Abstract

This study investigates the influence of influencer endorsement on brand awareness and brand image toward purchase intention for "Lozy" fashion and hijab products. Employing a quantitative research approach, the study uses SPSS for data analysis, with primary data collected through questionnaires distributed via Google Forms. The sample is selected through purposive sampling, focusing on individuals aged 17 years or older with an interest in Lozy products. The study examines four variables: Influencer Endorsement (X1), Brand Awareness (X2), Brand Image (X3), and Purchase Intention (Y). Influencer Endorsement is assessed through reliability, knowledge, confidence, visibility, and attraction; Brand Awareness is evaluated based on recall, recognition, purchase consideration, and consumption; Brand Image is measured through brand association, favorability, and uniqueness; and Purchase Intention is gauged through transactional, exploratory, preferential, and referential interest. Statistical tests for validity, reliability, classical assumptions, coefficient of determination (R²), F-tests, and t-tests are conducted. The results reveal that brand awareness, brand image, and influencer endorsement all have a positive and significant impact on purchase intention. The study suggests expanding the scope of variables in future research to include factors such as electronic word-of-mouth (e-WOM), perceived quality, and product pricing

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of leadership behavior, commitment, and employee motivation on employee performance at PT. Adiwraksa Atyanta in Sukoharjo. Using a quantitative approach with a positivist philosophy, the research was conducted from July 2023 until the end of the study period, employing random sampling and data collection through interviews and questionnaires with a Likert scale. Data analysis was performed using PLS-SEM via SMARTPLS to evaluate both outer and inner models. Outer model evaluations included convergent validity, discriminant validity, and reliability, while the inner model assessed structural relationships. The results reveal that leadership behavior, commitment, and employee motivation all have a significant positive effect on work performance. However, the study faced limitations such as using a closed-ended questionnaire and focusing solely on the variables of leadership behavior, commitment, and motivation. It is recommended that future research incorporates a larger and more diverse sample and explores additional factors that may influence employee performance

Abstract

In this digital era, people must adapt to the developments that occur, one of which is business competition. Business competition results in companies having to keep innovating in order to win the competition and continue to maintain market share and customers. This transformation gave birth to the conception of the Product-Service System (PSS), a paradigm that integrates tangible and intangible aspects in the value proposition to consumers. PSS or Product Service System is a reliable solution in business competition in this digital era to answer questions about how to develop a business that requires balance and strength to keep this business running for a long duration. The research methods used are Descriptive Qualitative, Interview, and Observation where these three studies aim to understand the phenomena that occur. Based on the results of the research conducted, it is found that of the nine quadrants of the Product-Service System (PSS), only four quadrants are feasible to be applied to Teras Jajan MSMEs, namely Product Related Service, Product Pooling, Outsourcing, and Functional Result. This has relevance to the problems faced by Teras Jajan MSMEs, namely the owners to develop the business they are running

Abstract

The issue of missing values in the scholarship selection process poses a challenge that can impact decision-making. This study aims to perform data imputation for scholarship candidate datasets using the K-Means method and evaluate its performance using the Mean Absolute Percentage Error (MAPE). K-Means was selected for its ability to group data based on pattern similarities, enabling it to estimate missing values in the scholarship candidate dataset. Two datasets were utilized in this study: one with 10% missing data and another with 20%. The results indicate that K-Means imputation can effectively apply to scholarship candidate data. Additionally, the findings reveal that the proportion of missing data influences the optimal number of clusters required. For the dataset with 10% missing data, the best configuration was achieved with 5 clusters, resulting in a MAPE of 13%. Conversely, for the dataset with 20% missing data, the optimal configuration required 2 clusters, yielding a MAPE of 14%.

Abstract

Agriculture, particularly rice cultivation, is crucial for Indonesia's food security; however, production is often hindered by pests and diseases. With over 30 million hectares of rice fields and millions of farmers relying on this staple crop, the impact of these challenges is significant, threatening both livelihoods and national food supply. This study aims to develop a rice plant disease diagnosis system using Convolutional Neural Network (CNN) methods implemented in a Streamlit-based application. Data were obtained from an open dataset on Kaggle, which includes images of healthy and infected rice leaves. The Streamlit application facilitates users in uploading images and receiving real-time diagnoses. Results show that the CNN model achieved an accuracy of 96.03% in identifying diseases, demonstrating a strong ability to recognize patterns in leaf images. This system offers an efficient solution to help farmers quickly and accurately detect rice diseases, contributing to increased agricultural productivity and food security in Indonesia
