Abstract

Indonesia is a very diverse country. Diversity is reflected in many ways, ranging from ethnicity, religion, race, and culture. Indonesia's diversity starts with the diversity of individuals in the family, a diversity that cannot be denied. With diversity will make it rich for a nation, especially Indonesia, but there will likely be conflicts within the community due to the diversity that exists. Social security becomes important for a family to be able to stay and be able to solve the problems faced. The family sphere is very important as the spearhead in building social resilience in diversity. The family must be able to maintain and create social harmony, social empathy, and imbalance and non-conducive family members. Abstract

This article explores public awareness in shaping ecotourism in Mandak Village. Participation through the development of Watu Rumpuk Tourism in Mendak Village, Perdagangan District, Madiun Regency is one of the uses of social participation in an effort to encourage the economic growth of the Mendak Village community. This research approach is qualitative and type of research uses descriptive studies. Determination of informants in research using purposive techniques. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, and documentation. Data analysis uses data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions and verification. The data validity technique uses source triangulation. The results showed that participation formed by the Mendak Village community was a form of horizontal participation. Where horizontal participation is participation born from community self-awareness in dealing with existing problems. The background of the formation of this participation comes from the condition of clove harvest failure which is a common problem. Then the problem solving is obtained by exploiting natural potential, namely tourism development. Development activities are carried out in mutual cooperation until there is economic growth, all these activities are a form of development carried out by community participation. The participation in Watu Rusun tourism development can occur because of the willingness of the community to be involved in tourism development, the opportunities provided by the community, and the ability of the community to utilize tourism. The benefits of participation in tourism development for the community are the availability of new jobs, the emergence of businesses in processing local potential, and the existence of CSR from investors for tourism development.Keywords: Failure of Clove Agriculture, Social Participation, Watu Rusun Tourism Development, community economic growth.

Abstract

The COVID-19 pandemi has made all children's activities ranging from teaching and learning activities to self-development to be carried out at home. Parents are required to be able to guide and facilitate all their children's needs to ensure that children can learn and develop well. For that we need a good parenting style and support the child's self development. The purpose of this study is to find a complete integration of parenting patterns based on Abraham Maslow's humanistic concept to ensure the fulfillment of children's needs amid the COVID-19 pandemi while ensuring that children develop well. This study uses a qualitative research method with a literature approach to collect, study and analyze a complete concept of parenting in the midst of a pandemic. This research found that the integration of humanistic concepts in parenting in the midst of the COVID-19 pandemi resulted in a holistic parenting concept by paying attention to several aspects such as the fulfillment of physiological needs, security, love and affection, self-esteem and culminating in self-actualization where children are capable. understand and develop self potential well. Keyword : COVID-19, Pandemi, Parenting, Humanistic Psychology

Abstract

In 2019, the City Government of Mojokerto declared two schools, SDN Purwotengah and SMPN 2 Kota Mojokerto as cultural heritage. Soekarno also known as Bung Karno, one of the founding fathers of this country, Indonesia, studied there, on 1908 until 1916. This study discusses how the discourse on optimizing the cultural heritage of Bung Karno's two schools as historical tourism objects, from the perspective of social and economic welfare of the community. The theory used in this study is public policy, popularized by Thomas Dye and James E. Anderson. This study uses a qualitative method with the discourse analysis approach of Norman Fairclough. The discourse analyzed anything was conveyed by the Mayor of Mojokerto Ika Puspitasari and the Head of the Education Office Amin Wachid in the Srawung program, which aired from 16.00 to 17.00, 18 August 2020, on TVRI East Java. The result of this study indicates, the City Government of Mojokerto is serious, regarding make historical tourism objects in the cultural heritage buildings of the Bung Karno Schools. The City Government of Mojokerto considers, it will further foster a sense of community nationalism, provide authentic historical insights, as well as emerge a populist economy.keywords: Cultural Heritage, Discourse, Public Policy, Social and Economic Welfare

Abstract

Social workers have an obligation to apply values and ethics as a form of professionalism in the intervention process. However, in reality the application of values and ethics sometimes experiences ethical problems or dilemmas. The focus of research on the application of social worker values and ethics in the mentoring process to clients, especially in the community empowerment program for the Mardiko scavenger group at TPST Piyungan Bantul, Yogyakarta. As well, looking at the ethical dilemmas experienced by social workers while applying values and ethics. This research uses a qualitative-descriptive method of research and data collection techniques are carried out by interview methods, observation and documentation. The results of this study state that the application of values and ethics in the Mardiko scavenger empowerment program at TPST Piyungan includes acceptance, individualization, expression of taste, non-judgmental attitude, objectivity, self-determination and confidentiality. This study also explains that social workers in the practice of community empowerment mentoring experience ethical dilemmas such as when giving scavengers the freedom to determine their own destiny, but on the other hand this freedom has an inaccurate effect on scavengers in making choices. Another ethical dilemma that occurs relates to professional and personal values. but on the other hand, sthis freedom gives an inaccurate effect on scavengers in making choices. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to examine gender issues in community development efforts through poverty alleviation programs, particularly the Village Fund and the Conditional Cash Transfer (PKH) program. The method employed in this writing is a literature review. Data collection was carried out by gathering journals, reports, books, and documents relevant to the research objectives. Based on the findings of the review, it is evident that gender-related problems in poverty alleviation efforts are not limited to within the community; they also extend to the implementation of gender concepts within government programs. This can be observed in the two aspects discussed in this paper: gender in community development and gender in government programs. The recommendations derived from this study that need to be implemented include the necessity for policy reviews, policy adjustments, capacity building for facilitators, the development of gender-related instruments, the promotion of collaborations with universities, and the encouragement of more publications relevant to gender issues. Keywords: Gender, Poverty Alleviation, Community Development, PKH   Tujuan penelitian ini mengkaji isu gender dalam upaya pengembangan masyarakat melalui program pengentasan kemiskinan khususnya pada program Dana Desa dan PKH. Metode yang digunakan dalam penulisan ini adalah kajian literatur. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui pengumpulan data berupa jurnal, laporan, buku, dan dokumen yang relevan dengan tujuan penelitian. Berdasarkan hasil pengkajian maka diperoleh bahwa persoalan gender dalam upaya pengentasan kemiskinan bukan hanya terjadi di tengah masyarakat, bahkan juga pada implementasi konsep gender pada program pemerintah, hal ini dapat dilihat pada dua aspek pembahasan penulisan ini yakni gender pada pengembangan masyarakat dan gender dalam program pemerintah. Adapun rekomendasi dari penelitian ini yang perlu untuk dilaksanakan adalah perlunya upaya untuk melakukan reviu kebijakan, penyesuaian kebijakan, peningkatan kapasitas terhadap pendamping, penyusunan instrumen terkait dengan gender, mendorong kerjasama dengan perguruan tinggi, dan mendorong untuk semakin banyaknya publikasi yang relevan dengan isu gender. Abstract

Abstract: The aim of this research is to explore the forms of partnership in the corporate social responsibility (CSR) activities of PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Adisucipto Yogyakarta and the Women Farmer Group (KWT) Arimbi in community development. The method used in this research is qualitative-descriptive, involving interviews, observations, and documentation. Data analysis follows the interactive research analysis model, including data reduction, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. The results of this research reveal several forms of partnership established in community development. These include collaboration in providing facilities to enhance the productivity of KWT Arimbi, the development of aquaponics and tabulampot farming models, plant cultivation training, administrative support, and organizational assistance. Additionally, there are three business units, namely a lending and borrowing unit, a cultivation and agricultural supplies unit, and a processing unit within KWT Arimbi. The partnership between CSR DPPU Adisucipto and KWT Arimbi in the endeavor to develop the farming group takes the form of mutualism partnership, as both parties contribute effectively to advancing community well-being. PT Pertamina Patra Niaga DPPU Adisucipto Yogyakarta actively contributes through CSR funding, training, and mentoring. Meanwhile, KWT Arimbi actively strives to maximize its potential and the support received with a sense of responsibility for mutual progress. These findings illustrate the positive potential of mutualistic partnerships between the private sector and communities in supporting sustainable agriculture and community empowerment. It is hoped that this can provide a strong foundation for achieving sustainable development goals. Keywords : Mutualism Partnership, Corporate Social Responsibility, community development     Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengekspor bentuk-bentuk kemitraan dalam kegiatan tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan(CSR) PT PERTAMINA Patra Niaga DPPU Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta dan Kelompok Wanita Tani (KWT) Arimbi dalam pengembangan komunitas.. Metode yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah deskriptif kualitatif dengan melakukan wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Analisis data dilakukan dengan model analisis penelitian interaktif reduksi data, penyajian data, dan penarikan kesimpulan. Hasil dari penelitian ini adalah terdapat beberapa bentuk program kemitraan yang terjalin dalam pengembangan komunitas, diantaranya kerja sama penyediaan fasilitas peningkatan produktivitas KWT Arimbi, pengembangan model budidaya aquaponik dan tabulampot, pelatihan budidaya tanaman, dukungan administrasi dan organisasi instansi. Selain itu terdapat 3 unit usaha yaitu unit simpan pinjam, unit budidaya dan saprotan, serta unit pengolahan. Kemitraan antara CSR DPPU Adi Sucipto dan KWT Arimbi dalam upaya pengembangan kelompok tani mengarah pada pada bentuk kemitraan mutualisme. Karena keduanya saling berkontribusi secara baik dalam upaya memajukan kesejahteraan komunitas. PT PERTAMINA Patra Niaga DPPU Adi Sucipto Yogyakarta memberikan berkontribusi aktif dalam melalui dukungan pendanaan CSR, pelatihan dan pendampingan. Sedangkan KWT Arimbi berusaha secara aktif memaksimalkan potensi dan dukungan yang diperoleh dengan penuh tanggung jawab untuk kemajuan bersama. temuan ini menggambarkan potensi positif dari kemitraan mutualisme antara sektor swasta dan komunitas dalam mendukung pertanian berkelanjutan dan pemberdayaan komunitas diharapkan ini bisa memberikan landasan kuat untuk mencapai tujuan pembangunan berkelanjutan. Abstract

This article seeks social protection for people with homeless problems under Indonesian regional policies. My observation demonstrates although the social policies changed that help us comprehend homelessness concerns containing identification issues, urban bias, poverty validation, the cycle of change, quality of life, and prosecution, an identification issue on homeless remains a dilemma. Social policies should create integrated systems as the most important in urban alleviating poverty, social protection and empowerment, and referral mechanisms. Norms and principles of human dignity must provide to people who are trapped social vulnerable, while social protection should be combined between public and government support. Keywords Social Policy, Protecting Homeless Issues, Local Shelters, Urban Bias, Standard of Poverty Validation.   Artikel ini mencari sistem perlindungan sosial bagi penyandang masalah gelandangan dan pengemis di bawah kebijakan daerah Indonesia. Pengamatan saya menunjukkan meskipun kebijakan sosial berubah yang membantu untuk memahami masalah tunawisma yang berisi masalah identifikasi, bias perkotaan, validasi kemiskinan, siklus perubahan, kualitas hidup, dan penuntutan, masalah identifikasi gelandangan dan pengemis tetap menjadi dilema. Kebijakan sosial harus menciptakan sistem terpadu sebagai bagian terpenting dalam pengentasan kemiskinan perkotaan, perlindungan dan pemberdayaan sosial, dan mekanisme rujukan secara jelas. Norma dan prinsip kemanusiaan harus diberikan kepada orang-orang yang terjebak oleh kerentanan sosial, dan perlindungan sosial harus dipadukan antara dukungan publik dan pemerintah. Abstract

The community-based support system for suicide prevention was discovered using the qualitative analysis. In order to safeguard cases of suicide in person, twelve stakeholders were observed and interviewed about their experiences from Gunungkidul, Indonesia. This study finds that community-based assistance can be divided into three types of behaviours: responsiveness, localised healing, and empathy. Families provide security, comfort and acceptance. Public care is also offered to communities, including support and social institutions. Social advocacy and rehabilitation are CBOs program. It gives new perspective on suicide prevention, which is still primarily psychological approach and rarely employs integrative system to decrease suicide rates.    Keywords: Community-Based Support System, Suicide Prevention, Mental Illness, Indonesian Grassroots Sistem dukungan berbasis komunitas untuk pencegahan bunuh diri ditemukan melalui analisis kualitatif. Untuk melindungi kasus bunuh diri secara langsung, dua belas pemangku kepentingan diobservasi dan diwawancarai mengenai pengalaman mereka di Gunungkidul, Indonesia. Penelitian ini menemukan bahwa bantuan berbasis komunitas dapat dibagi menjadi tiga jenis perilaku: responsivitas, penyembuhan lokal, dan empati. Keluarga memberikan rasa aman, kenyamanan, dan penerimaan. Perawatan publik juga ditawarkan kepada komunitas, termasuk dukungan dan institusi sosial. Advokasi sosial dan rehabilitasi adalah program dari organisasi berbasis komunitas (CBO). Ini memberikan perspektif baru dalam pencegahan bunuh diri, yang masih didominasi oleh pendekatan psikologis dan jarang menggunakan sistem integratif untuk menurunkan angka bunuh diri. Abstract

The traditional management of coffee farming in Mriyan Village, Boyolali Regency, was responded to by the Institute for the Development of Agricultural Technology (LPTP) by providing training in the form of a field school. Assistance to coffee farmers is carried out to increase farmers' capacity to produce quality coffee products. This study aims to evaluate the effectiveness of LPTP's assistance to farmers in Mriyan Village. To achieve this goal, this study used qualitative methods through field research. The data was analyzed using evaluation theory to find comparative results before and after the assistance. This research found an assistance model carried out by LPTP, which began with forming farmer groups followed by the formation of knowledge and practices of proper coffee cultivation. Planting techniques, maintenance, and selection of coffee suitable for the climate of Mriyan Village are complemented by training in coffee management into industrial products. The assistance conducted was identified as effective, from the positive impacts on economic, social, and environmental improvements. The effectiveness of the mentoring was also due to the formation of farmers' awareness of potential barriers and maximization of existing support. Awareness of potential obstacles arises from strengthening the organization so that the agricultural management process takes place in the spirit of the community. This spirit encourages problem-solving to be done together, which impacts mutual prosperity. Keyword: Empowerment, Field School, Subur Makmur Farmer Group Pengelolaan pertanian kopi di Desa Mriyan, Kabupaten Boyolali yang dilakukan secara tradisional direspons oleh Lembaga Pengembangan Teknologi Pedasaan (LPTP) dengan memberikan pelatihan dalam bentuk sekolah lapang. Pendampingan petani kopi dilakukan untuk meningkatkan kapasitas petani guna menghasilkan produk kopi yang berkualitas. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk melakukan evaluasi atas efektivitas pendampingan LPTP terhadap petani di Desa Mriyan. Untuk mencapai tujuan tersebut, penelitian ini menggunakan metode kualitatif melalui penelitian lapangan. Data yang dihasilkan dianalisis dengan menggunakan teori evaluasi untuk menemukan hasil perbandingan sebelum dan sesudah pendampingan. Penelitian ini menemukan model pendampingan yang dilakukan LPTP yang dimulai dengan pembentukan kelompok tani yang dilanjutkan dengan pembentukan pengetahuan dan praktik budidaya kopi yang benar. Teknik penanaman, perawatan, dan pemilihan kopi yang cocok untuk iklim Desa Mriyan dilengkapi dengan pelatihan pengelolaan kopi menjadi produk industri. Pendampingan yang dilakukan teridentifikasi efektif yang ditemukan dari dampak positif terhadap peningkatan ekonomi, sosial, dan lingkungan. Efektivitas pendampingan juga disebabkan pembentukan kesadaran petani terhadap potensi hambatan dan pemaksimalan dukungan yang ada. Kesadaran terhadap beragam potensi yang menghambat muncul dari penguatan kelembagaan sehingga proses pengelolaan pertanian berlangsung dalam semangat komunitas. Semangat ini mendorong penyelesaian masalah dilakukan secara bersama-sama yang berdampak pada kemakmuran bersama. Kata Kunci: Pemberdayaan, Sekolah Lapang, Kelompok Tani Subur Makmur
