Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative research with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses a number of previous studies as the main reference so that the hypothesis presented by the researcher in this study can be proven. The data used in this article is primary data that researchers obtained from employees of the PUPR Ministry spread throughout Indonesia. The data were collected through a questionnaire containing five statements, namely strongly agree, agree, normal/so-so, disagree, and strongly disagree. The collected data were analyzed using the smart PLS 4.0 analysis tool. The result in this article show that each hypothesis that the researcher put forward in this article can be proven comprehensively because the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.003. In the first hypothesis, the Leadership Style variable can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence on Company Performance because the P-Values ​​value of 0.003 is positive and below the significance level.. These results are due to a good Leadership Style that can make leaders and employees compact which can ultimately affect Company Performance. In addition, in the next hypothesis, the Good Corporate Governance variable can moderate the influence of the Leadership Style variable on Company Performance because of the same thing, namely the P-Values ​​value is positive and is below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.000, which is more significant than the direct test of 0.003. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengeksplorasi pengaruh media sosial terhadap gaya dan praktik kepemimpinan pada generasi milenial dan Gen Z melalui pendekatan studi kualitatif kepustakaan. Dalam era digital saat ini, media sosial telah menjadi bagian integral dalam kehidupan sehari-hari, terutama bagi dua generasi ini yang tumbuh bersama perkembangan teknologi. Studi ini menganalisis berbagai literatur ilmiah, artikel, dan publikasi yang relevan untuk memahami bagaimana media sosial membentuk persepsi, komunikasi, serta pengaruh kepemimpinan. Hasil temuan menunjukkan bahwa media sosial mempercepat pembentukan identitas kepemimpinan, memperluas jangkauan pengaruh, serta mengubah cara komunikasi antara pemimpin dan pengikut. Namun demikian, tantangan seperti citra diri palsu, tekanan sosial, dan kurangnya otentisitas juga menjadi isu penting. Studi ini memberikan kontribusi terhadap pemahaman peran media sosial dalam membentuk gaya kepemimpinan yang khas pada generasi muda. Abstract

Abstract This study is a qualitative study with a descriptive approach, namely an approach that will describe the main topic in this article, namely the use of village funds to increase agricultural productivity. The data used in this article is secondary data that researchers obtain from indirect sources but its truth is unquestionable because it has been strictly verified and has good credibility. The data researchers obtain from scientific journals. Books, websites, and other sources that are commonly used in every study. The data obtained is collected, combined, selected, reduced, and conclusions are drawn. The result in this article show that the use of village funds to increase agricultural output of rural communities while improving the welfare of rural communities is in line with the law on villages and its derivative laws and regulations. This is also believed to be able to improve the welfare of rural communities because by increasing agricultural output, it can increase rural community income, primary, tertiary, secondary, and primary food needs can be met, and ultimately the welfare of rural communities will increase. Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menganalisis implementasi Sistem Informasi Pengelolaan Surat melalui aplikasi Srikandi di lingkup pemerintah Kabupaten Karanganyar. Perkembangan teknologi informasi telah mendorong transformasi digital dalam administrasi pemerintahan, termasuk pengelolaan surat. Srikandi, sebagai sistem pengelolaan surat berbasis elektronik, diterapkan untuk meningkatkan efisiensi, transparansi, dan kecepatan layanan publik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa implementasi Srikandi versi 3 telah meningkatkan efektivitas pengelolaan surat, mengurangi penggunaan kertas, dan mempercepat distribusi surat. Namun, masih terdapat kendala seperti kurangnya optimalisasi sistem, kebutuhan pelatihan berkelanjutan, dan peningkatan infrastruktur teknologi. Pemerintah Kabupaten Karanganyar telah mengeluarkan berbagai kebijakan pendukung, termasuk digitalisasi administrasi, pelatihan pegawai, dan penyediaan infrastruktur. Untuk meningkatkan efektivitas Srikandi, diperlukan upaya lebih lanjut seperti peningkatan kapasitas pegawai, perbaikan infrastruktur, dan monitoring yang lebih ketat. Secara keseluruhan, implementasi Srikandi menunjukkan langkah positif menuju birokrasi yang lebih modern dan efisien, meskipun masih diperlukan upaya berkelanjutan untuk mengatasi tantangan yang ada

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of procurement system utilization, human resource (HR) competence, and organizational maturity level on the performance of employees in the Procurement of Goods/Services Division of Pasuruan Regency. The population consists of all 50 employees in the division, and the research uses a census method. The data analysis technique applied is multiple linear regression. The results show that: (1) Procurement system utilization has a positive impact on employee performance by enhancing efficiency, transparency, and accountability in task execution; (2) HR competence significantly contributes to performance improvement, as employees with adequate knowledge, skills, and work attitudes tend to be more productive; (3) The level of organizational maturity positively influences employee performance by creating a systematic and supportive work environment; and (4) Simultaneously, the three variables collectively have a significant positive impact on employee performance. These findings highlight the importance of system integration, competency development, and organizational maturity in enhancing work effectiveness in the public procurement sector.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the effect of capital structure, sales growth, and agency costs on financial distress in companies. An unbalanced capital structure can increase the risk of bankruptcy, while stable sales growth has the potential to reduce financial pressure. On the other hand, high agency costs can end the company's financial condition by increasing the conflict of interest between managers and shareholders. The objects of this study are consumer goods companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX) for the 2021-2023 period, selected using quantitative research methods with multiple linear regression analysis techniques. The sample of this study was 117 companies. The results of the study indicate that capital structure and sales growth have a significant effect on financial distress. The agency cost variable has no effect on financial distress. This study provides encouragement for management in managing financial policies to avoid the risk of bankruptcy.

Abstract

QRIS is an innovation in a non-cash payment system developed by Bank Indonesia to facilitate digital transactions quickly, safely, and efficiently. Its use is increasingly being chosen, especially among students, because it is in line with a practical and fully digital lifestyle. This study aims to analyze and determine the effect of perceived benefits, ease of use, perceived risk, and trust on the decision to use QRIS on students at UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta simultaneously and partially. This study adopted a descriptive quantitative method with a purposive sampling technique involving 400 active students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta who have experience or are familiar with the use of QRIS. Data analysis using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach which includes model testing through the Outer Model, Inner Model, and hypothesis testing based on t-statistic values ​​and probability. The results of the study showed that Perceived benefits, perceived ease of use, perceived risk and trust simultaneously and partially had a positive and significant effect on the decision to use QRIS on students of UIN Raden Mas Said Surakarta.

Abstract

Abstract This research is a quantitative study with an explanatory approach, namely an approach that uses previous research as the main material to analyze more deeply and prove the hypothesis used in this study. The data used in this study are primary data that researchers obtained from Cemerlang Jaya bvangunan employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data obtained is in the form of an online questionnaire with a total of 10 questions related to the hypothesis in this study. The result in this article show show that the two hypotheses proposed by the researcher can be accepted due to similar answers from Cemerlang Jaya building employees spread throughout Indonesia who agree that good corporate governance can affect company performance, can improve employee welfare, and make the company's financial condition stable. Based on the results of the first row of the third table above, it shows that the influence of Good Corporate Governance on Company Performance can have a positive relationship direction and a significant influence because the value is positive and below the significance level of 0.05, namely 0.03. In addition, in the next row, the Transfer Pricing variable can also influence the Good Corporate Governance variable on Company Performance.because of the same thing, namely the P-Values ​​are positive and below the significance level of 0.05. This is because Transfer Pricing can affect the company's financial stability which ultimately has an impact on Company Performance. Abstract

This study aims to systematically analyze the literature related to regional inequality in six provinces in Java. The study focused on the use of five inequality indicators: Gini Coefficient, Atkinson Index, Theil Index, Robin Hood Index, and Williamson Index. This study also explores the relationship between inequality and development factors such as Gross Regional Domestic Product (GDP), Per Capita Income (GDP), and Human Development Index (HDI). Using the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) approach which refers to the PRISMA protocol, as many as 25 articles from 2010–2024 were analyzed thematically. The findings show that increasing HDI significantly reduces inequality, while increasing PDRPC without fair distribution actually widens the gap. This article contributes to formulating regional development policy recommendations based on spatial justice and quality of life. Abstract

This study aims to examine the impact of OCB, QWL, and job satisfaction on the performance of employees at Puskesmas Kecamatan Pagak. Utilizing quantitative primary data, the entire employee population was included in this research. A saturated sample comprising 58 employees was selected. Data collection was conducted through questionnaires employing a Likert scale, and the analysis utilized multiple linear regression via SPSS 22. Findings indicate that these three variables significantly and simultaneously influence employee performance. Additionally, OCB, QWL, and job satisfaction each contribute significantly and partially to employee performance. This suggests that enhancing these three elements can lead to improved performance among employees at Puskesmas Kecamatan Pagak. Future research is encouraged to investigate additional variables outside the scope of this study that may also impact employee performance.
