Abstract

The decline in the SRI-Kehati Index quality reflects complex challenges involving market dynamics, global economic conditions, and the industrial sector's response to sustainability and good corporate governance issues. In the implementation of sustainability performance, Green Intellectual Capital emerges as a key determinant of a company's sustainability and financial performance. Organizations that adopt green business concepts such as Green Human Resource Management (GHRM) are likely to achieve greater financial savings and generate profits. Many industries are shifting to adopt a green mindset. Increasingly, companies are considering Green Innovation as a critical approach to reduce negative impacts on the environment. Based on these factors, the objective of this research is to examine the influence of green intellectual capital, green human resource management, and green innovation on the sustainability performance of SRI-Kehati companies from 2021 to 2023. This study employs a quantitative approach and utilizes secondary data from sustainability performance reports of companies, which is then analyzed using multiple regression analysis. The results indicate a significant influence of green intellectual capital, green human resource management, and green innovation on the sustainability performance of SRI-Kehati companies.

Abstract

This study analyzes the responsibility of local governments towards victims of the Trans Metro Deli Bus accident using the maslahah mursalah approach. This principle, as part of Islamic law, provides flexibility in making public policies that are oriented towards the public interest and public welfare. Accident data in Medan shows a high number of incidents involving public transportation, demanding strategic steps from the government. This study explores the role of the Medan City Transportation Agency and the Governor of North Sumatra in providing safe infrastructure, strict regulations, and comprehensive victim handling. The results of the study indicate that the implementation of maslahah mursalah can guide social justice-based policies, such as emergency evacuation, medical services, and fair compensation. This policy must be inclusive, transparent, and meet the basic needs of the community (dharuriyah) without contradicting the qath'i nash. With this approach, public policy not only addresses the direct impacts of accidents but also encourages the development of a safer and more sustainable transportation system. Keywords: Maslahah Mursalah, Legal Responsibility, Local Government, Transportation Accidents, Trans Metro Deli

Abstract

This study aims to examine the effect of foreign ownership and debt covenants on transfer pricing decisions with tax burden as a moderating variable. Transfer pricing is a policy carried out by a company to transfer part of the wealth of a company to an affiliated company located abroad that has a lower tax rate. The population of this study is manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange in the 2019-2023 period. The sample selection was carried out through purposive sampling technique where a total sample of 24 companies was obtained, with a total observation data of 120 data. This study uses descriptive statistical tests, classical assumption tests, hypothesis tests and moderated regression analysis (MRA). The results showed that foreign ownership and debt covenant have a positive effect on transfer pricing decisions. The results also show that the tax burden is able to moderate the influence of foreign ownership on transfer pricing decisions, but not able to moderate the influence of debt covenants on transfer pricing decisions.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the impact of the use of Artificial Intelligence (AI) in Human Resources (HR) management on the effectiveness of technology implementation, employee productivity, and the involvement of organizational culture as a moderating variable in the Industry 5.0 era. This study uses a quantitative approach with a path analysis test method on three regression models. Model 1 analysis results show that the use of AI in HR has a significant effect on the effectiveness of technology implementation with a value of F = 35.320 and p < 0.05, and contributes 26.3% to the effectiveness of technology implementation (R² = 0.263). In Model 2, the effectiveness of technology implementation and the use of AI together have a significant effect on employee productivity with a value of F = 27.111, p < 0.05, and a contribution of 35.6% (R² = 0.356). Model 3 shows that organizational culture as a moderating variable is not significant in strengthening the relationship between technology implementation effectiveness and employee productivity (t = 0.180, p = 0.858). However, the R² value of 0.384 indicates that 38.4% of the variation in employee productivity can be explained by the independent and moderating variables in this model. This study concludes that the use of AI in HR significantly improves the effectiveness of technology implementation and employee productivity. However, the role of organizational culture as moderation needs to be further explored as it did not contribute significantly in this model

Abstract

This study seeks to identify the factors that influence patient repurchase intentions in dental clinics in Bandung, Indonesia, as well as how these factors interact to determine patients' decisions to return to the clinic. Based on a survey of 177 respondents, this research identifies five main factors influencing repurchase intention: quality of medical service, physical and emotional comfort, trust in the professionalism of doctors, prices, and social influences from family and friends. The analysis shows that both social influence and service quality significantly influence the repurchase intention, which social influence has the most significant influence on repurchase decisions. These findings provide important insights for dental clinics in designing marketing and service strategies that focus on improving the overall quality of the social influence and service quality, which can increase repurchase intentions. This research also promotes the development of the knowledge on health service marketing, in the context of the dental care industry in Indonesia. Abstract

Financial management is important to take into account all forms of expenses made by each individual. The increase in human needs, consumptive attitudes, and high lifestyles cause some individuals to not realize that they have spent their money without any calculation. Religious values ultimately have an influence on the attitude and behavior of individuals in making decisions on the choices they face, including in terms of individual financial management. The presence of financial technology facilitates the access and use of financial services by the community, especially students. The locus of control can affect an individual's financial behavior as it relates to how an individual takes responsibility for managing his or her finances. This study uses a quantitative research method with the calculation of a sample of the convenience method of 300 respondents. Validity and reliability tests on instruments are confirmed to be valid and reliable. The findings of this study reveal that lifestyle, religiosity and financial technology significantly affect financial behavior. Then the locus of control does not have a significant influence on financial behavior. Furthermore, it was proven that there was no difference in financial behavior between students of the University of Muhammadiyah Surakarta and students of Sebelas Maret University, meaning that there was no difference in financial behavior between students of private universities and public universities in Surakarta

Abstract

Telecommunication companies are faced with a major challenge to improve the efficiency and effectiveness of their services. PT. Indosat Ooredoo Hutchison, as one of the major players in the Indonesian telecommunications industry, recognizes the importance of digitizing and simplifying service processes to meet increasingly high customer expectations. This study aims to analyse the effect of digitizing customer service and simplifying service processes on customer satisfaction and loyalty. The research method uses quantitative research. The results of the study indicate that the application of digital technology in customer service can increase satisfaction by improving quality, accelerating and providing more consistent service. Satisfaction obtained from a good service experience is the main factor that encourages customers to remain loyal and interact longer with the company. Simplifying the service process more efficiently increases customer satisfaction and, as a result, increases customer loyalty. The service process simplified through technology facilitates faster and more efficient interactions, which contributes to increased customer loyalty. The conclusions drawn from the above explanation are, (1) Digitalization of customer service has a positive effect on customer satisfaction; (2) Simplifying the service process has a positive effect on customer satisfaction; (3) Customer satisfaction has a positive effect on customer loyalty; (4) Digitalization of customer service has a positive effect on customer loyalty; (5) Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of customer service digitalization on customer loyalty; (6) Customer satisfaction mediates the effect of service process simplification on customer loyalty; (7) The use of technology to simplify the service process strengthens customer loyalty.

Abstract

This research aims to examine the influence of psychological capital, individual creativity on work motivation and its impact on innovative work behavior. The population of this research is civil servants in North Semarang District, totaling 115 people. The sample for this research was 115 employees. Thus, the sampling technique used was a saturated sampling technique, the entire population was sampled. The data analysis used is multiple linear regression analysis. The research results show that psychological capital has a significant influence on innovative work behavior. Meanwhile, individual creativity does not have a significant effect on innovative work behavior. Other research results show that employee psychological capital and creativity have a positive influence on work motivation. Work motivation influences innovative work behavior. The research results also show that work motivation acts as a mediating variable in the influence of psychological capital and individual creativity on innovative work behavior. This research has theoretical and practical implications.

Abstract

The Influence of Financial Knowledge, Financial Inclusion and Education Level on Financial Behavior among MSMEs in Rantepao District, North Toraja Regency. This research aims to find out whether the variables Financial Knowledge, Financial Inclusion, and Education Level have an effect on Financial Behavior. The type of research used in this research is quantitative descriptive. This research used a sample of 71 MSMEs in Rantepao District. The results of this research show that partially Financial Knowledge has a significant effect on Financial Behavior in MSMEs in Rantepao District, this can be seen in the results of the t test where the sig value is 0.037 < 0.05, partial Financial Inclusion has no significant effect on Financial Behavior For MSMEs in Rantepao District, with a value of sig. 0.857 > 0.05, while the level of education partially has a positive effect on the financial behavior of MSMEs in Rantepao District, a value of sig. 0.016.< 0.05 and simultaneously Financial Knowledge, Financial Inclusion, and Level of Education have a significant positive effect on Financial Behavior in MSMEs in Rantepao District. This can be seen in the results of the F test where the significance value is 0.004 < 0.05.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of sales growth, capital structure, firm size, liquidity, and total asset turnover on financial performance. In this study, sales growth is proxied by sales growth, capital structure is proxied by debt to equity ratio, firm size is proxied by size, liquidity is proxied by current ratio, and total asset turnover is proxied by total asset turnover. This study was conducted on consumer sector manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling technique. The sample used in this study was 45 companies and was carried out for 3 years, resulting in 135 data. The data analysis technique used was multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that the variables of sales growth and capital structure did not affect financial performance, while firm size, liquidity, and total asset turnover did affect financial performance.
