Abstract

From the results of the research, it was found that many factors affect the professional competence of a teacher. Two of the most dominant factors influencing professional competence are "work habits and discipline." This study aims to examine the influence of these two variables on the professional competence of teaching teachers after participating in PPG DALJAB. Data-based correlational method obtained from the distribution of questionnaires and observations. Data was collected from the population of secondary school teachers in South Sumatra which amounted to 29,950, while a random sample was taken from 150 teachers who had completed the PPG DALJAB. The results of the study succeeded in proving that the work habits and discipline of secondary school teachers after participating in PPG DALJAB had a positive and significant effect on teaching professional competence, both partially and simultaneously. However, there was no significant difference in the professional competence of teaching teachers after attending PPG DALJAB with the previous one.

Abstract

This research needs to be done to develop previous studies by adding other variables, especially non-economic variables. This study aims to analyze corporate sustainability performance (CSP) controlled by company size and leverage variables on profitability moderated by liquidity, concentrated ownership, stock price volatility, institutional ownership in consumer goods companies listed on the IDX from 2018 to 2022. This study adds institutional ownership and concentrated ownership as moderating variables as well as company size and the use of debt (leverage) or loans as control variables. The sample withdrawal method in this study used a purposive sampling method of 37 companies with a total sample size of 185 with the regression results of the fixed effect model equation, and random effect. The results of this study indicate that there is no significant effect of CSP on profitability, liquidity moderates the effect of CSP on profitability, stock price volatility does not moderate the effect of CSP on profitability, concentrated ownership does not moderate the effect of CSP on profitability, institutional ownership moderates the effect of CSP on profitability and there is a significant effect of company size and debt use on profitability. Managerial implications to increase CSP and probability, the company's efforts include increasing the liquidity ratio, being more careful in taking debt and must ensure the company's ability to cover the debt. In addition, it seeks to improve performance, innovate and be responsive and sensitive to reading market opportunities

Secondly, exploring intrinsic motivation and psychological empowerment moderating role in this relationship. Non-probability random sampling used for sample collection where the researcher determined three criterias that respondents needed to meet. The data of this research were analyzed by testing the measurement model, structural model and  testing the hypotheses using Structural Equation Modeling with SMART-PLS. The results obtained are a) Transformational leadership influences employee innovative work behavior, b) intrinsic motivation influences employee innovative work behavior, c) intrinsic motivation doesn’t moderate the relationship between transformational leadership and employee work innovative behavior, d) psychological empowerment influences employee innovative behavior, and e) psychological empowerment doesn’t moderate transformational leadership on employee innovative work behavior.

The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from the annual reports of banking companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the period 2018 to 2022. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method so that 42 companies were sampled. The data analysis used to test the hypothesis is multiple regression analysis using e-views 9. The research results show that the audit committee has a positive effect, board independence has a negative effect, institutional ownership has a negative effect, enterprise risk management has no effect, return on assets has an effect positively, leverage has no effect, and corporate social responsibility has a negative effect on intellectual capital. Implications of this research to understand how bank managers affect intellectual capital, this study examines a variety of factors, including audit committee, board independence, institutional ownership, enterprise risk management, return on assets, leverage and corporate social responsibility. Abstract

The methods of lifting fluid from the well to the surface consists of natural wells method and artificial lift method. One type of artificial lifting is Hydraulic Pumping Unit (HPU) method. In this case, well ALF-04 as the HPU well in Kawengan field which faces lower actual production compare to its theoritic production calculation then decided need to be redesigned. The objectives of redesigned is to reach optimum flow rate of the well. Recently actual flow rate of this well is 309.2 bfpd, and then the result of IPR calculation by Vogel shows the Q max is 957.25 bfpd, it means this well production is still feasible to be optimized till approximately 765.8 bfpd. After redesign calculation , obtained pump setting  depth 755 m, plunger size of 2.5 ", 120" stroke length, and speed of 6 spm, pump displacement 568.425 bpd. For the rod diameter was changing from 0.75 inch to 0.875 inch with total length 2395m , it greatly affects the maximum stress value of 22,774.03 psi, and also has an influence to the increasing of PPRL value of 8243.26 lb, and the MPRL value of 3000 lb.

Abstract

Investors need information that can support their decision to invest, including analyzing the factors that influence a company's decision to distribute dividends. This research aims to analyze and explain the influence of CSR, cash flow and GCG on dividend policy in consumer goods sector companies listed on the IDX. The independent variables are CSR, cash flow, GCG, leverage, liquidity and company size and the dependent variable is dividend policy. Dividend policy is chosen as the dependent variable because it is used to determine the value of earnings per share to be distributed to shareholders. The data used in this research is secondary data sourced from annual reports of consumer goods sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) during the 2013-2022. The research sample was selected using a purposive sampling method , which was chosen because it allows for a more in-depth analysis of research subjects with specific characteristics. As a result, 13 companies were obtained as samples. The data analysis used for hypothesis testing is multiple regression analysis using E-Views software. The results show that CSR, cash flow, GCG, and liquidity as control variables have a positive influence on dividend policy. The study also indicates that leverage and firm size as control variables do not affect dividend policy. These findings provide significant implications for management in conducting CSR activities and considering the conditions of cash flow, GCG, and liquidity when determining dividend policy . Based on the results, the Adjusted R-squared value indicates that Corporate Social Responsibility, Good Corporate Governance, Cash Flow, Leverage, Liquidity, and Company Size collectively influence Dividend Policy by 31.33%, while the remaining 68.67% is influenced by factors outside the research model.
