Abstract

This study aims to develop social science supplement book products based on local wisdom in Singkawang City for grade IV elementary schools to assist learning activities in the Independent Curriculum. This research and development (RnD) adopted the Borg & Gall model. Data were obtained from 22 fourth-grade students of State Elementary School 15 Singkawang, 1 class teacher, and 3 validators consisting of 1 material, design, and language expert. The data collection method used interviews and questionnaires. The results showed that the development of social science supplement books based on local wisdom in Singkawang City had gone through 7 out of 10 steps. The validity of the developed product obtained very good criteria with an average percentage value of 95% on the material aspect, 95% on the design aspect, and 97.2% on the language aspect. The results of the teacher's response showed very good criteria with an average percentage value of 91.67%. The results of student responses in the first trial showed an average percentage value of 96% with very feasible criteria, and the second trial had an average percentage value of 90.9% with very feasible criteria.

Abstract

This study aims to determine whether there is a relationship between learning interest and learning motivation with students' cognitive learning outcomes. Descriptive method in the form of correlation study is used for research. 30 grade V A students at SDN 17 Pontianak City were used as research subjects. The indicators of interest and motivation to learn included: concentration of attention, feeling happy with learning, willingness or tendency to learn, length of study, learning attitude, consistency with learning, persistence with learning, loyalty with learning, and vision with learning. Documents that contain learning outcomes and data from the results of the questionnaire are the statistics used. The data collection technique used was a documentation technique using the average value of thematic cognitive learning of class V A students at SDN 17 Pontianak City, and the data collection method used was an indirect communication technique or an intermediary tool in the form of a learning interest questionnaire and a learning motivation questionnaire using a level significant 5%, or N = 30 is 0.361. This study shows that there is no correlation between students' learning interest and cognitive learning outcomes and the correlation between students' learning motivation and cognitive learning outcomes is rcount = 0.187 and 0.209. As well as interest and student motivation with cognitive learning outcomes is rcount = 0.226. Based on the data obtained, it can be concluded that there is a low correlation between interest and learning motivation with cognitive learning outcomes of students in thematic learning in class V A SDN 17 Pontianak City.

Abstract

This research is based on the existence of an independent curriculum policy proclaimed by the government which gave birth to a new paradigm in the implementation of education in Indonesia. Based on this, research was conducted with the aim of describing the readiness of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang in implementing the independent curriculum. The research question prepared is how the readiness of schools to face an independent curriculum. The research was carried out at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang on 12, 19 and 26 November 2022 by means of observation and interviews with school principals, curriculum representatives, and teacher councils. The research results were analyzed and processed in a narrative and descriptive manner. The results of the study stated that various preparations had been made at SMPN 5 Padang Panjang from various groups. Readiness is carried out not only by schools, but also by school principals, curriculum representatives, PAI teachers and other subject teachers. In general, the readiness of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang is quite mature as evidenced by the ability of SMPN 5 Padang Panjang to implement the independent curriculum at level 2 with the independent category changing.

Abstract

This research departs from the background of reading the Koran in schools at the Diniyyah Takmiliah Awaliyah Institute, which focuses on reading verses of the Koran tartil and fluently and being able to understand it and learn it to apply it to everyday life day with even better Al-Qur'an recitation, the purpose of the researcher is to describe the learning that is applied at the Al-Hasanah DTA school in providing learning to students and applying appropriate methods to facilitate Al-Qur'an recitation for students at school . The method used in this study is a qualitative method which is taken based on data in the field by way of observation studies, interviews, and documentation so that research results can be found and conclusions drawn. The results obtained from the research are the efforts of DTA teachers to improve the quality of students' reading of the Qur'an by carrying out several supporting factors that can be understood by students regarding how to read the Al-Qur'an properly and correctly, which starts at the beginning of learning and after learn by using Yanbu'a method.

Abstract

The aims of this study were: 1) to know the impact of modernity on consumption rationality, 2) to ascertain the influence of lifestyle on consumption rationality, 3) to ascertain the impact of economic literacy on consumption rationality; and 4) to know the simultaneous influence of modernity, lifestyle, and economic literacy on the consumption rationality of economics students. Multiple linear regression analysis and correlational research methods were used in this study. Questionnaires on the variables of modernity, lifestyle, and consumption rationality, as well as tests on the variables of economic literacy, were used to collect data for this study. The number of people in this review were 99 economics students and determined by using Daniel and Terrel's recipe to become 58 economics students who eventually became the sample. SPSS 20.0 for Windows was used for multiple linear regression data analysis. The results of the research data analysis reveal the following: Modernity has a positive effect on the rationality of student consumption with a sig value of 0.002 with an effect of 13.3%; The results of the research data analysis reveal the following: Modernity has a positive effect on the rationality of student consumption with a sig value of 0.002 with an effect of 13.3%; and the simultaneous effect of modernity, lifestyle, and economic literacy simultaneously influences the consumption rationality of economics students with a sig value of 0.000, with an influence of 44.6%.

Abstract

This study examines the review of the integration of fiqh and social towards the phenomenon of apostasy in Indonesia. The problem is that the phenomenon of apostasy in Indonesia is increasing, while religious doctrine, especially Islam, does not tolerate such apostate behavior. From these problems, research questions arise: 1) How does society react to apostates? 2) What are the implications of apostasy in social life? This research is a field research using a qualitative approach. Data was collected through interviews with 20 informants, tracking online media and print media such as social media, Google, news on online sites, and Youtube to collect information relevant to apostates in a review of fiqh and social integration. The data collected was analyzed using descriptive analysis techniques which will be presented in order to answer the problems. Based on the results of the study it was found that in the problem of apostasy there is a significant integration of fiqh and social. This can be seen from the impact/implications arising from the act of apostasy in a fiqh and social review, namely being the cause of a person's apostasy through a study of fiqh and social facts, apostasy being the cause of rifts in the family, being a hindrance to child custody, and being the cause of a couple's divorce. husband and wife, as well as the reaction of an indigenous community that advises apostates to return to Islam is also taught in fiqh and social matters.

Abstract

Education in the 21st century requires students to have critical thinking skills, so they can improve their quality of life. The PAI learning model in high school requires an ICT-based Project Based Learning learning model to improve students' thinking skills, so they are able to solve problems. This study aims to produce a valid and practical ICT-based Project Based Learning model for PAI learning to improve high school students' critical thinking skills. Research questions formulated how to apply the Project Based Learning model based on ICT in learning? The research method used is the Research and Development method with the ADDIE model which includes stages; 1) Analysis, 2) Design, 3) Development, 4) Implementation, and 5) Evaluation. The results of the research and development of the PAI learning model with ICT-based Project Based Learning obtained an average validation result of 0.872 in the valid category and the results of the practicality test of 0.780 in the very practical category. Thus this model is valid and practical for use at the high school level.

Abstract

Islamic Religious Education at higher education institutions is a Compulsory Curriculum Subject family, generally taken in the first semester of 2 credits or the equivalent of 14 meetings with a duration of 90 to 120 minutes of meeting. The number of meetings and the time required requires a lecturer in Islamic Religious Education to be able to convey learning effectively and efficiently and with a formula that makes it easier for students to absorb and understand learning material more quickly. Descriptive qualitative research through interviews and observations to obtain primary data and documentation to obtain secondary data aims to obtain in-depth information regarding the model applied to learning Islamic Religious Education at the Mataram Health Polytechnic. The results of the study show that the lecturers for the Islamic Religious Education Course choose to use the Concept Map Model in facilitating students to achieve the learning objectives that have been set.

Abstract

At present the phenomena and problems that still occur in one of the sub-districts in Medan City, to be precise in Medan Denai District, are marriage at an early age. The problem of early marriage or often called underage marriage is no longer a new phenomenon in an area. Early marriage is a very serious problem and interpersonal communication is aware of it. The aim of this research is to prevent marriage at an early age in the community, especially in Medan Denai District. The research was conducted using qualitative methods presented in descriptive form. Data collection was carried out through direct observation and interviews with informants in the study, namely some people who married at an early age, religious leaders, heads of KUA and staff. The results of the study show that the factors that cause early marriage are due to economic factors, education, self-desire, parents' wishes, MBA (marriged by acident) factors, media, customs/culture. Efforts made by the Office of Religious Affairs are conducting outreach regarding the age limit for marriage, reproductive health, and collaboration between the Office of Religious Affairs and the local community. It is hoped that knowing the causal factors and the solutions that have been given will prevent cases of marriage at an early age.

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to understand the moral development tried by Islamic religious learning educators at SMP Negeri 2 Dringu, Probolinggo Regency,recognize supporting aspects and obstacles to strengthening student ethics at SMP Negeri 2 Dringu, Probolinggo Regency.The method used by the researcher is qualitative, where this method is more of a description, which is intended to describe the information contained in the research position. Procedures for collecting information through observation, interviews and documentation. The analysis of information uses methods of reduction, presentation of information and drawing conclusions. The results of the deepening show thatstrategies for islamic learning educators at SMP Negeri 2 Dringu, Probolinggo Regency, to strengthen student ethics, including mentoring strategies, supervision or monitoring strategies, adjustment strategies, linkages, using reward strategies and supporting aspects as well as barrier aspects to strengthen the morals of students of SMP Negeri 2 Dringu, Probolinggo Regency,The supporting aspect is the school's habit that is suitable for the moral development of students and has a vision, mission and purpose that is in harmony. On the contrary, the barrier aspect is the conflicting background of students, the lack of a balance between the school area, the family area and the residents' area, obstacles arise from the students themselves.
