Abstract

This research is a classroom action research. The data analysis technique in this study is a quantitative description that describes the actual data and a qualitative description which is data that can be calculated resulting from the process of giving tests to students. The results of this study are based on observations made in the pre-action cycle, cycle I to cycle II which shows the implementation process and learning outcomes that are different from each cycle. The results of observations in cycle I showed that students' speaking skills still needed to be improved, while in cycle II it showed that students' speaking skills had improved from before. The student response in the first cycle of learning was still not optimal with the results of students' KKM achievement being at a percentage of 65.8% or as many as 27 students who achieved KKM, 34.1% or 15 students who did not reach KKM. In cycle II, student achievement increased rapidly with the number of students who achieved the KKM as many as 36 students with a percentage of 87.8% while those who did not reach the KKM were 5 people with a percentage of 12.1%. This result is reinforced by the KKM achievement criteria at SMA Negeri 7 Pinrang which is very good with a score range of 87-100. So it can be concluded that the application of reconstructive strategies can improve learning to speak in class XI SMA Neger 7 Pinrang. Abstract

Kota Bandung merupakan wilayah perkotaan yang menjadi pusat kegiatan ekonomi dan sosial dari kawasan Metropolitan Bandung Raya. Hal ini juga menyebabkan meningkatnya jumlah penduduk, kegiatan perekonomian, dan juga luas kawasan terbangun. Jumlah penduduk, kegiatan ekonomi, dan kawasan terbangun akan menciptakan kebutuhan pergerakan sehingga terjadi ledakan jumlah kendaraan bermotor yang digunakan oleh pribadi. Keberlanjutan dari angkutan kota di Kota Bandung juga semakin terancam tidak hanya karena kendaraan pribadi keunggulan yang dimiliki oleh ojek daring. Penelitian bertujuan menilai tingkat layanan dari angkutan kota dan ojek online untuk mengetahui daya saing antara angkutan kota dan ojek daring di Kota sehingga angkutan kota dapat mengetahui dimensi layanan angkutan kota yang perlu ditingkatkan kualitas pelayanannya. Penelitian mengambil lokasi di SWK Cibeunying menggunakan metode ServeQual dan Importance-Performance Analysis. Hasil analisis menunjukan daya saing dari angkutan kota lebih rendah dibandingkan dengan ojek daring di SWK Cibeunying. Untuk meningkatkan daya saing, angkutan kota dapat meningkatkan tingkat keamanan pada penggunanya.

Abstract

Social media was originally created for friendships only. However, as time goes by, many people don't want to waste the opportunity to sell. Moreover, all sales activities on social media are almost free. Even if there are additional costs, only for the production of goods. That's why Facebook launched Facebook Marketplace. The purpose of this research is (1) to find out what variables influence a person's level of success in carrying out digital marketing using Facebook, 2) knowing the most dominant and weakest variables that influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook, and (3) knowing the correlation between factors that can influence a person's level of success in doing digital marketing using Facebook. This research empirically analyzes the factors that influence people to do digital marketing using Facebook. The research location was carried out in Cepogo Boyolali. The results of this research conclude that sellers always look at shares and likes, because these are important variables to see buyers' interest. Sellers are also obliged to do this because it indicates that the seller is someone who is always active towards buyers. Sellers must always share experiences using the advertised products. In communication, frequent use of online chat facilities (P10) is the lowest factor; and 2 factors were formed that were able to explain the factors a person does marketing via Facebook. .Factor 1 consists of P1, p2, p3, p4, p5, p7, p10 and p13. Abstract

Abstract Employee performance is the most important thing that must be achieved immediately by a company because by having good employee performance, all the company's visions and targets can be achieved easily. There are a number of factors that can influence employee performance. However, what researchers believe can influence significantly are the variables Organizational Commitment and Work Ethics as internal factors and Compensation as an external factor. This research is quantitative research with an explantory approach using primary data and questionnaire methods in data collection. The collected data was analyzed with smart PLS 3.0 software. The research results show that the Organizational Commitment variable, Work Ethics variable, and Compensation variable, each variable has a positive relationship and a significant influence on the Employee Performance variable because the P-Values value is below the level of significance and leads to positive direction Keywords: Organizational Cmmitment, Work Ethic, Compensastion, Employee Peformance

Abstract

This study examines how organisational citizenship behavior (OCB) mediates the influence of training, and organisational culture, on employee performance. The number of respondents was 30 employees of SAMSAT Boyolali testing using linear regression. Data is collected through surveys. Training and organizational culture affect OCB significantly. Employee performance is heavily influenced by training, organizational culture, and OCB. Through OCB, training variables and organizational culture have a real effect on employee performance. Abstract

The boarding house rental service business is a business that is not too big but the business is promising. Even though this business is not large, this business also requires cost control in order to produce accurate cost information. As is the case with Kos Mahya which is the research location. In determining room rental rates, the owner of the Mahya boarding house still follows market prices around the boarding house, which allows cost distortions to occur because they do not reflect specific activities. The need for an appropriate method for setting a room rate, namely the Activity Cased Costing method. The purpose of this study is to find out the determination of room rates using the Activity Based Costing method and a comparison of the activity based costing method with the method of the owner of the Mahya Boarding House regarding the determination of room rental rates. The research method used is descriptive quantitative. The results of the study show that the calculation of room rental rates using the Activity Based Costing method gives smaller results, compared to the determination of rates carried out by boarding owners based on market prices around the boarding house.

Abstract

Zakat produktif pertanian adalah zakat yang diberikan kepada mustahik dalam bentuk modal usaha untuk pemberdayaan ekonomi penerimanya, supaya fakir miskin dapat menjalankan atau membiayai kehidupan secara konsisten. Dalam pengelolaan zakat produktif pertanian pengurus masjid at-taqwa menyalurkan dana zakat pada suatu program dalam pemberdayaan dan pembinaan mustahik dengan memberikan modal usaha dalam bentuk uang tunai yang dapat diperdayagunakan masyarakat dalam mensejahterakan hidupnya. Dengan bantuan modal usaha yang diberikan pengurus masjid at-ataqwa, mustahik dapat mengembangkan usahanya dan bisa meningkatkan pendapatan mereka. Tujuan penelitian ini adalah untuk mengetahui pengelolaan zakat produktif pertanian dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada pengurus masjid at-taqwa dan untuk mengetahui program pendukung dalam pengelolaan zakat pertanian dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada masjid at-taqwa. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan deskriptif dan metode pengumpulan data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah wawancara dan dokumentasi. Teknik analisis data yang digunakan adalah kualitatif yang bersifat deskriptif. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa, pengelolaan zakat produktif dalam konteks pemberdayaan mustahik pada masjid at-ataqwa meliputi: Pendanaan untuk pengelolaan ladang pertanian, Pendaan modal usaha pembelian sapi, Pengadaan terop untuk masyarakat, Pengadaan alat banjari untuk remaja masji Kata Kunci: Zakat Produktif, Pertanian, Pemberdayaan, Mustahik

Abstract

This research is motivated by the importance of product sales to increase revenue, create profits and support company growth. The aim of this research is to determine and analyze the increase in product sales through digital marketing and brand awareness in the digital era. The research design used in this research is descriptive quantitative with a survey method, collecting research data using a questionnaire. The population in this study is the Indonesian population who fall into the age category of generation Z and the millennial generation who use Uniqlo products. The sample in this study was 100 people. The instruments used have been tested for validity and reliability. The collected data was tested using the classic assumption test and multiple linear regression test. The results of this research show that 1) Digital marketing has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, 2) Brand awareness has a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era, and 3) Digital marketing and brand awareness have a positive and significant effect on product sales in the digital era. The findings of this research suggest that if a company wants to increase product sales, the company must also increase digital marketing and brand awareness.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the influence of school principals' entrepreneurial competence in developing entrepreneurship programs in Vocational High Schools (SMK) throughout Banjarmasin. The population used in this research was all principals in vocational schools. The sampling method is using non-probability sampling techniques. The type of nonprobability sampling used is saturated sampling. The sampling method obtained 20 samples. This research uses quantitative research. The analysis used is simple linear regression analysis, with t test and coefficient of determination. The Principal Entrepreneurial Competency variable of 0.501 states that every time there is an increase in the Principal's Entrepreneurial Competency by 1%, the Entrepreneurship Program (Y) will increase by 0.501. This means that the principal's entrepreneurial competency variable has Sig. Amounting to 0.005 < 0.05, it can be concluded that the principal's entrepreneurial competency variable has a significant effect on the entrepreneurship program. the contribution of creating innovation, working hard, having strong motivation, never giving up, and having entrepreneurial instincts towards the entrepreneurship program was 36.6% while the remaining 63.4% was influenced by other variables not examined in this research. This proves that there is an influence between the principal's entrepreneurial competency on the Entrepreneurship Program.

Abstract

In order to increase job satisfaction and employee performance, something called work-life balance is needed. Work-Life Balance is an individual's ability to balance work and personal life. This research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population and sample in this study were private employees spread across Indonesia who were obtained using a probability sampling technique: simple random which was successfully obtained as many as 150 respondents, the analysis technique used Smart PLS. The research results show that work-life balance influences employee performance and job satisfaction, job satisfaction influences employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate work-life balance on employee performance.
