Abstract

The main objective of this study is to define and explain the impact on teacher performance of the leadership style of the head of the Madrasah and job motivation simultaneously. Quantitative analysis is this form of study performed in this study. Techniques for qualitative data collection, questionnaires and documentation..“ Using different linear regression models, it was analyzed. With the help of the version 21 SPSS program. A saturated sampling technique was used in this analysis, where all 49 respondents were tested. From the following conclusions, the findings of data processing and interpretation are drawn: The principal's leadership style has a positive and important effect on the performance of teachers. Motivation for work has a positive and meaningful influence on the success of teachers. At the same time, the leadership style of madrasah principals and job motivation have a profound influence on teacher performance.

Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effect of finger print attendance and certification on teacher performance. In this study, the population taken was the teacher who taught at SMP NegeriKertapati with a total sample of 69 people. The methodology used in this experiment is quantitative by reviewing the information obtained from the results of the distribution of the questionnaires to measures support across the district of 3 SMP NegeriKertapati. The information gathered to obtain a relationship between the variables observed and the sample in the 3 schools are also represented simultaneously by that kind of approach. Based on this information, it really is evident that: 1. On teacher efficiency, there is an effect of finger print attendance, 2. Certification seems to have an impact on teacher performance, and 3. There is a shared impact on teacher competence at SMP NegeriSekecamatanKertapati between finger print attendance and certification. Teachers are expected to further develop their discipline and other competencies in the future, which will undoubtedly significantly improve success in the learning environment.

Abstract

This is to determine the effect of work motivation and principal leadership together on the performance of teachers in SD Negeri Lengkiti District. In this study, quantitative research methods were used and the research design was in the form of an influence study, namely to determine the effect of the three variables, namely the independent or independent variable Teacher Motivation (X1), Principal Leadership (X2) and the dependent or dependent variable Teacher Performance (Y). The results of the study can be concluded as follows: 1) The variable of work motivation of the SD Negeri Lengkiti District teachers is in the sufficient category, 2) The leadership variable of the principal of SD Negeri Lengkiti District is in the good category, 3) The work motivation of the teacher and the leadership of the principal is factors that can improve teacher performance.

Abstract

This study is limited to the investigation of the correlation between students’ learning strategy, and reading comprehensionof the ninth grade students at State Junior High School 01 Buay Rawan, OKU Selatan. There were 85 students who has been selected as the sample of the research. The writer used correlational study and formula to see the correlation between two variable stated. Correlation about Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension (Y) for 0.028. Sig. Value 0.797 was higher than Alpha value 0.05 (0.797 >0,2146), Ho was accepted and Ha was rejected. In other words, there was no a positive correlation between Students’ Learning Strategies (X2) and Reading Comprehension(Y). It can be stated that Students Learning Strategies (X) simultaneously have no significant correlated the reading comprehension(Y).

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) the effect of achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District; and (3) the effect of reward and achievement motivation on teachers’ performance atstate junior high schools of Babat Supat District. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all state junior high schoolsteachers at Babat Supat District, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used in this study was probability sampling by using Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of reward on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (2) there was an effect of Achievement Motivation on teachers’performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District; (3) there was aneffect of reward and achievement motivation simultaneously on teachers’ performance at state junior high schools of Babat Supat District.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of leadership and work discipline on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Cluster I, Rambutan District, Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in the study was 55 respondents with data collection techniques in the form of a questionnaire (questionnaire). The results showed that: 1) there is a significant influence of leadership on teacher performance, 2) there is a significant effect of work discipline on teacher performance, 3) there is a significant influence between leadership and work discipline on teacher performance.

Abstract

The research problem is about the  implementation of academic supervision held by the Paramount  Primary School Principal which considered unoptimal. The aim of this study are: (1) Explaining  the elements that being  focused in academic supervision of Paramount  Primary School. (2) Explaining the strategy of the Principal in improving teacher’s professional competency. (3) Explaining  the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal (4). Analyzing the implementation of academic supervision held by the Principal in pandemic time. This reseach is a qualitatif descritive reseach, data collection technique used is participatory observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation.The subject in this study are the principal, teachers  and students. The results of this study are: (1) the elements supervised, (2) Strategy applied in improving the professional competence of teachers and (3) The follow up conducted by the principal after the academic supervision activity.

Abstract

This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of student motivation on student achievement in Junior High School 40 OKU. This type of research is quantitative. The sample in this study was 96 students of Junior High School 40 OKU. Data were collected using a questionnaire, documentation, and observation. Data were analyzed using the SPSS program. The results of this study suggest that there is an effect of student motivation on student achievement. This paper is expected to be useful for school policymakers in increasing student motivation and student achievement.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to determine the effect of the leadership style, infrastructure, and work climate of the principal on teachers’ performance. With a descriptive approach, this approach involves quantitative methods. 105 participants consisted of the researh population. There were 79 people in the research sample. In this research, the sampling technique is Simple Random Sampling. The technique of using a questionnaire was used to gather data. Using a Likert Scale to weigh values. Validity, reliability, descriptive analysis, inferential analysis (prerequisite test and classical assumption test), multiple linear regression analysis, hypothesis analysis (t test and F test) and determination coefficient analysis were used to analyze the results. The findings showed that the leadership style of the principal, infrastructure advice, and work climate had a substantial influence on teachers' performance of SMP Negeri in the Sembawa District partially and simultaneously.

Abstract

This thesis is concerned with the inquiry on the correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability of the eleventh grade students of State Vocational High School 1 of Talang Ubi PALI. The problem of this study is to investigate the correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability. The total number of the population was 226 students. The sample for this study was 34 students taken through purposive sampling technique. Data were collected by adopting questionnaire for self-confidence and learning motivation, and a test for speaking ability. Data were analyzed by using r-Product Moment and Multiple Regression. The data analysis shows that r_yx1x2 = 0.516 with r^2= 0,267 and p-value is 0.008. This value is lower than  0.05. This is significant. So, Ha was accepted while Ho was rejected. Conclusions suggest that there are significant correlations among self-confidence, learning motivation, and speaking ability of the eleventh grade students of State Vocational High School 1 of Talang Ubi PALI.
