Abstract

This study aims to understand how perceived organizational politics affects the interactions among Civil Servants (Pegawai Negeri Sipil - PNS) in West Aceh. 472 respondents were collected for the study and analyzed using the partial least square method. The research findings revealed that relationship and communication do not directly influence meaningful work. However, in the context of perceived organizational politics (POP), meaningful work plays a crucial role in reducing the negative effects of organizational politics. Employees who perceive their work as meaningful show higher motivation, reduced tension, increased engagement, and greater commitment to the organization. A positive organizational reputation and meaningful work together contribute to reducing perceived organizational politics, creating a harmonious and productive work environment. While resource does not affect meaningful work, unfair resource competition can impact employee engagement by causing dissatisfaction and reduced collaboration. Therefore, PNS management needs to create a fair, transparent, and empowering work environment to enhance employee engagement and well-being. These research findings offer valuable insights for organizational managers in understanding the importance of fostering a meaningful work environment and reducing disruptive organizational politics for employees.

Abstract

Apparatus resources have an important role in developing government order. where the driving force of government organizations are humans or employees who work within the framework of their duties, functions and responsibilities. The problem that will be researched is the Influence of Competency and Professionalism on Employee Performance with Information Technology as a Mediating Variable for Surabaya City Transportation Service Employees in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector. This research will use quantitative research methods and measure the influence between variables, namely trying to measure the influence of the Competency and Professionalism variables on Employee Performance with Information Technology as a Mediating Variable for Surabaya City Transportation Service Employees in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector. The results of research by testing that competency variables on the performance of Surabaya City Transportation Service employees in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector, this is proven by a p-value of 0.005. In testing the professionalism variable on the performance of Surabaya City Transportation Service employees in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector, this was proven by a p-value of 0.009. In testing the competency variable for information technology employees of the Surabaya City Transportation Agency in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector, this was proven by a p-value of 0.000, testing the professionalism variable for information technology employees of the Surabaya City Transportation Agency in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector, this was proven by a p-value of 0.009 And in testing the information technology variable on the performance of Surabaya City Transportation Department employees in the Transportation Infrastructure Sector, this was proven by a p-value of 0.002

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the role of experiential marketing, service quality and shopping motivation in influencing repurchase intention at X Coffee & Eatery in Yogyakarta. The method used in this research is causal associative using a quantitative approach. Sampling was done by non-probability sampling method using a purposive sampling technique with a total of 100 respondents. The results showed that experiential marketing plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention, service quality does not play a significant role in influencing repurchase interest, shopping motivation plays a positive and significant role in influencing repurchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of local food on economic, socio-cultural, environmental, and tourism sustainability in four Indonesian cities: Solo, Semarang, Bandung, and Yogyakarta. The sampling method used is quota sampling with the criteria of Muslim domestic travelers who have visited the four cities. This study obtained 202 respondents and the data were processed using the PLS-SEM method. The variables used in this study are local food, economic sustainable tourism, socio-cultural sustainable tourism, and environmental sustainable tourism. The results show a positive and significant impact of local food consumption on economic sustainability, leading to improved economic conditions in the cities studied. In addition, the promotion and awareness of local cuisine also contribute to socio-cultural sustainability. The study highlights the positive impact of local food on environmental sustainability. The study shows that practices such as minimizing food miles can help reduce environmental degradation. In addition, the study shows that local food has a positive and significant impact on sustainable tourism.

Abstract

Budget absorption is one of the important indicators in evaluating the financial performance of local governments. This study aims to identify the factors influencing budget absorption in Aceh Province by investigating the impact of the previous year's budget balance and local revenue on budget absorption in Aceh Province. The data used is secondary data collected from the financial and budget reports of Aceh Province for the period 2016-2022. The analytical method used is multiple linear regression using SEM PLS software. The results of the study indicate that the independent variables, previous year's budget balance and local revenue, have different impacts on budget absorption in Aceh Province. The implication of this study is the importance of effective and efficient budget management at the local level to ensure optimal budget absorption.

Abstract

This research aimsto analyze the influence of lieftyle, Rice And Product Quality On Electric Bicycle Customer Satisfaction (Case Study Of Customers At The Sinar Bike Shop, Merangin Regency). In the modern era, transportation is a means of supporting human daily life. This reseaech isa quantitative method with data collection using a total of 153 customers at the sinar bike shop. Validity test analysis technique, correlation reabiliti test of classical assumtionsmultiple linier regresioin analysis and hypothesis testing. The result of the research show that lifestyle does not partially have appositive and significan effect on customer satisfaction (t = 1.033), (0,001<0,05). While price positive and significant effect on customer statisfaction (t = 3.089), (0.000 < 0.05), while product quality has appositive and significant effect on customer satisfaction (t =7.314), (0.000 < 0.05)simultaneously, these tree variable have a significant effect oncustomer satisfaction (F = (63.142), (0.000< 0.05). adjuster R is 0.551. whinch means all independent variable can influence 50,5% while 40,5% can be influenced by factors in conclusion, this research confirms that price anad product quality play an importan role in sahping customer satisfaction at the Sinar Bike Shop in Merangin district, while lifestyle doesnothave a significat influence.

Abstract

PT Semen Indonesia Logistik is engaged in Distribution & Retail by providing logistics services for the delivery of cement products to customers. It can be outlined that the level of service quality is the main key for the company becomes the main key for the company. The purpose of this research is to maximize quality of service at the company PT Semen Indonesia Logistics with the findings of the the problem of the fios system which still cannot intervice data with the CSMS system, resulting in several SOs that must be done. with the CSMS system, resulting in several Sales Order that must be made manually because the Fios system is still manually because the Fios system is still under development. Impact resulting from this problem, is the delay in making sales orders. sales orders, scheduling is not according to standards, and even delays in the delivery of goods. Factors that influence are such as, lack of human resources, a system that is still manual, the occurrence of input errors in the SO related to the destination address, vehicle type, load type, and even delays in delivery of goods. with destination address, type of vehicle, type of cargo, quantity, this is caused by a lack of coordination between sales teams. caused by a lack of coordination between the sales team, operations, and also the warehouse. the warehouse. Abstract

The food delivery service application is a platform that provides services for people to order and buy food or drinks online. Delivery service applications such as GoFood, GrabFood, and ShopeeFood makes it easy for consumers to order food without having to visit the restaurant. Not only does it make it easy to order and purchase food, but the delivery service application also provides a variety of menu and restaurant choices. This research aims to identify factors that influence consumer purchase intention in food delivery service applications. Using qualitative methods with an approach Systematic Literature Review (SLR), this research analyzes articles related to the influence of food delivery service applications on purchase intention. The study results show that factors that are significant in attracting consumer purchase intention include speed of delivery, menu variations, ease of ordering, payment, display of product photos, user reviews, perceived ease of use, brand image, price and product quality

Abstract

In Indonesia, a large number of MSMEs have not yet implemented efficient financial management techniques. The financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is examined in this study in relation to financial inclusion, financial self-efficacy, and a Love of money. Purposive sampling and other non-probability sampling techniques were used in a quantitative approach. Researchers investigated variable relationships using four analytical approaches: multiple regression analysis, data quality assessment, standard assumption verification, and hypothesis testing. The results show that while financial inclusion and financial self-efficacy do not have a partial impact on financial management, a Love of money does. However, the financial management of MSMEs in Pamekasan Regency is simultaneously impacted by these three factors.

Abstract

Tujuan dari studi ini adalah untuk menemukan dan menjelaskan faktor-faktor yang menyebabkan penenumpukan barang yang tidak menggunakan metode 5s pada gudang dan upaya penanganan oleh PT. ABC yaitu gudang yang di Kabupaten Gresik. Penelitian ini memanfaatkan pendekatan deskriptif kualitatif. Penelitian ini menggunakan wawancara dengan dua informan pemilihan dan dokumentasi tentang data barang yang ada di gudang PT. ABC. Metode ini menggunakan analisis data 5S. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa ada dua faktor internal yang bertanggung jawab atas penumpukan barang di PT. ABC: kurangnya penerapan metode 5S, tidak adanya gudang pengelolaan, keterbatasan tata letak. Salah satu upaya penyelesaian yang dilakukan adalah menerapkan metode 5s dan mengatur barang sesuai tata letak tempat.
