Abstract

The pandemic period has changed many things, including the implementation of training that is usually done face-to-face or offline (outside the network) to online training (in the network). This study was made to determine the level of success of the training program (Y) using webinar media in terms of Class Management (X1) and Training Program (X2). This study uses Multiple Linear Regression analysis tools by processing questionnaires from all respondents, where valid respondents are those who have attended training using webinar media. Questionnaire answers from 64 valid respondents were first processed with classical assumption tests (validity, reliability, normality, linearity and heteroscedasticity) to find out valid and consistent statements, then correlation analysis, multiple linear regression and F-test were carried out. The result of this research is that the independent variable (class management and training program) has a significant positive effect on the dependent variable (training program success). These two variables affect 66.3% of the success of training through webinars, and the remaining 33.7% is influenced by other factors.

Abstract

This study aims to determine employee job satisfaction at the company PT. Colegon Fabricator (Engineering Division) is located in Bojonagara, Cilegon, Banten. A company engaged in steel starting from steel structures, boilers, pressure parts, container cranes, vessels and developing its business in power plan maintenance throughout Indonesia. The main highlight in this study lies in employee job satisfaction which is influenced byvariables emotional exhaustion and work motivation. The method used in this study is a quantitative descriptive method with the number of samples used as many as 60 people are saturated samples. The types of data are primary and secondary with the collection techniques carried out through observation, questionnaires and literature studies, while for data analysis using IBM SPSS Statistics V.25 windows which includes instrument testing, classical assumption test, multiple linear regression analysis, t test and also test F. The results obtained from this study are From df1 = 2 and df2 = 58 then Ftable is 3.16. Obtained Fcount > Ftable (62,947 > 3,16) and sig F < (0.000 < 0.05). From these results, it can be concluded that Emotional Exhaustion (X1) and Work Motivation (X2) have a significant effect on Employee Job Satisfaction (Y) at PT Cilegon Fabricators

Abstract

Selebriti instagram saat ini merupakan komunikator dalam proses penawaran produk yang banyak di pergunakan oleh para pelaku usaha onlineshop, yang biasa disebut sebagai celebrity endorser. Selebriti Instagram sangat populer di kalangan masyarakat dari semua aspek usia bahkan dipercaya bisa lebih mempengaruhi masyarakat yang juga disebut konsumen untuk memutuskan dan mempengaruhi secara langsung berkeinginan untuk membeli produk. Promosi merupakan strategi terbaik yang sering dilakukan pengusaha untuk memasarkan produk mereka serta memperkenalkan merek yang mereka tawarkan. Instagram adalah salah satu media sosial yang memiliki peminat paling banyak di kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa. Karena banyaknya masyarakat khususnya mahasiswa yang memiliki media sosial instagram, membuat para pelaku usaha memilih instagram sebagai alat promosi produk yang mereka jual, yang mana promosi tersebut menggunakan celebrity Endorser untuk menarik minat beli calon konsumen. Celebrity Endorser sendiri membawa pengaruh besar dalam kegiatan promosi, semakin populer dan banyaknya jumlah followers di instagram selebriti tersebut, maka semakin besar juga peluang produk di kenal banyak kalangan masyarakat terutama mahasiswa, semakin banyak produk di kenal masyarakat, maka semakin besar pula jumlah penjualan serta keuntungan yang di terima oleh pelaku usaha onlineshop. Tujuan dari penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui Kredibilitas Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Keahlian Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Daya Tarik Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram, untuk mengetahui Kepercayaan (trustworthiness) Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram dan untuk mengetahui power Celebrity Endorser terhadap Minat Beli Pengguna Media Sosial Instagram. Abstract

At the time of the Covid 19 pandemic in Indonesia, the economy became increasingly difficult, so many factories had difficulty surviving, and laid off their employees. As an effort to stay afloat, many laid-off employees have started investing in the capital market in order to continue to earn income and to fill time while looking for new jobs. This is evidenced by the increase in retail investors in 2020 to 3,615,000 investors. This number increased by 45.51% from the number of investors in the previous year, namely 2019. With so many new investors, the easiest thing to do to analyze stock price movements is to look at stock movement indexes in other countries, such as the Dow Jones Industrial Average, FTSE 100 and Hangseng. This research was conducted on the Indonesia Stock Exchange, by looking at the movement of the Composite Stock Price Index. The researcher uses a purposive sampling method to take samples with the criteria of the time period used is during 2020. The object of this research is the effect of the Dow Jones Industrial Average, FTSE 100, Hangseng on the Composite Stock Price Index from January 2020 to December 2020, and obtained data number 225. Hypothesis testing using Classical Assumption Test, Multiple Linear Regression Analysis, Simultaneous Test (f test), Partial Test (t test), and Coefficient of Determination Test. The results of the Key Test show that the Dow Jones Industrial Average, FTSE 100, and Hangseng have a significant effect on the JCI partially and simultaneously during the study period, with the adjusted number R2 or 92.57%, while the remaining 7.43%. in this research.

Abstract

Interesting issues related to branding always begun by a basic question ‘What is the biggest problem of a new online shop or start up, and how do we overcome it?’ If we observe people whose business focus in product selling, they mostly promote their product by explaining the excellence of their products to the customers, for example the soft material of clothes, the great taste of the food, the comfortable shoes, or efficacious and nutritious medicines. But, if we look closely, whether they convince the customers or not that the products they offer are the best, the tastiest, or the efficacious, the most comfortable, and the best selling in the market, thus we just see all of them as the common part. And there is actually a unique part greatly contributing to them, which is branding. Based on its aims, this research was conducted by using the method of descriptive verification, which is a method aimed at outlining problems related to the questions toward the independent variable. Thus, it is going to support the theories or previous researches related to branding. Data verification was compiled based on report of research used to assess the veracity of theoretical facts in the field, and later it was analyzed to test the research hypothesis conducted. The findings showed that value unit of search engine optimization (SEO) was dominant enough, 0.823, video marketing was 0.769, e-commerce platform was 0.734, user generated conted was 0.718, geofening technology was 0.569, micro influencer was 0.545, and social media marketing was 0.529.

Abstract

Penelitian dilakukan terhadap 100 nasabah pada PT BPR Magga Jaya Utama, melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan menggunakan metode deskriptif, dimana metode ini menggambarkan secara sistematis, faktual, dan akurat mengenai faktor-faktor yang diteliti. Berdasarkan jawaban kuesioner tersebut didapat data-data yang kemudian diolah menggunakan SPSS versi 21 sehingga menjadi data yang berguna dalam penelitian ini. Selain menghitung keterkaitan variabel independen dengan variabel dependen dari masing-masing variabel, pada penelitian ini didapat hubungan antar variabel. Korelasi antara kualitas pelayanan dengan minat nasabah sebesar 0,784, korelasi antara kepercayaan dengan minat nasabah sebesar 0,846, maka dapat dikatakan hubungan ketiga variabel adalah cukup kuat dan positif. Dari hasil uji F model 1 didapat nilai 156,192 dan model 2 dapat dinilai 122,111, dimana nilai Ftabel lebih kecil dari nilai Fhitung, yakni nilai didapat Ftabel sebesar 3,09, dengan demikian Ha diterima dan Ho ditolak. Pada uji T didapat hasil thitung kualitas pelayanan sebesar 8,588, dan thitung kepercayaan sebesar 5,878, jika dibandingkan dengan ttabel sebesar 1,660, maka terdapat hubungan yang signifikan antara minat nasabah terhadap kualitas pelayanan dan kepercayaan yang diberikan

Abstract

Analisis Displin kerja, Kecepatan dan Loyaitas Terhadap kinerja Karyawan PT Culletprima Setia Prima Tangerang didalam hal ini seberapa besar baik /sendiri-sendiri maupun bersama-sama antara independent variabel (displin kerja, kecepatan dan loyalitas) berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependent (Kinerja). Penelitian ini dilakukan PT Culletprima Setia Tangerang dengan menyebar kuensioner pertanyaan sedangksn sampel penelitian digunakan dengan Random Simpel Sampling Pengumpulan data dengan studi lapangan (interview, observasi, kuesioner) ditunjukkan pada karyawan PT Culletprima Setia Tangerang, Banten dengan jumlah 100 karyawan. Analisis data stastitik menggunakan uji realibilitas, validitas, normalitas, autokorelasi, heterokesdatisitas multikolinearitas, determinasi koefisien, uji sendiri-sendiri (uji-t) dan uji bersama-sama (uji-f) , dengan alat stastitik SPSS 25. Uji t menunjukkan independent variabel baik sendiri-sendiri mempunyai pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dependent variabel) PT Culletprima Setia Tangerang dengan hasil yang diperoleh nilai t hitung disiplin kerja 10.527 lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,966 dan probabilitas .0000 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05, nilai t hitung kecepatan 5.247 lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,966 dan . probabilitas 0000 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05 dan nilai t hitung loyalitas 2.993. lebih besar .( > ) ttabel 1,996 dan .probabilitas 0004 lebih kecil (< ) 0.05. Hasil F hitung = 249.643 nilai probabilitas = 0.000 maka F hitung > F tabel (249.643 lebih besar (>) 3,09 nilai probabilitas 0.000 lebih kecil (<) 0.05, ditarik kesimpulan independent variabel, secara simultan mempunyai hubungan positif berpengaruh terhadap dependent variabel pada Kinerja PT Culletprima Setia Tangerang dan Nilai determiasi berganda R2 adalah 88,3 % dari Kinerja PT Culletprima Setia Tangerang diterangkan faktor-faktor variabel independent dan sisanya 100%-88,3% = 16,7% diluar dari faktor independent

Abstract

Kewirausahaan sosial (social entreprenuership) menjadi solusi menghadapi perekonomian yang terpuruk pada saat pandemi Covid-19 di Indonesia. Penelitian ini bertujuan menginvestigasi determinan faktor intensi kewirausahaan sosial para wirausaha muda di Indonesia. Berbagai faktor diuji untuk membuktikan motivasi yang mendorong para pengusaha melakukan kewirausahaan sosial. Penelitin ini menggunakan survei sebanyak 280 para pengusaha muda. Analisis pada penelitian ini menggunakan metode statistik SEM. Temuan penelitian mengungkapkan bahwa kewajiban moral, self-efficacy kewirausahaan dan dukungan sosial sebagai faktor penentu intensi kewirausahaan sosial. Hasil temuan ini memberikan bukti faktor penentu yang mempengaruhi kewirausahaan sosial yang perlu untuk pembinaan berkelanjutan sebagai salah satu solusi bisnis di masa pandemi dan akan meningkatkan perekonomi di Indonesia

Abstract

This study aims to provide empirical evidence the effect of corporate governance on firm value, either directly or indirectly through the mediating variable in the form of capital structure. The sample used is based on the purposive sampling method so that there are 12 state-owned companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) in 2016-2020. The data were analyzed using Partial Least Square (PLS) as a hypothesis testing tool and using the software Free Statistic Calculation for Sobel Test version 4 to test the mediating variables. This study shows empirical evidence that corporate governance has a significant effect on capital structure, capital structure has a significant effect on firm value, and corporate governance has a significant effect on firm value, either directly or indirectly through capital structure as a mediator variable.

Abstract

Competitiveness is a relatively new field of economic knowledge. The concept of competitiveness has developed rapidly since the 1980s. The aim of this study is to review theories on how to assess a nation competitiveness. This study used literature review encompassing articles, journals, and books in relation to competitiveness. The result of this study shows that the scientific approach to measuring and analyzing competitiveness can be conducted through qualitative and quantitative approaches, namely modeling approach, indicator approach, and weighted summation approach. The size of the competitiveness index with a weighting system has been used in global competitiveness report made by the International Institute for Management Development (IMD) and the World Economic Forum (WEF).
