Manazhim Journal is an interdisciplinary publication of original research and writing on islamic education management. This journal was published by Manajemen Pendidikan Islam (MPI) STIT Palapa Nusantara Lombok - NTB which was published twice in a year (biannualy), February and August with a minimum of 5 articles. The journal aims to provide a forum for scholarly understanding of the field of education and plays an important role in promoting the process that accumulated knowledge, values, and skills. Scientific manuscript dealing with Islamic education management science topics are particularly welcome to be submitted.

The Indonesian government is currently trying to improve the quality of education through curriculum development, including the development of an assessment system. One of the characteristics of the assessment model that is widely used is the High Order Thinking Skills (HOTS) assessment model. This study aims to describe the implementation of HOTS questions in Islamic Religious Education subjects in class X SMK Wiraswasta Cimahi city based on thinking skills according to Bloom's taxonomy. The approach and method in this study used descriptive qualitative data from interviews, distributing research questionnaires, and document studies. The data analysis technique was carried out with qualitative analysis techniques which included data collection, data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The data validity technique uses data triangulation techniques. The results showed that the implementation of the questions (HOTS) went well and the results showed that the HOTS questions that we made contained several categories based on the level of difficulty of students answering the questions, namely: 8 difficult questions, 6 medium questions and 1 easy question.

Education has an important role in the development and development of a nation to civilize humans. The process of transferring knowledge takes place continuously that occurs systematically from one person to another. The Transfer of knowledge that occurs is expected to change the attitude, behavior, morals, ethics, and maturity of one's thinking. Learning that uses a variety of learning methods provides a fun transfer of knowledge by involving teachers and students that is carried out in the world of education at school. Based on observations made by researchers, it was found that the low numerical ability of students in the study, so the researchers conducted a study using a role playing model using traditional market games in the learning process. This study aims to analyze the effect of role playing models with traditional games of the market on the numerical ability of students on the average difference pretest-posttest. Actors in the game markets are children who have not been so burdened with activities that require energy and mind. This study is a pre-experimental design with one-group pretest-posttest design. The study was conducted in Class V SDN 01 Gemiring Kidul, Nalumsari, Jepara. The independent variable of this research is role playing model using traditional market games, while the dependent variable is the numerical ability of students. Data analysis techniques used Are t test on pretest and posttest results with a significance level of 5%. Based on the results obtained it can be concluded that the application of role playing model using traditional market games have an influence on the numerical ability of students, with the average numerical ability of students before being given treatment of 52.5 and after using the role playing model with traditional market games of 82.83. The difference in the average result has a difference of 30.33 which shows a significant effect on students ' numerical ability.

The purpose of this study is to find out the meaning of Siddiq, Amanah and Tabligh based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Regency, Mr. Fandi Akhmad Yani and to find out the relationship between Siddiq and Amanah towards Tabligh and Fathonah. This study uses a qualitative method with a phenomenological study approach. This research data collection technique through observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of this study are in the form of siddiq's meaning or essence based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements siddiq-characteristic Islamic leadership must have a trusted character in every program that is run and be transparent with all policies taken for prosperity the society he leads. The meaning or essence of Amanah is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, that is, a leader who applies Islamic leadership characterized by Amanah must have high integrity in carrying out the programs he has promised. In addition to high integrity, a leader must also be able to realize the programs promised to the community. The meaning or essence of Tabligh is based on the perspective of the Regent of Gresik, Mr. Akhmad Yani, namely a leader who implements Islamic leadership characterized by Tabligh must have a high level of concern and have an attitude of protecting the community he leads.

The problem that arises is whether there is a positive influence from the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency? This study aims to determine the effect of the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda, Ciawi District, Tasikmalaya Regency. With this aim, this research can be useful for the development of religious knowledge and prayer through intermediaries and its benefits for one of the morals of students. The method used in this research is descriptive method through a quantitative approach, namely research that seeks to reveal the current conditions/conditions by considering the past through questionnaires, interviews, as well as observation and processing of the figures obtained from the research. Based on the results of data processing, it was found that the activities of the Rohis MAN Ciawi extracurricular organization were classified as low. This is indicated by the average value ("X" ̅) = 70 when confirmed to the interpretation scale which is between 68.08 – 72.1 with a good classification. While the morals of the students are classified as good with an average score ("X" ̅) = 70.4 if confirmed on an interpretation scale between 68.8 – 72. And the influence of the activities of the Rohis extracurricular organization on the morals of students at MAN Kiarakuda has an influence significantly with the very high category, with rs = 0.9 in the interval 0.81-1.00 and t_(count ) > t_table 9 > 2.021 so that Ha is accepted and Ho is rejected. Rohis extracurricular organizational activities affect the morals of students by 81% and the remaining 19% are thought to be influenced by other factors, for example the teacher's personality, living environment and others.

The research aims to determine the feasibility or validity of teaching materials in the form of teaching materials in the form of E-Books as a medium for student learning in strategic management courses and to determine the practicality of teaching materials developed by researchers. The research method used is Research and Development (R&D) or research and development using the 4D development model consisting of define, design, develop, disseminate. The results of research and development of teaching materials in the form of E-Books are based on the assessment of material experts, media experts and linguists, namely the score obtained on the material expert aspect based on validator 1 is 87.50% and validator 2 is 85%, on the media expert aspect based on the Validator 1 is 90% and validator 2 is 80% and on the linguist aspect based on validator 1 is 85% and validator 2 is 80%. Then for the practicality of teaching materials in the form of E-Books get a score of 84.6%. From the results of this study it can be concluded that this research produces teaching materials in the form of e-books that are valid and practical. The results of the material validation reached the "Very High" category, the media expert validation achieved the "Very High" category, and the language validation achieved the "Very High" category. The practicality category is included in the "Very Practical" category. So it can be concluded that the resulting product is said to be valid and practical.

Nowadays, students are required to be able to apply Islamic Religious Education (PAI) lessons in their daily lives, so pai teacher leadership is needed to achieve this goal. The purpose of this study is to find out the paradigm of PAI teacher leadership, to find out the problems of PAI teachers, and to find out the leadership of PAI teachers in achieving learning optimization at SMPIT Titian Ilmu Bekasi. This research uses a qualitative approach with the content analysis method (content study). Data collection techniques with literature review and observation. The results of this study are (1) the leadership of a PAI teacher can be measured by benchmarking the extent to which he can implement leadership indicators. (2) Some of the problems of PAI teachers include insufficient student interest, less conducive subject hours, lack of mastery of the material, and uninteresting learning methods or media. (3) The leadership of pai teachers at SMPIT Titian Ilmu Bekasi is in accordance with effective leaders, in accordance with the leadership component and in accordance with leadership in the Islamic view, although not perfectly but already represents the overall nature of teacher leadership in the Islamic view

The EDM - e-RKAM application opens opportunities for the management of BOS funds and other funds in a more transparent and accountable manner, which can be accessed in stages starting at the madrasah level, Regency/City Ministry of Religion Offices, Regional Offices of the Provincial Ministry of Religion to the level of the Indonesian Ministry of Religion. The use of the e-RKAM and EDM applications is expected to cut reporting bureaucracy. This digital transformation is a concrete effort to realize more effective, efficient, transparent and corruption-free management of the education budget. The objectives in this study are: Knowing the Implementation of Self-Evaluation management in compiling using the EDM e-RKAM Application. Application. The purpose of this study is to determine the communication strategy of lecturers in building understanding of PTNBH at the Bandung Institute of Technology. Communication is a fundamental thing in human life, even communication becomes a phenomenon for the formation of a society or community integrated by information, where each individual in the society itself shares information sharing to achieve common goals. In simple terms, communication can occur if there is a similarity between the person who conveys the message and the person who receives the message. The research method that researchers use is a descriptive research method with a qualitative type through historical methods, namely research that studies a principle that occurs in the present and in the past based on the traces obtained. As a result of the research that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the things behind ITB implementing its public communication strategy are in building a common understanding of various matters related to the change in the status of PTN to PTN-BH. The institution, in this case the ITB Public Relations, carries out interaction activities through a public communication strategy where everyone can respond to each other and monitor the situation so that a common understanding of the background of changes in the status of the institution is formed; The public communication strategy is also carried out in reducing and providing solutions to the unrest that occurs in the ITB academic community. In this study, stakeholders focused on ITB students Departing from intense interactions, various integrated habits of all ITB academics were constructed to achieve common goals (success)

Leadership is the act of a leader in achieving educational goals. Its main action affects other people. In this study, researchers focused on three things, namely: (1) What is the policy-making strategy for women leaders in Islamic education institutions at MAK Hamzanwadi II? (2) What is the teacher's perception of women's leadership at MAK Hamzanwadi II? (3) What are the obstacles to women's leadership in Islamic educational institutions at MAK Hamzanwadi II?. The research method used is a qualitative method of case study research. Data collection techniques through observation, interviews and documentation. Data analysis techniques use data reduction, data condensation, data presentation, and verification. Test the validity of the data using credibility, dependability, confirmability, and transferability. The results of this study are (1) Leadership Policy Making Strategy at MAK Hamzanwadi II, namely implementing a decision-making strategy through initial identification of problem parts, formulation of problem solving objectives, and determination of criteria for selecting alternative solutions which become a set of decisions or policies. Decision making efforts are carried out by inviting the presence of the teacher council in a special meeting then explaining an issue related to the decision to be taken. (2) The teacher's perception of women's leadership at MAK Hamzanwadi II is that they have been accepted as figures who have managerial abilities and are nurturing. Institutional progress received affirmation from its subordinates as a form of emancipatory awareness strengthened by religious awareness. (3) Obstacles to female leaders in Islamic education institutions are firstly personal barriers based on perceptual barriers that arise from feelings of inappropriateness as leaders. The two relational barriers are in the form of communication barriers both in understanding the message and in the policy outreach strategy.

Teachers are educators, mentors, coaches, and curriculum balancers who can create conditions and a conducive learning atmosphere, such as a fun, interesting learning atmosphere, giving students space to think actively and innovatively in exploring and elaborating their abilities. The teacher's role is very important in improving student learning achievement so they must be more creative in choosing teaching methods. The purpose of this study was to determine the influence of teacher creativity on motivation to learn to read the Koran in students of Madrasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Sumbawa. This type of research is ex post facto comparative causal research using a quantitative approach. The research instrument was a questionnaire based on the research procedures used in this study. Data analysis was carried out through research instrument tests which included validity and reliability followed by the classical assumption test. The method used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study show that teacher creativity has a direct effect on learning motivation. Because it has a probability value (0.000) <0.05, which means there is a positive and significant influence between teacher creativity on learning motivation. This means that the higher the teacher's creativity in teaching, the higher the learning motivation of students in class X Madarasah Aliyah Negeri (MAN) 1 Sumbawa.
