Abstract

Herbana Cilegon Pharmacy is one of the places that functions as a public health service. Seen from its function, this pharmacy functions to provide medicines that the community needs to achieve good and optimal health. Herbana Pharmacy is still done manually, employees have to record drug data in a ledger, so it takes a lot of time. The data collection process at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy still uses manual methods and experiences many obstacles in data processing such as data collection, calculations and making drug stock reports. Because errors in drug data collection often occur, causing inconsistencies in the amount of drug stock data recorded in the drug supply book. To overcome this problem, the author designed a system that can help in collecting data easily and can simplify the drug data collection process. To build a sales system at the Cilegon Herbana Pharmacy, the author uses use cases, class diagrams, activity diagrams, sequence diagrams, normalization and hypo, while the implementation uses PHP and MySql. The result of this research is that a web-based drug inventory information system for drug data collection is used to simplify the drug data collection process

Abstract

The soil moisture regulation system in mustard plants is an important part of ensuring optimal plant growth. In this study, we tested a soil moisture regulation system using fuzzy logic over a 7-day period. The test was carried out by watering in the morning and evening, according to the needs of mustard plants which require soil moisture to be maintained in the range of 50-70%. Soil moisture data was taken at 6:00 am and 4:30 pm using a soil moisture sensor. Tests were also conducted using Blynk software to visually monitor soil moisture. The test results show that the system is able to adjust the watering duration based on the measured soil moisture, in accordance with the rules set in fuzzy logic. Although there are variations in soil moisture every day, the system can still function well in maintaining soil moisture in the desired range

Abstract

This research addresses management challenges encountered by Al-Fattah wholesale store in Boyolali, specifically in stock management, financial analysis, and profit calculations, resulting in supply and financial gaps. To tackle these issues, a web-based Management Information System (MIS) was developed using the Rapid Application Development (RAD) approach. The development process involved requirements planning, design workshops, and implementation using PHP integrated with MySQL. The MIS aims to enhance inventory reporting, accurate profit calculations, and structured sales transaction recording to streamline operations and facilitate decision-making at Al-Fattah. Post-implementation, rigorous testing, including System Usability Scale (SUS) assessment on 30 respondents, yielded an average score of 80, categorizing usability as "GOOD" (Grade C), indicating favorable user acceptance due to its intuitive interface and practical benefits. The system demonstrated significant improvements in stock management, financial analysis, and profit calculations. In conclusion, the developed MIS effectively addresses Al-Fattah's challenges by providing precise data insights, thereby enhancing decision-making capabilities. This research contributes by adapting and implementing an MIS tailored for wholesale businesses in Boyolali, showcasing practical applicability and effectiveness in real-world environments.

Abstract

The development of information technology has changed people's life patterns by enabling easy access to information via smart devices such as smartphones. One of the pressing needs is easy access to information on nearby health services, especially in emergency situations or to get timely treatment. This research aims to develop an Android-based health service search application by utilizing the Haversine algorithm and Google Maps API. The Google Maps API was chosen because of its ability to provide accurate location data and various visualization features that help users navigate. The result of this research is a health service search application that utilizes the Haversine algorithm to calculate the distance between users and the nearest health facility to easily find health services that suit their needs based on the closest location. Application testing shows satisfactory results, with a high level of accuracy in determining the location of the nearest health facility. This application is expected to be an effective solution in making it easier for people to find the nearest health services quickly and efficiently via their smart devices.

Abstract

The Internet of Things is a dynamic and rapidly evolving technology concept in which physical objects and electronic devices are connected to the internet, enabling data exchange and control between devices. In an effort to increase the efficiency of irrigation systems in rice fields, Internet of Things technology can be a very potential solution. IoT enables real-time data collection from various sensors installed in the field, enabling smarter and more timely decisions. However, to optimize management of rice fields, a method is needed that is able to manage sensor data well, and the Tsukamoto fuzzy method is one method that is able to provide this solution. The aim of this research is to increase the efficiency of water use in irrigation systems, reduce costs associated with irrigation systems, to develop a system that can make automatic decisions based on IoT sensors and the Tsukamoto Method. This research was carried out in Remboken sub-district, North Sulawesi on irrigated rice fields. The method used is the Tsukamoto method in controlling and solving existing problems. With a good understanding of the challenges and opportunities, it is possible to create Internet of Things solutions that are useful and safe.

Abstract

This research aims to design and build a financial monitoring and reporting application for Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises (MSMEs) at the Minahasa Cooperatives and UMKM Service. With the significant number of MSMEs in Minahasa, it is important for the department to monitor the use of the start-up entrepreneur program assistance funds provided to MSMEs. However, problems in the financial monitoring and recording system still occur, requiring improvements through the application of technology. Linear regression algorithms are used to identify MSMEs that still have the potential to obtain further funding, in accordance with the criteria determined by the department. The application that was built aims to increase transparency in the use of aid funds, make it easier for the department to evaluate the sustainability of MSME businesses, and ensure that funding is then distributed to MSMEs which have a positive impact on local economic growth. This application is an important tool in supporting. the development and growth of MSMEs and the local economy overall.

Abstract

This research aims to develop an Android-based student attendance application using React Native technology, with a case study at Politeknik PGRI Banten. Student attendance is crucial in academic activities as it serves as evidence of their presence and contributes to their overall academic assessment. However, the current attendance system at Politeknik PGRI Banten still relies on a website and does not provide a feature for students to view their attendance history. In this study, the author utilizes the JavaScript programming language with the React Native framework to develop an Android-based attendance application. The application leverages QR code scanning technology to optimize the student attendance process. Students can scan the QR code on their student identification cards using their mobile phone camera, and the attendance data will be recorded directly in the database. The development of this attendance application is expected to enhance the technological quality of Politeknik PGRI Banten, in line with the society 5.0 era that requires the utilization of information system technology to improve efficiency and enhance human life quality. Moreover, the application provides convenience for students to access and view their attendance history in each course, which was previously unavailable in the existing attendance system.

Abstract

Media information websites that already exist at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon have not gone well due to a lack of accurate content and information. Hence, the delivery of information at SMKS YP 17 Cilegon is still manual, such as using banners and brochures. Therefore, Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon requires media information that is fast, precise, and interesting without having to go to school and can be accessed online by the broader community in order to obtain accurate information. The method used in this study is the waterfall method by analyzing data obtained from the school and then developing a company profile website for Vocational High School YP 17 Cilegon the design used to create this company profile website uses the PHP programming language and one of them is. from PHP frameworks. (Hypertext Preprocessor), namely Laravel, for the database the author uses MySql. The results of this study are to make it easier for students, teachers, and the wider community to get information quickly and accurately.

Abstract

In an increasingly digital era, the need for reliable and efficient internet connectivity has become a top priority for small businesses and home offices (SOHO). In managing the internet network, equipment is needed that can manage the network, namely a router. This research aims to determine the best router that can meet network needs in a SOHO environment using the Weighted Aggregated Sum Product Assessment (WASPAS) method. This study evaluates several MikroTik router models based on important criteria such as performance, reliability, WiFi technology and cost. The results of the WASPAS analysis show that the MikroTik C52iG-5HaxD2HaxD-TC (hAP ax2) router is the best with the highest aggregate value of 0.95. With this value, the hAP ax2 router is proven to be superior in providing optimal network solutions for SOHO businesses, ensuring the stability and connection speed needed to support daily business activities

Abstract

Rapid technological advancements have triggered a significant global transformation in the digital economy. The utilization of digital technology has reshaped paradigms and behaviors across various aspects of life, including the business realm. Twins Petshop, as a mid-tier business player, faces several operational challenges, such as slow sales processes and limited promotional capabilities. To address these hurdles, the effective solution of developing an e-commerce website was pursued. This research implements the Scrum methodology in website development for Twins Petshop. Scrum methodology comprises five stages: product backlog, Sprint Planning, Daily Scrum, Sprint Review, and Sprint Retrospective. This approach was chosen for its superior flexibility and responsiveness to change, while also fostering intensive and productive team collaboration. Blackbox testing successfully identified and rectified functional errors, although further improvements are needed to bolster security aspects and enhance website functionality.
