Abstract

Abstract Good company values are the aspiration of a company to have a good image and be able to help the country, employees and local residents. Because the company values are good, everyone will experience prosperity. There are a number of factors that can influence a company, including a measurable debt policy and adequate profits so that they can help the company in difficulties and fund the company's large projects. Therefore, this research aims to analyze the influence of Company Debt and Profitability on Company Value. Different from previous studies, this research adds the Product Quality variable as a moderating variable. This research is a quantitative research with an explantory approach. The data used in this research is secondary data which was distributed through a questionnaire method to the Head of Finance and Employees in the Kuangan field at PT. Sawit Lestari Group Benkgukulu, Pt. Sumber Andalas Kencana, PT. Sawit Sumbermas, and PT. Astra Agra Palm Oil which is spread throughout Indonesia. The data used was analyzed with Smart PLS 3.0. The results show that the Corporate Debt and Profitability variables have a positive relationship and have a significant influence on the Company Value variable because each variable has a t-table value below the significance level of 0.05. Apart from that, the Product Quality variable can significantly moderate the influence of the Corporate Debt and Profitability variables on Company Value. Abstract

The aim of this research is to implement a learning model during lectures that integrates Project Based Learning (PjBL) and Contextual Teaching and Learning (CTL) in the Computer Accounting course. This learning strategy makes it possible to produce qualifications for graduates' abilities starting from their attitudes, knowledge and skills in accordance with national higher education standards. It is proven that through the combination of PjBL and CTL, students can relate the material to real world situations, thus motivating students to make connections between knowledge and application in real life using projects as a medium. Student involvement in this project is their "research" area, starting from finding possible problems, analyzing the problem and drawing conclusions or finding solutions. The results of the research show that there are changes in students' learning behavior and social communication skills which can be seen in the assessment rubric through completing the assignments given. This combination of learning models is considered to be in accordance with the character of adult education (adult learning) which can motivate oneself by using the experience and knowledge gained so that the results can be oriented towards achievement and the relevance of the material through an independent learning process adapted to different types of learning styles.

Abstract

In order to increase job satisfaction and employee performance, something called work-life balance is needed. Work-Life Balance is an individual's ability to balance work and personal life. This research aims to determine the effect of work-life balance on employee performance with job satisfaction as a mediating variable. The population and sample in this study were private employees spread across Indonesia who were obtained using a probability sampling technique: simple random which was successfully obtained as many as 150 respondents, the analysis technique used Smart PLS. The research results show that work-life balance influences employee performance and job satisfaction, job satisfaction influences employee performance, and job satisfaction is able to mediate work-life balance on employee performance. Abstract

Dompet elektronik (E-wallet) merupakan hasil inovasi yang dibawa oleh pertumbuhan fintech. Meningkatnya transfer uang elektronik merupakan tanda bahwa masyarakat mulai menggunakan dompet digital untuk memenuhi kebutuhan transaksi sehari-hari mereka. Penelitian ini menggunakan pendekatan kuantitatif yang memiliki tujuan untuk mengetahui faktor-faktor yg mempengaruhi niat mahasiswa ekonomi dalam penggunaan dompet digital. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah mahasiswa ekonomi pengguna dompet digital yang tersebar indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 250 responden, dan tehnik analisis menggunakan SPSS. hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa variabel persepsi kegunaan dan persepsi kemudahan berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital. Sedangkan persepsi resiko tidak berpengaruh terhadap minat penggunaan dompet digital dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: TAM, Persepsi Resiko, Minat Dompet Digital

Abstract

Abstract The persistence of a employee in a company is an indication that the company can be said to be a successful company because employees are the lifeblood of the company and without employees the company cannot do anything. There are a number of factors that can determine whether an employee will stay or not, one of which is the work environment. This research aims to examine the influence of the work environment on Employee Turnover Intention. Different from other studies, this research adds the Compensation variable as an Independent variable which researchers believe can influence the Employee Turnover Intention variable. This research is a quantitative research with an exploratory approach which was distributed using the questionnaire method to 300 Basmlalah supermarket employees spread throughout Indonesia. The data collected was analyzed using smart PLS 3.0. The research results show that the Work Environment variable has a negative relationship and an insignificant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable because the t-table value is negative and above the significance level. On the other hand, according to the researcher's assumption that the Compensation variable has a positive relationship and has a significant influence on the Employee Turnover Intention variable because the t-table value is positive and below the significance level. Thus, the first hypothesis is rejected and the second hypothesis is accepted. Keywords : Work Environment, Compensation, Employee Turnover Intention

Abstract

Abstract This research was conducted with the aim of finding out the influence of perceived benefits, perceived convenience, risk and trust on the decision to use QRIS electronic money. This research applies a quantitative approach method. The sampling technique uses purposive sampling. Data was obtained using a questionnaire with 96 respondents using the Slovin formula. The measurement scale used is the Likert scale. The data was processed using SPSS version 23. The results of this research showed that perceptions of benefits, risks and trust had a positive and significant influence on the decision to use QRIS electronic money. Meanwhile, the perception of convenience has a negative influence on the decision to use QRIS electronic money. Keywords: Decision to use, perceived benefits, perceived convenience, risk, trust.

Abstract

Sebuah perusahaan disamping mempunyai pemasaran yang bagus, juga harus bisa memahami perilaku konsumen dari suatu pasar karena hal ini merupakan salah satu hal penting untuk dilakukan oleh produsen ataupun oleh suatu perusahaan yang menjalankan usaha- usaha pemasaran, karena dalam konsep pemasaran salah satu cara untuk mencapai tujuan perusahaan adalah dengan mengetahui apa kebutuhan dan keinginan konsumen secara lebih efisien dari para pesaing perusahaan. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh kualitas produk dan promosi terhadap minat beli berulang. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah masyarakat yang pernah berbelanja di Minimarket Alfamidi dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 180 responden dalam penelitian ini. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa kualitas produk dan promosi berpengaruh terhadap minat beli berulang. Kata Kunci: Minat Beli Berulang, Kualitas Produk, Promosi

Abstract

Kredit memegang peranan penting dalam sektor perbankan karena selain untuk meningkatkan kesejahteraan masyarakat, bank juga memperoleh laba yang merupakan sumber pendapatan utama. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh dana pihak ketiga, tingkat suku bunga, dan non perporming loun terhadap kredit yang diberikan. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada koperasi kredit bunga ende-Flores-NTT pada tahun 2018-2022. Teknik analisis yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini adalah analisis regresi berganda dengan menggunakan software SPSS. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa dana pihak ketiga dan non performing loun berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit. Sedangkan suku bunga tidak berpengaruh terhadap penyaluran kredit dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Dana Pihak Ketiga, Tingkat Suku Bunga, Non Perporming Loan, Penyaluran Kredit

Abstract

Pajak merupakan salah satu aspek yang sangat penting dalam suatu perekonomian Negara, karena sebagian besar dari sumber pemasukan Anggaran Pendapatan dan Belanja Negara (APBN) adalah kontribusi dari hasil penerimaan pajak. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh rasio profitabilitas dan capital intensity terhadap tax avoidance. Penelitian ini dilakukan pada perusahaan manufaktur yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia tahun 2019-2021. Hasil penelitian telah menemukan bahwa bahwa rasio profitabilitas berpengaruh tidak berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance. Sedangkan capital intensity berpengaruh terhadap tax avoidance dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Rasio Profitabilitas, Capital Intensity, Tax Avoidance

Abstract

Kepuasan dan kesetiaan sebagai konsep penting dan strategis dalam literatur pemasaran sangat penting bagi perusahaan dan pemasar. Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui hubungan keterikatan merek emosional, kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Populasi dan sampel dalam penelitian ini adalah konsumen pelanggan yang tersebar di Indonesia yang diperoleh dengan menggunakan teknik probability sampling: simple random yang berhasil diperoleh sebanyak 240 responden dalam penelitian ini. Dan tehnik analisis menggunakan Smart PLS. Hasil penelitian ini telah menemukan bahwa variabel keterikatan merek emosional berpengaruh terhadap kepuasan dan loyalitas pelanggan. Dan kepuasan berpengaruh terhadap loyalitas pelanggan dalam penelitian ini. Kata Kunci: Keterikatan Merek Emosional, Kepuasan, Loyalitas Pelanggan
