Abstract

Kuliner merupakan elemen budaya dari suatu bangsa yang sangat mudah dikenali sebagai identitas suatu masyarakat. Kuliner merupakan salah satu unsur dari budaya dan menunjukkan adanya hubungan sosial. budaya merupakan proses aktif dalam pembentukan makna, dengan mengemukakan pemikiran bahwa budaya adalah kata kerja bukan kata benda. Adapun rumusan masala dalam penelitian ini adalah 1) Bagaimana mengetahui tingkat Perekonomian masyarakat di Talang Bandung? 2) Adakah Pengaruh pelaku usaha Kampung Kuliner Terhadap tingkat perekonomian masyarakat di Talang Bandung Kecamatan Baturaja Barat? Dengan tujuan dalam penelitian ini untuk mengetahui bagaimana tingkat pendapatan pelaku usaha di kampung kuliner Talang Bandung Kecamatan Baturaja Barat. Penelitian ini merupakan penelitian lapangan (Field Research) dengan menggunakan metode penelitian kuantitatif. Peneliti mendapatkan populasi sebanyak 50 pelaku usaha dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 50 Pelaku usaha. Berdasarkan FHitung sebesar 17,124. Hasil tersebut kemudian dibandingkan dengan FTabel didapatkan FHitung sebagai berikut (dfl= jumlah variabel-1)-2=1 dan (df2-n-k-1)-50-1-1-48 pada tingkat kepercayaan 88% atau α = 5% didapat FTabel 3.20 Jadi FHitung 17,124 > FTabel 3.20 maka Ho ditolak dan Ha, diterima, artinya secara simultan ada pengaruh signifikan pelaku usaha kampung Kuliner secara bersama-sama terhadap tingkat perekonomian masyarat di Talang Bandung Kecamatan Baturaja Barat. Berdasarkan hasil perhitungan dapat diketahui bahwa koefisien determinasi (R) yang diperoleh sebesar 0,094. Hal ini menunjukkan berarti pengaruh pelaku usaha kampung kuliner terhadap tingkat perekonomian masyarat di Talang Bandung Kecamatan Baturaja Barat sebesar 88% sedangkan sisanya 12% dipengaruhi oleh variabel lain yang tidak disebutkan dalam penelitian ini.

Abstract

This research aims to test the green purchasing intentions of consumers from West Java using variables such as green brand positioning and attitude towards green brands as an antecedent and green brand knowledge as a moderating variable. The exploration carried out in this research used the development theory of planned behavior (TPB). Green brand knowledge is included as a moderating variable to determine how much knowledge consumers have can increase their interest in green products. The population in this research came from the West Java region with special criteria who knew environmentally friendly products. Based on testing the direct relationship and moderating effect of the variables green brand positioning, attitude towards green brands, green brand knowledge and green purchase intention, it was found that the four proposed hypotheses were supported. This research provides an idea of the intention to purchase green products in West Java, where consumers are aware of protecting the environment. Awareness of protecting the environment gives consumers good knowledge of green brands, which can increase green purchasing intentions.

Abstract

Abstract This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely approaching the description of the main parts used in this article. In this case, the main parts in question are the Internet of Things and Smart Library. The data used in this article is secondary data that researchers obtain from sources indirectly obtained or it can be said that researchers obtain from credible quotations such as Books, Journals, and Websites. After the data is collected, the existing data is reduced, selected, and conclusions are drawn. The result in this article show that Internet of Things in creating a smart library that has four concepts and has been proposed by researchers above can be achieved easily. With a good Internet of Things, the internet network will be stronger and wider. The references owned are also increasing and in accordance with the needs and desires of students. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of ownership structure, leverage, liquidity, and profitability on firm value in manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2021-2023. After the COVID-19 pandemic, the manufacturing sector faces major challenges such as inflation, global competition, and fluctuations in raw material prices that affect business continuity. The company value reflected in the stock price is an important indicator for investors in assessing the company's performance and prospects. The ownership structure, both institutional and managerial, is expected to provide control and efficiency over the management of the company. Meanwhile, leverage reflects the financial risk taken by the company, liquidity shows the ability to meet short-term obligations, and profitability reflects the ability to generate profits. This research is important to make an empirical contribution to the study of financial management as well as a reference for managers and investors in making strategic decisions in the midst of economic dynamics. The difference in results from previous research is an important basis for conducting this study.

Abstract

The research entitled the role of entrepreneurship in increasing the interest of Islamic economics students in local food products based on independent innovation, aims to analyze the role of entrepreneurship in increasing the interest of Islamic Economics students in local food products based on independent innovation. The location of the research in terms of theoretical learning was carried out in the area of ​​the University of Muhammadiyah Mataram Campus and its surroundings, including the Taman Udayana area as the center of student entrepreneurial activities. The method used is a descriptive qualitative approach with data collection techniques through observation, in-depth interviews, and documentation of students who are active in Student Activities in terms of entrepreneurship with students who collaborate with mothers who already have local food product brands. The results of the study show that the application of entrepreneurial values ​​such as innovation, creativity, and courage to take risks, significantly contribute to growing student interest in business. Bazaar activities, business training, and involvement in business incubator programs on campus also encourage the emergence of local food-based business ideas such as processed corn, cassava, and palm water or sweet palm wine. In addition, understanding the principles of Islamic economics provides an ethical foundation in their business practices. This study concludes that entrepreneurship plays an important role in shaping students' independent mindset and encouraging the development of sustainable and competitive local food products. Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of the fan value perspective (functional value, emotional value, and social value) on BTS fan loyalty (ARMY), with sense of virtual community (SOVC) as a mediator. This research was suggested by the phenomenon of increasing use of virtual community platforms such as Weverse, which provides direct access for fans to access various contents, as well as interacting with idols and fellow fans. This research data is collected through an online questionnaire to ARMY who use and join BTS’s Weverse, with a total of 400 respondents calculated using the Slovin formula. The data analysis method uses Partial Least Squares (PLS-SEM) with SmartPLS software. The results of this study indicate that the fan value perspective dimension has a significant influence on SOVC, which mediates the influence on fan loyalty. This study provides theoretical contributions to the development of literature related to virtual communities and fan loyalty, as practical implications for the entertainment industry, especially in building fan engagement and loyalty through digital platforms. Abstract

Financial Performance is the main key for a company in running its business to attract investors. Oil and gas companies rank lowest in the investment attractiveness category. This study aims to test the effect of green accounting, good corporate governance proxied by the independent board of commissioners and audit committee and financial leverage proxied by the debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio and long-term debt to equity ratio on financial performance in oil and gas companies listed on the IDX 2020-2023. This study uses a quantitative method with secondary data processed using SPSS. With the purposive sampling method, 12 companies and 48 research sample data were produced that met the sample criteria. The test results show that green accounting, independent board of commissioners, audit committee, debt to equity ratio, debt to asset ratio and long-term debt to equity ratio have a joint effect on financial performance. Partially green accounting and long-term debt to equity have an effect on financial performance, but the independent board of commissioners, audit committee, debt to asset ratio and debt to equity ratio do not have an effect on financial performance.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of price, service quality and destination on the decision to use the services of Dhani Tour and Travel Sukoharjo. This study covers the field of marketing management. The population in this study were consumers of Dhani Tour and Travel Sukoharjo during 2023, totaling 136 consumers. The sample in this study was 100 consumers. The basis for taking this sample was by random sampling according to the number of samples determined, so that each employee has an equal opportunity to be selected as a sample (Sugiyono, 2010: 64). Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of banking digitalization on customer satisfaction of Bank Mandiri KCP Solo Urip Sumoharjo. This study covers the field of banking digitalization. The population of this study was 932 customers of Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office. The sample in this study was 100 people, meaning 100/932 = 0.107 if the percentage is 10.7%. This can be said that the sample has met the minimum sampling standards. The sampling technique uses random sampling or random sampling. Data collection used in this study is using documentation and questionnaires personally. The analysis was carried out using SPSS. So for the first hypothesis There is an influence of Automatic Teller Machine on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So for the second hypothesis there is an influence of i-Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So for the third hypothesis There is an influence of m-Banking on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office is proven true. So the fourth hypothesis states "There is a simultaneous influence of Automatic Teller Machine, I-Banking and M-Banking factors on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office" is proven true, because the results for the F count are 117.730> F table 2.311, then Ho is rejected, which means that together there is an influence between the independent variables in the form of Automatic Teller Machine (X1), I-Banking (X2), M-Banking (X3) on Customer Satisfaction at Bank Mandiri Solo Urip Sumoharjo Branch Office (Y). The fifth hypothesis states "Of the three factors, the most dominant factor influencing Customer Satisfaction is I-Banking" is not proven true, because in this study the most dominant is the Automatic Teller Machine (X1). This can be seen from the value of b1 = 0.629> b2 = 0.467> b3 = 0.272. Keywords : banking digitalization, customer satisfaction

Abstract

Development of the village tourism sector is one of the effective strategies in improving the economy of the community at the local level. Optimal utilization of Village Funds can encourage community economic empowerment through the development of tourism potential owned by the village. The purpose of this study is to analyze how village funds can be optimally utilized to support economic empowerment based on tourism development. This involves understanding local tourism potential and how it can improve the economic conditions of the community. This study uses a descriptive qualitative approach, examining village fund management practices that are oriented towards tourism development and community empowerment. This method allows for a comprehensive understanding of its effectiveness. The results of the discussion show that effective strategies include participatory planning, strengthening human resource capacity, developing local MSMEs, strengthening village institutions such as BUMDes, and transparency and accountability in fund management. Tourism development that is carried out in a targeted and sustainable manner can create new jobs, increase community income, and strengthen local cultural identity.
