Abstract

One very calculated criterion for determining a company's performance is its market value. The more the company value in a corporation, the happier rational investors will be. Investors will feel more comfortable making investments if a company's worth is high enough because it will indirectly result in significant rewards for the investors. Fundamental elements of the business, such as firm capital and profitability ratios, have a significant impact on fluctuations or changes in the value of the company (return on investment). financial ratios such as return on equity (ROE). The worth of the company in the capital market will decline as the financial ratio or the company's profitability as a percentage, which will also reduce investors' interest in the company. The manufacturing firms in the food and beverage industry that were listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) between 2016 and 2020 make up the study's population. The study's findings indicate that although there has been research on working capital and business value, there is no conclusive evidence of a connection. There is a strong correlation between return on assets and company value in the food and beverage industry

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui, menguji, & menganalisis pengaruh Debt to Asset Ratio, Return on Asset Ratio, & Total Asset Turn Over terhadap Financial Distress studi empiris pada perusahaan industri sub sektor kimia yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia Tahun 2018-2020 baik sebagian atau bersamaan. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian kuantitatif kausatif. Sehubungan dengan masalah dan tujuan dari penelitian ini yaitu untuk mengetahui pengaruh Debt To Asset Ratio , Return On Assets & Total Asset Turn Over terhadap Financial Distress yang berasal dari laporan posisi keuangan dalam laporan keuangan perusahaan. Metode analisis data Least Square Panel dengan software Eviews digunakan dalam pengamatan ini. Pada pengamatan ini nilai Thitung < Ttabel (1,978) suatu angka yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas dalam model observasi ini secara parsial tidak berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat. Padahal secara simultan terdapat nilai probabilitas 0,0000 < 0,05 yang artinya variabel independen dalam model observasi ini secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel dependen. Nilai F pengamatan ini (24,8421 > Ftabel (2,6754) merupakan angka yang berarti bahwa variabel bebas dalam model pengamatan ini secara simultan berpengaruh terhadap variabel terikat.

Abstract

This research was conducted because of the contrasting desires between the government and taxpayers. The desire to optimize tax payments is carried out by the government while the desire to minimize tax payments is carried out by taxpayers because tax payments can reduce company income, thus giving rise to the intention of tax avoidance practices. The purpose of this study was to determine the effect of corporate social responsibility on tax avoidance in 240 Indonesian stock exchange companies from 2017-2021. Tax avoidance uses the current etr formula as a measure of the variable. This study uses quantitative data with the determination of the sample used is the purposive sampling method. The data analysis technique used is panel regression and uses two programs for data management. The results of the influence of variables in research on tax avoidance, namely corporate social responsibility as an independent variable has an insignificant effect, the control variable is company size, net cash from operating activities has a significant negative effect, sales growth has a significant positive effect, return of assets, leverage, plant, property and equipment, and intangible assets have a insignificant effect

Abstract

The final project entitled the impact of Regional Minimum Wages and Population Growth on Labor Absorptionin Small and Medium Industries in Nagan Raya Regency aims to determine how much the relationship and influence of the amount of the Regional Minimum Wages and population growth on Labor Absorptionin Nagan Raya Regency, the data collection techniques used is literature study and field research. This research data is secondary data in the form of time series (time series) for the period 2008 – 2019, obtained from the central statistics of Nagan Raya Regency and the Departement of Industry, Trde, Cooperativesl Small and Medium Enterprises. The data analysis model used is multiple linear regression analysis with the Ordinary Least Square (OLS). The results of hypothesis testing show that the t-value of tcount 4.694 > 1.833 t table whit a probability level of 0.001 which states that there is a positive and real influence of the Regional Minimum wage variable on laborabsorptionin small and medium industries in Nagan Raya Regency, and proves partially that the value of the population growth variable is -0.7066 < 1.833 t table with a probability level of 0.498 states that population growth has no effect on labor absorption in small and medium industriesin Nagan Raya Regency. The simultaneous hypothesis testing results prove that the regional minimum wage variables has a positive and significant effect on labor absorption in small and medium in Nagan Raya Regency with a probability level of 0.001< 0.05 with a correlation level of R= 0.7297 which means that there is a strong relationship between regional minimum wage and job absorption in small and medium industriesin Nagan Raya Regency.

Abstract

The progress of a company is very dependent on the human resources it has. Although the various factors needed are available, without the role of humans in it, the company will not be able to operate properly. The quality of employee performance is the main factor and determinant of the success of a company. An employee who has qualified abilities and can act well in certain situations and conditions is an achievement for employee performance. The main benchmark in evaluating the performance of an employee is the ability he/she has. How an employee can accept the workload, understand work conflicts and deal with work stress that is experienced, can indicate the high or low quality of employee performance. The respondents in this study were employees of the sprinter department (courier) at PT Garuda Express Nusantara (J&T Express) Pekanbaru, which was located on Harapan Raya Street. The population in this study was 240 employees and the entire population was sampled using a saturated sampling technique. The analysis technique used was descriptive quantitative. The results of the study conclude that workload, work conflict, and work stress influences the performance of sprinter employees at PT Garuda Express Nusantara (J&T Express) Pekanbaru with an Adjusted R Square value (Coefficient of Determination) of 0.858. It means that the influence of the independent variable (X) namely workload, work conflict, and work stress affects the dependent variable (Y), namely employee performance of 85.8%. Meanwhile, the remaining 14.2% is influenced by other variables which not included in this study

The data’s collections methods using a questionnaire. Hypothesis testing using the t test shows that motivation and communication have significant effect on employee performance. Abstract

Dengan hadirnya e-commerce kemampuan untuk menjual dan membeli kebutuhan sehari-hari konsumen secara langsung telah disediakan dan dipermudah oleh Internet. Promosi sangat penting bagi bisnis dalam mengkomunikasikan barang kepada pelanggan, perusahaan akan menggunakan promosi untuk menunjukkan kualitas produk dan mendorong pelanggan untuk membeli. Pembelian impulsif sering terjadi hanya karena untuk memenuhi keinginan seseorang dalam bergaya hidup. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk menganalisis apakah terdapat pengaruh antara variabel promosi, life style, dan kualitas produk terhadap impulse buying shopee di Kota Batam. Jenis penelitian yang diterapkan penulis ialah penelitian kuantitatif dengan menggunakan sifat replikasi. Pengumpulan data dilakukan melalui penyebaran kuesioner dengan bantuan google form. Jumlah populasi yaitu 400 responden yang pernah melakukan pembelian di aplikasi shopee. Pendekatan yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini ialah Nonprobability Sampling dengan Purposive Sampling. Pengujian data menggunakan alat olah data SPSS 25. Temuan pada penelitian ini secara parsial promosi tidak memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung -0,522 < t tabel 1,966 dan nilai sig 0,602 > 0,05, dan life style memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung 12,887 > t tabel 1,966 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05 serta kualitas produk memiliki pengaruh yang positif dan signifikan terhadap Impulse Buying dimana nilai t hitung 5,992 > t tabel 1,966 dan nilai signifikansi 0,000 < 0,05. Dan secara simultan promosi, life style, dan kualitas produk berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap impulse buying shopee di Kota Batam dimana nilai f hitung 199,129 > nilai f tabel 2,63 dan nilai sig sebesar 0,000 < 0,05.

Abstract

This research seeks to discover the impact of compensation and office environment on employee performance as well as their overall sense of fulfillment. This is accomplished by including job satisfaction as a secondary variable in a regression analysis. Analysis of data comes from secondary research files and questionnaires. The most important data comes from the Smart PLS Version 3 SEM model. That data type is called primary data. The study proves that employee performance is affected by compensation, while the work environment has no effect on performance. However, compensation affects employee job satisfaction, while the work environment has no effect on it. Additionally, this study reveals that job satisfaction has an effect on the relationship between compensation and performance on work environment— leading to improved employee performance

Abstract

Currently, there is no comprehensive scientific study of financial literacy and behavior. This is due to the presence of no trends in the field of research; instead, many exploratory, conceptual and empirical studies have been carried out. The current study intends to acquire trends by synthesizing different knowledge structures. A scientific search was performed to gather data for financial literacy and financial behavior. After searching Dimensions, a web-based software application created in the R language was used to gather information automatically. This software is part of a package called Bibliometrix, which also includes a web-based application called Biblioshiny. The two are used to find sources, countries, journals, authors, articles and themes. Analysis of social networks and joint quotations are also performed using automated workflows in the software. This study involved collecting data from 417 documents. Initially, this interdisciplinary field focused on the specific aspects of demographics and socio-economic status. However, as time progressed, it expanded to include behavioral aspects and even mental concepts that affected financial behavior. The study also outlines how the field’s intellectual and social ideas combine. This study uses bibliometric analysis to study important subjects. Because of this, future researchers can use its limitations to shape their ideas. Studying the literature through a systematic review will help lead to a more solid understanding of the material. Due to Dimensions' larger scope than journals, current studies utilize the database for science mapping. This information provides important data regarding financial literacy and behaviors. It also highlights the most important issues currently being addressed in the field. This data helps lead to future research projects that focus on new areas. This paper reveals the social and intellectual foundations of a particular academic or scientific field. It also details the collaborations, contexts and key themes that emerge in this particular field. After reading this paper, other researchers can make informed decisions about financial education and financial literacy policies. A large amount of work from different fields have been done across the country. This includes work from psychology, finance, economics and other fields. The study pulls apart the current literature and unites it into one cohesive body. It also explores how behavior and financial literacy are connected

Abstract

The study aimed to look out is it promotion and service qualiy affect the consument decision of using Grabfood service in Batam. Data collecting technique is by used by spreading out a whole list of questioner up to 138 respondant. data then analyzed using test of validity, reliable test, normal test, multicolinearity test, heterocedasticity test, multiple liniarregresion analytict, coeficient of determination analytic, t test and F test by using the help of software SPSS 26. This test obtained a calculated f value of 125.128, with table F the magnitude is 2.67. In this test, the relationship of all promotion, the quality of service on customer decision was fulfilled. This statement is supported by the calculated F which is higher than the F table, and the significant value is 0.000 which is fewer than 0.05. and that gave a conlusion that the promotion and service quality affect customer decision of using Grabfood service.
