Abstract

Kota Sabang merupakan salah satu tujuan wisata di Provinsi Aceh dan berkepentingan untuk menjaga kenyamanan wilayahnya dari banjir genangan. Namun saat ini Kota Sabang belum memilikisistem drainase yang baik dan menyeluruh dan masih sering dilanda banjir. Wilayahnya yang berupa pegunungan, perbukitan, dan sedikit dataran, menyebabkan sistem drainase di Sabang menjadi unik dankhusus. Sesuai dengan Rencana Tata Ruang Wilayah (RTRW) Kota Sabang Tahun 2012-2017, perlu segera meningkatkan fungsi sarana dan prasarana drainase. Namun karena keterbatasan anggaran daerah maka perlu dilakukan penentuan prioritas penanganan sistem drainase Kota Sabang selama 20 tahun mendatang. Penentuan prioritas penanganan sistem sistem drainase perkotaan Kota Sabang berdasarkan aspek fisik, demografi, dan lingkungan sesuai hasil survey dan analisis terhadap data sekunder. Pemilihan prioritas daerah layanan dilakukan dengan  metode weighted average. Berdasarkan hasil analisis dari ketiga faktor yang dipaparkan diatas, dapat dilihat bahwa prioritas penanganan SubDAS untuk jangkapendek pada  SubDAS Anoi Itam, SubDAS Krueng Balohan dan subDAS Pria Laot. Jangka menengah pada SubDAS Keunekai, SubDAS Ceunohot, SubDAS Aneuk Laot, SubDAS Paya Seunara. Dan jangka panjang pada SubDAS Ceuhum, SubDAS Ujung Bau, SubDAS Gua Sarang, SubDAS Teupin Kareung, dan SubDAS Iboih.

Abstract

The Department of Transportation in Surabaya City provides school bus services. Buses are designed to accommodate students departure to school. Bus routes are optimized to reach schools located on the main streets of Surabaya. There are 12 public / private junior high schools, 11 public / private senior high schools, and 8 public / private vocational high schools that are passed by the route. The number of buses available is 4 units with medium capacity. This bus has a route from Dukuh Menanggal Street to Prof. Dr. Moestopo Street. This study aims to determine the level of user satisfaction with school bus services so that the school bus can be optimized for its facilities and services. Data collection was carried out by means of questionnaire surveys. Comfort, security, convenience, trajectory, and vehicle are the service variables measured. The data obtained is then analyzed by the IPA method which results in 4 assessment quadrants. The results obtained from the Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) obtained are 0.9157, where customer satisfaction is included in the criteria 0.80 - 1.00.Keywords: School Bus, Bus Service, Satisfaction Analysis

Abstract

As the population increases and the growth of vehicles especially in urban areas causes traffic crowds. Roads are a very important means of land transportation to consider in order to support the progress of an urban area. Increasing the volume of traffic on urban roads, especially in the city of Meulaboh precisely deviated from the range caused by the increasing growth of traffic vehicles, especially during rush hour. Kisaran intersection connects Sisimangaraja road to Gajah Mada street, from Gajah Mada road heading Manekro road, and from Imam Bonjol road toward Sisimangaraja road. This intersection is one of the roads that is always crowded and very strategic and is used as access to get to the city center. Re-evaluate the performance of the signal intersection to find out the capacity, degree of saturation, delay, length of the queue and the number of stalled vehicles, which is based on the current traffic volume. The problem to be raised and also the purpose of this study is to determine the performance of the intersection of the Intersection Junction based on current traffic flow conditions. The method used is the Indonesian Road Capacity Manual Method 1997. Based on the results of the analysis of calculations, the volume of traffic flow of Manekro 3218 pcu / hour with a capacity of 1963 pcu / hour, Imam Bonjol road 2855 pcu / hour with a capacity of 1741 pcu / hour, Sisimangaraja road 2981 pcu / hour with a capacity of 1818 pcu / hour and the Gajah Mada road. Keywords: Evaluation, Signalized Intersection, Intersection Performance

Abstract

The research was conducted to : (1) Knowing how the process of making coconut shell fly ash in concrete mixtures, (2) Knowing how the effect of increasing coconut shell fly ash to the compressive strength of concrete. The researcher was used experiment method. There are three samples of experiment things that used to increase the percentage of coconut shell fly ash. The size of the cylindrical mold was 15 cm and the height diameters were 30 cm. The treatment was passing for 7 days, the value of strong pressure was correlated over 28 days.  The finding research was found that the compound of coconut shell fly ash for quality concrete K-100 which affects the compressive strength of the concrete itself. From the data, it has been carried out that in this research coconut shell fly ash has increased significantly, the highest concrete coconut shell fly ash mixture 1.5% can reach a compressive strength of 31,643 MPa. At last, it can be concluded that coconut shell fly ash can be used as an added material for cement in K-100 quality concrete in the presentation above. For the next research, the researcher should do the deepest experiences to know the strength of concrete. Keywords : Concrete, Compressive Strength, Coconut Shell Fly.

Abstract

Parking problems are very important to study more deeply, because almost all activities in the open space require parking facilities. The required parking space must be adequately available. On street parking is parking that takes place along the road. This has a negative impact on the smooth flow of traffic, because it causes a reduction in the width of the road being traversed. The aim of the study was to determine the characteristics of motorized parking and the shape of parking angle patterns by considering the occurrence of side barriers. The research was carried out on the Singgah Mata I Road in Kuta Padang Village, West Aceh Regency, for 3 days Monday, Thursday and Sunday from 07.00-09.00 WIB, 11.00-13.00 WIB until 15.00-17.00 WIB. The data needed in the primary data research by direct survey in the research location, including side barriers survey, parking vehicle and road geometric. Data on the number of parking vehicles were analyzed to obtain parking characteristics, parking angle and side barriers. The highest peak fluctuations occur at 4:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m., with evidenced parking capacity and HV vehicle parking time as much as 321 pcu/hour going on Monday, while the LV, MC and MT vehicles have the highest fluctuations on Sunday, which is detailed (LV 1519 pcu/hour) , (MC 600 pcu/hour) and (MT 311 pcu/hour). Based on this, the parking area of the vehicle's average daily peak volume is LV 1084 pcu/hour, HV 225 pcu/hour, MC 412 pcu/hour and for MT vehicles is 217 pcu/hour, able to accommodate the available parking volume, every point-point of the research location with parking index value <100%, which means that demand can still be fulfilled / still able to accommodate every vehicle parked with a parking angle of 300. The highest peak of side barriers occurs on Sunday 529 occurrence of side barriers which are evidenced by the condition of the commercial area with the second activity high side of the road. Keywords: on street parking, characteristics, parking impact.

Abstract

Road equipment includes, but not limited to sign, mark, safety facility, and the other road user facilities. The road equipment design procedure in Indonesia is regulated through the standard, but the detail is allowed to be set using engineering judgment. US manual on uniform traffic control devices (US MUTCD) provides the detail that might be used, together with the safety principle, in the detail of road equipment design procedure in Indonesia. The objective of this study is to conclude the principle of safety and principle from the US MUTCD that might be used in the detail of road equipment design in Indonesia, especially for the medium-premiers collector road. The survey was performed at a segment of collector road in Province of Aceh, Indonesia. The road geometry, road users, adjacent hazard and surrounding people's activities were monitored in the survey. The drawing of the road was used as the secondary data as well. Abstract

The aims of this study are to know the effect of sand sea compound on asphalt (Ac-Wc), (2) To know the trial outcome of sand sea compound at Paciran on hot adpal (Ac-Wc).The research method is experimental research. The experiment object which made for each increasing percentages are three samples, trial by using 1 mold 1100 grams. The result of this research is the variation of sand sea substitution 0%, 50%, 75%, and 100% from soft electric generator weight shown the value of Marshall Properties ideal calculate by using equation regression model with highest decision index. On that equation model got the determination index value (R2) = 1. On the Highest Marshall Properties is 30 percent of sand sea substitution which Marshall parameter consists of Stability 1029.27 kg, VIM 5.07%, VMA 16.35%, VFWA 81.36%, Flow 2.98 mm, Marshall Question 343.85%. From these results, the substitution of 30% sea sand fulfills criteria in Indonesian national standards.Keywords: Sea sand, hot asphalt (AC-WC)

Abstract

AbstractThe purpose of this study was to determine the effect of adding polypropylene fibers to compressive strength in high quality concrete. The specifications of polypropylene fiber used is a fiber length of 12 mm, fiber diameter of 18 microns and specific gravity of 0.91 gr / cm3. The concrete mixture design method used was trial and error, the quality of the concrete planned is 60 MPa with Water Cement Ratio 0.25 and the use of superplasticizer with a percentage of 2% of the weight of cement. The coarse aggregate to be used is split with a maximum aggregate diameter of 12 mm, and a palm oil clinkers 15% of the weight of cement. The percentage of polypropylene fiber used is 0.5%, 1%, 1.5% of the weight of cement. As a comparison concrete is made without the addition of fiber which is 0%. Concrete compressive strength testing is carried out at 28 days. The total number of test specimens is 24 cylindrical pieces (Ø15 cm, T = 30 cm). The results obtained from the average compressive strength test results at the percentage of 0%, 0.5%, 1% and 1.5% respectively were 57.35 MPa, 55.74 MPa, 54.87 MPa and 50.54 MPa. The optimum conditions are obtained at a percentage of 0.5%. It can be concluded that the addition of polypropylene fibers and palm oil clinkers on high quality concrete can increase the compressive strength of concrete. Keywords— High Strength Concrete, Fibers Concrete, Polypropylene Fibers, Compressive Strength

Abstract

Water is one of the natural resources that have the main function for the life of living things on earth. For this, water must be protected to remain beneficial to the lives of humans and other living things. Central and local governments and the private sector work through the provision of clean water (SPAM / PDAM) to distribute clean water to the community to improve public health. The purpose of this study is to calculate the projected population of the city of Lubuklinggau in 2032, calculate household water needs and analyze Domestic, Non-Domestic Water Needs, Total Water Needs, Water losses, Average Water Needs. The results obtained: a. Projected the population of Lubuklinggau city in 2013 was 213,071 people up by 4.15%, in 2014 it was 217,332 people up by 4.23%, an increase in the population of 0.08%, so that in 2032, the population was 292,256 people; 2013. Household Clean Water Needs are 31,960.63 Liters / day in 2032, is 37,446.97 Liters / day .; Domestic Clean Water Needs, Non-Domestic Water Needs, Total Water Needs, Water Loss, Average Water Needs ie in 2013 there was an increase in the population of 4.15%; in 2014 there was an increase of 4.23 from the previous year, and it is similar. Abstract

The earthquake and After tsunami that struck the area of the Province of Nanggroe Aceh Darussalam (NAD), particularly in West Aceh so that casualties and severe infrastructure. This gives a huge task for the government to address the problem effectively. This study aimed to evaluate the maintenance of buildings housing complex in the fishing village of Tin Suak Samatiga West Aceh district. The method used is descriptive qualitative analysis method. This analysis is to describe what is in the study area that is not measurable by using analysis of qualitative and quantitative analysis of the measured among others analyzing the physical characteristics of the building. The reference used is the Minister of settlements and Regional Infrastructure No. 403 / KPTS / M / 2002 on Technical Guidelines Development Simple Healthy House. Eligible criteria in the Certificate of Function (SLF) building / buildings in accordance with the mandate of PP 36 in 2005, the government requires the application of a certificate worth function (SLF) which is adapted to the conditions of the building. The results provide information about the cause of the abandonment of the building at Fishermen Housing complex in the village of Suak Tin is a sense of ownership of the building occupants of the house are not so great and the inability to repair and maintain buildings that house was occupied. Management and maintenance of buildings to be useful for society and for an evaluation for a housing complex based on the Ministry of settlements and Regional Infrastructure No. 403 / KPTS / M / 20, System Management Building Maintenance is a solution paradigmatic society, that the housing complex fishermen do maintenance by the community, raising public awareness of the need for maintenance of the building both houses, as well as the existing infrastructure in the village of Suak Tin in coordination with agencies related. Key Word : management, maintenance, Building, After tsunami
