Abstract

Education is one of the benchmarks for the progress of a nation. One way to advance education is to follow technological developments. And technological developments are currently developing so rapidly, one of the technologies that exist in the world of education today is E-Learning. E-Learning is a form of technological progress that can be utilized effectively and efficiently for the learning process. E-Learning is an education system that uses electronic applications to support the development of teaching and learning activities using internet media. (1) Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Wusho Rumah Setia is one of the schools in Sukoharjo Regency. At Madrasah Tsanawiyah (MTs) Al-Wusho Rumah Setia the learning process is still traditional, namely the teaching and learning process between teachers and students is only carried out in class meetings and attendance using manual recording. Based on these conditions, an information system is needed that can facilitate the attendance process and can monitor teachers so that they can produce accurate reports. Utilization of information technology today can be used as a solution to overcome these problems. Therefore, as a solution to the problems above, this research provides a solution for making E-learning Information System Design. The National Training and Simulation Association reports that retention of material after learning through e-learning can reach 25-60%, whereas through classical learning it is only around 8-10%.

Abstract

The development of information technology is currently growing very rapidly, the advancement of information technology has triggered large and small companies to use information technology as a tool to face and win the competition which is increasingly fierce and competitive. Anugrah Hijau Florist & Nursery is a business that is engaged in the sale of ornamental plants and provides various kinds of medicinal plant products, seeds, fertilizers, and plant care needs. The sales method used by Anugrah Hijau Florist & Nursery currently buyers come directly to the location. The management of the transaction process used today is still conventional, there is no digital media to accommodate product data or sales and purchase transactions, the slow processing of sales transactions, and relying on catalog books makes plant data out of sequence which results in decreased employee performance and delayed reporting. The problem that will be studied in this research is about the design of the Point of Sale application that can change the transaction process that is still manual or conventional into digitalization. By using the UML method, the SDLC Prototype model, making Point of Sale applications can communicate well between developers and customers, developers can work better in determining customer needs, customers play an active role in system development, implementation becomes easier because users know what they expect. This application also uses the Laravel Framework to improve the development process which is getting faster and saves more time. The results obtained from this study are that the sales transaction process is more effective and efficient, product data and sales and purchase transactions are stored properly, and the reporting process becomes easier.

Abstract

This research investigates the development and analysis of decision tree models in the context of classification tasks. Decision tree models were developed without employing pruning or pre-pruning techniques and were tested on relevant datasets. The research findings demonstrate that complex models without pruning achieved the highest level of accuracy in classifying data. This study was inspired by the potential issue of students facing the risk of not completing their studies (dropout), which could lead to a decline in the college's accreditation rating. Therefore, this model was devised to assist in identifying factors that could influence this outcome as a preventative measure. Additionally, we successfully generated clear visualizations of the decision trees, enhancing the understanding of the model's decision-making process. This research provides insights into the adaptability of decision tree models within this specific case and showcases their potential for enhancing decision-making across various contexts. These findings encourage further discussions on the benefits of pruning methods within this specific context and the broader application potential of decision tree models.

Abstract

PT. Sinar Abadi Gas Cooperative is currently developing a web-based information system to expedite and facilitate savings and loan transactions. In this research, the team is using the research and development (R&D) method to develop a savings and loan application that will utilize PHP programming language and MySQL database. The team will create three types of users within this system, namely the admin, chairman, and members. They will have access to several prepared forms, including login forms for the admin, chairman, and members. Additionally, there will be customized main pages based on each user's role. The staff and member data forms will be used to manage cooperative member information. Furthermore, there will be a transaction form for savings and loans. These data will be used to generate member reports and loan reports. Cooperative members will also be able to apply for loans through the loan application form. After the application is submitted, the admin or chairman can utilize the confirmation form to follow up on the request. With this web-based cooperative data processing system, PT. Sinar Abadi Gas aims to enhance speed, accuracy, and precision in conducting savings and loan transactions.

Abstract

Library data processing at MTS Raudlatul 'Ulum Pabuaran Jaha is still done manually so it has drawbacks, namely archiving becomes disorganized, messy, and searching for data takes a lot of time. Therefore, it is necessary to have a web-based library information system so that the administration, management and service processes to users are better. The research method used is the waterfall method, which involves the stages of software requirements analysis, system design, writing program code, program testing, and system maintenance. Data collection methods use observation, interviews and questionnaires. The interview method is used to determine user needs, questionnaires are used to test the feasibility of usability aspects, while observation is used to test performance efficiency aspects. The result of this research is a web-based library information system using the PHP programming language and MySQL database server which can optimize library management, increase service efficiency, and meet the needs of library users effectively, so as to improve the learning process in schools.

Abstract

As the use of information technology advances, every government agency should try to improve the quality of its services. One of them is in the complaint service which is a place or forum for the public to express complaints, grievances, aspirations and appreciation of the Government's performance in accordance with Presidential Regulation Number 76 of 2013 concerning the management of public service complaints. This research takes a case study in Cimone Village, where there is no system for managing citizen complaints, especially in Cimone Village. To anticipate residents spreading their complaints in the wrong place, without knowing how to submit complaints correctly. For this reason, there is a need for an Android-based citizen complaint application system as a space for aspirations that can be accessed easily. The application design uses the Waterfall method, built using Android Studio, the Java programming language and Firebase as the database, and the system testing uses black box testing so that the Android-based citizen complaint application system fulfills the aspirations of Cimone sub-district residents in a relevant and flexible manner.

Abstract

The MPR-RI is a legislative institution that was established on March 8, 1965, through the Decree of the President of the Republic of Indonesia Number 48/1965. In carrying out its duties, the MPR-RI is assisted by the General Secretariat of the MPR-RI which is a government agency under the auspices of the MPR-RI. The General Secretariat of the MPR-RI has the task of providing administrative support and expertise for the smooth implementation of the MPR-RI's powers and duties. The large number of PTTs working in the General Secretariat of the MPR-RI makes it difficult for the agency to determine the PTT contract extension because it still uses subjective judgments or is based on personal opinion. An assessment like this is certainly very inefficient because it does not have a standard assessment. So an SPK is needed for PTT performance evaluation, the problem-solving method used is the Simple Multi-Attribute Rating Technique (SMART), while the system development tools used are the waterfall model and the Unified Modeling Language (UML) as a system design tool. The result of this research is a website-based decision support system for determining PTT employment contracts.

Abstract

CV. Kenken is a service company in the city of Serang in managing tour and travel reservations still using the manual system. There are many problems including management of tour booking data and WEB-Based Travel On CV. Kenken Agency, still using a ledger, boking data collection and departure schedule is not well recorded, difficulties in tracking documents sent. The method used is the waterfall method, the design tool uses the UML flow map. While the implementation uses the PHP programming language and MySQL data base. With the web-based tour and travel information system on CV. Kenken Agency, is expected to overcome the problems that exist in the CV. Kenken Agency. Therefore, the recording of documents is neat, the departure schedule is well organized, the latest prices, boking and schedules are well recorded.

Abstract

Midwife Lia Yulianingsih Independent Practice is a place to provide services in the health sector such as serving examinations for pregnant women, examination of children and toddlers, providing child immunizations, injecting birth control, and assisting the delivery process. The patient service process is still relatively conventional and less effective and efficient in the process of patient registration, reporting, and data collection. Management of patient examination history data is also still carried out manually. Based on this, solutions are needed in overcoming existing problems, it is necessary to have a computerized system so that information runs quickly and accurately. The method is the waterfall with Unified Modelling Language (UML). The programming language used is PHP with a Mysql database. The purpose is to determine the proposed system, design and implement a web-based patient service information system at the Independent Practice of Midwife Lia Yulianingsih. The results obtained are midwives and assistant midwives will be more effective and efficient in registering patients and recording patient examination data, providing ease of searching patient data and previous patient history examination data, thus helping all related processes become faster, facilitating the work of officers in making patient visit reports and income reports more quickly and accurately

Abstract

This research focuses on the problems found conclude that the problem obtained is that in delivering learning material, educators tend to use manual calculation methods and manual explanation techniques and only focus on printed books. Apart from that, the contents of printed books owned by students and teachers have different contents. The author created an animated mathematics learning video using Doratoon by considering these problems. It is hoped that the video can be used validly, practically and effectively in elementary school mathematics lessons. Research and Development (R&D) methods were applied in this research. In this research, a 4D development model is applied which consists of defining, designing, developing and disseminating. The link address used by teachers and students is the result of research from animated learning videos. The author's product testing results show that the product passed the validity test from 4 experts with a score of 0.88 in the very valid category, the practicality test from 6 practitioners with a score of 0.96 in the very high category, and the effectiveness test from 27 students with a score of 0.94 in the high effectiveness category.
