Abstract

This study analyzes the impact of MICE (Meeting, Incentive, Convention, Exhibition) factors on the economic growth of the Toba Caldera Geopark tourism destination. To support the economic growth of the Geopark, it is essential to have robust infrastructure, including adequate accessibility, convention centers with quality accommodation options, three to five-star hotels, attractive destinations with numerous facilities, parking areas, and skilled local PCOs (Professional Conference Organizers). The research background highlights issues related to the impact of MICE factors on the economic development of tourism destinations. Besides infrastructure, the products offered must have value and can be packaged to provide added value. This includes not only competitive pricing but also packaging and the product's connection to the local environment. Data collection methods used in this research include observation and questionnaires. Informants comprised various stakeholders in the MICE industry, such as the Medan City Tourism Office, event organizers, and businesses involved in tourism, including hotels, restaurants, ATMs, money changers, travel agencies, souvenir shops, transportation providers, guides, meeting organizers, congress organizers, and incentive travel organizers. The results show that accessibility does not have a direct and significant impact on the economic growth of the Toba Caldera Geopark tourism destination. Similarly, accommodation facilities do not directly and significantly influence economic growth. However, information has a positive and significant impact on the economic growth of the Toba Caldera Geopark tourism destination.

Abstract

Export is the simplest form of international trade and is a strategy in marketing production abroad. This study aims to determine the effect of exports on economic growth with a mediating variable, namely the exchange rate. This research method is a research method with a quantitative approach supported by secondary data sourced from the Central Bureau of Statistics and the World Bank (World Bank) with a research time of 2009 to 2023. The research data analysis technique used is path analysis. The results explain that exports influence economic growth. Exports as a driving force for GDP, where exports can expand markets, can encourage the flow of capital, and will generate foreign exchange. When exports increase, economic growth also increases and vice versa if exports decrease, economic growth decreases. And the exchange rate can be a mediating variable of the indirect effect of the export variable on the economic growth variable. This means that exports can be a factor that can influence directly without the mediation of other variables. The higher the real exchange rate, the more it will encourage exports and others and be able to affect Indonesia's economic growth.

Abstract

Abstrak Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui peran Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah yaitu Inspektorat Daerah Nusa Tenggara Timur dalam mencegah fraud dan penyalahgunaan dana desa di Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur. Teknik pengumpulan data pada penelitian ini adalah wawancara, observasi, dan dokumentasi dengan metode analisis data yang telah digunakan oleh Miles dan Huberman. Hasil dari penelitian ini menunjukan bahwa Inspektorat Daerah Provinsi Nusa Tenggara Timur telah menjalankan perannya sebagai Aparat Pengawas Internal Pemerintah dalam pengawasan dana desa yaitu peran sebagai pengawas, peran sebagai konsultan, dan peran assurance yaitu monitoring dan evaluasi. Bentuk dari pelaksanaan ketiga peran tersebut yaitu untuk menjalankan perannya sebagai pengawas Inspektorat membuat Program kerja Pengawasan Tahunan, dan untuk menjalankan perannya sebagai konsultan Inspektorat membuka klinik konsultasi, serta untuk menjalankan perannya sebagai assurance Inspektorat menjadi pengawas dalam memonitoring dan mengevaluasi dengan tujuan agar dapat mengetahui pengelolaan Dana Desa telah dilakukan sesuai ketentuan yang berlaku dan memberikan Saran/Rekomendasi perbaikan terhadap pengelolaan Dana Desa. Kata Kunci: Peran APIP, Inspektorat, Pengawas, Konsultan, Fraud, Dana Desa Abstract This study aims to determine the role of the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus, namely the East Nusa Tenggara Regional Inspectorate in preventing fraud and misuse of village funds in East Nusa Tenggara Province. Data collection techniques in this study were interviews, observations, and documentation with data analysis methods that have been used by Miles and Huberman. The results of this study indicate that the East Nusa Tenggara Provincial Inspectorate has carried out its role as the Government Internal Supervisory Apparatus in supervising village funds, namely the role as a supervisor, the role as a consultant, and the role of assurance, namely monitoring and evaluation. The form of implementation of the three roles is to carry out its role as a supervisor, the Inspectorate creates an Annual Supervision Work Program, and to carry out its role as a consultant, the Inspectorate opens a consultation clinic, and to carry out its role as an assurance, the Inspectorate becomes a supervisor in monitoring and evaluating with the aim of being able to find out that the management of Village Funds has been carried out in accordance with applicable provisions and provide Suggestions/Recommendations for improvements to the management of Village Funds. Abstract

Persaingan kompetitif pada perguruan tinggi swasta menuntut untuk perguruan tinggi memiliki  nilai keunggulan yang bagi konsumen. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji  citra merek dan fasilitas mempengaruhi keputusan pemilihan perguruan tinggi dengan kepuasan konsumen sebagai variabel intervening. Metode penelitian yang digunakan yaitu analisis data dan pengujian hipotesis dalam penelitian ini menggunakan Structural Equation Model -Partial Least Square (PLS-SEM). Populasi dalam penelitian ini adalah alumni mahasiswa LP3I Lampung sebanyak 535 dariangkatan tahun 2014 sampai dengan tahun 2022, dengan mengambil sampel sebanyak 229 responden. Hasil Penelitian ini menunjukan hasil bahwa Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap dan Fasilitas berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih. Kepuasan Konsumen berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih perguruan tinggi dansecara tidak langsung Citra Merek berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap Keputusan Memilih perguruan tinggi. Kata Kunci : Citra Merek, Fasilitas, Keputusan Memilih, Dan Kepuasan Konsumen

Abstract

The purpose of this study is to examine the effect of store atmosphere (X1) and service quality (X2) on customer loyalty (Y) through customer satisfaction (Z) as an intervening variable at Harmoni Square Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. A purposive sampling method was used to distribute a 4-Likert scale questionnaire to 152 customers of Harmoni Square Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni online via Google Form and in person. The structural equation model based on Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) was used to identify characteristics that have a significant impact on customer loyalty at Harmoni Square Grand Mercure Jakarta Harmoni. The questionnaire consists of two parts: the first part includes respondent identity data such as name, gender, age, and occupation, while the second part includes research variables such as store atmosphere, service quality, customer satisfaction, and customer loyalty. The data analysis results indicate that there is a significant effect and positive value between the store atmosphere and customer satisfaction, service quality and customer loyalty, service quality and customer satisfaction, and customer satisfaction and customer loyalty. However, the store atmosphere and customer loyalty variables have a less significant effect. Furthermore, this study also shows that customer satisfaction partially mediates the relationship between store atmosphere and service quality towards customer loyalty.

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of developing hard skills, soft skills, and work innovation on the performance of population administration service employees at the Surabaya City Urban Village Office. This research uses a quantitative approach and the data collection technique is done through a survey. The results showed that hard skills have a positive effect on improving employee performance, while soft skills also have a positive impact, although the effect is smaller. Work innovation also has a positive effect on employee performance, but there is no significant influence between soft skills and work innovation. The practical implication of these findings is the importance of developing employee competencies through continuous training and increasing access to the latest technology. In addition, policies that support work innovation and the application of technology in administrative processes must be strengthened to improve the efficiency and quality of population administration services in Surabaya City.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Promotion Media, Attraction, and Destination Image on the Decision to Visit Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. This tpe of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 5900 visitors to Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. While the sample in this study amounted 360 respondendts using the sampling techique, namely the incidental sampling techjique because anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure respondents’ answers. The results of this study indicate that promotional media, attractions, and destination image have a significant and positive effect on the decision to visit Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. This can be proven by the results of the Determination Coefficient (R2) which is 42,8%, while the reamining 57,2% is influenced by other things or other variables not examined in this study.Keyword: Promotional Media, Attraction, Destination Image, Visiting Decision.

Abstract

Tourism development is indeed one of the focuses of national development because the tourism sector has great potential in generating foreign exchange and creating new jobs, improving the welfare of local communities, can promote the culture and local heritage of an area, and increase awareness of cultural diversity and strengthen national identity. The growth of the tourism sector in Tana Toraja Regency began to increase again, but this growth was not followed by all the attractions in Tana Toraja. And one of the objects that did not experience growth is Tongkonan Papa Batu. Even though the object is included in one of the cultural heritage in Tana TorajaRegency but the object is almost never a tourist destination that is recommended as a must-visit tourist attraction when you want to travel in Tana Toraja Therefore, the purpose of the study is to analyze the factors inhibiting the growth of the Tongkonan Papa Batu tourist attraction so that managers, government and stakeholders can use the results of this study as a reference material in developing an effective and efficient Tongkonan Papa Batu tourist attraction development strategy in the future. This research uses qualitative descriptive methods. Abstract

The impact of the Covid-19 pandemic, many Micro, Small and Medium Enterprises closed, one of the reasons is the inability to manage cash flow properly. The company's cash flow plays a role in controlling financial conditions on a regular basis, and knowing for sure the source of the company's income and expenses. When cash flow is managed properly, business activities will run smoothly. This study aims to determine whether the cash flow report has an effect on business continuity, and how much effectiveness the cash flow of the Sumedang RWJ Depot Tahu business is. This qualitative research, based on natural conditions, starts from data, clarified with relevant theories. Collecting data by triangulation, observation, interviews, literature studies and documentaries. Analysis of data reduction techniques, draw conclusions and present the results. The results of the study, cash flow management has an effect on business continuity, even though the recording is not in accordance with the usual accounting procedures, Simple cash management is applied with the principle that cash outflows should not exceed cash inflows. Abstract

The purpose of this research is to analyze the traditional taste revolution (innovation of instant aci sambal ijo meatballs by kylafood) in increasing sales. the type of research is a case study. Data collection techniques are observation, interviews, documentation. Data analysis with miles Huberman. Based on the results of this study, it can be concluded that the innovation of Instant Aci Sambal Ijo Meatballs by Kylafood has succeeded in significantly increasing market acceptance and sales of their products. A well-planned marketing strategy and positive consumer response to the traditional flavors presented are key factors in this success. However, challenges such as wider market penetration and competition with similar products need to be addressed to maintain sustainable growth. Recommendations for Kylafood include further development of innovative product variations as well as strengthening more aggressive marketing strategies to maintain their position in this competitive market
