Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of Promotion Media, Attraction, and Destination Image on the Decision to Visit Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. This tpe of research uses a quantitative descriptive approach. The population in this study was 5900 visitors to Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. While the sample in this study amounted 360 respondendts using the sampling techique, namely the incidental sampling techjique because anyone who accidentally meets the researcher can be used as a sample. Data collection in this study used a questionnaire with a Likert scale to measure respondents’ answers. The results of this study indicate that promotional media, attractions, and destination image have a significant and positive effect on the decision to visit Tegal Simbah Girimarto Wonogiri Tourism. This can be proven by the results of the Determination Coefficient (R2) which is 42,8%, while the reamining 57,2% is influenced by other things or other variables not examined in this study.Keyword: Promotional Media, Attraction, Destination Image, Visiting Decision.

Abstract

Measuring the effect of SSCM practices on financial performance in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.This study surveyed 296 employees working in manufacturing companies to examine the relationship between variables. In this study, a quantitative approach was used with a sampling method using quantitative descriptive techniques using a questionnaire survey. For data analysis, this study used Structural Equation Modeling (SEM) with a selection of 296 employees in Manufacturing Companies with the help of the AMOS program. The conceptual framework proposed in this model is an adaptation and synthesis of various previous research findings conducted in developed countries. Therefore, to find out whether SSCM practices from production to distribution are economically beneficial in developing countries such as Indonesia. So this research will explore the effect of Sustainable Supply Chain Management on Financial Performance, especially in manufacturing companies in Indonesia.Retrievedthat this research can contribute to manufacturing companies as a consideration in implementing sustainable supply chain practices. This research can be useful for manufacturing industries that need to change traditional supply chain management into SSCM. In an environment with limited resources in Indonesia. This will allow the benefits of SSCM practices to be reaped in long-term probability and financial performance in the context of the economy in Indonesia. The sample of this study was limited to manufacturing companies with regard to financial performance and no consideration was given to other sectors such as the service sector. Therefore, future research could examine the applicability of the findings from this investigation to manufacturing companies with regard to environmental and social performance as well as with regard to the service sector and other sectors.

Abstract

Advances in payment technology have shifted the role of the cash system to a non-cash system. Generation Z plays an important role in the adoption of this technology. One of the service innovations of PT. GoTo Gojek Tokopedia Tbk (GOTO) is a GoPay application, which was launched nationally on July 26 2023. This application offers various digital payment services via server-based e-money and e-wallet for customers. GoPay was previously a feature of the Gojek platform, but has now developed into a separate application with exclusive features. This research aims to analyze the factors that influence GoPay usage behavior among Generation Z based on the Unified Theory of Acceptance and Use of Technology (UTAUT). This research used a quantitative method involving 155 respondents collected via an online questionnaire. Data was analyzed using smartPLS. The research results show that work expectations and social influence have a positive influence on GoPay behavioral intentions in Generation Z. On the other hand, business expectations and facilitating conditions have no influence. It is hoped that these findings can support strategies to increase GoPay adoption among Generation Z.

Abstract

This research aims to test and analyze the influence of capital structure, profitability, company size, dividend policy, company growth on company value. Some of the variables used in this research are capital structure, profitability, company size, dividend policy, company growth, and company value. The population in this study are manufacturing companies in basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2023 period. The sampling technique is through purposive sampling. The number of samples used was 24 companies and the amount used was 96 data. The analytical methods used in this research are descriptive analysis methods, inductive analysis, classical assumption test analysis, and the adjusted coefficient of determination R2. The research results show that capital structure, company size, dividend policy and company growth have no effect on the condition of company value in manufacturing companies in basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2023 period. Meanwhile, profitability influences the condition of company value, in manufacturing companies in basic and chemical industry sectors listed on the Indonesia Stock Exchange (BEI) for the 2020-2023 period.Keywords: capital structure, profitability, company size, dividend policy, company growth

Abstract

As the soy sauce industry continues to grow and competition becomes more intense, many companies are using brand approaches as marketing strategies, thereby enhancing product marketing with brand power that influences consumer behavior. The purpose of this research is to identify and test the differences between the brand image of ABC soy sauce and the brand image of Bango soy sauce among culinary traders. This research was conducted in the traditional market of Sukoharjo Regency. The population consists of culinary business actors who use Bango brand soy sauce and ABC brand soy sauce. The sample consisted of 80 traders using the purposive sampling technique, specifically 40 traders of culinary businesses using Bango soy sauce and 40 traders of culinary businesses using ABC soy sauce. The research results concluded that there is a difference in the image of ABC soy sauce compared to Bango soy sauce among culinary traders in the traditional market of Sukoharjo Regency.Keywords: brand image, soy sauce, culinery

Abstract

Job satisfaction is an attitude or emotional feeling felt by employees and how they view their work, whether it is a pleasant or unpleasant feeling that can be reflected from how someone does their job. The existence of employees in carrying out their duties and obligations cannot be separated from the influence of internal factors and external factors that lead to changes in employee job satisfaction. In order to improve employee job satisfaction, we need to know the factors that influence it. The purpose of this study is to analyze workload, work family conflict and social support on employee job satisfaction. This study is a survey of employees of the Surakarta City Regional House of Representatives Secretariat. The type of data used is quantitative data. The data source used is primary. The population in this study were employees of the Surakarta City Regional House of Representatives Secretariat. The number of samples used in this study was 58 employees. The sampling technique used the census technique. Data analysis used multiple linear regression tests, t tests, F tests and determination coefficient tests. The results showed that workload had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, work family conflict had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction, social support had a significant effect on employee job satisfaction. The results showed that the coefficient was 0.783. This means that the contribution of the influence of the independent variables Workload, Work Family Conflict and Social Support to Job Satisfaction is 78.3%.

Abstract

This study aims to determine the effect of the profit-sharing system on the welfare of rice farmers from the mudharabah concept in Sanrobone District. The background of this study is that many farmers do not have farming skills, as well as landowners who are unable to manage their own land. The method used is a quantitative method with a descriptive approach. Data collection was carried out through questionnaires to 96 respondents selected using the purposive sampling method. Data were analyzed using simple linear regression tests, validity tests, reliability tests, and classical assumption tests such as normality and heteroscedasticity. The results of the study showed that the profit-sharing system had a significant effect on farmer welfare. This is indicated by increasing income, access to education and health services. The conclusion of this study is that the application of a profit-sharing system based on the mudharabah concept can improve farmer welfare. Abstract

This study aims to analyze the influence of online customer reviews, e-service quality, live streaming on purchase intention in fashion products on e-commerce shopee. This study uses a quantitative approach. The population in this study is generation Z in Purwokerto City. The sample used was 126 respondents. The sampling technique in this study used purposive sampling technique. Data analysis was carried out using SmartPLS 3.0 to determine the relationship between variables. The results of this study indicate that the e-service quality and live streaming variables have a positive and significant effect on purchase intention. While the online customer review variable does not affect purchase intention.

Abstract

This study aims to understand how Generation X, Y, and Z perceive Generation Y leadership at Perum Bulog Kanwil Bali. Using a qualitative phenomenological approach, the research explores the experiences and perspectives of different generations regarding Gen Y leadership in a dynamic work environment. The main focus of this study is: (i) how Gen Y leaders develop effective leadership styles and (ii) how Generation X, Y, and Z assess their leadership in addressing organizational challenges and achieving performance targets.The respondents in this study consisted of representatives from Generation X, Y, and Z at Perum Bulog Kanwil Bali, selected through purposive sampling. Data collection was conducted through in-depth interviews and direct observations to gain a comprehensive understanding of each generation's perception of Gen Y leadership.The findings indicate that Generation X tends to perceive Gen Y leadership as more flexible and innovative but still faces challenges in adapting to a more hierarchical work system. Meanwhile, Generation Y views their peers' leadership style as collaborative, technology-driven, and prioritizing work-life balance. On the other hand, Generation Z sees Gen Y leadership as inspiring and open to change but expects more structured communication and guidance. Overall, this study confirms that Gen Y leadership at Perum Bulog Kanwil Bali emphasizes openness, innovation, and a mentoring and coaching approach, despite facing bureaucratic challenges and differing generational expectations within the organization.

Abstract

This study aims to identify the main obstacles in the implementation of performance-based budgeting (PBB) in the Indonesian public sector using a scoping review approach through the PRISMA framework. A literature review covering the period 2020–2024 reveals that although PBB has been promoted as a public financial reform instrument to enhance accountability, efficiency, and effectiveness in budget management, its implementation still faces significant challenges. The key obstacles include: (a) performance indicators that are predominantly output-oriented rather than outcome-oriented, (b) inefficiencies arising from the mismatch between planning and realization, (c) limited availability of performance data and non-integrated information systems, (d) insufficient human resource capacity in designing and evaluating performance-based budgets, and (e) bureaucratic organizational culture that remains spending-oriented and subject to political intervention. The findings also highlight several enabling factors for successful PBB implementation, namely competent human resources, organizational commitment, a functioning reward and punishment system, and managerial support in providing adequate infrastructure. Therefore, the refinement of PBB can be achieved through continuous human resource training, the application of performance-based reward and punishment, the strengthening of information technology infrastructure, organizational cultural transformation towards a result-oriented approach, and transparent, data-driven evaluation. These findings are expected to provide both theoretical and practical contributions to improving PBB practices in Indonesia and to enrich the literature on public financial management.
