Abstract

One of the aspects in the process of English language learning is to learn Grammar. Grammar is a set of rules used to organize language. In EFL context, unlike Bahasa Indonesia, English has sixteen different types of rules which are used based on function and time. In the English learning process, learning resources are essential component for teachers and students. One of the learning resources that can be used by teacher and students in this technological era is E-module. Thus, the aim of this research is to develop a teaching material adopting ADDIE model that can help students to comprehend the English structure. ADDIE model consists of 1) Analysis; 2) Design; 3) Development & Implementation; 4) Evaluation; 5) Final Product. The subject of this research was carried out in 1 class with 28 students, as well as an English teacher. Research and Development (R&D) research method was used in this research. In the process of developing the product, it was validated by material expert and media expert first, before being tested in classroom learning condition. The results showed that the development of English grammar E-module is valid and can be used in learning process. It showed by the results of validation scores which carried out by the experts. Other results are also shown in teacher response questionnaire which the effectiveness is in “high” category and the students response questionnaire showed that English grammar E-module “practical” in category. The subject of this research was carried out in 1 class with 28 students, as well as an English teacher

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of digital marketing and MSMEs tax incentives on MSMES sustainability. The type of research used is quantitative. The population in this study were MSMEs, the number of respondents in this study were 104 MSMsEs. The data collection method used a questionnaire. This data is processed using spss. Based on the results of multiple linear regression obtained form regression equation Y = 32.490 + 0.364 + 0.646. The results of the research and partial hypothesis testing show that digital marketing has a significant effect on the MSMEs sustainability, MSMEs tax incentives have a significant effect on the MSMEs sustainability. Simultaneously digital marketing and MSME tax incentives  have a significant effect on the sustainability of MSMEs

Abstract

This study investigates the impact of digital learning platform utilization on student performance in higher education, considering the mediating roles of digital literacy and student satisfaction. The research employs a quantitative approach using survey methodology and path analysis to examine the direct and indirect relationships between variables. Data were collected from students using digital learning platforms and analyzed using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with Partial Least Squares (PLS) approach. The results reveal that digital learning platform utilization significantly influences student performance through both digital literacy and student satisfaction. Digital literacy emerged as a stronger mediator compared to student satisfaction, highlighting its crucial role in enhancing academic performance in the digital learning environment. Interestingly, the quality of instructor-student interaction did not significantly affect student performance through satisfaction. The study found that digital learning platform utilization strongly correlates with increased digital literacy and student satisfaction. Furthermore, digital literacy showed a moderate positive effect on student performance. These findings underscore the importance of fostering digital literacy skills and optimizing digital learning platforms to enhance student performance in higher education. The research provides valuable insights for educational institutions in developing effective digital learning strategies and emphasizes the need for comprehensive approaches in implementing digitall learning platforms

Abstract

This research investigates the role of suitable corporate governance mechanisms in moderating the relationship between earnings management and firm value in manufacturing companies on the Indonesia Stock Exchange. This objective includes efforts to understand the extent to which good corporate governance can improve market perceptions of companies that implement earnings management, as well as providing empirical evidence about the importance of transparency and strict supervision in corporate management. In addition, this research aims to examine the influence of company size as a control variable, which can influence the relationship between earnings management and company value. The research method uses multiple linear regression analysis with moderator variables. The research results show that earnings management has a negative influence, although not significant, on company value. On the contrary, good corporate governance positively and significantly influences company value, showing the importance of transparency, accountability, and intense supervision in increasing stakeholder trust. However, the findings show that good corporate governance is insignificant in moderating the relationship between earnings management and firm value. The results of this research imply that unethical earnings management practices can harm a company's reputation in the long term. At the same time, good corporate governance positively impacts company value. Although GCG does not moderate this relationship, implementing strong GCG practices remains essential to maintain the integrity of capital markets. These results provide valuable guidance for companies and stakeholders in achieving optimal financial performance through wise earnings management and effective corporate governance.

Abstract

This paper focuses on designing a 32-bit Reduced Instruction Set Computer (RISC) Scalable Processor Architecture (SPArc) subset gener al purposes processor. The design process covers instructions selection, Register Transfer Notation (RTN) design, Datapath Design, and Control Unit Design. Basic integer instruction was selected. Datapath was designed along with the RTN with a five-stage pipeline with direct connection between stages. This design was then validated using functionality simulation test and implemented in Field Programmable Gate Array (FPGA). The performance of the processor was measured using thermal report, power report, and time report. Functional test shows that the Processor can execute instructions as designed, which are Arithmetic/Shift/Logic, Control Transfers, and Memory access instructions. It was validated with the register content and signal generated in each stage. The design was also successfully implemented in FPGA with the maximum clock of 58 MHz as the synthesis report shows. Thermal report shows the thermal properties of the design, which shown the acceptable thermal margin of 56.9 ?C and junction temperature of 28.1 ?C. The power report shows the low power consumption of 0.266 W, which consists of dynamic power of 0.173 W and static power of 0.093 W. This work enables further development and to be used as master processor in System on Chip design of special purpose processors like cognitive processors

Abstract

This study examines the influence of service quality and customer satisfaction on customer loyalty at PT. Telkom Indonesia's Ternate branch. Utilizing a quantitative approach, data were collected through a closed questionnaire from 70 customers who had directly interacted with Telkom’s services. The data were analyzed using descriptive methods and SmartPLS to explore the relationships between service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The results indicate that tangible and reliable aspects of service quality significantly enhance customer loyalty, while responsiveness does not have a notable effect. Additionally, customer satisfaction does not significantly influence loyalty and does not mediate the relationship between service quality and loyalty. These findings suggest that Telkom Ternate should prioritize improving tangible and reliable service dimensions to boost customer loyalty. This research offers practical insights for service improvement strategies to strengthen customer retention

Abstract

With the rising demand for automated financial systems, a reliable currency identification system is crucial. The dataset comprises images of currency notes, preprocessed and augmented to improve model performance. A convolutional neural network (CNN) model, built with TensorFlow and Keras, captures spatial hierarchies in the images. The Adam optimizer is employed to improve the efficiency of the training process, offering adaptive learning rates that accelerate convergence. The data is split into training and validation sets to evaluate accuracy and loss metrics over multiple epochs. Data augmentation techniques, such as random flipping, rotation, and zooming, are applied to enhance model robustness against variations in image quality and orientation. The model achieves over 90% accuracy by the final epoch, optimized with Adam, and is saved in formats such as TensorFlow SavedModel, TensorFlow.js, and Lite for web and mobile deployment. For example, the model is saved with model.save('saved_model/my_model') and can be reloaded using tf.keras.models.load_model('saved_model/my_model') for further evaluation. This system demonstrates the potential of deep learning with Adam optimization in automating financial processes, reducing errors, and improving transaction efficiency. Future work may focus on further optimization and real-time inference
