Abstract

MSMEs have developed and become a key pillar in the national economy. Nevertheless, women's participation in MSMEs is still limited, despite the fact that women have a lot of potential to boost the economy through SME ownership. The positive attitude of women in MSMEs towards the adoption of technology is among the parameters that might have influenced their usage of technology. In the present day of transforming communication and information technologies, the acceptability of technology is becoming increasingly essential for the continuing development of MSMEs. The aim of this study is to use the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) to examine how women's participation in MSMEs relates to their acceptance of technology in the Koto Tangah Padang region. A paradigm called the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM) is used to describe how people understand and utilize information technology systems. The method used involves the application of SEM PLS 4.0. Primary data was collected through questionnaires and structured interviews. The results of the research indicate that women in MSMEs' degree of trust in technology is significantly influenced by their perceptions of perceived security and simplicity of use. Additionally, It has been proven to be the most influential factor influencing women in MSMEs' intentions to use technology for their businesses is trust.

Abstract

BUMNag is an important factor in the village's economic development. Preparing financial reports is a challenge that many BUMNag managers face due to human resource shortages. This study aims to develop a valid SAKU-BUMNag as a simple financial system for BUMNag's financial management. It is a research development that employs the 4D model which consists of the define, design, develop, and disseminate stages.  data was collected using questionnaires and validation sheets. Expert judgment is used to evaluate product validity, which is quantified using descriptive statistics. The findings indicate that SAKU-BUMNag is a feasible tool for assisting the financial systems of nagari-owned enterprises. It is user-friendly, which makes it easier for BUMNag managers to produce financial information that meets the relevant accounting requirements.

Abstract

Results of this research analysis, measure and find out about the Entrepreneurial Readiness of Aliyah students at MA Pesantren Tei-Multazam through influencing factors using 5 independent variables (personality perception, motivation, education, family, personal desires). The data used in this research is primary data obtained from questionnaires distributed to female students at the Aliyah madrasah school at the Tei-Multzam Islamic boarding school. This study had a population of 145 female students and a sample of 106 female students. The sampling technique in this research is Probability Sampling. Data collection was carried out using a questionnaire, distribution of questionnaires using a questionnaire. Data analysis in this research uses Multiple Linear Regression Analysis. The instruments distributed to the sample have been tested for validity and reliability. The results of this research show that: 1) Personality Perceptions influence entrepreneurial readiness, 2) Motivation has no influence on entrepreneurial readiness, 3) Education influences entrepreneurial readiness, 4) Personal desires influence entrepreneurial readiness and 5) Personal desires influence entrepreneurial readiness. The results of the implications of this research are 1) Personality perceptions have implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 2) Motivation has no implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 3) Education has implications for entrepreneurial readiness, 4) Personal desires have implications for entrepreneurial readiness, and 5) Personal desires have implications for entrepreneurial readiness

Abstract

This article reveals Entrepreneurial Intention in igeneration. In this paper, entrepreneurial attitude is an intervening variable between entrepreneurial education and relational support towards entrepreneurial intention. The survey method used in the research uses Amos-based SEM (structural Equation Modeling). Economic education students in Pekanbaru were a sample of 276 people. The results of this research reveal that entrepreneurial attitude is a variable that can strengthen the influence of entrepreneurship education and relational support on entrepreneurial intention. So these variables have a significant influence on students' entrepreneurial intention.

Abstract

Online learning systems have become a trend in university. Interaction between lecturers and students is carried out online, but as online learning progresses, there are concerns about whether it can support students' academic abilities. The effectiveness of interaction is a concern in online learning systems. This research aims to analyze and understand the interactions that occur in online learning. This research uses a descriptive method that explains the condition of the population studied and uses a quantitative approach in the form of collecting data that can be measured using statistical analysis. The population in this study were students in Padang City with a research sample of 398 respondents. The sampling technique uses multistage random sampling, which is a sampling technique that combines two or more sampling techniques. The analysis used in this research is Confirmatory Factor Analysis (CFA) using Amos software version 22. From the research that has been carried out, it was found that interactions in online learning have an influence on students.

Abstract

The consumer consciousness and collective actions of the community constitute a primary challenge in striving for environmental conservation and enhancing social well-being as part of the sustainable development goals. One of the efforts to address this challenge is by adopting sustainable consumption behavior (SCB). In general, this research aimed to engage with sustainable development issues at the consumer level. This research specifically adopts the EECB (Ecologically Conscious Consumer Behavior) model measured by the factors of environmental concern (EC), perceived consumer effectiveness (PCE) and altruism (AL. This research used a survey method and collected data from 304 consumers in Indonesia. The results indicate that environmental concern is not a significant factor in predicting ECCB and confirm the gap between environmental concern and consumer actual behaviors also suggesting that Indonesian consumers still struggle to translate their environmental concern into actual action. Meanwhile, the PCE factor is known to influence ECCB significantly. However, altruism was not found to be a moderating factor in the relationship between PCE and ECCB, but instead strengthened the relationship between EC and ECCB.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze and review the development of project-based learning in tertiary institutions from 2014 to 2023. The research data used is research that has been published in Scopus indexed scientific journals. The results of data collection obtained as many as 326 documents. The results of research on the topic of Project-based learning in Higher Education show that the trend in numbers is still fluctuating. In detail, the research trend regarding Project-based learning in Higher Education has increased from 2014-2018, 2018-2019 has decreased, 2019-2021 has decreased, 2021-2022 has experienced an increase, and finally, 2022-2023 has decreased. The top author in the Fernandes, S. domain. In this study the results obtained were 6 clusters that had been visualized through the VOSviewer application. The results of this study are based on an overlay visualization that Project-based learning research in Higher Education in the 2014-2023 period is an interesting topic and research trend. The conclusion of this research is that research with the topic of Project-based learning in Higher Education, which is associated with various variables, and research trends that have been carried out, and the potential for research with the topic of Project-based learning in Higher Education can be carried out.

Abstract

This research aims to produce a virtual exhibition media that is valid and feasible to use as entrepreneurship and technopreneurship education to students. The background of the research is the application of technopreneurship learning which is still not optimally implemented in universities. Based on observations, there is student interest in learning entrepreneurship and new innovations. This research includes development research with ADDIE stages. The test subjects of this research were 100 students of the Department of Management with snowball sampling technique. Data collection instruments include observation, questionnaire, documentation. The types of data used are qualitative and quantitative data with quantitative descriptive statistical data analysis techniques. The overall validation results from media experts and material experts obtained an average score of 95.5% with the criteria "very valid and very good to use". The results of student responses reached an average of 90% with the criteria "very good to use". This proves that there is a positive response in using virtual exhibition for entrepreneurship and technopreneurship education media.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze how customers' perceptions of the atmosphere, location and product variations of the Kopi Dent coffee shop influence their purchasing decisions. his research is causative research. The research population is members of the Kota Pariaman community. This research involved 97 respondents who met the criteria of having visited the Kopi Dent coffee shop in Pariaman, who were selected using the purposive sampling method. This research uses primary data collected through distributing questionnaires to people in Pariaman who meet certain criteria. The analysis technique uses SPSS 26 and multiple regression analysis. The research results show that (1) Store atmosphere, product variety and location have a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. (2) The store environment has a positive and large influence on purchasing choices. (3) Purchase choices are greatly influenced by location. (4) Having a wider choice will influence consumer choices positively and significantly.

Abstract

This study aims to understand the impact of corporate social responsibility on tax aggressiveness, the effect of capital intensity on tax aggressiveness, and explore the role of profitability as a moderating variable that can sharpen/weaken the relationship between CSR and tax aggressiveness and the relationship between capital intensity and tax aggressiveness. This study belongs to quantitative research using moderated regression analysis (MRA) using SPSS version 26, this approach uses annual reports of companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange from 2017-2021 with 60 objections. Provisions obtained from the data analysis and discussion that has been carried out, it can be concluded that the CSR variable has a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness, the capital intensity variable has a significant negative effect on tax aggressiveness, the profitability variable weakens the relationship of CSR to tax aggressiveness, and profit variability weakens the relationship between capital intensity and tax aggressiveness.
