Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of financial technology, financial literacy and financial inclusion in supporting the sustainability of MSMEs in the city of Semarang in the research period of 2024. In general, there are several factors that can affect the level of sustainability of the MSME sector business in the city of Semarang. In this study, an analysis was conducted on the support of the role of financial technology, financial literacy and financial inclusion in increasing the level of sustainability of the MSME sector business in the city of Semarang. Data needs were obtained from the results of questionnaire answers distributed to respondents of business actors or MSME actors in the city of Semarang. The results of this study are expected to provide information for every economic actor to know and understand the aspects of financial technology , financial literacy and financial inclusion in supporting the sustainability of the MSME sector business activities to create innovation and creativity of work programs in order to improve the performance of MSME businesses in the city of Semarang sustainably

Abstract

This study aims to find out how service quality, patient satisfaction and physical environment affect patient satisfaction, and how service quality and physical environment affect patient satisfaction. and impact on patient satisfaction. These are validity test, correlation coefficient reliability test, coefficient of determination, t-test and f-test, multiple regression test, simple regression test, data normality test, multicollinearity test, autocorrelation test, heteroskedasticity test and in this study all patients participated. Darusyifa Mulia Clinic in Karang Tenga, Lebak Bulus received a total of 6,637 people with Slovin formula in 2019, and 98 people participated in the study. According to the results of the product moment correlation coefficient calculation analysis, the value of the correlation coefficient is based on 0.747, so the results of the partial test (t test) between service quality and patient satisfaction show that the table t number > t value ( 7.268> 1.985 ), so that Ho is skewed , Ha is accepted, product moment correlation coefficient and correlation coefficient is 0.747, the physical environment of patient satisfaction shows the value (8.836 > 1.984), so Ho is rejected, Ha is accepted, the reliability test results, then the questionnaire item rca ( 0.838) > rtable. (0.198) with α = 5%, the variance of the patient satisfaction element variable (Y) can be reliably determined. According to the results of the F-test, the value of F count > f in the table is (59.823 > 3.09), the effect of service quality and physical environment. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of communication variables and personality variables on community satisfaction variables through service quality variables. The type of research used is descriptive research through a quantitative approach with data collection techniques through questionnaires and the data analysis technique used is path analysis with the help of the SPSS version 26 application. X1) and Personality (X2) have a direct effect on the Service Quality variable (Y), there is only a direct influence on the Communication variable (X1) and the Service Quality variable (Y) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z), there is no indirect effect on the variable Communication (X1) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y), and there is an indirect influence on the Personality variable (X2) on the Community Satisfaction variable (Z) through the Service Quality variable (Y). Based on the results of the study, it is hoped that the Parangjoiro Village office employees can improve service quality, improve communication and personality in order to create better Parangjoiro Village community satisfaction and researchers hope that further research can add other variables to make research more accurate. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of product placement, celebrity endorsement, and brand integration in Korean dramas on brand recognition using a brand image as a mediating variable. This research responds to the growing popularity of Korean dramas as a cross-cultural marketing platform, especially for the Indonesian coffee candy brand Kopiko. The research approach used was quantitative, with a total of 230 respondents who watched Korean dramas featuring Kopiko, and the data were analyzed using structural equation modeling (SEM). The results show that product placement, celebrity endorsement, and brand integration have a positive impact on brand recognition, with brand image playing an important mediating role. This research provides valuable insights for international marketers, demonstrating that strategic placement in high-engagement media can enhance brand image and recognition. Future research could explore broader applicability in digital media and evaluate the effectiveness of these strategies in different cultural markets.

Abstract

This study aims to clarify the relationship between perceived usefulness and perceived ease of use on behavioral intention, with the attitude towards using the QRIS application serving as a mediator. This study focuses on examining the adoption of QRIS as a digital transaction tool among Gen Z. This study utilizes a quantitative approach, involving a sample of 150 Gen Z participants from Central Java Province, chosen through purposive sampling and assessed via a questionnaire instrument. The findings suggest that the perceived usefulness and ease of use significantly impact Gen Z's intention to engage with the QRIS application. Further data suggest that the perceived ease of use does not have a significant impact on attitudes regarding the utilization of variables. This study investigates the application of QRIS technology as a digital payment system through the framework of the Technology Acceptance Model (TAM), focusing on individuals from Generation Z aged 18-25 in Central Java. The findings of the study reveal a favorable impact of perceived utility, perceived ease of use, and attitude towards usage on the behavioral intention regarding the QRIS application. The findings reveal a preference among Generation Z for utilizing digital payment transactions through the QRIS application.

Abstract

Information technology is developing very rapidly, as is the internet which also has a major impact on all aspects of life. Likewise, changes in trade and business in the world also have an impact on Indonesia. The presence of e-commerce in Indonesia is growing so rapidly. E-commerce not only provides support for the changing consumption methods and lifestyles of society, but also presents the latest economic opportunities for all individuals. This study aims to test the role of product quality on the influence of price perception and promotion on the decision to buy in e-commerce. The research sample was 100 people who had become consumers of one of Shopee, Tokopedia, Lazada and Bukalapak. The sampling technique applied purposive sampling. The data analysis technique applied multiple regression tests and Moderated Regression Analysis (MRA) tests. The results of the study showed that Promotion and price perception had a positive and significant effect on purchasing decisions. Product quality is able to moderate the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions and Product quality is able to moderate the influence of promotion on purchasing decisions. Abstract

The application of accounting is one of the important factors in preparing financial reports. Financial reports are prepared based on applicable financial accounting standards with the aim of providing convenience in decision making, such as in the BUMDes Multi Guna Desa Sidomulyo where the application of accounting in presenting financial reports is very important, but in its presentation it still does not present cash flow reports and notes to financial reports this is due to (1) Understanding the Application of Accounting in presenting Financial Reports that are not in accordance with applicable standards, (2) Village funds are allocated based on priorities set by the village government, but transparency and accountability in the allocation process are still limited (3) Human Resources (HR) are inadequate. This study aims to determine the obstacles in the application of accounting & management of village fund allocations at BUMDes Multi Guna Desa Sidomulyo. The research method used is a descriptive method, namely describing, describing, and comparing data. Data collection techniques are qualitative through secondary and primary data. After the data is collected, an analysis is carried out using SWOT. The results of this study indicate that the understanding and education factors that are the background for the application of accounting and the allocation of village funds are not correct and appropriate

Abstract

This study aims to investigate the role of mental health as a mediator in the relationship between despotic leadership and employee well-being on job satisfaction. Specifically, it examines how despotic leadership and employee well-being affect the mental health and job satisfaction of officers in the Civil Service Police Unit (Satpol PP) Office of West Kalimantan Province. The study uses a quantitative approach with a sample of 207 officers who have worked for three years or more. The data was processed and analyze using AMOS 26 and structural equation model (SEM). The results of this study found that despotic leadership and employee well-being have a significant influence on job satisfaction. Additionally, this research successfully tested the role of mental health as a mediator in the relationship between despotic leadership, employee well-being, and job satisfaction, with the findings showing that mental health has a positive and significant impact. The study will contribute to the existing literature by providing a nuanced understanding of the interplay between despotic leadership, employee well-being, and mental health on job satisfaction. The research findings can have significant implications for organizational practices and policies aimed at improving employee job satisfaction and overall well-being.

Abstract

The central government encourages the village government to optimize village potential through Village Owned Enterprises (BUM Desa). Banyuanyar Village isone of the villages that has great potential to be able to develop the local (rural) economy through the management of the BUM Desa business unit. Currently, Banyuanyar Village has been designated by the Boyolali Regent as a pioneer for Tourism Village Kampus Kopi Banyuanyar. The purpose of this study was to identify the readiness of BUM DesaKampus Kopi Banyuanyar as a social enterprise in supporting the improvement of the village economy. The method used for this research is credibility test (triangulation) and SWOT analysis which is adjusted to the internal and external conditions of BUM Desa Kampus Kopi Banyuanyar. The results of the analysis based on priority interests show that in a row are the business environment, quality workforce, access to capital, a good marketing system, and the existence of innovative technology. The business environment is the most important factor in village development. The results of the swot analysis show that the main strength of the aspect of the business environment consists of abundant natural resources, a large population, and not a seasonal type of business. The main weakness in BUM Desa Kopi Banyuanyar Campus is that human resources are not maximized. On external factors there are opportunities and threats. The biggest opportunity of this village is the existence of various natural resources, while the biggest threat is environmental aspects such as the emergence of factories around the village.

Abstract

The advantages of digital marketing for businesses and MSMEs include the ability to easily connect with consumers online, higher sales conversions for targeted consumers, more efficient marketing costs, the ability to serve consumers in real time, and the potential to increase MSMEs' selling power. Furthermore, one of the important aspects that SMEs must carry out in order for the business in which they are involved to develop properly is to innovate. The goal is that the types of products and services offered are different from those of competitors, so that consumers will come. The purposes of this study were (1) to determine the effect of the use of digital marketing on marketing performance in MSMEs Furniture in Gondangsari Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency and (2) to determine the effect of product innovation on marketing performance in MSMEs Furniture in Gondangsari Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency. The analytical approach used in this research is descriptive quantitative. The population in this study is 38 people. The sample in this study were 38 people. According to the findings, the t test (Partial Test) has a significant value for the variable use of digital marketing, namely 0.002 < 0.05, implying that the variable use of digital marketing has a significant effect on marketing performance at MSMEs Furniture in Gondangsari Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency. According to the t test (Partial Test) results, the significant value for the product innovation variable is 0.006 < 0.05, implying that the product innovation variable has a significant effect on marketing performance in MSMEs Furniture in Gondangsari Village, Juwiring District, Klaten Regency.Keywords: Use of Digital Marketing, Product Innovation, Marketing Performance, MSMEs Furniture.
