Abstract

Teenagers as users of social media are not very able to sort out which information and communication can be of benefit to them. They also tend to be easily influenced by the social environment without first considering what positive or negative impacts they will receive. The presence of social media certainly has a huge influence on people's lives, including teenagers, but of course there will be positive and negative impacts on its use, including on the health aspect. The purpose of this study was to determine the impact of social use on teenagerhealth. This research is a type of quantitative research with a cross-sectional research design which was conducted at Gunung Talang 1st Public Vocational Secondary Schools, Solok Regency in 2019. The study population totaled 44 people and all populations were used as samples. Data analysis was performed using the Chi-Square test. The results of the univariate analysis showed that almost all teenagers (72.7%) had poor health and more than half of teenagers (56.8%) had high intensity use of social media. Based on the results of the bivariate analysis it is known that there is a relationship between the use of social media and teenagerhealth where a p-value of 0.031 is obtained. Therefore, there is a need for further coordination between parents and the school in supervising the use of social media by teenagers in order to prevent things that are negative. Parents should also increase controls to ensure that their teens use social media in a positive way. Keywords: Adolescent, Health, Mental, Physical, Social Media

Abstract

This study is an analytical descriptive study with a cross-sectional design that aims to determine the proportion and level of depression and anxiety of patients, as well as the relationship between the length of hemodialysis therapy with depression and anxiety of patients with Chronic Kidney Disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the Hemodialysis Installation of Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Regional General Hospital. Samples in this study were taken by purposive sampling. The sample in this study amounted to 31 research subjects. The specified data analysis is a Chi-square test analysis to test the relationship between variables. The percentage of anxiety among Chronic Kidney Disease patients receiving hemodialysis treatment at Dr. Moewardi Surakarta Regional General Hospital's Hemodialysis Facility is 29%, while the percentage of depressed patients with Chronic Kidney Disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy at the same facility is 41.9%. It has been determined that there is no discernible correlation between the duration of hemodialysis therapy and the emergence of anxiety and depression in patients with Chronic Kidney Disease at this specific healthcare center. To gain a more comprehensive understanding, additional research is warranted to investigate other factors linked to anxiety and depression in patients with chronic kidney disease undergoing hemodialysis therapy. Furthermore, there is a pressing need for the implementation of a screening program for Chronic Kidney Disease patients undergoing hemodialysis therapy at hospitals, with a potential referral to the Department of Psychiatry for the assessment and management of any mental symptoms that may arise.  Keyword: Anxiety, Chronic kidney disease, Depression

Abstract

An overview of Covid 19 claims in the city of Medan submitted for the period March 2020 to November 2021 amounted to IDR 5.046 trillion, of which IDR 4.767 trillion has been verified (94.71%) and IDR 1994 trillion is pending (33,868 cases). This research aims to identify pending claim factors at one of the Covid-19 referral hospitals in Medan City in 2021. The location that will be used in this research is the Murni Teguh Memorial National Health Insurance Billing Unit. Researchers conducted interviews with informants regarding Covid-19 claims and the sample used in this research was purposive sampling, namely a sample that was considered representative of the research data by meeting the criteria, namely inclusion and exclusion. Data analysis was carried out through several stages, namely data reduction, data display and verification. The results of the research are that the factors that cause delays in hospitals are the INACBG application update, communication between patients and the doctor in charge is less open regarding clinical complaints and travel history out of town or abroad, the number of human resources is insufficient compared to patients numbering up to thousands with an HR ratio of 1: 1685 patients and DPJP 1:96 patients, this was also experienced by several other hospitals as stated in the journal entitled Review of Inpatient Claim Dispute Settlement for Corona Virus Disease 2019 (Covid-19) Patients at Ajibarang Regional Hospital in 2020 and officers had problems in implementing Covid-19 claims, namely changes in regulations up to 6 times in 3 years, so that it caused a lot of miscommunication with officers on duty within the scope of Covid-19 services, but this change in regulations was due to adapting to Covid-19 conditions. Keywords:  Covid-19, Identification, Pending, Social Security Administrator

Abstract

AbstrakThis study is a qualitative descriptive library study. The normative (usul fiqh) research method is used to examine the maqashid al-syariah ijtihad method in order to find the values that are helpful when putting together an independent and safe campus free from sexual violence in Indonesian universities. The results of this study found that an independent and healthy campus free from sexual violence is an alternative to the protection and prevention of sexual violence in the university environment in Indonesia. Strengthened through strengthening, including the commitment of the leadership, the formation of a sexual violence protection and prevention task force, conducting socialization and education on various categories of sexual violence crimes, conducting socialization and education on the importance of an independent and healthy campus from sexual violence, providing convenience and security in reporting cases, providing protection for reporters and survivors, and following up on each report. It is certain that the maslahat values found provide benefits (maintenance of religion, self, mind, property, and offspring) for the academic community. Researchers find these values through the ijtihad maqashid al-sharia method, employing istiqra' (inductive research or study) and al-ma'qul (logic) for determination.
