<![CDATA[Communities around the world have been living with pandemic conditions for more than a year. the elderly are still the largest contributor to death, although only 11.3% of all positive cases. These conditions indicate that efforts to deal with Covid-19 are very necessary for the elderly. Identifying the knowledge and health of the elderly in an effort to improve health in the elderly during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research uses an educational method with lectures and questions and answers about Smart Seniors. Education is carried out by providing counselling and health consultations based on the results of examinations (blood pressure, cholesterol, uric acid and blood sugar) for the elderly concerned. Leaflets about SMART seniors were also given, so that the material was easy to remember and could be distributed to other elderly people or the surrounding community. Participants in this Community Service activity were attended by 64 elderly people, the community was very active in participating in these activities and this was reflected in the attendance of 95% of participants and participating in this activity until it was finished, as well as the enthusiasm of the participants or the elderly who consulted about the results of blood pressure checks , blood sugar levels and individual uric acid levels This Community Service Activity was held in Jemekan Village, This activity was greeted with great enthusiasm by the elderly participants because it was the first time a medical examination and consultation was held by the Abdurrahman Ibrahim Jemekan Foundation with POLKESMA Lecturers.]]>

<![CDATA[Sikeyyan is a Small and Medium Sized Enterprises in Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. These Small and Medium Sized Enterprises do not have social media accounts to sell online. This is what makes intestinal chips products not very well known among the public. Product marketing is also limited, only in the area of origin, namely Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. From the problem, we provide assistance for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises starting from the aspect of product quality in the form of procuring oil slicing machines, creating social media accounts such as Instagram, Facebook, Shopee as well as product promotion and marketing through online media. So that it can improve product quality and be able to operate oil slicing machines independently, social media, product marketing through online media to increase the turnover of Small and Medium Sized Enterprises products and improve the welfare of rural communities. The resulting output is product quality, product packaging standards for Small and Medium Sized Enterprises, promotional media and online marketing through social media.]]>

<![CDATA[Sikeyyan is a Micro, Small and Medium Enterprise in Beged Village, Gayam District, Bojonegoro Regency. These Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises do not yet have business legality in general in the form of NIB, PIRT, trademarks and halal certificates. This is what makes intestinal chips products not very well known among the public. From this problem, we aim to provide assistance on the legality aspect of business by providing facilitation and guidance regarding the requirements in managing business legality that must be owned by business actors. The method used in assisting business legality is PAR (Participatory Action Research). PAR has three words that are always related to one another, namely participation, research, and action. All research must be implemented in action. PAR-based research is designed to examine something in order to change and make improvements to it. This assistance provides thebenefit of increasing the quality and quantity of sales of Sikeyyan MSME. ]]>

<![CDATA[The world increasingly familiar with the digital world encourages the government to transform, especially in public services. Digital transformation in the public service sector is principally carried out to present public services that can adapt to society's needs. This will be optimal if it is carried out collaboratively across agencies regarding data utilization and service delivery. This collaboration is not limited to between government agencies but also across BUMN/D and private parties to provide excellent service to the community. For this reason, policies have been established that encourage and direct the four targets of accelerating the transformation of public services, namely the realization of electronic-based public services for each type of service (e-service), public complaints as the basis for public service policies, strengthening innovation ecosystems and strengthening integrated services. In supporting this, ASN, especially supervisory officials, need insight into technological developments in preparing organizations to utilize technology that suits their needs in improving electronic-based public services (e-services) to the public. The SIPIO application (Consultation and Drug Information Services) was created as an innovative service that can maximize the pharmacist's clinical pharmacy work so that patients or health workers who need information about drugs can easily communicate with pharmacists.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose bamboo trees to have economic value. The method used in this activity is PAR (Participatory Action Research). PAR has three words that are always related to one another, namely participation, research, and action. All research must be implemented in action. PAR-based research is designed to examine something in order to change and make improvements to it. The results of theassistance explained that the education carried out was well received by the target group with the evaluation results that there were obstacles encountered in utilizing bamboo trees as creativity with economic value due to the interests and desires of the target group, lack of motivation and due to the impact of changing lifestyles drastically so that one looks at the benefits of bamboo trees and the results of education and discussion it can be explained that the bamboo tree craft made is a chicken cage because it suits the needs of the village community in general. Meanwhile, the implementation process of making crafts can run smoothly and with the constraints that the target group still does not understand the agreed systematics of making crafts. ]]>

<![CDATA[Kendaraan bermotor menjadi sarana transportasi umum yang digunakan dalam kegiatan sehari-hari. Lemahnya kesadaran masyarakat terhadap peraturan berlalu lintas terlihat dari rendahnya tingkat kedisiplinan masyarakat dalam berkendara, sehingga melahirkan budaya tidak disiplin pada masyarakat. Keselamatan dalam berkendara di jalan raya harus diutamakan oleh setiap pemakai jalan raya agar dapat menghindari terhadinya kecelakaan yang bisa merugikan diri sendiri maupun orang lain. Permasalahan inilah yang melatar belakangi penulis untuk membahasnya dalam penelitian, Pertama, masih minimnya pemahaman siswa tentang tertib berlalu lintas berdasarkan Undang-Undang Lalu Lintas dan Angkutan Jalan. Kedua, kurangnya sosialisasi kepada pelajar mengenai hal tersebut yang menganggap hal tersebut adalah hal yang perlu untuk didiskusikan. Target yang ingin dicapai dalam pengabdian pada masyarakat ini adalah memberikan edukasi kepada pelajar tentang berlalu lintas kepada siswa-siswi.]]>

<![CDATA[Kasus wanprestasi terjadi karena penyewa dan pemilik tanah di desa canggu ini berawal dari si penyewa menyewa tanah dengan luas 3.372M2 (tiga ribu tiga ratus tujuh puluh dua meter persegi). Permasalahan muncul ketika tahun 2020 Si Pemilik Tanah hanya menerima uang sewa sebesar Rp. 200.000.000,- (dua ratus juta rupiah) yang merupakan pembayaran sewa pertama dari Penyewa. Pemilik tanah belum mendapatkan pembayaran tahap ke 2 dan ke 3, dari penyewa. Permasalahan yang akan dikaji, ialah apa tugas dan peran dari Advokat Gendo Law Office dalam perkara Wanprestasi dari perjanjian sewa menyewa tanah dan Bagaimana upaya Advokat Gendo Law Office dalam menyelesaikan perkara Wanprestasi dari perjanjian sewa menyewa tanah. Maka kesimpulan dari penjelasan diatas yakni tugas serta peran Tim Advokat dalam perkara ini adalah mulai dari mengidentifikasi kasus, mecocokkan kronologis dengan bukti-bukti yang ada, mengirimkan somasi kepada para penyewa karena telah lalai, mengajukan Gugatan Wanprestasi ke Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar, dan lain-lain. Kedua, upaya yang ditempuh untuk pertama kali oleh Tim Advokat yakni mengajukan gugatan ke Pengadilan Negeri Denpasar, pada proses mediasi, Tim Advokat sebagai kuasa hukum sepakat menyelesaikan perkara dengan perdamaian dengan catatan Antara Penggugat dan Para Tergugat setuju untuk membatalkan perjanjian sewa menyewa dan Para pihak sepakat sejak perjanjian perdamaian ditandatangani oleh Tergugat II dan Tergugat III untuk memindahkan barang barangnya yang masih berada di atas tanah Penggugat.]]>

<![CDATA[Setiap perusahaan memiliki budaya yang berbeda. Jika salesman baru tidak cocok dan tidak dapat beradaptasi dengan budaya perusahaan, hal ini dapat mempengaruhi motivasi dan kinerja mereka. Perusahaan hingga saat ini belum menyediakan pelatihan yang memadai atau kurangnya dukungan dari rekan-rekan dan manajemen, mereka mungkin merasa terabaikan, sehingga salesman baru merasa putus asa dan menyerah sebelum diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap. Berikut adalah beberapa strategi yang di terapkan oleh perusahaan PT. Astra International Tbk-Honda Cabang Teuku Umar agar salesman baru bisa segera untuk diangkat menjadi pegawai tetap dalam masa trainingnya selama 3 bulan, sebagai berikut: Selalu menjaga kekompakan team dan motivasi kerja (Hal utama dan paling utama bagi divisi sales adalah terjaganya kekompakan team dan konsistensi dalam menjaga motivasi kerja. Untuk mengatasi permasalahan ini. Strategi-strategi tersebut dapat mencakup perubahan dalam proses perekrutan, peningkatan pelatihan, pendampingan yang lebih baik, penyesuaian target dan insentif, pemantauan kinerja yang lebih efektif, dan serta menciptakan budaya kerja yang mendukung pertumbuhan dan kolaborasi. Dengan pendekatan yang komprehensif, perusahaan dapat meningkatkan kualitas salesman baru dan akhirnya meningkatkan kinerja penjualan secara keseluruhan. Kata kunci: Salesman Baru, Strategi, PT. <![CDATA[Mental health problems that occur in the community are currently not detected early, so that mental disorders are only handled when they become chronic. The purpose of this activity is to provide knowledge and skills on how to detect mental health in the community. This activity was carried out in the Kaliombo Village with 33 participants. The training activities provided began with providing knowledge about mental health in general, the characteristics of mental health, risks and mental disorders, as well as theories about how to detect early. then examples are given, and participants practice early detection methods. After that, an evaluation was carried out, in which each participant tried to detect early his friend who was accompanied by a facilitator. Joyoboyo cadres really need to be provided with provision regarding early detection of mental health, so that mental health problems will be detected and handled promptly and appropriately.]]>

<![CDATA[Self-medication is a medication process based on complaints or symptoms up to the drug selection stage by themselves. Percentage of self-medication behavior in Kediri City increases every year so information about self-medication is needed. The class of drugs that can be used for self-medication are over the counter (OTC) drugs which are a class of over-the-counter drugs and limited over-the-counter drugs. These drugs can be purchased without a doctor's prescription, safe and effective if used according to the instructions for use. This activity aims to change the mindset and perspective of the community to be able to respond appropriately to how to use drugs by themselves. Community service activities in the form of counseling using the lecture method combined with a question and answer session, completed the pretest and posttest questionnaires, and last session is the distribution of leaflets regarding the use of OTC drugs. The target of the activity is the community in the Ngampel Village, Kediri City. There was an increase in knowledge about the use of OTC drugs in the community in Ngampel Village, Kediri City after being given counseling. We hope that after participating in counseling, people's knowledge will increase in using OTC drugs properly.]]>
