<![CDATA[Progressive muscle relaxation exercise is an intervention carried out to train muscles to regularly move maximally. Technological developments in the 4.0 era made changes so that the elderly knew that the application of portable digital electromyography could be done at home. Muscular strength is the amount of force a muscle can produce with maximum effort. An electromyograph is used as an interrogator by measuring the sensory activity of the elderly muscles. Teacher performance in education is very important. There are several factors that influence teacher performance, namely factors from work motivation and work discipline. The purpose of this study was to determine the level of accuracy of the application of digital electromyography in the elderly. This research was conducted on 30 elderly who are in environment III, Medan Sunggal sub-district with a quasi-experimental research design with a pretest-postest design. The method used in this study is to use a questionnaire level of sophistication and weighting of technological components in the instrument. The analytical method used in this research is descriptive statistical analysis method. Based on data analysis in this study, the results showed that there were significant differences in the accuracy of the application of portable digital electromyography in the elderly with a value of r count = 0.453 r table = 0.44.]]>

<![CDATA[The process of digitizing historical learning in Indonesia in times of emergency, the learning media used today is predominantly conventional. With regard to conventional learning media, the contribution of digitalization of learning media to provide direction for modernization of historical learning media in solving the lack of exploration, elaboration, critical thinking skills, the flow of historicallearning concepts, and the lack of touch to local wisdom is needed. Using ADDIE Model, the design of the educational game of Panji Asmorobangun in the story of puppets beber Pacita nfocus is implemented in Vocational HighSchool (SMK) State 1 Pacitan gained 87.5% in the validation of media experts, 91.1% in validation of material experts. With regards to expert validation, this media also scored 87.22% in a group trial of 50 students andsaid it is very feasible to implementunder the name of superpanji media branding. The historical learning media of Panji Asmorobangun figures in puppet stories beber Pacitan Regency supports the game flow process with (High Order Thinking Skils) HOTS through the 5M tifical design approach(enjoy,menanya, collect information, socialize, and communicate).]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to describe the difficulties of communication-based learning in the network (online) students of Class V of State Elementary School 119/IV Jambi City during the Covid-19 pandemic. The research method used is a descriptive qualitative method that produces and processes data that is descriptive. This research was conducted at SD Negeri 119/IV Kota Jambi on 29 class V students which was held on June 17-20, 2021. Data collection techniques through Google Form. The results obtained from this study show that the difficulties of learning communication in the network (online) experienced by students during the Covid-19 pandemic are not few and quite diverse. Learning is still considered less effective because there is no teacher who explains learning directly in the classroom and learning becomes less satisfactory to students' learning outcomes. Other obstacles experienced by students when online learning is implemented are difficulty understanding learning materials, constrained by quotas and internet networks, learning focus that is often distracted, the emergence of boredom and having to wait for parents to come home from work in order to learn because they do not have their own devices. For this reason, the role of parents and teachers is very important to realize optimal online learning results.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to expose the importance of Marketing in the world of education is indispensable, with the aim to introduce schools or Madrasahs for prospective new students with respect to the quality of the school. Competition in the world of education is very interesting, so special strategies are needed in educational marketing. Effective marketing of educational services will have good feedback about the school because the image of the school in the community will be better and the school will attract new students. The purpose of this research is to describe and analyze: (1) marketing of Educational services, (2) Implementation of Education Services Marketing. Evaluation. The approach used in this research is a qualitative approach with case study research design. The data collection techniques in this study use interviews, observations, and documentation studies. The data obtained is then analyzed by data condensation techniques, data presentation, and data verification. The results showed that: 1.Formulation of SDINU Pare in the marketing of educational institution services, with the form of making a superior program of Tahfidz activities. 2. Implementation or implementation of agency marketing at SDINU Pare begins with the implementation of Tahfidz's flagship program and registration using talent and interest channels. 3. The evaluation conducted by SDINU Pare is evaluated by institutional meetings where the implementation of the evaluation of marketing of educational institution services through Tahfidz's flagship program activities, acceptance of interest and talent pathways, as well as continuous marketing promotion. This is done to see the extent to which the effectiveness of marketing the services of educational institutions needs to be changed or revised. Follow-up will be done if there are deficiencies in terms of marketing the agency's services, and follow-up will be carried out for implementation in the following year.]]>

<![CDATA[The purpose of this research is to find out the implementation of curriculum policy in madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Kota Medan, this research method is qualitative descriptive research method, data collection technique through interviews, observations (observations), and documentation and triangulation with tools in the form of interview guidelines, and obervasi guidelines. Determination of research subjects (informants) using purposive techniques or aimed samples consisting of madrassa heads and teachers. The results of this research are the Implementation of Curriculum Policy 2013 in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Medan City has at least brought changes including, students can be more productive, creative, innovative and effective. In addition, students can also be passionate and happy in madrasah, from the aspect of educators and education personnel with this change, they can be more passionate in teaching and easier in meeting the provisions of 24 hours of teaching per week, from the aspect of management of educational units. Communication and resource factors are contributing factors to implementing the 2013 curriculum policy. So that the implementation of the 2013 Curriculum is expected to improve the reputation of madrasas on the one hand and the reputation of the country on the other. Then, the implementation of the 2013 curriculum policy in Madrasah Ibtidaiyah Negeri 4 Medan City can increase competitiveness and development of the nation's civilization.]]>

<![CDATA[A reasonable nine-year program requires the school to equip students with life skills so that after graduation students have the ability to live independently. In the learning process of science teachers at SMP Negeri 3 Waru guided by textbooks published by the Ministry of National Education and non-textbooks published by MGMP IPA Sidoarjo Regency, which for modern plant cultivation techniques materials are less interesting for students to learn, due to less interactive learning procedures and applied materials about plant cultivation techniques are less touching towards process skills or practicum, and less supported by images that attract students, especially those that are appropriate for online learning during the pandemic. To solve the above problems, the author makes science teaching materials about digital-based hydroponic plant cultivation techniques that contain interesting materials and various process skills that train students' independence and improve students' understanding of plant cultivation techniques so that it is expected to improve student achievement. Technical data analysis used is Qualitative Discriptis Analysis and Descriptive Percentage Analysis used to process data obtained through questionnaires. The results of this teaching material are validated by material experts and design experts as well as small group tests. The results of the presentation of the achievement rate of the Material experts by 100%, are in the very good category. Of the Design Experts by 92.2%, it is in the category of excellent. Media experts 86.1% Then from the limited group test got a score of 80% large group test of 83.3% while from peers of 86%. Furthermore, the overall flat score so that the teaching materials in the category are good and worthy to be used in science learning.]]>

<![CDATA[This research aims to find out the Influence of Problem-Based Learning Models with Google Meet Media on Independence and Learning Outcomes of Students of Grade X State High School 1 Lubuk Pakam. Where the background is based on data from the Ministry of Education and Culture student learning outcomes seen from the achievement of the average National Examination (UN) score from 2015 to 2019 in economic subjects are very low plus due to emergency situations in the covid-19 pandemic, giving rise to the indonesian government's policy of learning from home through online learning patterns. In the current situation when learners learn at home following online learning provided by the teacher's mother while parents are not always present to accompany and monitor the process of student learning activities, then learning independence is needed so that students can follow learning activities and be responsible in completing the learning tasks of each subject. The goals to be achieved in this study include: (1) To know the difference in student learning outcomes taught using a problem-based learning model with google meet media is higher than student learning outcomes taught with a direct learning model, (2) To know the difference in learning outcomes of students who have high independence higher than learning outcomes that have low independence, (3) To know the interaction between problem-based learning models with google meet media and learning independence in influencing student learning outcomes. <![CDATA[This research aims to design and make learning that is packed with Intractif CD to facilitate applying teachers to learning activities with the theme III caring for living creatures of animal and plant subtema in my home environment for grade IV elementary school odd semester. research place in Seskolah Dasar Negara 1 Kandang Kapongan Situbondo Regency with a total of 15 learners. With this research using the ADDIE development model (Analysis, Desagn, Develop, Implement,and Evaluate)bysourced on the results of research, it can be concluded that educational media packaged by Intractif CD with the theme of caring for living things meet the eligibility criteria with the field of media experts obtaining a value of 89.91% listed among the qualifications is very feasible and validation of the field of media experts obtained a value of 86.95% listed qualifications are very feasible, and the renponden in the feasibility and effectiveness of obtaining a value of 86.69% and vice versa effectiveness while effectiveness obtained a value of 85.90%.]]>
