Abstract

The Pancasila Student Profile and Rahmatan Lil Alamin Student Profile (P5RA) Strengthening Project aims to provide an integrative and holistic learning experience for students, with a focus on 21st century competencies such as critical, creative, communicative, and collaborative thinking. This program integrates the values ??of Pancasila and the teachings of Rahmatan Lil Alamin Islam at the State Islamic Senior High School in Indragiri Hilir Regency, Riau, through a curriculum that is continuously updated to face global challenges and dynamic educational needs, in order to form students who are academically competent and have noble characters. The implementation of P5RA should not only be implemented in intracurricular and co-curricular activities, but the implementation of P5RA activities should also be implemented in extracurricular activities, so that students' experiences in implementing P5RA are not limited to theories and values ??learned in materials related to the values ??of the Rahatan lilalamin Student Profile and the Pancasila student profile in the classroom and school environment, but there is also implementation in their real lives, namely in real society which researchers call social experience. Therefore, integration is not just in the learning process alone, our hope is that activities in implementing P5RA are integrated into all student life activities.

Abstract

This study examines the implementation of Funlearning learning innovation in Early Childhood Education (PAUD) Indragiri Hilir, Riau, in order to improve children's spiritual intelligence. The concept of Funlearning is rooted in a fun, interactive, and creative learning approach, designed to support children's holistic development. In the context of PAUD, spiritual intelligence is an important aspect that includes moral values, introduction to the concept of divinity, and the formation of strong character in children. This study uses a qualitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through interviews, observations, and documentation of educators, children, and parents at PAUD Indragiri Hilir. The results of the study show that the Funlearning method can increase children's enthusiasm in the learning process, so that children can more easily understand and internalize spiritual values. The activities carried out include educational games, moral stories, singing, and creative arts designed to connect children with spiritual experiences naturally. Educators have a vital role in developing the curriculum, creating a conducive atmosphere, and facilitating children's interaction with the surrounding environment. In addition, the involvement of parents as supporters of home learning also strengthens the effectiveness of this program. The conclusion of this study emphasizes the importance of Funlearning learning innovation as a strategic approach to spiritually enlighten children from an early age. The practical implication of this study is the development of a more holistic and integrated learning model in PAUD, especially in terms of strengthening spiritual values. These findings recommend ongoing training for educators and increased collaboration between schools and families to support the implementation of effective and sustainable Funlearning.

Abstract

Fraud prevention in organizations is one of the main focuses in risk management, especially in the era of increasingly complex globalization and digitalization. This research investigated the impact of organizational culture, whistleblowing systems, and internal control systems on fraud prevention at PT Pos Indonesia, Pare Branch in 2025. Employing a quantitative methodology, primary data were collected through questionnaires distributed to employees and subsequently analyzed using SPSS version 25. The findings revealed a significant positive correlation between organizational culture, whistleblowing systems, and internal control systems in mitigating fraud. These three elements exhibit a synergistic relationship, where a conducive organizational culture fosters the effectiveness of both whistleblowing and internal control mechanisms. Conversely, robust internal controls and a functional whistleblowing system reinforce an ethical organizational environment. Effective collaboration between these three elements creates an environment that supports fraud prevention and increases trust, integrity, and morale.

Abstract

This study analyzes the implications of applying Arabic linguistic and literary principles in interpreting educational verses of Islam as expounded in Tafsir Al-Misbah by M. Quraish Shihab. The primary focus of this research is to examine how nahw, ?arf, and bal?ghah contribute to formulating the substantive meaning of educational verses and strengthening the epistemological construction of Islamic educational values in the Qur'an. Using a qualitative approach with a thematic study design, this research systematically analyzes linguistic aspects of educationally oriented verses in Tafsir Al-Misbah. The findings indicate that the integration of linguistic and literary approaches not only enriches the conceptual understanding of Islamic education in the Qur’an but also reveals the rhetorical, stylistic, and aesthetic dimensions of Qur'anic language, significantly deepening the educational messages. The novelty of this research lies in developing a linguistics-based tafsir paradigm as an innovative approach to Islamic Religious Education (PAI), integrating linguistic analysis with Islamic educational values to establish a more systematic, contextual, and applicable understanding. This approach has the potential to serve as a model for reformulating the PAI curriculum, particularly in Qur'anic-based Arabic language learning, to enhance Islamic literacy, foster critical understanding of educational verses, and internalize moral values in response to the challenges of globalization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the strategies of Civic Education teachers in strengthening national resilience through the development of civic disposition in Junior High Schools in Gorontalo City. This research uses qualitative methods with data collection techniques through observation, interviews, and documentation. Observation was conducted to understand the extent of the strategies applied in strengthening civic disposition during the learning process. Interviews were conducted with Civics teachers as informants to gain an in-depth understanding of their strategy implementation, while documentation was used to record relevant data, such as photos and other important information. The results showed that national resilience can be effectively enhanced through the implementation of Pancasila values-based civic disposition. Collaborative support between the Gorontalo City Education Office and junior high schools in Gorontalo City is instrumental in shaping students' religious and nationalist characters. Through a programme that emphasises tolerance, responsibility and social care, students are encouraged to apply civic concepts in real life, thus strengthening their national identity. However, there are barriers in implementing this strategy, such as limited resources and the influence of social media that can distract students from civic values. The conclusion of this study shows that Civics teachers' strategies, including the teaching of Pancasila values and interactive learning activities, play an important role in shaping a generation that understands its rights and obligations as citizens, and contributes positively to national resilience and the nation's progress.

Abstract

This study examines the relationship between job satisfaction, work flexibility and job hopping tendencies among Generation Z employees. By exploring key factors influencing job retention, this research aims to provide insights for employers to develop workplace policies that align with Gen Z’s expectations, fostering a more stable workforce. The methodology used is a quantitative survey involving 120 respondents from Generation Z who work in an agricultural company in Karawang Regency. Data was collected using a questionnaire designed to measure job satisfaction, work flexibility, job loyalty and job-hopping tendencies. Using PLS - SEM outer model, inner model and hypothesis testing to identify the relationships between these variables. The results indicate that job satisfaction and work flexibility positively influence job loyalty.  While flexibility can enhance loyalty, it also encourages job exploration. Job hopping remains common duet o attractive culture, career growth, and better pay. Thus, loyalty alone can’t prevent turnover, as Gen Z’s choices are driven by both personal and professional goals. This study explores Generation Z behavior at workplace by identifying job loyalty as mediator between job satisfaction, flexibility, and job hopping. It also addresses a gap by examining the often-overlooed agricultural sector, where workforce stability is crucial.
