Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui: (1) Tujuan diadakannya penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui upaya peningkatan kinerja Kepala Sekolah dalam menilai kompetensi pedagogik menggunakan alat penilaian kemampuan Guru di Sekolah Dasar Negeri 10 Tempilang dan Sekolah Dasar Negeri 11 Tempilang. Jenis penelitian ini adalah penelitian tindakan sekolah serta menggunakan metode penelitian tindakan kelas model John Elliot. Teknik pengumpulan data yang digunakan adalah wawancara, angket, observasi, dan dokumentasi. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa: Secara keseluruhan kepala sekolah di SDN 10 Tempilang dan kepala sekolah di SDN 11 Tempilang menyatakan penting untuk memiliki kinerja dalam menilai kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan cara alat penilaian kemampuan guru. Persentase yang sesuai dengan hal ini bahwa pada siklus 1 kepala sekolah SDN 10 Tempilang menyatakan 67,5% dan pada siklus 2 menyatakan 77,5% penting seorang kepala sekolah mengetahui cara menilai kompetensi pedagogic guru. Sedangkan, Persentase yang sesuai pada siklus 1 kepala sekolah di SDN 11 Tempilang menyatakan 70% dan pada siklus 2 menyatakan 72,5% penting seorang kepala sekolah mengetahui cara menilai kompetensi pedagogik guru.Berkaitan dengan penilaian hasil observasi kinerja kepala sekolah dalam menilai kompetensi pedagogik guru dengan cara alat penilaian kemampuan guru. Persentase yang sesuai dengan hal ini bahwa pada siklus 1 kepala sekolah SDN 10 Tempilang menyatakan 64% dan pada siklus 2 menyatakan 78% baik atau optimal kepala sekolah mengetahui cara menilai kompetensi pedagogik guru. Sedangkan, Persentase yang sesuai pada siklus 1 kepala sekolah di SDN 11 Tempilang menyatakan 68% dan pada siklus 2 menyatakan 76% baik atau optimal kepala sekolah mengetahui cara menilai kompetensi pedagogik guru. Sehingga secara umum untuk meningkatkan kinerja kepala sekolah dalam menilai kompetensi pedagogik pada SDN 10 Tempilang dan SDN 11 Tempilang dapat menggunakan alat penilaian kemampuan guru.

Abstract

Apakah itu tata bahasa? Apakah kita perlu belajar tata bahasa untuk mempelajari suatu bahasa? Mengapa kita harus mengajarkan tata bahasa? Pertanyaan-pertanyaan tersebut sering sekali dipertanyakan oleh guru dan siswa dalam mempelajari tata bahasa dalam bahasa Inggris. Pengajaran tata bahasa selalu menjadi kontroversial dan dianggap aspek yang paling sulit dipahami. Melalui artikel ini saya mencoba memaparkan sedikit analisis saya tentang dua buku tata bahasa yang akhirnya mengubah pola fikir saya tentang pengajaran dan pembelajaran tata bahasa. Saya sadar sepenuhnya saya tidaklah pantas untuk memberi penilaian dan mengevaluasi buku-buku yang sangat istimewa ini, tapi setidaknya saya hanya mencoba menyampaikan sedikit pendapat tentang buku-buku tata bahasa yang saya baca dan pelajari saat mengikuti mata kuliah Modern English Grammar. Semoga tulisan sederhana ini akan lambat laun mengubah pola fikir dan kebiasaan mahasiswa terutama mahasiswa Tadris Bahasa Inggris dalam mempelajari tata bahasa dalam bahasa Inggris.

Abstract

One of the sources of Islamic law are important in the formation of the law after the Qur'an is al-Hadith. Besides that, the hadeeth also has another function, namely as explanatory of what is contained in the Qur'an that are global. Elaborate or give an example implementation. And already we understand together, that when the Prophet died, he did not leave anything for his people except al-Quran and al-Hadith. With two pengangan source of life, humans would survive in the world and in the hereafter for lanterns used throughout his life. To understand both needed a tool in the form of science that in reviewing and assessing the two are not misreading and interpretation. And the knowledge gained through the educational process.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the ability of speech by using momoriter viewed from the language aspect and the nonlanguage aspect. This research uses descriptive quantitative research methods. Collecting data using the testing techniques with a sample of 97 students. The results showed that the ability of the student speech at memoriter methods in terms of both aspects of language category with an average value of 78.8% and in terms of aspects nonkebahasaan also categorized well with the average value of 82.6%. Abstract

Constructivism is a view that emphasizes the active role of students in building understanding and making sense of the information. The constructivist teaching is learner centered where students are actively involved in knowledge construction rather than mere passive listeners. Constructivists‟ views can be organized in two forms: psychological and social. In constructivists‟ view such as Piaget, students construct knowledge by transforming, organizing, reorganizing previous knowledge whereas in social constructivists‟ view such as Vygotsky, opportunities are provided to students to learn through social interaction in construction of knowledge and understanding. The paper is an attempt toexamine constructivist teaching and learning by providing in-depth analysis of features of constructivist theory and its two forms (psychological and social) and the organization of a constructivist classroom.

Abstract

Surat al-Maidah: 64-71 tells two important things: first, the story of the Jews who were cursed by Allah because of bad speech born from envy and hatred against Prophet Muhammad SAW. Second, the obligation of Prophet Muhammad SAW in conveying Islam. These two things, if attributed to the context of Islamic education, will imply the existence of messages of Islamic education; the message of an educational method that is the method of story in one side, and on the other side describes the instructions of communication.

Abstract

Stres dikenal suatu prilaku negatif yang dialami oleh seseorang, bisa tenaga pendi-didik, tenaga kependidikan atau oleh pegawai di instansi lainnya. Stres disebabkan oleh suatu tekanan yang menyebabkan seseorang tidak stabil dalam berprilaku dan akan mempengaruhi kestabilan dan kefokusan dalam bekerja. Bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan stres bisa disebabkan oleh tuntutan pekerjaan atau masalah pribadi, yang keduanya akan mempengaruhi tekanan mental. Akibatnya kalau dari tuntutan atau masalah tersebut tidak teratasi dapat mempengaruhi kesehatan atau jatuh sakit. Namun demikian, bagi pendidik dan tenaga kependidikan stres harus dapat dikelola dengan baik dengan menggunakan berbagai pendekatan, seperti olahraga, rekreasi, berteman dengan orang yang ilmu agamanya lebih tinggi, dari pendekatan itu, bisa mengurangi volume dari kesetresan seseorang.

Abstract

David Wilkins mengatakan bahwa tanpa tata bahasa sangat sedikit yang bisa disampaikan, tanpa kosakata tidak ada yang bisa disampaikan. Dia menambahkan bahwa Anda dapat mengatakan sangat sedikit dengan tata bahasa, tetapi Anda dapat mengatakan hampir semua hal dengan kata-kata. Artinya kosa kata sangat penting dalam belajar bahasa Inggris. Untuk mengajar kosa kata, guru harus menggunakan strategi yang efektif dan menarik dalam mengajar kosa kata. Peserta didik akan belajar dan mengingat kata dengan mudah jika mereka diajar dengan menggunakan strategi yang efektif dan menarik oleh guru.

Abstract

This research is an action research that uses descriptive methods. The technique of collecting data uses observational studies, documentation, and interviews. While data analysis is done by analyzing all available data from various sources, reducing data where data reduction is done by making abstractions, compiling data in units, namely data arranged in categorized units, categories done while making coding, carry out checks on the validity of data, interpretation of data, and conclusions. The results of the study show that the implementation of Indonesian language learning with a quantum model can be said to have succeeded. This can be seen from the results of the tests (evaluations) carried out by the teacher towards students, where the stages of learning that are carried out (starting from the pre-cycle to the first and second cycles) always experience a continuous increase in good value.

Abstract

The presence of Information Communication and Technology (ICT) in Information and Communication Technology (ICT) has penetrated every area of human life, including in the world of education. The role of ICT in the world of education is very large, not only among higher education institutions but also in early childhood education. In Amendment to the 1945 Constitution article 28 paragraph 2, it is stated that every child has the right to develop themselves through meeting their basic needs, having the right to education and to benefit from science and technology, art and culture, to improve their quality of life and for the welfare of mankind In order to develop early childhood, many of us now find a variety of formal and non-formal education services. Whatever the form of service, it should pay attention to the principles of early childhood learning. In addition to paying attention to the principle of learning, the scope of material provided is also very diverse according to aspects of child development. Various media can be used from those found in the child's own body such as fingers and toes, clothing, colorful eating utensils and various sizes, beams, plants, even sophisticated multi-media (technology) must be designed according to age and needs. early childhood development.
