Abstract

Background: Premenopausal syndrome in the form of hot flushes, night sweats, it can cause sleep disturbances that will affect the quality of the mother's sleep so that the mother wakes up from her sleep. Thus, natural intervention is needed in the form of isoflavone treatment by consuming processed soybeans, namely steamed tofu. The purpose of this study is knowing the effect of giving steamed tofu preparations on sleep quality in premenopausal women in Ngabean Village, Secang District, Magelang RegencyMethods: This type of research is a pre-experimental designs research with One Group Pretest Posttest research design. The measuring instrument used is the PSQI (Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index) questionnaire. The sampling technique in this research is purposive sampling.Results: There is a significant effect of the provision of processed steamed tofu on the sleep quality of premenopausal women aged 45-50 years. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test with p value 0.05..Conclusion: The sleep quality of premenopausal women aged 45-50 years before consuming processed steamed tofu was found in the majority in the category of poor sleep quality, which was 93.48% and after consuming processed steamed tofu was found in the majority in the category of good sleep quality, 84.78%. There is a significant effect of the provision of processed steamed tofu on the sleep quality of premenopausal women aged 45-50 years. Suggestion for premenopausal women to consuming variations of processed steamed tofu (2x a day, with a dose of @ 100 grams or medium pieces) as a source of isoflavones in improving the quality of sleep for premenopausal and postmenopausal women who experience sleep deprivation/sleep disorders in the premenopausal period so that they can undergo pre-age with totality by consuming it regularly

Abstract

Background: Emotional closeness is very important for physical growth, emotions and intelligence of babies. The benefit of doing Yoga is to create physical and mental health as well as creating a balance. Research on the effect of baby yoga on infant growth is still limited. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of yoga on the baby's body weight and lengthMethods: The research method used is quasi-experimental design with the Pre-Post-test Control Group Design method. This study involved 36 samples of infants who had nutritional problems. Which were divided into 2 groups with 18 samples each. The treatment was carried out for 2 months, and 4 treatments were carried out monthly. The statistical test used is paired sample T-Test dan independent T-Test.Results: The statistical test result of paired sample T-Test for Baby Yoga treatment significantly affected the baby's weight and body length with p value = 0.000. The results of the Independent T-Test, the difference in body weight between the baby yoga group with growth and development stimulation was known to be p 0.05 (p = 0.012), there was a difference in weight gain between baby yoga and growth and development stimulation. However, for differences in body length difference test, showing a value of p 0.05 (p = 0.150), the results in body weight and body length difference between the treatment of baby yoga with growth and growth stimulation showed that there was no significant difference between the provision of baby yoga with growth and growth stimulation to increase body length.Conclusion: There is a weight difference between baby yoga treatment and growth stimulation, but no significant difference for body length.

Abstract

Background: The covid-19 pandemic that has occurred in almost all countries in the world has had an impact on various aspects of life. Indonesia as one of the countries facing the covid-19 pandemic is still showing an increase in the number. Patients with covid-19 require appropriate treatment, especially if the patients shows severe symptoms of respiratory system disorders. Nurses as health care providers in hospital are required to provide the best and professional service. Nurses are faced with situations that can increase stress and anxiety. It is necessary to conduct an assessment of the factors that cause anxiety in nurses during the covid-19 pandemic. Methods: This study aims to determine the factors that influence nurses' anxiety during the COVID-19 pandemic. This research is a descriptive analytic study with a cross sectional study design. The population in this study were all nurses at dr. Asmir Salatiga Hospital. The instrument used to assess the level of anxiety using the Hamilton Anxiety Rating Scale (HARS) questionnaire. Data analysis using chi square test. Results: Among the 7 factors studied, there are 4 factors that have been shown to affect nurses anxiety. The factor that influences the nurse’s anxiety during covid-19 pandemic are years of service (p value 0.047), marital status (p value 0.048), knowledge (p value 0.042) and environment (0.039). Abstract

Backgrounds: The prospective bride are the right target in improving reproductive health, especially before pregnancy. Prospective brides need to prepare for reproductive health so that after marriage they are expected to have optimal health status. The period before pregnancy, giving birth to the first 1000 days of a baby's life is a golden period that needs attention. Good health status will produce quality generations and reduce mortality and morbidity rates. The purpose of this study was to describe the health status of the prospective bride in preparation for pregnancy. Methods: The research type is descriptive quantitative. The sampling technique used was purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 155 respondents, is secondary data from the health center in 2020. The data analysis uses univariate analysis. Results: Description of the prospective brides health status are, 81.9% were aged 20-35 years, had no history of disease 100%, had normal blood pressure 85.2%, BMI was not normal 52.3%, hemoglobin levels were normal 96.8%, blood sugar was normal 98.06%, normal upper arm circumference 85.8%. Conclusion: The majority of the health status of the bride-to-be is normal and the health status that requires the most attention is less BMI and more.

Abstract

Background: Infant mortality rate are infants who death that were 0 to 365 days old. In Indonesia, the infant mortality rate are 24/1000 live births. Risk factors for infant mortality rate were factors from the baby and the mother. Maternal characteristics are a factors in infant mortality rate that can be controlled with early intervention, so it is necessary to know what factors influence infant mortality. The purpose of the study was to analyze the factors related to infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran Methods: This research was conducted in Puskesmas Pejawaran. This is an case control study. The population taken is 1 : 1 by the subjects of 17 cases and 17 babies born alive so that there are 34 respondents. The sampling technique used arandom sampling technique. The study used secondary data, The data analysis used in this study was the chi square test. Result: There is a relationship between the age of the respondent and infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran, there is no relationship between parity, pregnancy interval and the level of education of the respondent’s age with mother’s age with infant mortality. Mothers aged 35 years who gave birth to babies were 4.4 times more likely to give birth to stillbirth. Conclusion: There is a relationship between respondent’s age with mother’s age and infant mortality rate in Puskesmas Pejawaran, there is no relationship between parity, pregnancy interval and the level of education of the respondent's age with infant mortality rate.

Abstract

Background: Behavior that is lacking in hygiene care is being lazy to change pads when it causes bacteria to grow on the pads, the presence of vaginal discharge that causes discomfort in the female area. Good self-care during menstruation such as the use of proper sanitary napkins is that the pads should not be worn for more than six hours or the pads should be changed as often as possible when they are full of menstrual blood. Poor personal hygiene, especially in the genital area, is also a predisposing factor for cervical cancer (Muin et al, 2017) Methods: This study used an analytic study with a cross sectional approach in which the variables of information media, the role of parents and genital hygiene were studied at the same time. The research was carried out on August 5 – September 10 2020. The population in this study were students of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda Class XII, which were 220 people. The sample in this study were 80 respondents. The sampling technique was random sampling. Analysis of the data used is the chi square test. Results: Based on the statistical test, a p-value of 0.004 was obtained, thus statistically there was a relationship between the information media and the personal hygiene and Based on statistical tests obtained p-value 0.000 thus statistically there is a relationship between the role of parents on the personal hygiene of SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda students.students. Conclusion: There is an influence of information media and the role of parents on genital hygiene in SMA Negeri 1 Samarinda students.

Abstract

Background: During menstruation, teenagers often experience pain, which is known as dysmenorrhea. In most cases, dysmenorrhea is very uncomfortable for adolescents in carrying out daily activities. So it is necessary to intervene in the form of relaxation techniques to reduce the scale of pain in the dysmenorrhoea. The relaxation technique taken is the finger grip relaxation technique. This study to determine the effect of finger hold guided imagery relaxation technique intervention to reducing primary dysmenorrheascale in adolescents. Methods: The type of this research is Quasy experimental One Group Pretest Posttest research design. The measurement instrument used is finger hold guided imagery relaxation SOP and observation sheet. a total sampling was applied with 33 respondents. Result: There is a significant effect of finger hold guided imagery relaxation technique intervention. This is evidenced by the results of the Wilcoxon test with p value < 0.05. Strenghtenend by the results of z count of -5.062 and z table -1.645, z count > z table. Conclusion: Finger hold guided relaxation technique imagery is recommended for teenagers who have dysmenorrhea

Abstract

Background: The cause of emesis gravidarum is due to the increase in the hormones estrogen, progesterone, and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG).There are 70%-80% of pregnant women experiencing emesis gravidarum, namely nausea and vomiting during the first trimester Emesis gravidarum is caused by the increase in estrogen, progesterone, and human chorionic gonadotropin (HCG).If nausea and vomiting are allowed to continue, it can cause adverse effects on the health of the mother and fetus such as chronic energy deficiency, anemia, bleeding and low birth weight. Efforts to overcome nausea and vomiting during the first trimester of pregnancy can be done using aromatherapy, one of which is cardamom essential oil. The purpose of this study was to determine the aromatherapy of cardamom (cardamom) essential oil can overcome the intensity of nausea and vomiting of pregnant women in the first trimester. Methods: The research is Quasy Experimental Design with One Group Pretest Posttest Design and purposive sampling technique as many as 30 respondents. The research instrument used a questionnaire sheet. Data analysis using Wilcoxon test. Results: There was a significant difference between before and after the intervention of cardamom (cardamom) essential oil aromatherapy in overcoming the intensity of nausea and vomiting in first trimester pregnant women with a p-value of 0.00. Conclusion: The results of this study can be used as a complementary treatment for pregnant women who experience nausea and vomiting to improve their condition by using cardamom essential oil aromatherapy.
