Abstract

The purpose of this study was to find out the comparison of Pancasila student profile-based attitudes between male and female learners during limited face-to-face learning. This research method uses a quantitative approach. The study sample consisted of 278 learners, of which 137 were men and 141 were women. The research instrument consists of questionnaires given online. Analysis questionnaire results to find out the comparison of attitudes with IBM SPSS 24.0. The results showed that in the dimension of Iman attitudes, the average assessment of the attitude of male learners amounted to 2.54, and the average assessment of the attitude of female learners amounted to 2.63. There was a significant difference between male and female learners in assessing the attitude of faith, which refers to the results of the calculation of SPSS 24.0 compared to other dimensions of attitudes. Limited face-to-face learning impacts the value of attitudes such as self-study patterns, the collaboration between learners, the acquisition of information, especially materials to support education, thought processes, reflecting on thought independently, how to evaluate, and attitudes to make decisions. Teachers are expected to still provide performance and attitude models that refer to the value of character in such a way that it can be used as a good habit by learners who are integrated with technology during limited face-to-face learning

Abstract

The study aims to find out the existing condition of the effectiveness of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration in collaboration with internal and external institutions in enabling the orphans of the education and training participants to obtain job opportunities; and The condition of the ongoing process of the MEC Education and Training collaboration program in the independence of the orphans of the training participants; 3) The condition of independence of the orphans after participating in the Yatim Mandiri MEC Education and Training program with internal and external institutions in obtaining job opportunities. This research is qualitative field research with a descriptive approach through a before - after analysis of program participants. The research object that will be developed in this research is the effectiveness of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration with internal and external institutions in enabling the underprivileged team of training participants to get job opportunities. The results of this study conclude, that the overall assessment of indicators from various assessment categories is on: 1) the existing condition of the MEC Education and Training program collaboration with internal and external institutions in making the orphans of the education and training participants get job opportunities; 2) The condition of the ongoing process of the MEC Education and Training collaboration program in establishing the poor team of training participants; 3) The condition of independence of the orphans after participating in the Yatim Mandiri MEC Education and Training program with internal and external institutions in obtaining job opportunities; shows a positive assessment close to the "good" category or shows "effective" results. This means that the MEC education and training collaboration with internal and external institutions for poor orphans has shown "effective" results in obtaining job opportunities.

Abstract

The Covid-19 pandemic has resulted in a change in the face-to-face learning process to online learning. But in the process, online learning is not always easy to do. Some of the problems in the implementation of learning from the internet network are not evenly distributed, the decrease in understanding ability and student learning outcomes, and also student saturation during the learning process. To overcome this, we need an online learning media based on gamification. Gamification is a learning process that is integrated with game design. This study aims to develop gamification-based online learning using Moodle media. The method used in this research is the research and development method. This research and development use the ADDIE model. The results of the validation test carried out by the validator developed were declared very valid, with a percentage of 87.5% by material validators and 93.75% by media validators. Based on the feasibility test that has been carried out, it is obtained a percentage of 90.5% with a feasible category. From the series of validation tests and trials, it can be stated that overall, the learning media developed are very valid and very suitable for use in online learning.

Abstract

This research aims to describe how Adiwiyata program management at MIN 7 Medan City. The problem focus in this research is the Adiwiyata Program Management Function at MIN 7 Medan City. This research used qualitative research methods and documentation studies. The findings of this study are: (1) Planning for the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is carried out by involving all Madrasah residents. Establishing the vision and mission of the Madrasah, assessing the environment around the Madrasah and formulating a strategy for implementing the Adiwiyata program; (2) The organization of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is as follows: The head of the Madrasah acts as a coach and so onwards the structure of the Adiwiyata team consisting of the Deputy Head of Madrasah, all teachers and staff and students. After compiling the team, the main tasks and functions of each are determined according to the field. There are also collaborations with various parties related to the Adiwiyata program; (3) The implementation of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City has been carried out by involving all Madrasah residents, implementing environmental-based adiwiyata madrasa policies. Madrasas also organize several activities to create a clean and healthy environment, implementation of the Adiwiyata Madrasah environment-based curriculum, implementation of participatory-based environmental activities as well as implementation of environmentally friendly facilities management; (4) Supervision of the Adiwiyata program at MIN 7 Medan City is carried out every day by all Madrasah residents, evaluated in monthly meetings. The Adiwiyata implementation is reported by the Adiwiyata Team to the Head of Madrasah; and (5) Supporting Factors for the Adiwiyata Program at MIN 7 Medan City are the guidance of the Environmental Service, Leadership of the Head of Madrasah, Team solidity, students are easy to direct and support from Madrasah partners, while the Inhibiting Factors for the Adiwiyata Program at MIN 7 Medan City are limited funds, down enthusiasm, takes a lot of time and energy

Abstract

This study aims to reveal: 1) The contribution of commitment to the work discipline of State Junior High School teachers in East Binjai District, 2) The contribution of giving rewards to the work discipline of Public Junior High School teachers in East Binjai District, and 3) The contribution of work commitment and mutual reward on the discipline of state junior high school teachers in East Binjai District. This study uses simple and multiple regression statistical analysis techniques with a sample of 42 teachers. Data collection techniques were obtained through a questionnaire. The findings of this study reveal that there is a significant and meaningful contribution between commitment to assignments and teacher work discipline. This means that the higher and positive the commitment to the task, the higher and positive the work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers in East Binjai District by providing an effective contribution of 14.3%. This means that the variation that occurs in the commitment variable to the task of 14.3% can be predicted in improving teacher work discipline; there is a significant and meaningful contribution to the provision of rewards to the work discipline of teachers. This means that the higher and more positive the reward, the higher and positive the work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers in East Binjai District by providing an effective contribution of 14.2%. This means that the variation that occurs in the variable reward of 14.2% can be predicted in improving teacher work discipline; and there is a significant and meaningful contribution to the commitment to the task and the joint provision of rewards to the teacher's work discipline. This means that the higher and positive the commitment to the task and the provision of rewards together, the higher and positive the work discipline of SMP Negeri teachers in East Binjai District by providing an effective contribution of 14.7%. This means that the variation that occurs in the variable of commitment to the task and the provision of rewards together of 14.7% can be predicted in improving teacher work discipline.

Abstract

The purpose of this paper is to find out the influence of organizational culture, leadership style of madrasah heads, and work motivation on the professional teachers of private ibtidaiyah madrasahs in batang kuis district deli serdang district. This research method, namely This research is a quantitative research with an expost facto research design, namely the variables studied are not controlled and manipulated by the researcher, but the facts are revealed based on the measurement of symptoms that have been owned or testing what will happen. The results of this study are 1. Organizational culture has a direct influence on teacher work motivation by 16.9%, and the remaining 83.1% is an influence outside the variables of organizational culture, this indicates that the higher the organizational culture, the higher the teacher's work motivation. 2. The leadership style of the madrasah head has a direct influence on the teacher's work motivation by 18.7% and the remaining 81.3% is an influence outside the variable The leadership style of the madrasah head, this indicates that the better the teacher's perception of the leadership style of the madrasah head, the higher the teacher's work motivation. 3. Organizational culture has a direct influence on the professional quality of teachers by 19.4% and the remaining 80.6% is an influence outside the variables Organizational culture, this indicates that the better the organizational culture, the higher the professional quality of teachers. 4. The leadership style of the head of the Madrasah has a direct influence on the professional quality of the teacher by 19.5% and the remaining 80.5% is an influence outside the variable The leadership style of the head of the Madrasah, this indicates that the better the leadership style of the head of the Madrasah, the higher the professional quality of the teacher. 5. Work motivation has a direct influence on the professional quality of teachers by 22.1% and the remaining 77.9% is an influence outside the variables Of teacher professional quality, this indicates that the higher the teacher's work motivation, the higher the professional quality of the teacher.

Abstract

This study was conducted to investigated how are students’ strategies in reducing their anxiety in speaking English and what are factors affecting students’ anxietyin speaking English. This research was applied to students at SMA Pergis Yapki Maros. This study employed qualitative approach. The data were obtained from observation, recording, and interview. The researcher made observationsusing video recording devices and field notes. The findings showed that aspects of anxiety were: Worried, Nervous, Fear, and Shame. Moreover, the effects of anxiety were: Lack of confidence, Lack of Material Mastery, Forgetting the Material or blank, Lack of Consentrate and Unsatisfied Result. Furthermore, the strategies used by the students to reduce their anxiety in speaking English were : Preparation, Relax, Self Confidence, Peer Seeking, Ignoring Audience and Holding Script

Abstract

Accreditation is a special concern for a madrasa head because accreditation is a benchmark for good or bad quality in madrasas. This study intends to analyze how the leadership of a madrasa principal improves accreditation, this research was conducted at the Madrasah MTs Al-Hasana Medan. The method used in this study is a qualitative method with data collection techniques using interviews, documentation, and observation, while the validity of the data is carried out by reduction, display, and verification of research data. The results obtained are the stages in the accreditation process at MTs Al-Hasana Medan, namely preparation, implementation, and determination of accreditation. The principal's strategy in increasing accreditation is making work plans and programs, increasing professionalism, increasing student academic scores, developing student skills and potential, and conducting evaluations. Meanwhile, in leading the madrasah principal at MTs Al-Hasana Medan, he prioritizes deliberation, and democracy, involving all elements in the madrasa, prioritizing discipline and providing motivation.
