Abstract

Human resources (HR) is one of the factors that play an important role as a driver of the organization/company and is a key to the organization/company in carrying out its business activities. The pre-survey results show that the biggest problem lies in the team work and job satisfaction variables. This can be seen by comparing last year at PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk on team work with a percentage of 36% in 2023 decreased compared to the previous year.This study aims to determine the role of teamwork on job satisfaction of employees of PT Arita Prima Indonesia Tbk by using descriptive qualitative research methods with the number of informants taken as many as 3 people. the results in this study are the Role of Teamwork on job satisfaction in employees of PT Arita Prima TBK. Good teamwork will lead to job satisfaction such as increased salaries due to target achievement, good relations between leaders and coworkers, increased work to the opportunity to get promoted (promotion).

Abstract

Competition in the healthcare industry is currently very tight. This is due to the increasing number of clinics and hospitals that are established, as well as the increasing number of people who use hospitals to get health services. This is proportional to the increasing public awareness of health services. In addition, the presence of private and government-owned hospitals, doctors' practices and midwives in every area where people live, will add to the high level of competition in this industry. A pre-survey was conducted to determine the level of satisfaction of outpatients. The problem is service quality and hospital image on outpatient patient satisfaction at Bhayangkara Sartika Asih Hospital, Bandung City. This study aims to analyze using the Qualitative Descriptive method. By conducting direct interviews at the research location, namely Bhayangkara Hospital TK II Sartika Asih Bandung City, the results of in-depth interviews with all informants show that the hospital service system needs improvement, especially by adding Human Resources for services in the outpatient room, in order to support the quality of quality service. overall. Abstract

This study was conducted to determine and analyze the influence of E-service quality and E-recovery seller service on online repurchase intention with the E- loyalty variable as a mediating variable on TikTok Shop. The results of this study show the influence of E-Service Quality on E-loyalty, there is an influence of E-recovery seller service on E- loyalty, there is an influence of E-service quality on online repurchase intention, there is an influence of E-recovery Service Quality on Online Repurchase Intention, there is an influence of E-loyalty on online repurchase intention, there is an indirect influence of E-service quality on online repurchase intention through E-loyalty as a mediating variable, there is no indirect influence of E- service quality on online repurchase intention through E-loyalty as a mediating variable. It is hoped that TikTok will improve and pay more attention to the quality of e-service quality, e-recovery services so that TikTok buyers or visitors will increase so that consumers are loyal and make repeat purchases on the TikTok Shop application

Abstract

Application Clinical Pathway in hospitals has been recognized as an effective strategy for improving the quality and efficiency of health services. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of Clinical Pathway implementation at Dustira Hospital TNI AD Cimahi, especially in the context of BPJS Health claims and the factors that influence its success. This research uses qualitative methods. The sampling technique uses technique scluster random sampling where the selection of the TNI AD Dustira Hospital was chosen randomly. This data was collected by means of questionnaire surveys, interviews and document analysis. The results of the research show that the implementation of Clinical Pathway is effective in increasing BPJS claim income, which is proven by the fact that in 2022 there was an increase in income in the following year in 2023.

Abstract

This research aims to find out the marketing communication strategy at Riseloka.com in increasing product sales. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method, which is research that tries to describe or describe the object under study based on the facts in the field. The data presented uses secondary data primary data through structured interviews, observation, and documentation related to this research, then the data analysis technique used in this research technique is qualitative data analysis. The results of this study indicate that the marketing communication strategies implemented by Riseloka.com are advertising and direct marketing. Advertising uses the marketplace and through social media. While direct marketing is done using social media to individuals and companies/agencies. Of the two strategies carried out, advertising through social media (online) is more routinely carried out because it is considered more effective and efficient. Meanwhile, direct marketing through the marketplace is carried out regularly at least 3 times a year and can even be more frequent in accordance with technological advances.

Abstract

An employee, or a group of employees, is required to have high productivity when carrying out their work or completing tasks. Essentially, productivity doesn't just focus on generating a large amount of work but also considers the final product's quality. This study aims to determine the effect of work discipline, employee development, and organizational culture on the quality of work of employees of the Ministry of Religion of Solok City. This study uses a quantitative approach and primary data. This study utilized a sample of 43 employees from the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. This study employed the complete sampling method. The data analysis techniques employed in this study include validity tests, reliability tests, multiple linear analyses, and coefficient of determination (R2). The study's results suggest that work discipline significantly influences the quality of work produced by employees at the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. Religion of Solok City. Organizational culture does not significantly influence the quality of work performed by employees of the Ministry of Religion in Solok City. Employee development and organizational culture have a significant effect on the quality of work of employees of the Ministry of Religion of Solok City. The R square of 22% reveals the coefficient of determination (R2), indicating a low degree of closeness between the dependent and independent variables. Other variables outside the model discussed in this study, like communication, training, coaching, and others, influence the remaining 78%.

Abstract

ABSTRACT This study aims to analyze the influence of human resource development on employee performance at the office of the Regional Financial and Asset Management Revenue Agency (BPPKAD) of Sampang Regency. Human resource development is one of the important factors that can improve employee performance in an organization. The research method used is a quantitative method with a survey approach. Data was obtained through a questionnaire distributed to BPPKAD employees. The population of this study is all employees at BPPKAD Sampang Regency, with a sample of 96 people. Data analysis uses a multiple linear regression test with an absolute difference test, and a hypothesis test is carried out with a t-test. The results of the study show that human resource development has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. Thus, an effective human resource development program can be a solution in improving employee performance in the agency. Abstract

This study aims to explore the relationship between pricing, service quality, and institutional image among students at Makassar Polytechnic LP3I. Utilizing a quantitative approach with Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) based on Partial Least Squares (PLS), this research analyzed data from 91 randomly selected students. The results indicate that both pricing and service quality have a significant impact on the institutional image. Clear and rational pricing strategies, as well as high-quality services, positively contribute to the institutional image, enhancing students' perception of the institution's reputation. This study emphasizes the importance of price transparency and quality service in shaping a positive institutional image and attracting prospective students. Furthermore, the study suggests the need for future research to explore the long-term effects of these factors on student satisfaction and loyalty. This research provides practical insights for policymakers and educational administrators to improve the reputation of institutions in the higher education sector in Indonesia, highlighting the crucial role of pricing and service quality in determining institutional image.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of education, training, and motivation on employee performance at the Rappocini District Office, by involving 89 employees as a sample. The uniqueness of this study lies in its deep focus on the specific context in the Rappocini District Office, so that the results can provide more relevant insights for management in the government sector. The results of the study show that partially, education has a positive and significant effect on employee performance, where employees with higher education tend to have better performance. Training also has a positive and significant effect, helping employees improve the skills and knowledge needed to carry out their duties. However, motivation shows a negative but significant influence on employee performance, indicating that excessive motivation can lead to pressures that reduce performance. Simultaneously, these three variables have a positive and significant influence on employee performance, demonstrating the importance of a holistic approach in employee development to improve overall performance. The managerial implications of this study emphasize the need to develop structured training programs and better assessment of motivational factors, in order to create a more productive and supportive work environment.
