Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic that has hit Indoensia for almost two years has caused changes in various aspects of life, especially having a significant impact on the public health aspect, thus demanding that people improve their health to be resilient to the threat of disease. This study aims to analyze the influence of product variants, promotions, prices,brand image on customer loyalty at the Rizal Bekasi Drug Store during the covid19 pandemic era. The research method used is descriptive qualitative method, with primary and secondary data sources from research results. The questionnaires were distributed using purposive sampling technique (samplingwith certain considerations), as many as 100 respondents. The instrument test was carried out with a Likert scale of 1 to 5 points using SPSS version 20. The results showed that 1. Product variants had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 2. Promotion had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 3. Price had a positive and significant effect on customer loyalty, 4. Brand image has a positive effect on customer loyalty. Keywords: Product Variants, Promotion, Price, Barnd Image, Customer Loyalty

Abstract

This research aims to empirically prove whether free cash flow, leverage, institutional ownership and profitability affect earnings management. The research was conducted at manufacturing companies in the consumer goods industry sector listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2014-2018 period with a regression analysis of panel data fixed effects model.  Through purposive sampling, there are 38 companies for the research and the results prove that partially, free cash flow has a significant negative effect, leverage has a significant positive effect, and profitability has a significant positive effect, while institutional ownership has a positive and insignificant effect. Simultaneously, all independent variables have a significant effect on earnings management with a determination coefficient of 96% while the remaining four percent is influenced by other factors.Keywords : Free cash flow, leverage, institutional ownership, profitability, earnings management

Abstract

Many business organizations in developing countries are enthusiastic about implementing systems e-commerce for their business success because there has been a shift in shopping trends from offline to online. Therefore, many theories and frameworks have been developed for the implementation of e-commerce in order to increase the success of an adoption and have found different or inconsistent results. This study aims to find the problems of adoption of e-commerce in some developing countries by using descriptive qualitative research methods through a secondary data analysis approach that is expected to dig deeper into the various factors that adopt e-commerce in the developing countries. This study arrived at the conclusion that the use of technology in one country may not be implemented in another or certain countries without re-examination and reconsideration, because each country has a unique situation that requires a strategy that is in accordance with the capabilities of resources, culture, infrastructure, IT literacy and specific for the adoption of e-commerce for business organizations in it. Although in recent years, research on e-commerce in developing countries has begun to increase, researchers must continue to examine what are the drivers and barriers to the use of e-commerce in a business organization so as to enrich the literature and solutions to improve quality. the developing country's economy.Keywords: adopsi E-commerce, Developing Countries

Abstract

This study aims to see the influence of the Business Environment on the Operating Strategy, and Firm Performance. The research methodology is an explanatory study with a quantitative approach. The population of this study was conducted on Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) in DKI Jakarta Province, with a total sample of 110 SMEs. Data was collected using a questionnaire and technical data analysis using SEM (Structural Equation Modeling), namely through the smartPLS application. The results of this study are the findings that: (1) the Business Environment affects the Operating Strategy positively and significantly; (2) Business Environment influences Firm Performance negatively and not significantly; (3) Operating Strategy affects Firm Performance positively and significantly; (4) Business Environment influences Firm Performance through Operating Strategy positively and significantly. The results of this study are expected to strengthen the Firm Performance of SMEs in DKI Jakarta Province through the Firm Business Environment and Operating StrategyKeywords: SMEs, Firm Performance, Business Environment, Operating Strategy

Abstract

This study aims to determine the performance of the receptionist in providing excellent service at PT JIAEC Depok, as well as to find out the obstacles faced and the solutions made in overcoming the obstacles faced. The receptionist's performance in providing excellent service includes receiving guests, handling incoming and outgoing calls, receiving and inputting goods or documents, delivering announcements and filing airwaybill documents to Japan. The obstacles faced in receiving guests are the inability of the receptionist to speak Japanese, poor signal when receiving incoming calls, no confirmation when receiving documents. The solutions to the existing obstacles are; looking for help from employees who can speak Japanese, telling the caller to look for a place with good signal, the receptionist routinely checks in the virtual office for documents that have not been confirmed. This research is a qualitative descriptive research conducted by searching for literature and references through literature study, observation and interviews.Keywords: Performance, Receptionist, Excellent Service

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the infuence of service quality toward satisfaction of student. This research was conducted in LP3I Polytechnic Jakarta Campus Kramat Raya. The population in this study is student of campus kramat. The samples were 85 paticipants by using probability sampling method which uses a simple random sampling. Then, the data are prosessed by multiple regression analaysis. The research analyse whether the dependent variable namely the service quality influence signicantly toward satisfaction of the students which is as the independent variable. The result of this reserch showed that sevice quality had significant influence toward satisfaction of student which is achieved 64,9%. The result of simultaneous testing showed that service quality had significant influence to toward satisfaction of student.Keywords: Service, Quality, Satisfaction

Abstract

Improving buying decisions by providing promotions and service quality to consumers at LP3I Kediri. The purpose of this study was to see how promotions and services have an effect on purchasing decisions at Lp3i Kediri. The method used in this research is descriptive and verification research. Data collection techniques using questionnaires, observation and study literature. Meanwhile, the data analysis method used in this research is validity test, reliability test, path analysis, t-test, and F test using SPSS. Based on the results of the analysis carried out, it can be concluded that promotions have a positive influence on purchasing decisions by consumers, services have a significant effect on purchasing decisions and jointly promotions and services have a positive and significant impact on purchasing decisions at LP3I KEDIRI. Based on the results of this research, the steps that need to be taken by the Management of LP3I Kediri are to make further efforts to improve Purchase Decisions through improving the quality of Promotions and improving services in an intensive, continuous and coordinated manner.Keywords: Promotion, Service Quality, Buying Decision

Abstract

The purpose of this study was to determine the management of BMD in Semarang City and to determine efforts to optimize the management of BMD in Semarang City. This type of research is qualitative or case study. The data collection method is carried out in natural settings (natural conditions), primary data sources, and data collection techniques are mostly on observation, interviews, and documentation. Qualitative data processing methods can be done through three stages, namely data processing, data presentation, and drawing conclusions. There are four data validity criteria, namely validity, portability, robustness and confirmability. In verifying the data, the researcher used the data validation method, namely triangulation. The results of the study concluded that the Semarang City Regional Asset management mechanism was basically in accordance with Permendagri 17 of 2021 concerning Systematic Technical Guidelines for Bookkeeping, Inventorying and Reporting of BMD. However, in practice the implementation of this regulation has not been maximized, this is due to several obstacles in its implementation. One way that must be taken to achieve accountability and transparency in the management of BMD is by publication, namely to find out information about regional assets/goods using the internet. Information about regional assets/goods owned by a government that is given to the public will increase public confidence in the control of BMD. As long as the assets are in their useful life, their use must be optimized using a rental mechanism, namely the use of regional property by other parties for a certain period of time by receiving money in return; then the build-to-hand-over (BGS) and the build-to-use (BSG) mechanisms.Keywords: Asset Management, Regional Asset Management

Abstract

Economic pressure for the survival of the family is the reason why some residents of Kota Bambu Utara Village, Palmerah, West Jakarta work as retail gasoline sellers.  This activity is legally prohibited by law. The danger of fire threatens the safety of citizens at all times. The reason for the ignorance of the prohibition is not to justify the existence of this sale and purchase. Product that is easy to sell, the attitude of indifference or omission from officials and local residents, the absence of socialization of regulations and firm actions from local officials  have made the number of retailers continue to grow. The result of the study found that the absence of standard operating procedures, the eaccuracy of the dosage and the purity of retail gasoline products do not meet the provisions of applicable laws.  This study used descriptive qualitative method. The purpose of this paper is to determine the attitude of residents and local officials to the phenomenon of the widespread existence of retail gasoline kiosks according to the Consumer Protection Act.Keywords: Retail Gasoline, Consumer Protection Act.

Abstract

 “Problem Based Learning Berpikir Kritis Mahasiswa Vokasi Dalam Pembelajaran Daring” bertujuan untuk mengetahui   dan   menganalisis  problem based learning dalam meningkatkan kemampuan berpikir kritis dan mengembangkan keterampilan mahasiswa vokasi dalam pembelajaran daring. Metode yang dilakukan yaitu metode penelitian deskriptif kualitatif. Peneliti melakukan observasi dan pengumpulan data dalam tiga tahap yang diambil dari 70 mahasiswa vokasi, dalam setiap tahapan dilakukan dalam 2 sesi pertemuan pembelajaran. Analisa data yang dilakukan oleh peneliti adalah dengan menganalisis, menggambarkan, mendeskripsikan berbagai kondisi dan situasi dari data yang dikumpulkan sebagai hasil observasi, wawancara, dan pemetaan kelompok dalam pembelajaran daring. Hasil evaluasi dalam review pembelajaran diperoleh hasil perubahan yang sangat baik. Peningkatan nilai yang diperoleh pada setiap tahap di setiap sesi pembelajaran terlihat bahwa yang pada awalnya mahasiswa belum memahami materi sebanyak 40% berhasil menurun hingga 3%. Pada tahap akhir mahasiswa mulai memahami terhadap materi yang disampaikan oleh dosen yang terlihat peningkatan angka dari semula 60% hingga tercapai 97% Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa penerapan problem based learning sangat membantu untuk meningkatkan keterampilan berpikir kritis mahasiswa vokasi selama pembelajaran daring. Kemampuan berpikir kritis sebagai bekal mahasiswa untuk menghadapi perkembangan  ilmu pengetahuan dan kemajuan teknologi di masa depan dan sebagai persiapan mahasiswa vokasi untuk terjun ke dalam dunia industri.Kata kunci:  Problem Based Learning, Pembelajaran, Berpikir Kritis
