Abstract

Pembangunan pada masyarakat madani memerlukan kajian dan praktek yang tidak terpisahkan pada sejarah peradaban islam masa lampau. Pembahasan dalam tofik ini memuat “Analisis Pembangunan Ekonomi Islam Pada Kota Madani” dengan menggunakan pendekatan sosiologis pendekatan metode historis (metode menggunakan analisisi atas peristiwa di masa lampau untuk merumuskan prinsip umum).penelitian ini berupaya menggunakan telaah pustaka guna mendapatkan kajian historis tentang masyarakat Madani. Penelitian ini mengemukakan tentang urgensi pembangunan Islam pada masyarakat yang mengedepankan nilai-nilai ke-Islaman pada tata kelola pembangunannya. Terdapat beberapa konsep pembangunan yang dikemukakan para tokoh pada aspek pembangunan perkotaan yang Islami, begitu juga dengan indek yang dijadikan pada pembangunan kota madani. Dalam penelitian ini ditemukan paradigma dan prinsip serta ukuran-ukuran nisbi dalam membangun kota madani. Pembangunan dalam perkotaan madani senantiasa menggunakan ukuran-ukuran nisbi yang telah dipraktekkan pada masa lampau. Kata kunci: Pembangunan, Islam, Kota Madani.

Abstract

The goal of this study is to analyze the influence of personal, social, and motivational factors on the purchase of accessories for speed motorcycles. It was conducted through a survey that was filled out by 100 Aspeed motorcycle buyers. The hypothesis was examined using the SPSS 25 for Windows software. The results revealed that social factors and motivational factors had a significant influence on the purchase decisions of individuals when it comes to buying accessories for speed motorcycles. On the other hand, personal factors and motivation had a positive and significant influence on the decisions of the buyers. According to the R Square value of 0.677, social, motivational, and personal factors account for 67.7% of the purchase choice variables. On the other hand, other variables explain 31.3%. Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of Service Quality and Consumer Value on Consumer Loyalty with Consumer Satisfaction as an Intervening Variable. This study covers the field of marketing management. The population studied was 137 consumers of Salon Morrin in Klaten. The sample selected using random sampling according to the number of samples set. The number of samples taken in this study was 100 respondents. Data were collected using a personal questionnaire. According to Arianto (2018:83) service quality can be interpreted as focusing on meeting needs and requirements, as well as on timeliness to meet customer expectations. Yazid (2001: 2), the customer value received is the overall consumer assessment of the usefulness of a product based on the perception of what is received and what is given. Danang Sunyoto (2015:140). Consumer satisfaction is one of the reasons why consumers decide to shop at a place. Consumer loyalty is a condition where consumers make consistent repeat purchases and have a positive attitude towards a brand, are committed to the brand and intend to continue their purchases in the future. The data analysis method that will be used in this study is by using a structural equation model (Structural Equation Modeling). SEM offers the ability for path analysis (Path Analytic) (Ghozali, 2015: 39). The path analysis that will be used in this study is Partial Least Squares (PLS), using Smart-PLS 3.0 software. Abstract

Fenomena global warming menjadi semakin parah karena peningkatan emisi karbon yang terus bertambah dari tahun ke tahun. Pemerintah Indonesia berupaya untuk mengurangi emisi karbon di Indonesia dengan menerapkan skema pajak karbon sebagai perwujudan pencapaian target NZE 2060. Rencana ini telah dijalankan pada 2021 dengan dituliskannya undang-undang terkait pajak karbon dalam UU HPP tahun 2021, dilanjutkan dengan uji coba penerapan pada PLTU Batu Bara pada 2022. Pemerintah kemudian menetapkan untuk mengundur penerapan pajak karbon di Indonesia ke tahun 2025. Penelitian ini mencari faktor-faktor yang menjadi alasan terjadinya penundaan penerapan pajak karbon di Indonesia. Penelitian ini dilakukan dengan metode kualitatif systematic literature review (SLR) secara manual. Hasil analisis penelitian menunjukkan faktor-faktor penunda penerapan pajak karbon berasal dari tantangan-tantangan yang terjadi di Indonesia, antara lain ketidakjelasan dasar hukum pajak karbon, adanya kekhawatiran pada masyarakat akan terjadinya distorsi ekonomi, serta adanya resistensi dari masyarakat pada pengenaan pajak karbon. Pemerintah Indonesia perlu mempersiapkan rencana yang matang untuk menjalankan pajak karbon di Indonesia, menyusun kebijakan-kebijakan pendukung pajak karbon, serta memperbaiki sistem administrasi perpajakan agar dapat mendukung pengenaan serta pelaporan pajak karbon.

Abstract

This research focuses on identifying and analysing the role played by work motivation, employee competence, and work discipline to predict or influence employee performance at Abon Beski Jaya 99 Boyolali. This study's population is 55 Abon Besuki Jaya 99 Boyolali employees. To obtain precise and representative data in this study, the saturated sampling method with the participation of 55 employees was used as research samples. Data were collected via questionnaires, and multiple regression analysis was used to analyze the data. When analysed individually, this research found that work motivation, skills, and discipline exhibit a positive and statistically significant correlation with employee performance. A simultaneous analysis of these variables also confirms their significant impact on employee performance. Keywords: Competence, Employee Performance, Work Motivation, Work Ethic

Abstract

Studi ini berupaya untuk meneliti secara menyeluruh dari dampak pelatihan kerja, motivasi kerja, juga pengembangan SDM bagi kinerja karyawan. Menerapkan observasi asosiatif dengan sampel sebanyak 36 partisipan yang bekerja di PT Vindo Tama Boyolali. Data dikumpulkan melalui serangkaian pertanyaan kuesioner, serta mempergunakan metode Analisis Regresi Linier Berganda dengan SPSS 26 untuk mengevaluasi tiga hipotesis dengan hasil yang diperoleh sebagai berikut: satu, secara parsial, peningkatan pelatihan kerja memberikan kontribusi absolut relevan dengan kinerja karyawan. Maka, bila pelatihan kerja yang diinvestasikan oleh organisasi ditingkatkan akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Dua, secara parsial, peningkatan motivasi kerja memberikan kontribusi yang absolut dan relevan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka, bila motivasi kerja yang diinvestasikan organisasi meningkat, akan berbanding lurus dengan peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Tiga, secara parsial, peningkatan upaya pengembangan SDM memberikan kontribusi yang absolut dan relevan terhadap kinerja karyawan. Maka, bila semakin besar investasi organisasi dalam pengembangan SDM, maka akan berbanding lurus pada peningkatan kinerja karyawan. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of workload and role clarity on employee performance and work commitment at the Financial and Regional Revenue Management Agency of Pasuruan Regency. Using a sample of 100 employees, the data were analyzed using the Partial Least Square (PLS) approach and SmartPLS 3.0 software. The results show that: (1) Workload positively affects employee performance, (2) Workload positively affects work commitment, (3) Role clarity positively affects employee performance, (4) Role clarity positively affects work commitment, (5) Work commitment positively affects employee performance, (6) Workload affects employee performance through work commitment, and (7) Role clarity affects employee performance through work commitment. These findings confirm that effective management of workload and clear role definitions can enhance employee performance through increased work commitment.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance, as well as to analyze the influence of emotional intelligence and work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction. The population of this study consists of all Civil Servants in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency, totaling 75 employees. The sample was selected using a census method, resulting in a sample size of 75 employees. The data analysis technique used in this study is Partial Least Square (PLS). The results of the study show that: 1) There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 2) There is a positive influence of work stress on employee performance in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 3) There is a positive influence of emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency; 4) There is a positive influence of work stress on employee performance through job satisfaction in the Procurement of Goods/Services Section of the Regional Secretariat of Pasuruan Regency.

Abstract

This study aims to analyze the relationship between healthy behavior similarity and health risk perception on para-social interaction (PSI) and the intention to purchase sustainable healthy food. Drawing upon the Health Belief Model (HBM), this research develops and validates a conceptual model linking healthy behavior similarity to PSI and purchase intention. A validated sample of 198 respondents was analyzed using Partial Least Squares Structural Equation Modeling (PLS-SEM). The results indicate that (1) healthy behavior similarity is positively associated with PSI and consumers’ purchase intention; (2) perceived susceptibility and severity are also positively related to PSI and purchase intention. Lastly, PSI positively influences consumers’ intention to purchase. These findings highlight the effectiveness of digital celebrity endorsements in enhancing follower engagement and encouraging the purchase of health-related products.

Abstract

ABSTRACT The results of research that examine the effect of the current ratio, Return On Asset (ROA), Return On Equity (ROE) Earning per Share (EPS) on stock returns. The population in this study uses property and real estate companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (IDX), which continuously publish financial reports and annual reports for the period 2020-2023. The sample in this study used a purposive sampling method, the sample obtained was 20 companies that were consistently listed on the IDX in 2020-2023, so that 60 observational data were obtained. The data collection method is done by means of documentation. Data collected were analyzed with multiple regression techniques and hypothesis testing. The results of this study simultaneously showed the results of this study showed that size, CR had a positive and not significant effect, ROA had a positive and significant effect, ROE has a negative and significant effect, EP has a positive and insignificant effect on stock returns.
