Abstract

Regarding the implementation of school-based management, one of which is infrastructure management. This researcher took the title, namely, Management of Facilities and Infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak with the sub-focus is planning, procurement, utilization, maintenance, person in charge and elimination. In this study, researchers used a qualitative method with a qualitative naturalistic approach. The naturalistic approach shows that the implementation of this research is indeed natural, as it is and is not manipulated by circumstances and conditions. In the data collection method, the writer uses techniques such as observation, interview and documentation i. The results showed that the planning of infrastructure in SMP Muhammadi yah Jirak runs withgood. In addition, the planning stage is also carried out from submitting needs, then analyzing. Procurement of infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak always tries to do with the planning that has been made. In terms of the provision of infrastructure, it has also been carried out in accordance with the plans that have been made. In terms of the provision of infrastructure, it is not carried out by one or two parties, but involves various elements to avoid misuse in the provision of educational facilities. Utilization of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak is by having rules and schedules for the use of facilities and infrastructure. Maintenance and accountability for facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak are carried out by all residents, including officers, school principals, teachers, administrative staff and other students. The elimination of facilities and infrastructure at SMP Muhammadiyah Jirak is carried out by the school by selecting goods and after that it will be reported to the KPKNL and will be carried out a sale or auction.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the effect of teaching experience on teachers’ performance; 2) the an effect of training on teachers’ performance; and (3) the effect of training on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents. The results of filling out the questionnaire were analyzed by using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study was 703 State Senior High School teachers in Ogan Komering Ulu Selatan Regency. The sample in the study was taken by using purposive sampling technique; thus, the sample of this study were 160 teachers. The results of the study found that: (1) there was an effect of teaching experience on the performance of teachers; 2) There was an effect of training on the performance of the teachers; 3) There was an effect of teaching experience and training simultaneously  on the performance of teachers.

Abstract

This study attempts to evaluate the performance of certification competence described vocational students through certification institute profesi-p1 program computer engineering expertise and tissues at south sumatra .This study in a qualitative descriptive with those cases .Data collection techniques used in this research was the questionnaire , interview , and use a method of triangulation dokumentasi.teknik data analysis and collect information or data from various sources to check the truth of the data .The results of the study conclude that so it can be seen that the purpose of the vocational school vocational certification in 1 penukal with objectives set the national profession certificates show category in accordance with the percentage of 75 % Sedangkan to state 1 indralaya south objectives set the national profession certificatesshow category in accordance with the percentage of only 72 %.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine: (1) the influence of principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) the influenceof compensation on teachers’ performance; and (3) the influenceof principal leadership and compensation simultaneously on teachers’ performance. The data in this study were collected through distributing questionnaires to respondents and were analyzedby using multiple regression analysis through the t test, F test, and determination coefficient test. The population in this study were all teachers of SMP NegeriatBabatSupat sub-district, MusiBanyuasin Regency, totaling 134 people. The sampling technique used was probability sampling by using the Slovin formula to obtain 100 teachers as the research sample. The results of the study found that: (1) there was a significant influence between principal leadership on teachers’ performance; (2) there was a significant influence between compensation on teachers’ performance; (3) there was a significant influence between principal leadership and compensation on teachers performance.

Abstract

Study aims to determine managerial influence of principals and work motivation toward teacher performance. Type of research was quantitative study using t-test and F-test. Sample was hundred of teachers. Data collection technique used questionnaire. Data analysis technique used SPSS program. Results of study (1) Principal managerial had significant influence toward teacher performance. This was evidenced by the t-count 13.998 and t-table 1.660; (2) Work motivation had significant influence toward teacher performance according to t-count 2.206 and t-table 1.660; (3) Principal managerial and work motivation had a significant influence toward teacher performance, based on the test results obtained F-count value 4.653 and F-table 3.09. There was a significant influence between principal managerial and work motivation towards teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of managerial competence and job satisfaction together on teacher performance. The location of this research was carried out in SD Negeri all Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency. This type of research is a quantitative study with a determination design using an ex post facto research design. The sample in this study was the total of all teachers in SD Negeri in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency, consisting of 174 teachers. data collection techniques using a questionnaire. The data analysis technique used quantitative descriptive analysis techniques and multiple regression. The results of this study indicate that 1) there is a significant influence between managerial competence on the performance of public elementary school teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency; 2) there is a significant influence between job satisfaction on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency; 3) there is a significant effect jointly between managerial competence and job satisfaction on the performance of SD Negeri teachers in Babat Supat District, Musi Banyuasin Regency.

Abstract

This objective of the study was to know 1) the influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) the influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) the influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance. This research uses quantitative methods. The population was the all teachers at Senior High School with the total 69 teachers and 1 headmaster. The Sampling was use random sampling technique at 25 respondents and multiple linear regression formula. Data collection is done by questionaire and documentations. Data were analyzed descriptively using SPPS Version 20 for windows. From the results of the study it can be concluded that 1) there was an influence of organization atmosphere on the teacher performance, 2) there was an influence of school leadership on the teacher performance and 3) there was an influence of organization atmosphere and school leadership on the teacher performance.

Abstract

This study aimed to determine and analyze knowing and describing the principal's strategy in increasing the competitiveness of SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District. This type of research was descriptive qualitative research. Data collection tools used were documentation, interviews, observation and literature review. The data analysis technique used was descriptive qualitative analysis technique which consisted of data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and fermentation. The results of the study stated that 1) the principal's strategy in increasing competitiveness at SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District a) planning a program to improve the quality and competitiveness of the school both in the short and long term; b) determine the program that has been planned in the form of an activity instrument which is carried out in SD Negeri 1 Supat, Babat Supat District; and c) implement the strategy set by the school; 2) The obstacles faced in efforts to increase competitiveness lie in efforts to improve the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat; and 3) Solutions to some of the obstacles faced in increasing competitiveness through the quality of learning at SD Negeri 1 Supat, among others by: a) implementing continuous coaching to increase the experience and knowledge of teachers; b) supervise teachers as well as evaluate and provide direction for improvement. Provide training and assignments to improve teacher skills; c) assignments in various activities both at school and outside of school and provide opportunities for teachers to interact and communicate with many parties; and d) capacity building activities carried out through sending training participants, workshops, socialization, training, and KKG activities.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and describe: 1) the relationship between learning outcomes and student management, 2) the relationship between the motivation to learn to write in Indonesian and student management, 3) the relationship between learning outcomes and motivation to learn to write using Indonesian language against student management. The results of the study stated: 1) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Student Management; 2) there is a relationship between the Motivation of Learning to Write Using Indonesian and Student Management; and 3) there is a relationship between Learning Outcomes and Learning Motivation on Student Management at Sekolah Dasar Negeri Kecamatan Jirak Jaya.

Abstract

This study investigated the correlation among personality types, learning styles and writing ability to  the eleventh grade students at Senior High School Number 1 Sekayu. The aims of this study were to measure the correlation between personality types and writing ability, the correlation between learning styles and writing ability, the correlation between personality types and learning styles, and the correlation among personality types, learning styles, and writing ability. In this study, the writer used purposive technique sampling. The data were collected by using questionnaire and test. The data were analyzed by using r-product moment and multiple regressions. The findings of this study are: 1. There was not any significant correlation between personality types and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 2. There was not any significant correlation between learning styles and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 3. There was significant correlation between learning styles and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at at Senior High School 1 Sekayu. 4. There were not any significant correlations among personality types, learning styles, and writing ability of the eleventh grade students at Senior High School Number 1 Sekayu. It could be concluded that personality types and learning styles were not correlated significantly with students’ writing ability.
