Abstract

One of the causes of land problems is the absence of complete and accurate data on registered land ownership. This happens because the digitization process has not yet been completed, whether the certificates, land books or letters of measurement and maps. So, the purpose of this study is to analyze the quality of land data to identify and resolve land disputes. The method used is a qualitative descriptive method, with the results showing that one of the Independent Land Data Quality Improvement activities (PKDPM) produces a dispute map containing the names of the parties with problems and the location of the land indicated as problematic. Based on the dispute map, it can identify 58 (fifty-eight) land disputes which are classified into 4 (four) namely overlapping, boundary disputes, inheritance disputes and land ownership disputes. However, out of 58 disputes, only 5 cases could be resolved through mediation at the West Manggarai Land Office. So, it can be concluded that PKDPM activities are only able to identify disputes, but are not able to resolve existing disputes.

Abstract

This article aims to explain social media marketing communication preference and information seeking behavior among digital natives, namely the Millennial and Centennial generations. By conducting a literature review on brand marketing communication on social media and information seeking behavior of millennial and centennial generations, there are both similarities and differences between the two generations preference. Similarities between the two generation lies in the use of social media as a source information about some brands. This causes both millennials and centennials prefer to contents that uploaded by other consumers on social media, both in attractive text and video formats. However, for the millennial generation, the use of influencers and word of mouth spread through social media content about a brand or product is said to have a greater impact than when messages about the brand are uploaded directly by the brand itself. Meanwhile, for the centennial generation, infomercial video format content is preferred and considered attractive compared to other marketing communication formats. In addition, for centennials, content by micro-influencers is also considered more trustworthy when compared to well-known influencers who are prefer by millenials. Therefore, it can be concluded that the difference in social media marketing communication preference for millennial and centennial generations lies on the uploader of the content and the format of the content itself.

Abstract

This article aims to see the changing characteristics and role of journalism as a new media. The rapid development of technology encourages all parties to move forward, including the mass media. Over time, various conventional mass media companies such as print media began to turn to online media as a means of reporting. Apart from news portals with big names, there are currently many independent news portals or individuals who choose to share information through social media accounts. The problem is focused on how journalists pay attention to the code of ethics in reporting information in the realm of social media. The data were collected through the document study method or literature review and non-participant observation. With literature review, the author takes references and examples from books that are relevant to the research title. The data that has been obtained were analyzed qualitatively. This study concludes that in online media, the writing style is more rigid and similar to conventional media such as newspapers. Meanwhile, in new media, the writing style looks more flexible and the journalist's perspective or personal view on the issues being reported is often more visible.

This is what happened in Pemalang Regency, on the one hand the bureaucracy is aggressively carrying out bureaucratic reform as a form of self-improvement, but on the other hand it slows down the progress of the bureaucracy due to the declining culture of service and weak employee integrity. This paper aims to determine the causes of the non-optimal results of the evaluation of bureaucratic reform along with the supporting and inhibiting factors for implementing bureaucratic reform in the Pemalang Regency Government. This paper study uses a qualitative method with case studies. Data was collected through observation, documentation and interviews. The data analysis techniques are: data collection, data reduction, data presentation, data analysis and triangulation and drawing conclusions to test the validity of the data and find objective truth. The results of the study in this paper indicate that the bureaucratic reforms carried out by the Pemalang Regency government have not shown significant signs of increasing towards a more optimal direction in an effort to realize Good Governance, there are still normative problems related to the quality and capacity of the apparatus resources. An increase in commitment and a change in mindset is needed from the leadership to all levels of employees to make fundamental changes and reforms to the government administration system to achieve good governance.
