This research aims to identify and study the spread of radicalism and terrorist teachings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang.This literary descriptive research is a qualitative study with analytical approach that tackles the spread of radical techings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang. The respondents include students and stakeholders both in the university and in the foundation as well. It is expected to prevent the spread of radical teachings in Universitas Buana Perjuangan, Karawang and to provide policy recommendations to the university’s stakeholders through Islamic education and introducing modern Islamic culture.

This paper aims to explore the basic concepts of ontological and epistemological studies on religion in society (social reality) and religion in normative and sociological perspectives (texts). This type of research is a literature review using the sociology of religion and history approach which will reveal some basic concepts about religion from a normative and sociological perspective. Religious Studies with a normative approach leads to aspects of the main and original teachings of God in which there is no reasoning of human thought. This study aims to find out how the concept of education public relations management at MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya, functions of the concept of public relations management and also understands the duties of public relations in improving the image of madrasas. The research method used is a qualitative method, while the technique for collecting data in this study is using Library Research and interviews. While the results of the study show that the concept of public relations management and the task of public relations in improving the image of madrasas have been carried out well both from planning, organizing, implementing as well as evaluating. The public relations task of improving the image of the madrasa at MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya has also been carried out which aims to establish good relations with the community and also to improve the good image of MI Muhammadiyah Tinggarjaya

The purpose of this article is to explain the orientation of human resources in improving the competence of teacher professionalism. This method uses library research. Data were obtained from various sources, namely: books, journals, articles, and book chapters. In the early stages, the authors collected data from various sources which were then compiled in the form of texts ready to be discussed in class discussions, the results of the discussions and the existence of various inputs, the manuscripts were then revised and discussed in subsequent discussions. The final results of the discussion are then ready to be published on a wider scale. The focus of the discussion in this article is: 1) human resource orientation, 2) stages of human resource orientation, 3) teacher professional competence, 4) human resource management in improving teacher professionalism.

Islamic boarding schools are faith-based educational institutions in Indonesia. Islamic boarding school education has developed in Indonesia, the majority of people adhere to Islam. The purpose of this study was to determine the independent curriculum of learning at the Ponpes Darul Ulum Al-Burhan cottage. This research uses qualitative methods, with data collection techniques in the form of observation, interviews, and documentation. The results of the study stated that the independent learning curriculum of Ponpes Ponpes Darul Ulum Al-Burhan has not been implemented. Ponpes implemented the 2013 curriculum for formal education, while for the Ponpes curriculum itself, Ponpes has its own curriculum which is the hallmark of Ponpes Ponpes Darul Ulum Al-Burhan. Some of the books that are studied for students, including the book of Jalalain. Then it relates to the process of learning the book, ustadz and ustazah who teach tahfidz Al-quran

This research is motivated by the fact that there are still many students who make mistakes in solving math word problems so that this study aims to describe students' mistakes in solving math word problems at elementary schools. Based on research that has been done by researchers using a qualitative descriptive method with the subject of research being a class teacher at one of the elementary schools in Bandung district, various student errors were found in solving math word problems, namely: (1) some of them did not understand the problem as a whole; (2) difficulties in extracting important information; (3) did not specify the exact operation; (4) wrong in applying mathematical operations; (5) does not verify answers. There are also solutions obtained based on interview results including: (1) exercises that focus on understanding concepts; (2) problem solving models; (3) story problem modeling exercises; (4) group discussion and collaboration; (5) emphasis on understanding context; (6) Structured evaluation. The increasing quality of Islamic educational institutions is strongly influenced by the leadership style applied by those who serve as leaders. Leaders of Islamic educational institutions can use the special characteristics of Islamic leadership in carrying out their responsibilities. The main responsibility for improving the quality of education lies with the leadership of educational institutions. This study aims to apply leadership to improve the quality of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools. This research covers the types of leadership, the role of leadership in improving the quality of Islamic education, the way leadership is applied by the head of the boarding school, the leadership process, and how leadership is applied to improve the quality of Islamic education in Islamic boarding schools.

Bilingual learning is learning two languages, in which mother tongue and foreign language are combined. The main objective of bilingual learning at SMP ZIIS Cilongok is to improve foreign language skills, as a provision for seeking experience in visiting abroad, and to develop foreign languages. The research approach used is a qualitative approach with descriptive methods. Data collection methods in this study using interviews and observation. Based on the results of research on the implementation of bilingual learning management, the main thing is the preparation and implementation of learning activities that refer to the applicable curriculum and infrastructure and support from the school, and the process of implementing bilingual learning carried out at SMP ZIIS Cilongok.

Technological progress at this time is very rapid. Technological developments that are often used are very widespread in society. The use of social media is very accessible to the general public. One of them is the social media Tiktok, there are already very many people who use the TikTok application as mere entertainment. Most people make the TikTok application a money-making application. Not only adults, but many small children have also used the application. Of course, the TikTok application has an impact on the learning process of children at school. Recruitment of educators and education personnel in a school, generally based on needs. The goal is to get qualified educators and education personnel who meet certain criteria to teach or work in the institution. In the recruitment process, educational institutions will look for teacher candidates (HR) who have educational backgrounds and experience that match the required conditions. In addition, Educational Institutions also want to obtain teacher candidates who have an interest and passion in teaching and are able to contribute to Educational Institutions. By having qualified educators, educational institutions can provide good and effective education for students. The research method used is qualitative research with a field research approach. Observation, interviews and documentation are data collection techniques carried out by researchers themselves by making appointments and visiting research locations, namely SMP IT Al Bina – Dharmasraya. After passing a series of selection tests in accordance with the operational standards for recruitment implementation set by the Foundation and the school, prospective applicants who are accepted will be contacted by the Foundation for signing an employment contract.
