Abstract

This study analyses the policy dynamics of esports in Indonesia and its economic potential within the context of the digital economy. Using a qualitative descriptive approach, the research explores the transformation of esports policies from unrecognised to becoming a professional sports branch, including the impact of revising Law No. 3 of 2005 into Law No. 11 of 2022. The findings indicate that esports has significant economic potential, with Indonesia's gaming industry's revenue reaching USD 1.1 billion in 2023. However, challenges such as the lack of comprehensive regulations, the dominance of foreign companies, and infrastructure limitations still need to be addressed. This study recommends inclusive policies to support local developers, strengthen the ecosystem, and utilize esports as a key driver of Indonesia's digital economy.

Abstract

Clean and Healthy Living Behavior (PHBS) encompasses health-related practices driven by personal awareness, enabling families and their members to independently manage their health and actively participate in community activities. Cultivating healthy habits from an early age is crucial, particularly during the preschool years (ages 3-6), a period marked by rapid growth and a natural inclination to explore. Proper nutritional intake and overall health are essential to support this growth. Among the factors influencing early childhood health, clean and healthy living behaviors play a significant role. This community service initiative focuses on instilling these habits in children at Raudhatul Athfal (RA) schools, chosen due to the prevalence of diseases stemming from limited knowledge about PHBS. The program includes interactive health education activities, such as engaging games like the Puzzle of Cita-citaku, Healthy Food Dice, and Clap Your Hands. Running from November 2023 to April 2024, the program has achieved notable results, with 80% of participants demonstrating the ability to simulate proper handwashing techniques, identify healthy food options, dispose of garbage appropriately, and maintain personal hygiene. This initiative not only enhances children's awareness and habits but also supports broader objectives, such as promoting student engagement beyond the campus and applying lecturers’ expertise to benefit the community. The collaborative effort underscores the importance of integrating education and practical activities to foster a healthier, more informed generation.

Abstract

An analysis of how a well-known female public person is portrayed in international and local web media, with a focus on gender representation. The study clarifies the significance of impartial and fair coverage of female leaders in the media by using a feminist stylistics approach. This can help to promote gender equality in society and destroy gender stereotypes. Using a qualitative approach, this study investigates how gender relations are portrayed at the word, phrase/sentence, and discourse levels utilizing feminist stylistics framework developed by Sara Mills. The results show that cultural norms and Sri Mulyani's standing both domestically and globally have an impact on how the Indonesian Minister of Finance is portrayed on foreign and domestic news websites. These factors produce discrete but diverse outcomes. The study finds that the minister is treated properly and without overt gender prejudice by utilizing the feminist stylistics theory framework's three levels of analysis. Abstract

Several variables are added and set in a series of theories of Purchase Behavior (TPB), carried out in this study. In general, the main variables in the TPB, namely Green Subjective Norms (GSN), Green Attitude (GA) and Green Perceived Control (GPBC) support the existence of Green Purchase Intention (GPI) and from this GPI in general will create Green Purchase Behavior (GPB), including those in previous studies. The addition of several variables that have a close relationship with GPB can change GPB from just theory to practice. The variables to be added are the moderation of Green Product Availability( GPA), the addition of variable Government Regulation (GR) and Price Sensitivity (PS). This article discusses research and surveys conducted with the application of TPB with the variables listed above on green products, namely environmentally friendly products, both in the form of food/beverages and simple household appliances that have a positive impact on environmental sustainability. With respondents as many as 222 people covering the classification of age groups and education and certain occupations, data processing was carried out with SEM-AMOS and gave the result that the results of testing seven hypotheses that test GSN, GA , GPBC and GPA ability to moderate the influence of GPI on GPB significantly affect GBP. This is consistent with previous research.

Abstract

The logistics industry in Indonesia is growing in line with the increase in online transactions. Warehouse facilities play a crucial role in the logistics industry as they are essential for ensuring smooth business operations. Warehouses used for logistics purposes generally employ steel construction. The development of steel-structured warehouses carries considerable risks that can affect project completion time, project quality, occupational health and safety (OHS), and management performance. Therefore, management must be able to identify and analyze all potential risks during warehouse construction to ensure the project is completed with planned quality, OHS control, and timing. This study aims to identify the relationships among risk factors during the planning and construction phases with quality control, time, and OHS, which can influence management performance. Additionally, it seeks to measure the impact of project control, particularly in terms of quality, time, and OHS, on management performance in warehouse and logistics industry development. The research employs a quantitative descriptive method. Data analysis was conducted using Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with the Smart PLS application. The study found that risks have a direct positive impact on quality control, time, and OHS but an insignificant negative impact on management performance. Furthermore, the findings indicate that quality control, time, and OHS significantly and positively influence management performance.
