Abstract

Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara pada siswa, agar mereka berani, terbiasa, dapat berbicara di segala fungsi sesuai dengan lafal dan intonasi yang tepat. Pengumpulan data menggunakan pencatatan lapangan, observasi, wawancara, dan hasil tes catatan lapangan serta instrumen-instrumen lain penunjang penelitian. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian tindakan kelas. Subjek penelitian adalah siswa kelas I UPT SDN 14 Lunang Kecamatan Lunang. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian diperoleh, bahwa media gambar seri dapat meningkatkan keterampilan berbicara siswa dengan kegiatan pembelajaran tiga tahap yaitu: (1) kegiatan awal, (2) kegiatan inti, dan (3) kegiatan akhir. Untuk mengetahui peningkatan pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara melalui media gambar seri digunakan data yang berkaitan dengan aktifitas siswa dan aktifitas guru, serta pencapaian hasil belajar siswa. Hasil penelitian siklus I berdasarkan pelaksanaan RPP adalah 76,8% dan rekapitulasi penilaian belajar siswa adalah 74%. Hasil penelitian siklus II berdasarkan pelaksanaan RPP adalah 83,9% dan rekapitulasi penilaian proses dan hasil belajar siswa adalah 83%. Dari hasil pengamatan dan rekapitulasi nilai yang diperoleh siswa,  terlihat peningkatan keaktifan siswa dalam proses pembelajaran. Maka dapat disimpulkan bahwa pada penelitian ini adalah dengan peningkatan pembelajaran keterampilan berbicara melalui media gambar seri dapat tercapai dengan baik.

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to improve the ability of class X IPS 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU through genius learning strategies and lecture methods. Research data collection techniques using observation, documentation and tests. The research data analysis technique used a descriptive writing test through direct learning and observation models to see student learning activity. Based on the results of the study, it can be concluded that there is an increase in the ability to write anecdotes through genius learning strategies and lecture methods in class X IPA 1 SMA Negeri 4 OKU. In cycle 1, an average value of 66.68 was obtained, students who achieved completeness were 22 students or the percentage of completeness was 61.11%. In cycle 2 the average value is 69.28%. Students who achieved completeness were 29 students or the average persetanse completeness was 80.56%. Furthermore, in cycle 3 the average value is 76.81. Students who achieved completeness were 34 students or the percentage of student completeness was 94.44%.

Abstract

The principal is a leader in educational institutions that regulates and manages educational activities in schools. Therefore, school principals play an important role in improving the quality of education, especially improving teacher performance to be more enthusiastic and professional in teaching and developing themselves who are in charge of delivering lessons to students. This study aims to identify the role of principal supervision as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching at SMA Negeri 10 OKU.This research was conducted at SMA Negeri 10 OKU. The research was carried out for 3 (three) months, starting from September 2020 to November 2020. The research method used was a qualitative descriptive method. Data collection techniques used include: (1) Interview or Interview; (2) Observation; (3) Documentation. Based on the research results, it was concluded that the principal had a role in the supervision carried out as an effort to improve teacher professionalism in teaching. It is known: (1) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher in planning lesson plans which are made reported and approved by the principal and according to the curriculum; (2) The role of principal supervision is proven by the teacher in carrying out the learning process in accordance with the learning device guidelines and using teaching aids; (3) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher evaluating the learning outcomes and reporting to the principal; (4) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher following up on the learning outcomes in accordance with the direction of the principal; (5) The role of principal supervision is evidenced by the teacher providing guidance to students.

Abstract

This study aims to see the ability to write fantasy stories in Indonesian language learning with the mind mapping model of class VII-2 students at SMP Negeri 13 OKU in the 2020/2021 academic year. The approach used is a quantitative approach. This type of research is descriptive research. The data analysis in this study is the result of the assessment of student work, namely 2 assessors, namely assessor 1 and assessor 2 accompanied by an average. The results showed that the implementation of teacher learning was going well. Based on the research results, it can be concluded that the ability to write fantasy stories using the Mind Mapping model is in the ability category. Suggestions for this research are 1) so that grade VII students can improve their writing skills to get better results. 2) so that teachers of SMP Negeri 13 OKU can use an easy and precise learning model in the learning process. 3) so that other researchers can use this thesis as a reference source.

Abstract

The goal of this research is to determine the influence of the Madrasah Principal Leadership Style and Work Environment on the performance of Sekayu District State MT teachers. The analysis was carried out in the district of Negeri Sekayu MTs. This type of study is quantitative in descriptive terms. 84 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire were the sample in the analysis (questionnaire). Documentation and. The findings show that: 1) there is an effect on teacher performance of the principal's leadership style, 2) there is an impact of the working environment on teacher performance, 3) there is an influence on teacher performance between the principal's leadership style and the working environment together.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe : 1) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Student Learning Outcomes, 2) the relationship between Learning Interest and Student Learning Outcomes, 3) the relationship between Learning Strategies and Learning Interests on Student Learning Outcomes. The results stated: 1) there is a relationship between learning strategies and student learning outcomes; 2) there is a relationship between interest in learning and student learning outcomes; and 3) there is a relationship between learning strategies and interest in learning towards student learning outcomes.

Abstract

This study attempts to describe the evaluation of the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with cipp model. This study using a qualitative methodology descriptive. case with the approach. The data collection techniques used in this research is a questionnaire, interview and documentation. The data analysis using a method of triangulation and obtain information or data from various sources to verify the data. The research results be concluded that the implementation of online learning when pendemi covid-19 in elementary school, rantau panjang sub-district, ogan ilir district with a model cipp was going pretty good.

Abstract

This study aimed to know and analyze: (1) the influence of professional competence on teachers’ performance; (2) the influence of work discipline on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influence of professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through questionnaires and analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all junior high school teachers in Banyuasin I district, Banyuasin Regency, totaling 323 people. The sampling technique in this study was probability sampling using the Slovin formula to obtain 76 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between professional competence and teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between work discipline on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between professional competence and work discipline simultaneously on teachers’ performance.

Abstract

This study aims to find out and describe the effects of school culture and professional competence on teacher performance in SD in Gugus 1 Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District. This study was participated by 105 elementary school teachers in Gugus 1 Dewi Sartika, East Baturaja District who were taken through a saturated sampling technique where the entire population became the research sample as a whole. This type of research is quantitative descriptive with research survey methods and using questionnaires as data instruments. The results of this study found that (1) the sig.value of the school culture variable is 0.000 (<0.05) and the tobtained> ttable value (4.195> 1.659), then hypothesis 1 is accepted; (2) sig. The professional competency variable is 0.000 (<0.05) tobtained> ttable value (6.378> 1.659), then hypothesis 2 is accepted; (3). the sig value is 0.000 (<0.05) and the F value is 25.344 where the Ftable value is 2.67 (Fobtained> Ftable), so hypothesis 3  is accepted. Based on these results, it can be concluded that school culture and professional competence have an effect either partially or collectively on teacher performance.
