Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of price, halal awareness, and halal labels on the demand for halal food and beverage products in Alun-alun Trunojoyo Sampang as an effort to increase halal awareness of the community, especially traders. Given that the first stage of mandatory halal is applied to food and beverage products, as well as service products until the final deadline, namely October 17, 2024. The variables used in this study are price, halal awareness, and halal labels. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling technique with the criteria, people who have purchased halal food and beverage products in the Alun-alun Trunjoyo Sampang area. The number of samples was 100 respondents. Data analysis used Multiple Linear Regression. The results of this study indicate that price has a negative effect on the demand for halal food and beverage products, while halal awareness and halal labels have a significant positive effect on the demand for halal products.

Abstract

How influential are workload, self-control, and job stress on performance, considering cyberloafing as a mediating variable? The research method uses quantitative descriptive analysis techniques based on secondary and primary data obtained through questionnaires with a Likert scale approach. This study uses the SmartPLS version 4.1 analysis tool with PLS-SEM. The results of the study Workload, self-control have a positive and significant effect on performance, stress has a negative and significant effect on performance, then workload, self-control have a negative and significant effect on cyberloafing, while work stress has a positive and significant effect on cyberloafing, cyberloafing has a negative and significant effect on performance, cyberloafing significantly mediates the effect of workload on performance, cyberloafing significantly mediates the effect of self-control on the performance of civil servants, and cyberloafing significantly mediates the effect of stress on performance.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the accountability and transparency of the management of funds for public high school education institutions in Pekanbaru city. In 2020 SMA Negeri 8 is a public school in Pekanbaru city with the largest number of students, with this number of students SMA Negeri 8 is the recipient of the most School Operational Assistance (BOS) funds compared to other State Senior High Schools in Pekanbaru city. Being the school with the most funding recipients, makes the related school become a target and questioned how the funds are managed. In the management of education funds, accountability and use of funds are adjusted to technical guidelines, some important indicators that must be considered in the management of education funds are accountability and transparency. This research is a case study research with a descriptive approach and the sample studied was 60 people consisting of school principals, school BOS fund treasurers and teachers at SMA Negeri 8 Pekanbaru.

Abstract

This study aims to obtain empirical evidence of employee job satisfaction as a moderator of the effect of online motivation, motivation and leadership on employee performance with employee job satisfaction as a moderator. The dependent variable in this study is employee performance, the independent variables in this study are online training, motivation and leadership, while the moderating variable in this study is employee job satisfaction. The research was conducted on employees of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in 2023. This type of research is quantitative. The data in this study used primary data by distributing questionnaires. The sampling method uses purposive sampling. The data analysis technique used is Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA). The results of this study indicate that there is a significant positive effect on employee job satisfaction which moderates online training, motivation and leadership on employee performance. The results of this study are expected to help the management of PT. Bank Rakyat Indonesia Sidoarjo Branch Office in knowing the effect of increasing the performance and job satisfaction of BRI Sidoarjo branch employees.

Abstract

In the era of globalization and increasingly fierce business competition, product design is no longer only seen as an aesthetic aspect, but also as an important element that can influence consumer behavior in determining consumer decisions in purchasing a product. Apart from product design, food taste (multisensory sensation) is an important element that can influence consumer perception and purchasing interest. The aim of this research is to analyze the influence of product design and food taste on consumer buying interest. The sample used was 153 respondents who were taken using a questionnaire and using multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The results show that product design and food taste have a significant positive effect on consumer buying interest in Snack Momogi.

Abstract

The culinary tourism sector in Sampang City was chosen because the creative economy driven by creative industries can develop human resources through knowledge, activities and innovation. Developing creativity is important to achieve progress and competitive advantage. However, in developing the creative economy in the culinary tourism sector, there are still various problems with human resources, product innovation, lack of service ideas, limited suppliers, unattractive packaging design, limited marketing and use of technology. This research aims to determine internal and external environmental factors in the creative economic development strategy in the culinary tourism sector of Sampang City. The research results show that the development strategy requires intervention from the relevant government so that problems can be resolved, such as holding training, always innovating products, improving packaging design to make it more attractive, increasing suppliers and investing in more modern technology. This research uses a qualitative descriptive method with informants from culinary business actors in Sampang City. This research uses SWOT analysis to anticipate threats by exploiting strengths, and overcome weaknesses by looking for opportunities, so that the development of the creative economy in the culinary tourism sector remains optimal.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of arisan julo-julo on the income of lower-middle class people in Kuranji District, Padang City. The population in the study were poor people in Kuranji District collected through the PKH assistance program as many as 3,378 heads of families. By using the slovin formula, 97 people were obtained as samples. Sampling in this study was carried out by purposive sampling. This type of research is quantitative research that aims to determine the degree of relationship and pattern or form of influence between two or more variables, where with this research a theory will be built that functions to explain, predict and control a phenomenon. The data analysis technique used is descriptive and linear regression with hypothesis testing. The results of the study indicate that the Julo-julo variable has a positive and significant effect on community income.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the use of information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systems on employee performance at the Sleman Regency DPRD Secretariat office. This type of research is quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling, using a sample of 121 employees and the data was obtained through a questionnaire. The data that has been obtained is then processed using SPSS 20. The results of this study indicate that information technology, digital financial literacy, and internal control systemshas an influence on employee performance with a total of 53.2% and the remaining 46.8% is caused by other factors that were not studied.

Abstract

Electronic Word Of Mouth is used as a means of communication between people where the person receives non-commercial messages about brands, products or services. With the existence of Electronic Word Of Mouth, it is easier for prospective buyers to determine their choice whether to buy the product or not depending on the content of the information whether it is positive or negative. In addition to Electronic Word Of Mouth, prospective buyers generally adjust their own personality to the personality of an item being purchased. This type of research uses a quantitative method by distributing questionnaires via Google Formal. The population used in this study were Buttonscarves buyers at Sun Plaza and Delipark. The sampling technique in this study used the purposive sampling technique with a sample size of 175 respondents divided into 88 respondents at Sun Plaza and 87 respondents at Delipark. The results of this study are that Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase Buttonscarves products. Electronic Word Of Mouth has a positive and significant effect on the decision to purchase the results of the determination test obtained R2 of 0.56 or 56%.This explains that around 56% of purchasing decision variables can be explained by EWOM variables.

Abstract

Post Covid-19 Pandemic, PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District still applies operational work standards during the pandemic. The quality and quantity of core competencies have certainly changed employees. This study examines: (1) the influence of core competencies and leadership styleon job satisfaction at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. (2) The influence of core competencies and leadership style on employee performance at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. (3) The influence of job satisfaction on employee performance which is strengthened by the work environment at PT Wings Surya Surabaya Wonocolo District. The research method used is descriptive analysis using the Likert scale as a questionnaire measuring tool and the help of the War-PLS7.0 data processing application. The results of the study show (1) core competencies and leadership styles have a significant effect on performance and performance, (2) through job satisfaction, core competency styles do not have an effect on performance, (3) the work environment is unable to moderate satisfaction with performance. The implications of the research that emerge are the success of active and transformative leaders in the company and the attitudes and character of each employee's competence are able to influence performance and job satisfaction for the better, but a comfortable, safe and clean work environment is still unable to be a factor that strengthens employee satisfaction to improve performance.
