Parents of children with ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder) face challenges that put them at high levels of stress. Self- esteem can reduce the negative impact of parental stress. The aim of this research is to analyze the relationship between parental stress and self-esteem in parents who have children with ASD. The method used in this research uses quantitative methods with a correlational design. The sample for this study was 114 parents with ASD. Parental stress was measured using the Parental Stress Scale (PSS) and self-esteem was measured using the self-esteem scale. Pearson product moment correlation was used to analyze the data. The results of the Pearson product moment test obtained r = -.46 and p = 0.00. The results of this study found that parents had moderate levels of parental stress (69.3%) and had moderate self-esteem (60.5%). These results prove that there is a significant relationship between parental stress and self-esteem in ASD parentsKeywords: Autism Spectrum Disorder, parental stress, self-esteem

Instruments used FoMO Scale and BFI. The results of the analysis using multiple linear regression show the probability (p=0.00) indicates that neuroticism and extraversion personality have an influence on FoMO in adolescents. The probability on the neuroticism variable (p=0.00) with a standardized value (β=0.41), while on the extraversion variable (p=0.04) with standardized value (β=0.17), the neuroticism variable has greater influence on the fear of missing out in adolescents than the extraversion variable. Keywords: Adolescent, extraversion, fear of missing out, neuroticism

Abstrak. Students’ inability to adapt can cause students to become stressed and pessimistic. Students who feel stressed and pessimistic indicate that the student has poor Personal Growth Initiative (PGI) and will more easily experience Fear of Missing Out (FoMO). The purpose of this research is to see the relationship between FoMOt and PGI in students. The respondents of this research were 394 students who were studying in Indonesia. The sampling technique uses convenience sampling. This research was measured using the Fear of Missing Out Scale (FoMOS) and Personal Growth Initiative Scale-II (PGIS-II). The results of the analysis were carried out using a correlation test with a value of r=0.009; p=0.853 (p>0.05) does not show a relationship between FoMO and PGI in students. The results of this research show that high or low levels of PGI are not necessarily influenced by the level of FoMO in students. Abstract

The currently developing telework phenomenon has many impacts on employees, one of the impacts of implementing telework is turnover intention. This research was conducted with the aim of knowing the dynamics of telework employees who tend to turnover intention. The method used in this research is a systematic literature review referring to 15 journal articles obtained from the Google Scholar, Scopus, and PubMed databases. The results of the literature review that has been carried out show that telework related to turnover intention. Several things were found that showed a link between telework and turnover intentions, including: 1) Specific job characteristics of the telework gap felt by employees are additional drivers of turnover intentions and can be mediated by jealousy and job dissatisfaction. 2) Differences in perceptions of remote work from each employee's perspective may increase feelings of envy toward remote workers and job dissatisfaction, which in turn is associated with higher turnover intentions and poorer job performance. 3) The implications of remote work as a flexible work arrangement on work outcomes, highlighting the negative impact on employee well-being and behavior such as turnover intentions.
