Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengkaji model pembelajaran PAI dalam menanamkan gagasan moderasi beragama pada siswa melalui kegiatan belajar mengajar di kelas. Tujuannya adalah untuk memantau segala sesuatu tentang pembelajaran PAI, mulai dari perencanaan, pelaksanaan hingga penilaian, menggunakan moderasi beragama sebagai panduan. Dalam penelitian ini digunakan teknik penelitian kualitatif. Dalam penelitian kualitatif, akurasi dan fase metodologi sangat penting. Dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif, peneliti ingin lebih fleksibel dalam pengetahuan, observasi, dan penelitian tentang Perencanaan, Pelaksanaan, dan Evaluasi Pembelajaran Pendidikan Agama Islam Berbasis Moderasi Keagamaan pada Guru PAI dan Madrasah. 73 guru PAI dan madrasah dari berbagai sekolah di Indonesia berpartisipasi dalam penelitian ini. Menelaah tiga tahapan pembelajaran yaitu perencanaan, pelaksanaan, dan evaluasi, diketahui bahwa model pembelajaran pendidikan Islam berbasis moderasi Islam yang diterapkan oleh guru di beberapa sekolah dan madrasah di Indonesia cukup baik dan efektif dalam meningkatkan pemahaman siswa tentang nilai-nilai moderasi beragama.

Abstract

This research is a case study on two students of SLB Negeri 1 Padang. The methods and techniques used in this research are, at the data collection stage using the rules of observation and analysis, case studies, natural observation, and listening. In addition, the listening-engagement technique (SLC) is also used, free-engage-in conversation (SBLC) listening, recording, taking notes, recording with a speech analyzer, flash cards, articulatory matching method for the data analysis stage, and formal and informal presentation methods for the presentation stage. results of data analysis. The source of data in this study is the source of oral data taken from the speech of the Down syndrome sufferer, namely P and S. Based on the data analysis that has been done, P is able and understands the use of affixation from the description of the picture card (FC) shown to him, there are 6 types of affixation produced by P and as many as 11 forms are said by P. In contrast to S who is still unable to to pronounce affixation at all, because the sylabas that can be pronounced tend to only be final sylabas on each picture card (FC) submitted to S. The factors that influence the difference in verbal abilities of DS sufferers are P and S, including attention disorders (understanding), memory disorders, emotional and feeling disorders, as well as psychological factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the analysis of Islamic law on the Julo-Julo social gathering in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency. This type of research is descriptive qualitative research, using a phenomenological approach. Methods of collecting data through observation, interviews and documentation. The results of this study indicate that the practice of debt and receivables in the practice of Arisan Julo-Julo carried out by the people of Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency is illegal. Because, it contains usury nasi'ah, which is exaggerating the payment of goods or money owed due to delays in paying the social gathering money. Then, in terms of the Julo-Julo Arisan Practice contract in Paraman Ampalu Village, Gunung Tuleh District, West Pasaman Regency using a wadi'ah savings contract. The goods deposited are in the form of cash, money deposited by the arisan member to the manager which is then carried out by drawing lots. Furthermore, with regard to the pillars and conditions of the person who makes the deposit and the person who receives the deposit, the person who receives the deposit is the manager, while the person who makes the deposit is the arisan member.

Abstract

Tantangan yang dihadapi ketika era 4.0 ini yaitu dapat bersaing serta dapat mempersiapkan skill serta kemampuan mental untuk dapat bersaing serta unggul dalam mempersiapkan persaingan yang akan mendatang di dunia pendidikan. Tujuan penelitian ini yaitu untuk dapat mengetahui bagaimana seorang pemimpin itu bisa memanajemen suatu pendidikan di sekolah. Penelitian ini menggunakan penelitian study literatur dengan cara mengumpulkan bahan-bahan materi yang bersumber dari buku, jurnal, dan sumber lainnya terkait ilmu tentang kepemimpinan pendidikan. Hasil penelitian ini ditemukan kasus akibat perkembangan era revolusi 4.0 ini menyebabkan pemimpin dan guru harus bersaing dengan teknologi yang semakin maju untuk meningkatkan prestasi belajar siswa. Kemajuan teknologi dapat merubah sudut pandang seseorang dari gaptek menjadi tau cara menggunakan teknologi tersebut.

Abstract

Artikel ini membahas tentang bagaimana manajemen workshop dan labor untuk program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan property di SMKN 1 pariaman dalam meningkatkan hasil belajar siswa. Dimana tujuan dari artikel ini adalah mengetahui dan mempelajari beberapa literature tentang manajemen worksop dan labor sehingga nantinya mendapatkan sebuah perbandingan dengan pengalaman penulis terhadap manajemen workshop dan labor untuk program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan properti, bagaimana peranannya dalam usaha mengembangkan hasil belajar siswa. Yang digunakan dalamnmetode penelitian artikel ini adalah metode eksploratif dengan menggunakan model systematic literature review. Penelitian ini dilaksanakan dengan berdasarkan keadaan dan pengalaman penulis di SMKN 1 Pariaman program keahlian teknologi konstruksi dan properti.

Abstract

This study aims to explain globalization and cultural identity in Indonesia through the Tiktok application. In Indonesia, the Tiktok application is one of the most popular applications by various groups. Through globalization, communication technology has a significant influence on the identity and behavior of the Indonesian people. This research was conducted using a qualitative descriptive method which is an assessment method to reveal a situation, fact, and phenomenon. The results of the study explain that the Tiktok application is a social media that has begun to erode local identity and Indonesian culture

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of Supervision and Implementation of Operational Standards on the Quality of Work of Employees of PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan. This research was conducted at PT Nutri Inti Prima Perkasa Medan, with a population and sample of 56 people taken by purposive sampling. The research instrument is a questionnaire/questionnaire with a Likert scale model. Requirements test was conducted to test for normality. The data analysis technique used is multiple regression technique at a significance level of = 0.05. The results showed: there was a positive but not significant effect between supervision (X1) on work quality with t count = 1.376 < t table 2.004 and a significant value of 0.175>0.05. While the variable Implementation of Operational Standards (X2) on Work Quality with a value of t count = 3.093 > t table 2.004 with a significant level of 0.003> 0.05 based on the results of SPSS output it is known that the R square value of 0.216 or 21.6% means the Supervision factor and Operational Implementation can be explained by Quality of Work, while the rest can be explained by other factors such as performance, incentives, leadership style, training and organization of 78.4%.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan mendeskripsikan pengaruh pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif terhadap motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi. Populasi penelitian ini adalah seluruh siswa kelas XI SMA Pembangunan Perbaungan tahun pembelajaran 2021-2022 sebanyak 74 siswa. Siswa kelas X.1 sebanyak 38 siswa dan kelas X.2 sebanyak 36 siswa. Siswa kelas X.1 ditetapkan sebagai kelompok eksperimen yakni menerima pembelajaran menulis argumentasi menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif sedangkan siswa kelas X.2 ditetapkan sebagai kelompok control yakni tanpa menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif. Teknik pengumpulan data menggunakan teknik angket untuk menjaring data motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi dari kedua kelompok sampel. Data penelitian dianalisis dengan metode eksperimen. Hipotesis diuji menggunakan rumus uji beda nilai rata-rata antara kelompok eksperimen dan kelompok control dengan perhitungan hipotesis diterima jika t hitung > t table. Berdasarkan perolehan data diketahui motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif memperoleh nilai rata-rata 78,02 termasuk dalam kategori tinggi, motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi tanpa menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif memperoleh nilai rata-rata 70,75 termaksud dalam kategori sedang. Pembelajaran menulis argumentasi menggunakan pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif memberikan pengaruh sebesar 10,27% terhadap motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi siswa kelas XI SMA Pembangunan Perbaungan tahun pembelajaran 2021-2022. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan terdapat pengaruh positif yang signifikan antara pembelajaran berbasis multimedia interaktif terhadap motivasi belajar menulis argumentasi siswa kelas XI SMA Pembangunan Perbaungan tahun pembelajaran 2021-2022, dinyatakan benar dan dapat diterima.

Abstract

The purpose of this research is to describe the characteristics of the structure and language of the description text of the VII grade students of SMP IT Al-Kahfi Pasaman Barat. This type of research is qualitative research using descriptive methods. The results of this research are two, namely (1) characteristics of the structure of the description text of the VII grade students of SMP IT Al-Kahfi Pasaman Barat is the title, identification, and description of the section, and (2) the linguistic characteristics of the description text of the VII grade students of SMP IT Al-Kahfi Pasaman Barat is special words, synonymous words with strong emotions, and personal pronouns.
