Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the Family Hope Program and the Healthy Indonesia Card on the welfare of the community in Banyudono District. The population in this study were recipients of the Family Hope Program who also had a Healthy Indonesia Card in Banyudono District with a sample size of 91 respondents. The sampling technique uses probability sampling. This type of research is quantitative research. Data was obtained directly by distributing questionnaires to respondents and analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. Based on the results of data analysis, it is known that the Family Hope Program has a positive effect on community welfare. Meanwhile, the Healthy Indonesia Card has no effect on people's welfare. Abstract

financial performance indicates how successfully a firm has implemented sound financial management practices. In order to gather sufficient information about financial performance and set future planning goals, financial statement can be analyzed in order to evaluate financial performance. Through comparative research, the financial performance of KPPN Surakarta in 2022 and 2023 is to be ascertained in this study. Comparative analysis is the method of analysis that is employed. Secondary data is used in research, and a sort of descriptive research methodology is employed. The researcher obtained data in the form of cash flow statements and balance sheet reports at the KPPN Surakarta level for two periods from 2022 to 2023. According to the analysis, there has been a notable growth in KPPN Surakarta’s overall financial performance between 2022 and 2023, particularly in grant income. This indicates that flow of money within KPPN Surakarta’s purview is growing

Abstract

The aim of this research is to find out whether there is an influence of the social environment, income level and technological developments on people's consumptive behavior with lifestyle as a moderating variable. This research uses a descriptive quantitative approach, for data collection using questionnaires with a sample of 373 people. This research uses SMART PLS software in data processing. Abstract

Sebagai suatu tradisi yang tumbuh dalam masyarakat, tamu undangan dalam acara walimah membawa sesuatu yang berupa uang ataupun barang yang akan diberikan kepada penyelenggara walimah. Memberi sesuatu tersebut bermaksud menyumbang, hadiah ataupun bentuk balasan dari tamu undangan ke penyelenggara walimah. Terdapat fenomena menarik di Kabupaten Situbondo saat acara walimah berlangsung, yakni fenomena penyiaran sumbangan, hadiah atau balasan yang dibawa tamu undangan. Proses penyiaran tersebut di Desa Dawuan Kecamatan Suboh Kabupaten Situbondo dikenal dengan istilah Tonjhengan. Fokus penelitian ini membahas tentang tradisi Tonjhengan dalam walimah al-ursy di Desa Dawuan Kecamatan Suboh Kabupaten Situbondo dan analisis maslahah mursalah terhadap tradisi Tonjhengan dalam walimah al-ursy di Desa Dawuan Kecamatan Suboh Kabupaten Situbondo. Penelitian ini termasuk dalam penelitian hukum empiris atau biasa juga disebut penelitian hukum sosiologis dan penelitian lapangan, dengan menggunakan pendekatan kualitatif atau mengidentifikasi masalah langsung dari manusia dan lingkungannya. Sumber data yang digunakan data primer dan sekunder dengan metode pengumpulan data melalui wawancara serta dokumentasi. Berdasarkan hasil penelitian ini, (1) Tradisi thonjengan adalah sebuah kegiatan penyiaran atau pengumuman sumbangan, hadiah ataupun balasan yang diberi oleh tamu undangan dengan menggunakan pengeras suara dan disampaikan dengan logat atau nada-nada khas, dilakukan oleh petugas khusus yang disebut pandusiar, disiarkannya saat acara walimah al-ursy berlangsung. Tujuan tradisi ini antara lain: memperkuat ikatan sosial, meringankan beban ekonomi, meningkatkan transparansi dan penghargaan, melestarikan budaya lokal, serta menambah kemeriahan dan keberkahan acara. (2) Tradisi tonjhengan sudah termasuk dalam syarat pengambilan hukum melalui Maslahah mursalah. Pelaksanaan tradisi tonjhengan, boleh dilaksanakan dengan pertimbangan kemaslahatan dan manfaat yang ada dimasyarakat Desa Dawuan. Kata Kunci : Tradisi Tonjhengan, Walimah Al-ursy, Maslahah Mursalah

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that relies on any previous research as the main reference, namely research to produce new innovations, namely the addition of the Good Corporate Governance variable in this study. The data used in this article is a type of primary data obtained through direct interviews with employees in the financial sector of Bank Rakyat Indonesia throughout Indonesia which contains 10 question items from three types of themes using a multiple-choice method containing statements strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. Abstract

Law number 33 of 2014 concerning halal product guarantees will begin to be implemented on october 17 2024, which requires Halal certification for three product categories, on of which is food and beverages. To support this initiative, the Halal Product Guarantee Organizing Agency (BPJPH) from the ministry of Religion has launched a free Halal Certification Program (SEHATI) 2023, by Providing a quota of Million for micro and small enterprises (UMK).Fatmawati Sukarno state Islamic University Bengkulu has several students who have a home-madeprocessed product business, be it food or drinks in several faculties, namely the faculty of islamic Economics and Business, the Faculty of Tadris and Tarbiyah, The Faculty of Ushuluddin Adab and Da’wah and the Faculty of Sharia and of Course Various Types of Processed food and drinks that are spread both online and offline sales and use saveral types of muamalah transactions, one of which is using the isthisna contract which means an order contract which means that an item that has been ordered must be produced/processed first. In this case it is a very important thing to guarantee the food or drinks products ordered, because as muslims, of course the most important thing that must be considered in purchasing food and drinks is guaranteed cleanliness, basic ingredients. Keywords: Assistance, Halal, Product

Abstract

The purpose research is to determine how the quality of service and product quality affect purchasing decisions with consumer behavior as an intervening variable. The research method used is a quantitative method based on the approach of analyzing numerical data/numbers. Hypothesis testing in this study used SPSS. Data analysis techniques using classical assumption tests and path analysis. The sampling technique used in this study is simple random sampling with the Slovin formula. Sample of 60 respondents from a population of 150 people. The results of the Direct Influence study are The influence of service quality variables on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant . The study found that the indirect influence of service quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It is concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of service quality on purchasing decisions. While the direct influence of product quality on purchasing decisions through consumer behavior is not significant. The indirect influence of product quality on consumer behavior is significant, consumer behavior on purchasing decisions is also significant. It can be concluded that consumer behavior successfully mediates the influence of product quality on purchasing decisions

Abstract

The main objective of this research is to determine the level of urgency of transparency implemented by the Palembang City KPU in the process of updating voter data and compiling voter data in the 2024 elections. In this thesis the researcher uses qualitative methods, by obtaining data through interview, observation and documentation techniques. The results of this research show that using transparency theory according to Asmoro which includes 4 indicators, namely financial condition, institutional management, operational performance and institutional ownership. In this case, it was found that the Palembang City KPU did not routinely publish financial reports related to updating voter data, due to obstacles such as regional voter borders, the formation of polling station boundaries and a very large budget which could hamper the holding of the election. The transparency that has been carried out by the Palembang City KPU in the process of updating voter data and compiling the voter list can reduce the risk of incidents occurring in the process. By ensuring that all stages are carried out openly and can be published by the public, it will be difficult for irresponsible parties to manipulate data or processes. By carrying out the process openly, the public can monitor and ensure the integrity of all stages of the election. This can build public confidence that elections will take place fairly and democratically, as well as prevent discrimination against citizens who meet the requirements but have difficulty registering.

Abstract

Masalah ekonomi selalu menarik perhatian besar individu dan masyarakat, bahkan berbagai cara telah dilakukan pemerintah untuk memecahkan masalah. Kesejahteraan masyarakat masih minim, atau dengan kata lain tingkat kemiskinan terus bertambah. Kesejahteraan masyarakat masih minim, atau dengan kata lain tingkat kemiskinan terus bertambah. Kemiskinan merupakan salah satu faktor penghambat perkembangan sumber daya manusia yang menyebabkan seseorang tidak dapat memenuhi kebutuhan standarnya seperti sandang, pangan dan papan yang memadai. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan menggunakan metode kuantitatif. Desain penelitian ini merupakan penelitian deskriptif bermaksud untuk meneliti dan menentukan informasi sebanyak-banyaknya dari suatu fenomena tertentu dan berusaha memberi gambaran secermat mungkin. Variabel faktor ekonomi memiliki pengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap keputusan nasabah pembiayaan di BTPN Syariah Muaradua. Karena Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai nilai thitung 2,063 > ttabel 2,003 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,044<0,05. Variabel lokasi tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Pembiayaan di BTPN Syariah Muaradua, Karena Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai nilai thitung -0,249 < ttabel 2,003 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,804>0,05. Variabel pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh secara signifikan terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Pembiayaan di BTPN Syariah Muaradua. Karena Hasil pengujian hipotesis menghasilkan nilai nilai thitung -0,400 < ttabel 2,003 dengan nilai signifikansi 0,691>0,05. Artinya kualitas pelayanan tidak memiliki pengaruh bagi masyarakat Desa Mehanggin terhadap Keputusan Nasabah Pembiayaan di BTPN Syariah Muaradua.

Abstract

The objectives of this research are to find out whether the use of role play technique in enhancing the students’ speaking skill, and to know the response of the students toward the implementation of the technique which is part of the Merdeka Curriculum Policy. This research was conducted at SMA N 1 Wonosari, Klaten. The study is classroom action research which consists of four stages such as: planning, acting, observing, and reflecting. The subject is the students of class XII Social 1. This class consists of 43 students. In this research, the researchers implemented role play technique in teaching speaking. The data were collected from the result observations, interviews, questionnaires, and tests. These data were compared and analyzed to get a conclusion as the result of this research. To analyze quantitative data, the research applied comparative data analysis and t-tests. To analyze qualitative data, the researchers applied interactive analysis. This research was conducted in two cycles of actions. The result of this research showed that after conducting the actions, the students’ speaking skill improved and there were a positive response toward the implementation of role play technique. This improvement could be seen from the test result and the students’ attitude during the lesson. The students’ mean score in the pre-test was 50.90. It increased to 71.52. The response of the students is good. It could be seen from the result of questionnaire. Most of them said that role play technique is interesting and help them in learning speaking. It can be concluded that the use of role play in teaching speaking can improve the students’ speaking skill. The students felt enjoyed in joining the class.
