Background: The low coverage of exclusive breastfeeding could had an impact on the quality of life for the nation's future generations and also on the national economy. The level of education of the mother can be a cause of the low level of exclusive breastfeeding, most mothers were less aware of the importance of breast milk as the baby's main food. Breastfeeding behavior was related to lack of knowledge, beliefs or perceptions and wrong attitudes from mothers regarding breast milk. The purpose of this study was to describe the relationship between knowledge and exclusive breastfeeding behavior in kindergarten teachersMethods: This study was descriptive analytic study with the cross sectional approach. The population was all female kindergarten teachers in Tawang District who had 0-2 years of children, as many as 48 people, using a total sampling technique.Results: Bivariate analysis was performed used the Spearman rank test. Based on the results it was found that the significance level of p value was 0.000Conclusion: It meant that there was a correlation between knowledge and the behavior of exclusive breastfeeding in kindergarten teachers.

Background: Dysmenorrhea or menstrual pain was one of the most common complaints in young women who come to the clinic or doctor. As many as 90% of Indonesian women had experienced menstrual pain. Non-pharmacological therapy that can be used to reduce menstrual pain, one of them was by used the acupressure technique. The purpose of this study was to Determine Whether acupressure was effective in reducing menstrual pain.Methods: The type of research used quasy-experiment. This study used the One Pretest-Posttest Group design. The total samples taken in this study were 31 female students of SMK Negeri 1 Rembang. The Data collected in this study was primary data. The sampling technique used Accidental-Sampling. The statistical test used the Wilcoxon test.Results: The results of this study indicate that there was an effect of acupressure effective in reducing menstrual pain in SMK Negeri 1 Rembang with a value of p value 0,000.Conclusion: From the results of this study it was expected that the female students of make acupressure technique as a way to reduce menstrual pain.

Background: The level of anxiety of women with HIV / AIDS has different categories for each individual, the main cause of this anxiety is hopelessness to depression due to the diagnosis obtained. A person's level of anxiety can be overcome by various methods, one of which is hypnosis. Hypnosis is a natural method used to relieve fear, panic, tension and mental stress. Hypnosis is carried out by direct contact with a person's subconscious mind, giving positive suggestions so that a person can build a positive emotional state. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of hypnosis on the level of anxiety of women with HIV / AIDS in Tasikmalaya City in 2019.Methods: This type of research is included in experimental research with a quantitative approach. The design of this research is Pre-Experimental Design with One Group Pretest-Posttest Design. The population was 19 people with the total sampling technique of 19 people. The data analysis technique used the Wilcoxon Test.Results: The results of this study found that the anxiety level of women with HIV / AIDS before hypnosis was at a moderate level of anxiety. After hypnosis, most of the anxiety levels were in the mild category. The Wilcoxon test results, the value is less than a (0.001 0.05), so it shows that there is an effect of hypnosis on the anxiety level of women with HIV / AIDS. The results of this study found that the anxiety level of women with HIV / AIDS before hypnosis was at a moderate level of anxiety. Background: Physical activity by optimizing physical education in schools to improve the gross motor skills of children (Burns, 2017). Gymnastics fantasy deemed appropriate, interesting and enjoyable in accordance with the age of the child and the child's world kindergarten - a child who likes to imitate everything he sees (Aini, 2016). Gymnastics fantasy able to develop gross motor skills and social skills - emotional child. This study aims to determine the effectiveness of methods gymnastic fantasy stories as well as musical accompaniment to the development of gross motor kindergarten children in group B.Methods: This was a comparative study used pretest and posttest. The subjects were thirty children in group one and thirty children in groups of two. The object of research was a gross motor skills. Data collection techniques in this study was the observation. Data analysis technique used paired t-test and independent t-test. This study was conducted over three weeks to nine times with a population of 79 children with sampling technique sampling kuotaResults: The results used paired t-test showed Sig (2-tailed), namely that there were significant 0,001. Gymnastics fantasy stories and musical accompaniment to the development of gross motor kindergarten children in group B and the results of 0001, indicating the significance hypothesis testing more effective than the method of story accompanimentConclusion: The increase in the gross motor skills of kindergarten children can do with more teaching exploration stories and integrated gymnastic movements to the accompaniment of music

Background: Family influence in the formation and development of the child's personality is very great because the family is the first social group where children can interact, where children learn and declared themselves as social beings. Families can also provide a basis for the formation of behavior, character, morals, and education for children. Parenting is the attitude of the parents interacts with their children. The purpose of this research was to determine the relationship of parenting parents with the development of preschool children in kindergarten Aisyiah Tawang District of Tasikmalaya.Methods: the methods used is a quantitative research using a cross-sectional design. The population in this study all students kindergarten in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya, preschool, and their parents who totaled 43 people. The sampling technique in this research is using saturation sampling technique, with a total sample of 43 children and their parents.Results: The results showed that the greatest percentage of parents' parenting preschoolers in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya city is with positive parenting, the largest percentage growth of preschool children is to have appropriate development. Statistical test results stated that there is a significant relationship between parenting parents with preschool-age child development.Conclusion: Most parenting preschoolers in kindergarten Aisyiah Tasikmalaya categorized as positive and progress is being made by his age.

Background: Menstrual Hygiene Management is the management of hygiene and health when women experience menstruation. UNICEF research results state that 46% of young women in Indonesia change sanitary napkins less than 2 times a day, whereas in theory changing sanitary napkins is at least 3-4 hours a day. Use for more than 8 hours causes genital irritation and itching which will have an impact on health. The purpose of this study was to determine the practice of menstrual hygiene management in high schools in Magelang.Methods: This research was conducted in 5 public high schools in Magelang. This research method is a mixed methods design. explanatory The research was conducted by collecting quantitative data then qualitative data. The study population was all high school students in Magelang City with a total of 267 respondents.Results: The results showed that there was a relationship between the peer support variable (p-value 0,000), the role of the teacher (p-value 0.002), and facilities (p-value 0.003) with menstrual health management practicesConclusion: conclusions and implications for midwifery and nursing practiceAll sections in The peer support variable (p value 0.001) had the most influence on menstrual hygiene management. It is hoped that midwives can contribute in providing health education on Menstrual Hygiene Management (MKM) in cross-sectoral collaboration with the Education Office

Background: Third trimester of pregnancy was the peak of discomfort that was often experienced by pregnant women due to physical changes and psychological changes, which cause the mother's sleep was not quality. Treatment of sleep disorders can be overcome by pharmacological and non-pharmacological ways. Loving pregnancy massage provides a relaxing effect that can help solve discomfort problems, especially those related to sleep disorders..Methods: This study used a pre-experimental method with one group pretest-posttest design. The population of this study were pregnant women in their third trimester in Purbaratu Health Center, Tasikmalaya City. A sample of 31 people was taken by purposive sampling. The dependent variable was the sleep quality of the third trimester of pregnant women and the independent variable is loving pregnancy massage. The research instrument used The Pittsburgh Sleep Quality Index (PSQI) questionnaire with Wilcoxon test data analysis.Results: The results showed that the sleep quality of pregnant women before doing massage was in the moderate sleep disorder category (64.5%) and after the massage there was a decrease in the quality of sleep into a good category (54.8%). The Wilcoxon test results obtained a significance value of 0.000.Conclusion: there was a relationship between loving pregnancy massage and the sleep quality of third trimester pregnant women.

Background: During the period of pregnancy the mother suffered various complaints which cause discomfort due to changes in the physical as well as changes in psychological . As for the changes in the physical that is often experienced when pregnant include pain back , cramping legs, shortness of breath , frequent urination and responses psychic who experienced mother Pregnant form of depression , stress, anxiety and disturbance to sleep such as insomnia or difficulty in start sleepingMethods: The study is a pre- experiment with the design of the study is One group pretest-posttest design with the use of questionnaires in in Region Work Puskesmas Purbaratu on month in January and February 2019. Taking the sample in the study is using purposive sampling which totaled 31 people. Analysis of the data is done by univariate and bivariate by using Kruskal Wallis test.Results: The sleep quality of pregnant women before doing massage was in the category of moderate sleep disorders as many as 20 people (64.5%) while after massage in the category of good sleep quality , there were 17 people (54.8%). The pain of a mother pregnant before do massage on the category of light that as many as 21 people (67.7%). After doing massage in the light category , there were 19 people (61.3% ). Anxiety in the mother pregnant before do massage on the category of light that as many as 21 people (71.0%). When do massage all respondents in a category does not exist anxiety that as many as 31 people (100%). Signfikansi more substantial than 0.05 (0.172 0.05) means that not there is a difference significant effectiveness loving pregnancy massage to the quality of sleep , pain and anxiety mother pregnant third trimester in Region Work Puskesmas Purbaratu City of Tasikmalaya in 2019.Conclusion: The results of testing the value of Chi Square table df = 2 5991 Chi-square count 3523 and the value Asymp.Sig ( asymtopic significance) sebesae 0.172, because signfikansi more substantial than 0.05 (0.172 0.05) then the hypothesis Ho accepted means no There is a significant difference in the effectiveness of loving pregnancy massage on the quality of sleep , pain and anxiety of third trimester pregnant women in the Tasikmalaya City Purbaratu Health Center Work Area in 2019.

Background: Maternal mortality was one of indicator in the successful development sector. Maternal Mortality rate in Central Java Province in 2016 was 109.65 per 100,000 live births, decreased in 2017 by 88.5 per 100,000 live births (475 cases), and decreased again in 2018 by 78.6 per 100,000 live births (421 cases). At the same time Semarang city also get decreased. There has been a decreased in cases, 23 cases in 2017 to 19 cases in 2018. The aim of this study was to describe antenatal care services in Puskesmas Genuk.Methods: This study was qualitative and quantitative descriptive research. The design of this research was sequential explanatory designs. The population in this study was pregnant woman and Midwife in Puskesmas Genuk Semarang city and were collected by use purposive sampling. The Researcher collect the data use Indepth interview and analyze the result.Results: The Result of this study showed that Midwifery were dominated in middle age (30 year old) and experience more than tenth years (10 years). Midwives knows detail about counseling at ANC services, but have not yet applied the sequences or principles of counseling in carrying out counseling according to the ability of the research subject and according to the needs of the patient. Pregnant mother were classified in diffrents type of risk and they were remember the counceling from Midwife and can answer the question relate to it.Conclusion: All the Midwife were know about giving advice through counceling method, but they still need to use the principal practice in delivering service.

Background: Primary dysmenorrhea is menstrual pain that occurs since menarche without the presence of pathology in the pelvis that causes disruption of daily activities and decreases the quality of life. Improved blood circulation and aromatic odors can reduce pain. in this study to find out the effectiveness of warm water compresses and lemon aromatherapy with lavender aromatherapy against the level of primary dysmenorrhea pain in young women.Methods: Pre-Experiment with One Group Pre - Post-test design approach. The sampling technique of this study is accidental Sampling. The subjects of this study were 37 young women who suffered from dysmenorrhea and met the criteria. Data analysis using the Wilcoxon test and the Whitney Mann test.Result: research shows Sig Value. (2-tailed) = 0.001. Then the value of Sig. (2-tailed) 0.05 (0.00 0.05) then Ho is rejected and Ha is accepted which can mean that warm water compress and lemon aromatherapy with warm water compress and lavender aromatherapy are effective against decreased dysmenorrhea pain.Conclusion: From the results of the study can be concluded warm water compress and aromatherapy lemon is more effective to reduce dysmenorrhea pain in young women
