Abstract

This research uses compensation as a mediating variable to find out how a Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) affects worker performance. Likert scales and quantitative descriptive techniques were used to collect data for research at PT XYZ. There were 110 PKWT employees selected for this research using a purposive sampling technique. The research findings indicate that the Specific Time Work Agreement (PKWT) significantly affects compensation, demonstrating a notably high influence value of 0. 872. This evidence underscores that a transparent and equitable implementation of PKWT can enhance employee trust and satisfaction regarding their compensation. Moreover, the study provides empirical support for the notion that a well-structured fixed-term work agreement, coupled with fair compensation, serves as an essential strategy for boosting employee performance. A work environment that values employee rights and contributions fosters high motivation, ultimately leading to improved productivity and enhanced overall work quality.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of Environmental, Social, and Governance (ESG) implementation on the financial performance of companies in Indonesia during the 2020–2022 period. The research uses a quantitative approach with purposive sampling to select 46 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) that have adopted ESG practices. The data is analyzed using multiple linear regression with Return on Assets (ROA) as the dependent variable, alongside ESG scores and control variables such as leverage, firm size, liquidity, and company growth. The results show that ESG practices, particularly environmental performance, have a significant positive impact on financial performance. However, social and governance scores do not show a significant effect. Additionally, firm size positively affects financial performance, while leverage and company growth have significant negative impacts. These findings highlight the importance of integrating environmental factors to improve financial outcomes and long-term sustainability in Indonesia.

Abstract

The aim of this study is to assess the simultaneous impact of ROA, ROE, and NPM on stock prices, determining whether these variables have a positive and significant effect. The findings of the research indicate that: (1) The partial test results demonstrate that ROA has a positive and significant impact on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for ROA of 2.450 > t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.008 < 0.05. (2) The partial test results reveal that ROE has a positive and significant influence on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for ROE of 3.022 > t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.029 < 0.05. (3) The partial test results show that NPM does not have a positive and significant effect on stock prices, with a calculated t-value for NPM of 0.938 < t-table value of 2.262 and a significance value of 0.391 > 0.05. (4) The results of the simultaneous test indicate that the independent variables, which include ROA, ROE, and NPM, collectively have a positive and significant impact on stock prices, with a calculated F-value of 43.421 > F-table value of 3.633 and a significance value of 0.001 < 0.05. (5) The coefficient of determination test results show an adjusted R-squared value of 0.941 or 94.1%, meaning that the independent variables collectively explain 94.1% of the variance in stock prices, while the remaining 5.9% is influenced by other unexamined variables.

Abstract

This study aims to (1) examine the influence of psychological pricing on price satisfaction, (2) analyze its effect on purchase intention, (3) assess the impact of price satisfaction on purchase intention, and (4) evaluate the mediating role of price satisfaction in the relationship between psychological pricing and purchase intention. A quantitative method was applied, targeting Bandung residents who had purchased women’s clothing through Shopee in the past three months and were exposed to psychological pricing. Using purposive sampling, 240 respondents were selected based on the recommended sample size of 10 times the total of 24 indicators. Data were collected through a Likert-scale questionnaire covering psychological pricing, price satisfaction, and purchase intention. Findings show that psychological pricing significantly affects both price satisfaction and purchase intention. However, price satisfaction does not significantly influence purchase intention, and its mediating role in the relationship is statistically insignificant. While direct effects are evident, the indirect impact of price satisfaction remains weak. These results highlight the importance of pricing strategies in shaping consumer behavior, though not necessarily mediated by satisfaction with price.
