Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of work ability, organizational culture, and work discipline on the performance of Public Health Center employees in Kranggan District, Temanggung Regency. This type of research is a quantitative descriptive research. Data collection techniques used through the distribution of questionnaires and interviews. The sample used was 80 respondents, consisting of two research objects, namely Kranggan Health Center and Pare Health Center. Determining the number of samples using the Non-probability approach through the saturated sample method, where the entire population is used as a sample. In this study using data analysis multiple linear regression test, t test and F test, the coefficient of determination. The results of the study show that work ability, organizational culture, and work discipline have an effect on employee performance partially or simultaneously. This conclusion is proven by the results of the t (partial) test which shows that work ability has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.048 <0.05, organizational culture has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.001 <0.05, and work discipline has a significant effect on employee performance by 0.016 <0.05. The results of the determination test show that the percentage of work ability, organizational culture, and work discipline simultaneously influences employee performance by 52.5%, while the remaining 47.5% is influenced by other variables outside of this study.Key words: Work Ability, Organizational Culture, Work Discipline, Employee Performance

Abstract

Quality Management System (QMS) ISO 9001:2015 and Education Organization Management System (SMOP) ISO 21001:2015 are management systems that emphasizes the closeness of processes through the application of the PDCA Cycle, Risk-Based Thinking Framework and in harmony with other ISO management systems. The process approach involves a systematic interaction between management processes, so as to achieve the desired results in accordance with the policies, objectives and strategies of the organization's plans. The ISO 21001 and ISO 9001 management systems are designed, implemented and improved based on the PDCA (Plan-Do-Check-Action) model and translated by SN DIKTI as the Quality Cycle of Penetapan, Pelaksanaan, Evaluasi, Pengendalian dan Peningkatan (PPEPP). This cycle results in Continuous Quality Improvement (CQI). Risk Awareness  creates a basis for increasing the effectiveness of the education management system, in order to achieve good results and prevent negative effects.Keywords: ISO 9001:2015, ISO 21001:2018, Process Approach, PDCA, Risk Awareness

Abstract

This research aims to analyze Cryptocurrency Fundamentals Against Price Fluctuations (Case Study of Cardano Coin Cryptocurrency for the period 2022 to 2023). This research will analyze the relationship between fundamental factors which include variables such as market capitalization and trading volume with Cardano Coin price fluctuations. This research was conducted at the explanatory level, which aims to explain the causal relationship between the variables involved through hypothesis testing. The method used in this research involves data processing using the SPSS version 26 program. The research results show that the two independent variables, namely Average Trading Volume (X1) and Average Market Capitulation (X2), have a significant influence on Average Price -average (Y) on Cardano cryptocurrency. The high calculated t coefficient values for Average Trading Volume (X1) and Average Market Capulation (X2) indicate that they have a strong influence on Cardano price fluctuations. Average Trading Volume (X1) has a significant positive relationship with Average Price (Y). Average Market Capulation (X2) has a significant negative relationship with Average Price (Y). Abstract

This research was conducted to determine the effectiveness of the customer satisfaction index method in measuring the level of customer satisfaction at PT SSN. MSCI is a method that measures the level of overall satisfaction with an approach that considers the level of importance and level of satisfaction. Measurement is a series of activities that aim to determine the value of a quantity in the form of numbers (quantitative). Customer satisfaction is a result of a comparison between expectations of the performance obtained after using a product or service. Indicators of customer satisfaction consist of; product security, product handling on delivery, service (service), ease of obtaining products and product information. In this study, the authors used qualitative research methods, where data collection techniques were carried out through direct observation, namely collecting data by directly dealing with the research object by giving questionnaires and also interviews, namely collecting data by asking directly to related parties. Based on the results of calculations using the customer satisfaction index method, it can be concluded that PT SSN's customer satisfaction level is very satisfied with the services provided, this is evidenced by the acquisition of a CSI score of 81.8. The effectiveness of the Customder Performance Index (MCSI) method in measuring customer satisfaction is very useful and useful for PT SSN Jakarta, because it can determine the level of customer satisfaction and can make anticipation in order to maintain customer loyalty and become an effective and efficient marketing tool.Keywords: Customer Satisfaction Index Method, Measurement, Customer Satisfaction.

Abstract

Industrial evolution has brought about major changes in the delivery of education, one of which is the emergence of learning applications. The Hai Mentor learning application is a learning startup platform to increase knowledge and the quality of learning for its users. However, its users still need to be more optimal. For this reason, an appropriate marketing strategy is needed through digital marketing using Sostac so that the Hai Mentor application can increase its users. The research aims to find out how digital marketing is using the Sostac method in the Hai Mentor application, how is the decision to use the Hai Mentor application, and how digital marketing influences the Sostac method on the decision to use the Hai Mentor application. This research is descriptive verification research. Descriptive is used to explore the variables studied, while verification measures the relationship between variables. The population of this study was students in the city of Bandung who had downloaded the Hai Mentor application with a sample size of 100. This research found that digital marketing carried out by the Hai Mentor application was in a high category; The decision to use the Hai Mentor application is in the sufficient category, and digital marketing has a significant effect on the decision to use the hai mentor application with a very strong level of influence classification.Keywords: Digital Marketing, Purchasing Decisions

Abstract

The basis of this research is the ease of shopping online, with online trading sites, so that people do not need to come to shopping centers and can buy the goods they need just by looking at the pictures and specifications of the goods. This research was made to find out the Effect of Lifestyle and Ease of Shopping Online on the Buying Interests of Economics Students 2019 STKIP PGRI BANGKALAN. A quantitative research approach was adopted for this study. The sample consisted of 30 respondents. using a basic random sample approach with sample probability. The questionnaire is used as a research instrument measurement tool. Multiple Linear Regression Test, Hypothesis Test, and Classical Assumption Test are used in statistical analysis. Based on research findings, lifestyle (X1) and ease of online shopping (X2) have a partial influence on the purchase intention of 2019 STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Economic Education Students (Y). Lifestyle (X1) and Ease of Online Shopping (X2) have quite a big influence on STKIP PGRI Bangkalan Economic Education Students' Purchase Interest (Y). The calculated R Square value of 0.788 indicates that the combined effect of variables X1 and X2 on variable Y is 78.8%, with the influence of other factors not included in this study taking into account the remaining effect.Key words: Lifestyle, Ease of Online Shopping, Buying Interest

Abstract

More and more internet users have made actors in the field of technology to continuously create innovations so that smartphone users can make the best use of technology. One of them is by issuing a product called e-wallet which is a trend in carrying out all payment transaction activities and purchasing items. Likewise with PT Telkom which participated in implementing government policies in reducing the use of cash. By using the e-wallet application owned by PT Telkom, this research is focused on the use of TAM-based e-wallet. In conducting this research, the methodology used is by using a qualitative methodology and through a descriptive approach and using data collection techniques through literature studies. There are many benefits and also the convenience of using Telkom's e-wallet or commonly known as t-money. With various features in the application, users can make bill payment transactions as well as purchase train or plane tickets, merchants, and make purchases of electricity pulses or data packages. To be able to win the competition in the business world, PT Telkom must continue to improve the features available in the e-wallet application. That way users can feel the benefits of using the application. This can be used by Telkom to provide testimonials to other users.Keywords: Fintech, E-wallet, TAM

Abstract

One of the developments that have emerged in the 21st century is development of the digital age with internet use. Internet users in Indonesia experienced a significant increase in the era of Covid-19 pandemic period. One the increasing use of the internet in Indonesia is dominated using social media which is a way of getting information from text or picture of information that is given. Other than that, social media marketing also used by businesspeople to introduce their brands to a potential consumer. One of the business companies that uses social media to introduce their products is Disney+ Hotstar. The purpose of this research is to tell the effect of Social Media Marketing on Purchase Intention on Disney+ Hotstar Services in Bandung. This study uses quantitative with descriptive analysis, and population used in this research is Bandung city residents who used social media and known or used Disney+ Hotstar services. The sampling technique used was snowball sampling with 100 respondents. Using simple linear regression data analysis method with SPSS 27 for MAC. From the social media marketing hypothesis on purchase intention, the result is what it has a t-count value of 7,935 > t table value of 1,660 also a sig value of 0,000<0,05 which means a relevant impact on purchase intention. And the result of the social media marketing determination coefficient test on purchase intention is 39,1%.Keywords: Purchase Intention, Social Media Marketing

Abstract

Online shopping is not only through e-commerce but, it can be done through social media. Tiktok aplication was originally just a platform for entertainment, currently can be used to make purchase transactions. This study aims to examine the effect of perceived ease of use, electronic word of mouth, and perceived security on repurchase intention in Tiktok Shop. A quantitative methodology was used. Data were collected from 197 respondents who have used Tiktok Shop for shopping and has been 18 years old. The data collection method used a questionnaire with Google Form. The data analysis technique used is PLS-SEM using Smartpls3.3 software to test measurement model and structural model and using SPSS version 26 to analyze respondent characteristics. The findings show that perceived ease of use, electronic word of mouth and perceived security have a positive and significant effect on repurchase intention at Tiktok Shop. Abstract

Generation Z online shopping behavior trends tend to want convenience, practicality, and safety. The presence of a digital wallet introduces the public to a non-cash payment method that is practical, fast and profitable. In 2022 as many as 74% have used a digital wallet. This competition caused ShopeePay's position as a digital wallet provider to experience a decline with the presence of other digital wallets. The purpose of this research is to determine the effect of e-service quality on e-customer loyalty mediated by e-customer satisfaction variables in Generation Z who use ShopeePay. The population that the researchers determined were Buana Perjuangan Karawang University students in the Management study program class of 2019 to 2021 who were born in 1997-2012 (Generation Z) and 166 ShopeePay users, while the sample used was 117 students who were analyzed using the PLS SEM (Structural) method. Equation Model) with Partial Least Square basis. The results that the researchers got confirmed that e-service quality has an effect on e-customer loyalty through e-customer satisfaction, e-service quality has no direct effect on e-customer loyalty, e-customer satisfaction has an effect on e-customer loyalty, and e -service quality affects e-customer satisfaction. Key words: e-Customer Loyalty, e-Service Quality, e-Customer Satisfaction, Gen Z, ShopeePay
