Abstract

Classroom management is the process of using resources effectively to achieve goals. Planning the schedule is not easy because sometimes, after a schedule designed and when the schedule is published and used, there are problems where the class division of a course is not right on target. This study used the random forest regression method to predict the number of class participants. Data pattern affects the accuracy of calculating the predicted value. The best RMSE and MAE results in the Matematika Dasar Course are 6,51 for RMSE and 2,12 for MAE. At the same time, the prediction of course participant number is 73,18.

Abstract

This study aims to prove and to use the multiple regression analysis methods can be developed into Poisson regression because the total data follows the assumption of a Poisson distribution. Conditions that occur in poisson regression obtained a global regression coefficient value, which means that each observation point has generalized observation characteristics influenced by the same variables. Based on this problem, a spatial regression is developed where the geographical weighting that called geographically weighted Poisson regression. The results obtained in the geographically weighted poisson regression method allow for variables that have an effect at all observation points. So developed by geographically weighted Poisson regression semiparametric method. This method is implemented in solving the problem of maternal mortality in East Java which is thought to be influenced by the some independent variables. In this study, using East Java data in 2019. The results of mixed geographically weighted poisson regression results, with kernel function used in the analysis is fixed gaussian and the variable number of health facilities was used as a global variable, and obtained 12 groups with local variables that both had a significant effect

Abstract

Nowadays, internet developments can be adopted to increase a business through deployment information, thus stimulating the effect of following the news. The following phenomenon or trend is called the bandwagon effect and can be used to build a business by utilizing the trends. At this time, one of the trends is the rise of the viral culinary idea. Nielsen reported that foods are on the first rank in the contribution of consumer spending. So opening a culinary business is an opportunity. The method used is qualitative descriptive. The data resources were obtained from primary data through in-depth interviews with Sobat Ngelak. This research found that when used well, the bandwagon effect will be a good business opportunity. However, the bandwagon effect can not last long without being balanced with opportunity recognition. Ability to analyse an opportunity and create an idea required as a consequence of Sobat Ngelak to follow the trend on social media. The bandwagon effect has the benefit to give of contributing to increasing the demand of the market.

Abstract

Changes in information and communication technology necessitate rapid adaptation in the application of technology to the learning process in education. As participants in learning activities, teachers are required to be able to develop engaging, technology-based learning models, one of which is the use of interactive multimedia learning resources. In vocational high school learning, there are 2D animation courses that teach the fundamentals of creating 2D animation. This subject is interesting because it can be a forum for students' creative skills; therefore, it is highly appropriate to use Interactive Learning media, which can reduce a static atmosphere and create an effective, interesting, interactive, and enjoyable learning process. In this study, interactive multimedia learning is implemented in 2D animation classes in vocational high schools by modifying the 2D animation learning curriculum. The approach of application development employs the Multimedia Development Life Cycle model, which comprises of the steps of concept, design, material collecting, assembly, and testing. The concept of multimedia design employs the notion of simplicity, which tries to make the material's content not overly complex, concise, clear, instructive, and convincing in order to pique students' interest. Testing the program utilizing a blackbox technique that demonstrates the application has functioned properly and is in compliance with the user needs analysis.

Abstract

Using Point To Point Tunneling Protocol (PPTP) Mikrotik Router at SMK Pejuang Negeri Haurgeulis Indramayu Interconnection needs between networks will be needed, especially in an agency that has many branch offices. To facilitate access to communication and data retrieval between offices, a Virtual Private Network (VPN) network is needed. Virtual Private Network (VPN) is a communication technology that allows local networks to be connected to each other via public networks. Data security and data transmission closure from unauthorized access in its transmission on the internet are the main standards in VPNs, so that VPNs always include the main features, namely encryption and tunneling.

Abstract

Employee performance appraisal is an absolute thing done by every company, in order to evaluate the performance results of the workers in the company. In addition, performance evaluation is also to determine the ability, progress and achievement or performance results of each employee. However, sometimes, in evaluating employee performance, things are often found that cause the assessment to be inaccurate, such as an assessment that is only based on employee behavior at a glance (not comprehensive) so that it is not optimal in its implementation. Based on these problems, it is necessary to have a decision support system that can help managers make decisions in evaluating employee performance, one of which is by applying the Simple Multi Attribute Rating Technique (SMART) method, a method for dealing with multi-criteria problems in a decision support system with the same criteria. used includes ten criteria including (Attendance, Conduite, neatness of dress, Ability, Improving the results achieved, Self-development, Quality, Atitude, Leadership, Teamwork), the final result of data processing using the SMART method is in the form of ranking of the results obtained by each employee.

Abstract

This study explains the factors that can affect the determination of the cost of producing fresh fruit. When the Company determines production costs, the Company PT. Kartika Hijau Lestari performs calculations using the complete cost method. Where the total cost method is the determination of production costs in determining the correct price of production, a company must consider the components of production costs consisting of direct material costs, direct labor costs, and overhead costs. All these costs are costs associated with the production process. The results showed that the total cost of production in December 2021 was 62,257,798 rubles and produced 9,972 kg of fresh fruit. The cost of producing fresh fruit was 1,027 rubles/kg. Based on the results of the study, it can be stated that the direct material costs of PT. Kartika Hijau Lestari owns fresh fruit bunches purchased from the Company's plantations, and in determining the selling price of fresh fruit bunches, PT. Kartika Hijau Lestari monitors market prices.

Abstract

Improving the quality of education for students is a key objective of school-based learning activities. A smart and accurate contest is one of the approaches and technology-based learning models utilized by teachers who actively cultivate the abilities and interests of their students. The school selects students who succeed in the academic field, as demonstrated by their results in each topic, then selects individuals based on the selection criteria and determines kids with the highest scores who are eligible to participate in the smart and accurate contest. The goal of this work is to present a decision-making model using the Profile Matching approach. Using the GAP comparison table, this method determines the GAP value between the ideal candidate and the candidate candidate. The research data shows that there are 5 alternative student candidates participating in the quiz competition and 4 assessment criteria, namely the Average Knowledge Aspect Value (C1), Skill Aspect Average Score (C2), Simulation Test Score (C3) and Test Runtime (C4). The assessment model employing the Profile Matching method was successfully applied to the problem of determining smart and accurate contest participants. The results indicated that there were three best alternatives for students participating in the smart and accurate contest: alternative A4 with a value of 4,7, followed by alternatives A1 and A2 with a value of 4,5.
