Abstract

Financial inclusion is widely regarded as a key towards reducing inequality. Providing a better access to finance helps to reduce poverty by granting more equal opportunity to grow. Therefore, to promote a more inclusive economic growth, G20 countries establish principles for innovative financial inclusion to share and promote together the development of inclusive finance. This study reviews previous both empirical and theoritical literatures to provide more evidences how the current body of literature has examined financial inclusion. Based on the previous literature, financial inclusion is determined not only by the lower cost but also distance to service, legal protection and political stability. Hence, providing wider range of services, a better legal protection and political stability is necessery particularly to promote more inclusive economic growth which is associated to financial inclusion. Abstract

The food sector is a business sector that is experiencing an increase in Indonesia, one of which is ice cream. Aice is committed to making creative and innovative breakthroughs by launching variants of unique flavors and shapes as well as very friendly prices for consumers. Product diversity and brand image can increase purchase intention. This study aims to examine and analyze the Effect of Product Diversity and Brand Image on Interest in Buying Aice Ice Cream in Karawang Regency.This research was conducted using quantitative methods with descriptive and verification approaches. The population in this study is the community in Karawang Regency with a sample of 384 respondents calculated using the Issac Michael formula and an error rate of 5% and non-probability sampling technique with a purposive sampling approach. The data analysis technique used is path analysis with SPSS 21 software tools.The results showed that product diversity, brand image, and interest in buying Aice ice cream in Karawang Regency were considered good by the respondents of this study. Product diversity and brand image have a positive and significant effect on buying interest. This shows that the diversity of products and brand image owned by Aice ice cream makes respondents interested so that it can increase consumer buying interest.

Abstract

PT. Karya Putra Graphic which is engaged in the restaurant, hotel, outbound, catering, printing and education consulting businesses in recent years has experienced declining performance. The findings from the initial observations are the low discipline of the employees due to the low sense of responsibility towards work. Therefore, this study aims to examine what factors influence the level of employee performance. The method used in this study is a quantitative research method with an associative approach. Data was collected using a questionnaire instrument which was distributed to all employees who met 114 people. Furthermore, the data will be processed using path analysis with the help of SPSS. The research results show that motivation and discipline have a positive and significant relationship. In addition, both also have a significant influence on employee performance either partially or simultaneously

Abstract

Meskipun penggunaan media sosial dalam pariwisata telah menjadi fokus banyak penelitian sebelumnya, peranan media sosial dalam membangun merek festival pariwisata masih membutuhkan kajian lebih lanjut. Penelitian ini bertujuan mengembangkan dan menguji model teoritis yang menjelaskan pengaruh pemasaran media sosial (PMS) terhadap gestalt merek dan loyalitas pelanggan dalam konteks festival pariwisata. Lebih lanjut, penelitian ini menguji pengaruh mediasi gestalt merek terhadap hubungan antara pemasaran media sosial dan loyalitas merek. Untuk menjawab rumusan masalah, survei dilakukan terhadap 316 responden yang pernah menghadiri Tomohon International Flower Festival. Data kemudia diuji menggunakan model persamaan struktural dengan bantuan program statistik SmartPLS. Hasil analisis menunjukan bahwa pemasaran sosial media memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan dan positif terhadap gestalt merek dan loyalitas pelanggan. Kedua, gestalt merek memberikan pengaruh yang signifikan terhadap loyalitas merek. Ketiga, gestalt merek memediasi pengaruh pemasaran sosial media terhadap loyalitas merek.

Abstract

Digital-based financial innovation has grown rapidly in recent times along with internet and smartphone penetration. The emergence of fintech and the existence of digital-based innovations carried out by incumbents in the financial services sector, in this case banking, are expected to increase financial inclusion. Furthermore, financial inclusion will encourage the growth of the real sector through increasing new entrepreneurs and also increasing the scale of existing micro and small businesses so that it will ultimately drive economic output growth. However, to achieve this goal, joint efforts are needed to increase the digital financial literacy of the community, especially the younger generation so that digital financial presence can be used for productive activities. This article discusses community service programs within the framework of developing digital financial literacy to encourage the growth of new entrepreneurs and increase the scale of existing micro and small businesses, especially by utilizing technology..

Abstract

Penelitian ini dilakukan bertujuan untuk mengetahui seberapa besar pengaruh Analisis kualitas layanan, prosedur kredit dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Pengambil Kredit Pada PT. BPR LPN Tarantang.. Metode pada penelitian ini adalah metode kuantitatif, teknik penarikan sampel Non Probability Sampling dengan metode Sensus dan pengambilan data menggunakan kuesioner. Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah seluruh nasabah PT. BPR LPN Tarantang, sampel yaitu sebanyak 190 responden. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian untuk analisis Analisis Uji T dan Uji F kualitas layanan, prosedur kredit dan tingkat suku bunga terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Dalam Pengambil Kredit Pada PT. BPR LPN Tarantang berpengaruh secara positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan nasabah mengambil kredit. Nilai koefisien korelasi (R2 ) adalah 0,621. Kata Kunci : Kualitas Pelayanan, prosedur kredit, tingkat suku bunga dan keputusan mengambil kredit.

Abstract

The development of the Islamic banking industry encourages service providers to be oriented towards creating customer satisfaction. The purpose of this study was to analyze the effect of service quality, marketing mix and customer value on customer satisfaction of PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling with a total sample of 100 customers. Research respondents are customers who use banking services directly at PT Bank Syariah Indonesia Tbk Madiun Branch Office. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis. The results of the study prove that: service quality and customer value have a positive and significant effect on customer satisfaction, while the marketing mix has no significant effect on customer satisfaction.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui manajemen rekrutmen guru bahasa Arab di Pondok Tahfizh Putri Darul Mubarok Curup (DMC) dan untuk mengetahui manajemen seleksi guru bahasa Arab di Pondok Tahfizh Putri Darul Mubarok Curup (DMC). Metode penelitian menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif dengan jenis penelitian studi kasus. Dalam pengumpulan data, peneliti berfungsi sebagai instrument utama untuk melakukan observasi human instrument, wawancara kepada kepala sekolah, waka kurikulum, para guru dan kepala tata usaha (KTU) serta dokumentasi. Hasil rekrutmen guru di Pondok Tahfidz Putri Darul Mubarak Curup dilakukan setiap sekolah memerlukan guru baru dan seiring dengan peningkatan jumlah siswa. Hal ini terjadi karena pertumbuhan Pondok Tahfidz Putri Curup yang sangat cepat dengan bertambahnya siswa disetiap tahunnya. Dengan pertumbuhan sekolah yang semakin bagus dengan inovasi dan perubahannya maka semakin diminati oleh masyarakat. Kata Kunci: Manajemen rekrutmen dan seleksi.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh perilaku bias overconfidence dan loss aversion bias terhadap keputusan investasi pada investor dengan robo advisor sebagai variabel moderasi. Penelitian menggunakan data primer yang diambil dari penyebaran kuesioner kepada investor pasar modal di Indonesia. Sampel yang didapatkan adalah 73 responden. Teknik yang digunakan dalam penelitian adalah Partial Least Square dengan menggunakan bantuan progam SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian membuktikan overconfidence bias dan robo advisor berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi investor, namun loss aversion bias tidak berpengaruh signifikan terhadap keputusan investasi, serta robo advisor tidak dapat memoderasi perilaku bias overconfidence dan loss aversion terhadap keputusan investasi investor.

Abstract

Financial distress is the stage where the company experiences a gradual and continuous decline in its financial condition, before the company goes bankrupt or goes into liquidation. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of debt ratios, profit margins, firm size and liquidity on the company's financial distress. The population in this study were 75 property, real estate, and construction sector companies listed on the IDX in 2016-2021, which were obtained using the purposive sampling method. The data analysis method used in this study is the multiple linear regression method, which is applied using SPSS and eViews applications. The financial distress variable was measured using the Altman Z-Score method, the debt ratio variable was measured by the debt to asset ratio, the profit margin variable was measured by the net profit margin, the firm size variable was measured by looking at the company's total assets and the liquidity variable was measured using the current ratio. The type of data used in this study is primary data obtained from financial statements on the website of the related company and secondary data in the form of data from bloomberg.com. The results of this study indicate that company size, profit margin, and liquidity have a positive and significant effect on financial distress. While the debt ratio variable has a negative and significant effect on financial distress. This research is expected to be useful for readers who want to know what are the company's internal factors that influence the performance of companies in the property and real estate sector, and can use this research as a reference in conducting further research.size and liquidity have no significant effect on financial distress.
