Abstract

This study aims to describe the influence of competence, motivation and discipline partially or simultaneously on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. This research method uses quantitative descriptive research. The population is all employees of the Ministry of Law and Human Rights in the Lahat work area totaling 100 employees. The number of samples was determined by Arikunto's formula and the result was 100 respondents. The sampling technique uses the census sampling method. Data collection using questionnaires. Data analysis techniques used by statistical analysis are multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and coefficients of determination. The results showed that competence had a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Motivation has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in the Lahat work area. Discipline has a positive and significant effect on the performance of Ministry of Law and Human Rights employees in Lahat's work area. Competence, motivation and discipline have a simultaneous and significant effect on the performance of Kemenkumham employees in the Lahat work area. The implications of competency improvement efforts are that employees are able to establish good communication and cooperation with other employees in the Ministry of Law and Human Rights Institution in Lahat's work area; Employees have conceptual competence and are able to apply it in work and are able to solve problems arising from work. Abstract

Profitability is one of the ratios that is very important for banks, because the profitability ratio is used as an indicator to measure the bank's efficiency in generating profits or profits by utilizing the assets owned by the bank. This research aims to determine empirically whether there is an influence between BOPO, NPF, Profit Sharing, NOM, Inflation and BI Rate on profitability as measured by Return On Assets (ROA) in Islamic Commercial Banks in Indonesia which are registered with the Financial Services Authority (OJK). The population in this study was 12 Islamic banks and the sample data obtained was 144 quarterly financial report data from Sharia Commercial Banks from 2020-2022 which was obtained from the official website of the Financial Services Authority. The analytical tool used is multiple linear regression analysis with data processing using SPSS version 26. The results of this research show that BOPO and NPF have a negative influence on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Meanwhile, NOM has a positive effect on the profitability of Sharia Banks. Apart from that, Profit Sharing, inflation and the BI Rate have no effect on the profitability of Sharia Banks.

Abstract

The creative economy is predicted to be the future industry as the fourth wave industry, which focuses on creative concepts and ideas. The existence of the creative economy is proof that business opportunities are increasing, because the more modern technology is currently adding activities that are useful for the millennial community. With the development of the creative economy, it will have an impact on the welfare of a society. This study will discuss how the role of the creative economy on people's welfare and creative economy strategies in improving the welfare of the people of urban districts in the province of Lampung. This research will use the type of field research (field research) that is looking for data directly in the field or research location and is descriptive qualitative, with the aim of describing events in the field such as certain behaviors and activities in detail. The sample in this study is the community of creative economy actors in MSMEs in the City and Regency of Lampung Province. This study uses five samples of the creative economy in districts in Lampung province, namely the Processed Producer Group of Soybean Tofu and Tempe in Sawah Brebes, Bandar Lampung City, Group of Tapis Embroidery Craftsmen in Tanggamus, Processed Kencur in Fajar Bulan Village in Central Lampung, Bamboo Weaving Craftsmen. Tegal Sari Village, Gading Rejo, and Organic Vegetable Farmer Group in Metro City. Based on the results of the study, it was found that the existence of creative economic activities has played a role in realizing prosperity for them. And based on the results of the analysis of the creative economy strategy in five samples, it is stated that the strategy that the creative economy strategy of the regency city in Lampung province that can be applied is in the SO strategy, because this creative economy strategy can support the realization of increasing public welfare in the future.

Abstract

Fierce competition and globalization require organizations to innovate in improving performance, which becomes a priority goal for companies. High Performance Work Systems (HPWS) adopted by companies can enhance employees' skills, motivation, and engagement. Empowerment is considered a positive aspect that must be fulfilled in work and has several characteristics marked by vigor, dedication, and absorption. The urgency of this research is to bridge the gap by investigating the interaction between HPWS, employee empowerment, well-being, and employee performance in academic literature with HPWS designed and implemented in practice. This study aims to investigate and explain theoretically and empirically the impact of HPWS on employee performance through employee empowerment as a mediator. This research will contribute to the field of organizational and management studies and attempt to explain the relationship between HPWS and employee performance. This study uses a quantitative method which is explanatory research that refers to the hypothesis to be tested against the occurring phenomena. This research is analyzed using the Structural Equation Model (SEM) technique with Partial Least Square (PLS) as a tool to process the technique. HPWS (High Performance Work Systems) has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. This shows that the effective implementation of HPWS can directly improve employee performance. HPWS has a positive and significant effect on employee empowerment. The HPWS system implemented by the company has successfully created a supportive work environment and empowered employees. Employee empowerment has a positive and significant effect on employee performance. A high level of empowerment in employees is proven to significantly improve their performance. Employee empowerment mediates the relationship between HPWS and employee performance.

Abstract

Personal or individual values are fundamental beliefs that explain a person's mode of behavior or hope for a better end state so that the action becomes a personal and social preference over other modes of behavior or actions that are opposite. Values are criteria in the daily lives of individuals in social life in formulating preferences and selecting available alternative options. Individual values have an important function in making decisions. The research aims to evaluate individual values regarding the ability to explain differences in perceptions of moral intensity when moral behavior is faced with the same problem. This research using primary data used a total of 100 accounting students at the Muhammadiyah University of Magelang as respondents. The sampling method was purposive sampling of accounting students who were actively studying and had completed auditing I courses or students in semesters VII-IX. Of the 100 respondents, only 98 questionnaires were processed and the remainder were not returned. Hypothesis testing regarding the influence of individual values or norms on perceptions of moral intensity is used, namely multiple regression analysis. Multiple regression testing provides empirical evidence that there is a significant influence related to personal values (individual values, social values of society, and moral values) partially in a perception of moral intensity.

Abstract

This research aims to determine the effect of workload, work discipline, and compensation on employee performance. Data collection in this research used a survey with a questionnaire. The sample in this study was 100 respondents and the sampling technique used probability sampling with random sampling techniques. The analytical tool used in this research uses multiple linear regression with SPSS 26 software. The findings in this research show that: First, workload has a significant positive effect on the performance of employees at Wonosari Hospital. Second, work discipline has a significant positive effect on the performance of Wonosari Regional Hospital employees. Third, compensation has a significant positive effect on the performance of Wonosari Hospital employees. Keywords: Workload, Work Discipline, Compensation, and Employee Performance.

Abstract

The purposes of this research are to discover the influence of service quality to customers satisfaction at PT Merapi Utama Pharma Sidoarjo, to discover the influence of customers satisfaction to customers loyalty at PT Merapi Utama Pharma Sidoarjo, and to discover if customers satisfaction can be the mediation factor for the relationship between service quality and customers loyalty. The approach used in this research is quantitative study with questionnaire method, conducted on 212 customers of PT Merapi Utama Pharma Sidoarjo in the pharmacy and hospital sector with Purposive Random Sampling method. Data was collected and analysed using Smart PLS. The results of this research are that there’s a positive influence of service quality to customers satisfaction, there’s a positive influence of customers satisfaction to customers loyalty as well as customers satisfaction can be the mediation factor for the relationship between service quality and customers loyalty

Abstract

This type of research is quantitative research. This research aims to determine the influence of the physical work environment and emotional intelligence on employee performance through job satisfaction as an intervening variable. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire given to 60 respondents at the Surakarta City Environmental Service. The analysis technique used is PLS (Partial Least Square) analysis through the Smart PLS 4.0 program. The results of this research show that the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Job Satisfaction in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, the Physical Work Environment has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Department Surakarta City Environment, Emotional Intelligence has a positive and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Job Satisfaction has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Physical Work Environment has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service, Emotional Intelligence has a negative and significant effect on Employee Performance through Job Satisfaction as an Intervening variable in the Surakarta City Environmental Service.

Abstract

Penelitian ini bertujuan untuk mengetahui pengaruh tanggung jawab sosial perusahaan dan tata kelola yang baik terhadap kinerja keuangan. Sampel diambil dengan menggunakan metode purposive sampling. Sampel yang digunakan dalam penelitian ini sebanyak 93 data laporan keuangan dari 31 perusahaan yang terdaftar di Bursa Efek Indonesia periode 2020-2022. Penelitian menggunakan metode pendekatan secara kuantitatif serta menggunakan analisis regresi berganda. Hasil penelitian menunjukkan bahwa secara simultan Corporate Social Responsibilty dan Good Corporate Governance berpengaruh secara bersama-sama terhadap Financial Performance. Secara parsial Corporate Social Responsibilty berpengaruh negatif terhadap Financial Performance, Ukuran Dewan Direksi berpengaruh negatif terhadap Financial Performance, dan Komite Audit berpengaruh positif terhadap Financial Performance. Implikasi dari riset ini memastikan penerapan konsep GCG dan pemilihan mekanisme yang tepat seperti rapat komite audit secara teratur yang mampu meningkatkan Financial Performance suatu perusahaan. Abstract This research aims to determine the influence of corporate social responsibility and good governance on financial performance. Samples were taken using the purposive sampling method. The sample used in this research was 93 financial report data from 31 companies listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange for the 2020-2022 period. The research uses a quantitative approach method and uses multiple regression analysis. The research results show that Corporate Social Responsibility and Good Corporate Governance simultaneously influence Financial Performance. Partially, Corporate Social Responsibility has a negative effect on Financial Performance, the size of the Board of Directors has a negative effect on Financial Performance, and the Audit Committee has a positive effect on Financial Performance. The implications of this research ensure the application of the GCG concept and the selection of appropriate mechanisms such as regular audit committee meetings which are able to improve a company's Financial Performance. Abstract

This study is titled "The Influence of Work Discipline, Loyalty, and Workload on Employee Performance at PT. Indomarco Prismatama, Simalingkar Area, Medan Selayang." The method used in this research is associative with a quantitative approach. Data collection was done through questionnaires. The sample size for this study was 65 individuals. The data analysis techniques used in this research include descriptive statistical analysis, validity tests, reliability tests, classical assumption tests (normality, multicollinearity, and heteroscedasticity tests), multiple linear regression analysis, and hypothesis testing with t-tests and F-tests, as well as the determination coefficient test (R²). The results show that partially (t-test), the work discipline variable (X1) has a positive and significant effect on the employee performance variable, with a t-value greater than the t-table value (2.815>1.99962) and a significance level of 0.0071.99962) and a significance level of 0.0071.99962) and a significance level of 0.0002.76) and a significance level of 0.000
