Abstract

This study aims to answer the question, "How does Gen Z feel about e-wallets in general?" by looking at how variables such as transaction security, usability, and perceived usefulness affect e-wallets. One hundred people who were at least 17 years old and regularly used electronic wallets participated in the study, which used a quantitative approach with associative techniques. Survey Data were analyzed using multiple linear regression. We perform testing of classical assumptions, including multicollinearity, heterogeneity, and normality, to ensure model validity. Factors including transaction security, ease of Use, and perceived usability have had a beneficial and substantial impact on e-wallet usage among Generation Z members. Abstract

This study analyzes the effect of free cash flow, employee diff, litigation risk and managerial ownership on earnings management in food and beverage sector companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the period 2019-2023. The sampling technique used in this study was purposive sampling, with a sample size of 22 companies that met the criteria as observation units. The analysis method used was multiple linear regression analysis, and all data had met the classical assumption test. The results showed that the free cash flow variable had an effect on earnings management. Meanwhile, employee diff, litigation risk and managerial ownership did not have an effect on earnings management. Abstract

The purpose of this study was to investigate the effects of work motivation, job satisfaction, and the non-physical work environment on employee performance at PT Sumber Alfaria Trijaya Tbk, which is situated in the Medan Tuntungan Area. Associative, quantitative research methodology was applied. Using a census sampling technique, all 46 employees participated in the survey as respondents. Questionnaires were used to collect data, and SPSS version 24 was used for processing. Multiple linear regression was used to analyze the data for the study, which was conducted between October 2024 and March 2025. The findings showed that work motivation, job happiness, and the non-physical work environment all significantly and favorably impacted employee performance on both an individual and group level. Hypotheses H1, H2, H3, and H4 were so validated. With the highest t-value of 4.896, work motivation was shown to be the most significant of the three independent variables. The three variables taken together explained 93.8% of the variance in employee performance, indicating a high relationship between performance and the independent variables under investigation.

Abstract

The current educational environment is characterized by a high level of competitive pressure, which is the result of meritocratic policies and the multifaceted resources available. Universities are encouraged to use measurable, often instantaneous, accomplishments to demonstrate their self-accreditation. Consequently, the university administration strives to establish a mundane institutional reputation by focusing on quantitative but superficial metrics, including project grants, apparatus upgrades, and paper publication. In order to candidly envision the future of institutions and engage in a more in-depth discussion of the fundamental objectives of university education, there is a limited amount of reflection on the values of current university development. Consequently, this investigation employs literature analysis approaches to synthesize the subsequent issues: (1) the obstacles to empiricism and performanceism in university environments, (2) the reflection of administration values in contemporary universities, and (3) the proposed strategies for enhancing the fundamental values of university administration.

Abstract

This research aims to analyze the influence of perceived benefits, trust, ease of use, and comfort on the intention to use mobile banking services among customers of Bank Jateng, Sukoharjo Branch. This study employed a quantitative method using a survey approach. The data were collected through a questionnaire distributed to 100 respondents selected using purposive sampling technique. The variables measured in this study include perceived benefits, trust, ease of use, comfort, and intention to use. The data were analyzed using multiple linear regression analysis. The results showed that perceived benefits, trust, ease of use, and comfort had a significant positive effect on the intention to use mobile banking. These findings suggest that improving user perception in these areas may increase the adoption and use of mobile banking services.

Abstract

The manufacturing industry plays a crucial role in Indonesia’s economic development by creating value-added products and employment opportunities. However, limited adoption of advanced technology and insufficient digital skills among workers hinder the sector’s competitiveness. Additionally, environmental issues, such as industrial pollution, have intensified stakeholder demands for sustainable business practices. This study aims to analyze the influence of environmental costs, environmental performance, and sustainability reporting on the financial performance (ROA) of manufacturing companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange during 2020–2023. A quantitative approach was employed using multiple regression analysis to examine the relationship between these variables. The findings reveal that environmental costs have no significant impact on financial performance. In contrast, environmental performance, as measured by the PROPER rating from the Ministry of Environment and Forestry, shows a positive and significant influence on financial performance. Meanwhile, the economic, environmental, and social dimensions of sustainability reports do not significantly affect financial performance. These results highlight the importance of improving actual environmental performance rather than relying solely on sustainability disclosures to enhance financial outcomes.

Abstract

Penelitian ini menganalisis pengaruh pengaruh kinerja lingkungan, media coverage, sensitivitas industri, kepemilikan manajerial, dan komite audit terhadap pengungkapan lingkungan pada perusahaan sektor food ang beverage yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2019-2023. Teknik pengambilan sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah purposive sampling, dengan jumlah sampel sebanyak 95 perusahaan yang memenuhi kriteria sebagai unit observasi. Metode analisis yang digunakan adalah analisis regresi linear berganda, dan seluruh data telah memenuhi uji asumsi klasik. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel kinerja lingkunga, media coverage, sensitivitas industri berpengaruh terhadap pengungkaoan lingkungan. Sementara itu kepemilikan manajerial, komite audit tidak berpengaruh terhadap pengungkpaan lingkungan. Kata Kunci: Kinerja lingkungan, media coverage, sensitivitas industri, kepemilikan manajerual, komite audit, pengungkapan lingkungan.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk menguji pengaruh disiplin kerja terhadap kinerja karyawan di divisi bidang Perbendaharaan Badan Pengelola Keuangan dan Aset Daerah (BPKAD) Kabupaten Pesawaran. Sampel pada penelitian adalah karyawan BPKAD kabupaten Pringsewu yang telah memenuhi kriteria purposive sampling.. Analisis data yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah menggunakan software SmartPLS 3.0. Hasil penelitian ini menunjukkan bahwa disiplin kerja berpengaruh positif dan signifikan terhadap kinerja karyawan di Bidang Perbendaharaan BPKAD Kabupaten Pesawaran. Pembuat kebijakan yaitu bagian bendaharaan BPKAD Kabupaten Pesawaran menjadikan hasil penelitian ini sebagai tolak ukur dalam memaksimalkan kinerja karyawan. disiplin kerja hendaknya di evaluasi dan terus ditingkatkan agar memperoleh hasil yang optimal. Abstract

Employee performance is a requirement for every company, including employees at PT RIM Syam Gold Bangkinang. The important thing to note is the factors that influence employee performance. This study aims to determine and analyze the effect of rewards and punishment on employee work motivation, as well as the direct impact of rewards, motivation, and punishment on employee performance, and also the effect through employee work motivation as a mediator. Data was obtained using questionnaires with a total of 43 respondents. The data analysis uses the Structural Equation Model (SEM) and SmartPLS. The results reveal the rewards and punishments proven to have a positive and significant effect on employee work motivation. The main findings show that reward and punishment have an indirect significant effect on employee performance through employee work motivation. that employee work motivation can mediate the influence of punishment on employee performance. This study gives evidence that the implementation of appropriate punishment can increase employee work motivation, and employees who are well motivated will be able to work optimally, therefore that the results of the employee's work or performance can be maximized. Abstract

The rapid growth of the halal fashion industry raises concerns about the environment, particularly regarding textile waste, which contradicts the principles of sustainability in Islam. This study aims to analyze the role of the circular economy in waste reduction within the halal fashion industry from the perspective of Maqashid Syariah. Employing the Systematic Literature Review (SLR) method, this research examines previous studies focused on the application of the circular economy in the halal fashion sector. The findings indicate that circular economy principles, such as reuse, recycling, and extending product life, significantly contribute to waste reduction and align with Maqashid Syariah, particularly in preserving wealth (hifz al-mal) and the environment (hifz al-biah). The study concludes that integrating the circular economy with the principles of Islamic economics promotes a more sustainable and competitive halal fashion industry. A key implication of this research is the necessity for collaboration among policymakers, industry stakeholders, and consumers to establish regulations and practices that foster a sustainable halal fashion business ecosystem.
