent variable are Covid-19 Vaccination Readiness. In this study, the sampling technique used was population based, by using non-probability sampling with purposive sampling method with a minimum sample of 30 people in Nagari Aia Tajun, Lubuk Alung District.The results showed that the elderly who experienced normal anxiety who were not ready for vaccination were 7 people (6.3%) and 21 people were ready for the vaccine (21.7%). For anxiety who are not ready to be vaccinated as many as 2 people (2.7%) and 10 people (9.3%) are ready for Covid-19 vaccination. results Based on statistical tests using cross tabulation using the chi-square test, the p value = 0.563 (p value < 0.05).So it can be concluded, there is no significant relationship between the level of anxiety of the elderly against the administration of Covid-19 vaccination in the elderly Nagari Aia Tajun, Lubuk Alung District.

Abstract

Perjanjian  jaminan  gadai  deposito  Berjangka  pada  PT. Bank Nagari dalam  praktek  perbankan,  ditetapkan  prinsip  pemberian  kredit ,  yang  melarang  bank  menanggung  risiko  akibat  pemberian  kredit, sehingga setiap pinjaman yang diberikan harus ada jaminannnya diantaranya  adalah  jaminan  deposito berjangka dengan tahapan: melakukan pengikatan kredit sebagai perjanjian pokok, pengikatan deposito dilakukan dengan pembuatan akta perjanjian gadai antara pemilik deposito dengan pihak bank, penyerahan bilyet deposito berjangka yang dijaminkan, pemilik deposito berjangka/pemberi gadai memberikan kuasa kepada pemegang gadai yaitu pihak bank untuk melakukan pencairan deposito berjangka sedangkan hambatan yang dihadapai dalam pelaksanaan perjanjian jaminan gadai deposito berjangka pada PT. Bank Nagari adalah akta perjanjian yang dibuat dibawah tangan, debitur telah melakukan wanprestasi dalam bentuk kredit macet/kurang lancar.  Upaya yang dilakukan untuk mengatasi kendala tersebut adalah seharusnya dalam pembuatan Perjanjian Kredit dan Pembuatan akta gadai deposito berjangka antara bank dengan Calon Nasabah/debitur dengan akta notaris agar lebih kuat status hukumnya dan perjanjian tersebut memiliki kekuatan pembuktian yang sempurna. disarankan agar akta perjanjian kredit deposito tersebut dibuat dengah akta notaris,  terhadap pelaksanaan perjanjian yang wan prestasi maka penyelesaian dengan jalan perdamaian,  memberikan pengarahan agar nasabah secara maksimal dapat membayar angsuran  tepat pada waktunya.Kata Kunci : Perjanjian Kredit,  jaminan, gadai, Deposito

Abstract

The research is aimed to figure out the students’ ability in understanding TOEFL’s reading section at TOEFL Preparation class of “Universitas Sumatera Barat”. The descriptive method and  total sampling technique are employed in this research as methodology of the research and the way in set up the sample. There are 33 students of the TOEFL preparation class and all of them are taken as the sample.Reading test is used as the instrument of the study. The result of data from the students’ ability in understanding TOEFL’s reading section are as the following: The easiest question for the learners is stated detail question about 28 students or 85% can answer the questions. The next, guessing easy word from context, 27 learners or 82% had the right answers. In addition, pronoun, tone,purpose and course are also easy questions for the students, 26 students or 79% overcome the questoion correctly. The most difficult problems or questions for the learner are about definition from context clues, 22 students or 67% can answer that questions, the implied detail question, only 21 students or 64% answered it correctly. Next, organization of idea, 20 learners or 61% got the right answers.Keywords: Ability, Reading, TOEFL.

Abstract

In today's modern era, the existence of various technological speeds ushers in changes and developments in the times, information technology science is also developing in accordance with modern times. Indonesia has been affected by the development of information technology in this era of globalization. One of the uses of this information technology is the existence of various social media spread to users in various circles. The crime of hate speech in positive law in Indonesia has been regulated in the Criminal Code which is further abbreviated as the Criminal Code, which is contained in Articles 156, 156a, 157, 310, 311 of the Criminal Code. Hate speech is also regulated in Law Number 11 of 2008 jo. Law 19 of 2016 concerning Amendments to Law Number 11 of 2008 concerning Electronic Information and Transactions, namely in Article 28 Paragraph (2) jo Article 45 Paragraph (2). Hate speech and cyberbullying given to a certain person or group of people steal a lot of attention these days. Through posts on social media with hate speech, it is increasingly being discussed. Many internet users (netizens) disseminate a post (images, photos, videos, sounds, and words) using hate speech that causes insults, defamation, blasphemy, and so on.Keywords: Crime, Hate Speech, Social Media, Cyberbulliying

Abstract

The lack of learning resources and continued reliance on a teacher-centered learning approach for issues related to light vehicle engine repair served as the driving force for this study. The goal of this study is to provide a trustworthy and useful module for the Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance course for students in the Vocational School SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's 11th grade Light Vehicle Enginering (Teknik Kendaraan Ringan/TKR) Study Program. The research and development technique is this kind of study. The approach is a four-step process called the Define, Design, Development, and Disseminate. The study's participants were 11th-grade students at the vocational school SMKN 2 Padangsidempuan's Light Vehicle Engineering (Teknik Kendaraaan Rimgan/TKR) Study Program. To evaluate the accuracy and usefulness of the data gathered, a questionnaire assessment sheet was employed during the data gathering procedure.Keywords: Module, Light Vehicle Engine Maintenance

Abstract

This study tries to ascertain how modifications in the Drive Pulley's inclination angle on automated bikes affect changes in torque and power output. With alterations to the Primary Sliding Shave and Primary Fixed Shave angles of 13.5o, 14.5o, and the conventional angle of 15o, the experimental research method employed in this study intends to examine the outcomes produced from variations on the same item as the research variable. According to the research, each variable experiences an average rise in torque with a value of 9.25 N/m and power with a value of 8.16 HP when the slope angle of each variable is changed. Only 7.9 N/m of torque and 7 HP are displayed in the results of the standard test. The torque and power produced by a 4 stroke automatic motorcycle may therefore be significantly increased by changing the tilt angle of the Primary Sliding Shave and Primary Fixed Shave.Keywords: Drive Pulleys, Tilt Angle, Torque and Power

Abstract

This study is to find out how the diameter of the throttle body is 22mm, 24mm, and 26mm. Regarding torque, power, and exhaust emissions on the Beat-PGM FI 110 cc motorcycle in 2014. This was done as an effort to improve engine performance. This study uses an experimental approach. Data retrieval directly from motorcycles which measured torque and power using a dynamometer, as well as a gas analyzer aims to test exhaust emissions resulting from testing each type of throttle body. The results of the tests carried out with variations in the diameter of the throttle body 22 mm, 24 mm, and 26 mm showed the best torque results obtained on the 24 mm throttle body, which was 7.765 N.m at 6000 rpm. This means that the torque has increased by 5.8% from the test results using a standard throttle body. The best power results obtained on a 24 mm throttle body is 6.6075 HP at 7,000 rpm. This means that the power has increased by 4.5% from the test results using a standard throttle body. The best emission results obtained on a 24 mm throttle body, namely CO decreased by an average of almost close to 50% as well as HC.Keywords: Throttle Body, Torque and Power, Exhaust Emissions, EFI

Abstract

According to Bagir Manan, the provisions of article 33 paragraph 3 of the 1945 Constitution are constitutional rights of the state's right to control over the land, water and natural resources contained therein. The right to control the State based on the constitution is used for the greatest prosperity of the people. The two rules cannot be separated from one another, both are a systematic unit. Legal protection for indigenous peoples is regulated in Law Number 18 of 2004 concerning Plantations (Plantation Law). Article 9 paragraph (2) of the Agriculture Law confirms that if the application for the right to a plantation business is on ulayat land which in reality still exists, the applicant for the right is obliged to hold deliberations with the indigenous people concerned to obtain an agreement regarding the surrender of the land and compensation (compensation). In the mining sector, there is a need for government oversight, in supervising the management of mines in their territory, including the role of the local government so that mining operations comply with predetermined provisions and ensure the safety of the surrounding community, including indigenous peoples. In the provisions of Article 139 paragraph (1) of the Mining Law that the Minister provides guidance on the implementation of mining business management carried out by the provincial government and regency/city government in accordance with their authority.Keywords: Protection, Community Rights, Customs, HR Management, West Sumatra.

Abstract

In England, law formation is traditional. namely through jurisprudence, because it is too slow and does not keep up with the changes in this modern era, it must quickly be assisted by the formation of law by law, so that law can meet the needs of modern society. Thus, in England the law does not only mean the judge's decision, but the judge's decision is added to the law, added to government (executive) policies based on applicable law, also added to habits that are recognized as good by the court, as well as by other state agencies. So that in Continental Europe the applicable arrangements are laws formed by the legislature. Meanwhile, the laws that are formed are more likely to be close to the interests of the legislature, and it is not uncommon for laws to always be left behind by the community because of the increasingly rapid development of society and times. Jurisprudence is only useful if there is a recht vacuum, where there are no laws or unclear arrangements, the judge is obliged to interpret the law. Islamic law in Indonesia is closer to Common Law than Civil Law, this is because Islamic law originates from God which is inscribed on its adherents, different from rules or laws formed by the legislature which apply to all people in a country.Keywords: Development, Legal System, Indonesia.

Abstract

Corruption is an act carried out with the intention of gaining profit that is against the law, corruption through misappropriation or misuse of state funds (companies, organizations, foundations, etc.) for personal gain or for other people, which is an evil and destructive act. . This research is entitled The State's Role in Eradicating Corruption and Criminal Sanctions for Perpetrators. The method used is a normative legal research type (normative juridical), namely normative legal research or library research. legislation, legal theory, and can be in the form of opinions of scholars. The discussion in this paper is, the definition of corruption, the role of the state in eradicating corruption, punishment for corruptors. Then the conclusion of this paper is corruption by enriching oneself by using power and using state money for personal gain. The causes include the absence and weakness of leaders, weaknesses in teaching and ethics, low education and poverty. There are harsh punishments, both criminal sanctions in the form of basic punishment and additional punishment for corruptors.Keywords: Corruption, Corruption Eradication, Corruptor Punishment.
